We introduce the systematization design method using similarity theory which is profitable in the c compatability and standardization of the developed products and the reduction of construction time and price to d develop and design a machine equipment. Systematization design method is to select the standard model for d designing and developing from the large machinery to the super precision one and then to induce the c characteristic of machines step by step in advance in case of miniaturizing and making largelongleftarrowscale. With this m method, we extract the peculiar characteristics through the close analysis on the physical and ttx:hnical part a and predict the characteristic experiment for the magnitude we desire by an머ogical mathematical analysis. At l last, we will get the design sample the users demand with the verification of the data on optimum design p previously. In this paper, we could predict the characteristic of the product the users rC'Quire in advance with the d design method applying similarity theor${\gamma}$ and suggested the design method which could meet the various r requirements the users want. Also, it is shown that the standardization design by the similarity theory is a available as comparing the characteristic values expc'Cted through the experiment of the actual actuator with t the theoretical character data of similarity theoη after selecting the linear actuator as a model.
This study was conducted to survey red blood cell (RBC) antigens Aa, Ca and Qa types, which are considered to be the most significantly associated with occurrence of neonatal isoerythrolysis, and the results are expected to provide valuable informations in organization of breeding plan, hence preventing the disease. Blood samples were collected from 262 Thoroughbred horses in Jeju island. Two percent cell suspension has been prepared from each sample and they were tested by indirect antiglobulin test. Of the 226 mare's samples, 9(3.98%) were Aa negative, 8(3.54%) were Ca negative, 17(7.52%) were Qa negative. Of the 36 Stallion's samples, 1(2.78%) was Aa negative, 3(8.33%) were Ca negative, 3(8.33%) were Qa negative. On the basis of these data, a database for breeding compatability could be set, and it would play an important role as a reference for arranging the mating partners.
These biologic test procedures are designed to test the suitability of P.V.C. made in Korea intended for parenteral preparation, which were based on the U.S. Pharmacopeia XIX "Biologic Test-Plastic Container", Official from July 1, 1975. Healthy adult human blood and rabbits weighing 2\ulcorner.2Kg were used for test materials. Sample P.V.C. were sampled from the medical equipments made in Korea randomly and Control P.V.C. were sampled from the standardized Cobe and Polystan P.V.C. tubes. P.V.C. extract was prepared from a homogeneous P.V.C. samples by incubating 60 square centimeters of the sample per 20 millimeters of sterile pyrogen-free saline at 70\ulcorner for 72 hours or autoclaving at 120\ulcorner for 1 hour. The Implantation Test was designed to evaluate the reaction of living tissue to the plastic by the method of the implantation of the Sample itself into animal tissue. The Systemic Injection Test, the Intracutaneous Test, and the remainders were designed to determine the biological response of animals to plastics by the single-dose injection of specific extracts prepared from a Sample. The results are as follows; 1.Implantation Test - No significant difference for reactions was noted between the Sample treated animal and the Control after 72 hours of implantation. 2.Systemic Toxicity Injection Test - No sign of toxicity and/or death immediately after injection and at 4, 24, 48 hours respectfully after injection. 3.Intracutaneous Test - None of the animals treated with the Sample showed a significantly greater reaction than the observed in the animals treated with Blank. 4.Pyrogen Assay-Only one animal treated with the Sample showed the maximal rise of rectal temperature about 0.2\ulcorner after 3 hours of injection, but remainders showed no change. 5.Hemolytic Index - The positive Control tube of distilled water exhibited complete hemolysis while the negative Control tube and P.V.C. extract were negative demonstrating no hemolysis. 6.Cell Morphology of Erythrocytes and Leukocytes on Stored, Heparinized Human Blood -- There was no significant difference in the morphology of either the Control or Sample extract. 7.Clotting Mechanism of Human Blood in vitro - After allowing to the P.V.C. extract at room temperature for 5 Hours and at 10\ulcorner for 24 hours, there was no appreciable difference in Prothrombin Time under these conditions. 8.Clotting Mechanism of Rabbit in vivo - At the termination of 5 days after intraperitoneal injection of the P.V.C. extract, no significant changes in Clotting Time were observed. According to the above results, it could be concluded that the P.V.C. made in Korea was acceptable for parenteral preparation, especially treated with physiologic saline and/or human blood.man blood.

A selective separation of Actirlide(III) by a nPr-BTP/nitrobezene extraction system was studied. The nPr-BTP (2.6-Bis-(5.6-n-propyl-1.2.4-triazin-3-yl)-pyridine) of a environmentally -friendly CHN type was self-synthesized and its compatability with diluent and stability with nitric acid were investigated. At the 0.1M nPr-BTP/nitrobenzene-1M $HNO_3$ and O/A=2, extraction yields of Am used as a representative of Actinide(III) and Eu were about 85% and 8%, respectively, and the other RE elements such as Nd, Ce and Y were extracted less than 3% (separation factor of Am and Eu was about 60). Thus, there was no problems in the selective extraction of Actinide(III) from RE. The stripping yield of Am with 0.05M $HNO_3$ at O/A= 1, however, was about 43% and the maximum stripping yield was 65% at O/A=0.3. It is necessary to develop the stripping system including the stripping agent instead of nitric acid solution.
Although the use of CAD and CAM technologies has been broadly adopted by architecture-engineering- construction-facility management (AEC/FM) industry as the means of producing complex forms, there are still remained issues such as reducing cost, and enhancing quality and manufacturability. In this paper, to resolve given issues, we suggest a process of rationalization in digital architecture design and fabrication as an integrated approach. The rationalization, which is usually used as the term related with the skin panel of free-form architecture, is a process of re-designing a digital model to meet the requirements of manufacturing considering the gap with an original designs. Thus we classified this process and conducted a case study of fabricated models as an exploratory study. As the result, we found that each phase is connected with other phases with the circulation of information and rationalization process can be determined as the circulative process which re-designs digital model by minimally deviating from the original design based on the information deducted from analysis of inter-compatability of software and requirement of hardware.

Recently, looking at construction sites with either large or small scale, accidents like collision, fall, etc. occur often. These accidents lead to not only damage of human lives but also serious economic loss. In case of large scale constructions sites, safety management systems are used to reduce industrial accidents. However in construction sites with small scale, those systems cannot be applied due to problems such as lack of compatability and high installation expense. In this case, just by putting on safety gears can also reduce industrial accidents. Therefore, in this paper, a safety management systems that can be used at both large and small scale construction sites is proposed. This safety management system consists of a smart module, a repeater and a gateway, and a monitoring system. The smart module, which is detachable, is attached to a safety helmet. This module transfers the current status of the user to the monitoring system through the repeater and the gateway. The repeater transfers the data received from the smart module to the gateway, and the gateway sends the data from the repeater to the monitoring system. The monitoring system shows the user status to the safety supervisor by displaying the data - temperature, height, intensity of illumination, images - received from the smart module. The safety supervisor can monitor the user status in real-time and take immediate action in case of emergency through this monitoring system.
New and creative skills must be developed, and adapted into a lesson, to motivate learners to acquire a second language easily and enjoyment, Multimedia tools which are of interest to learners, such as; smart phones, computers, and notebooks with wireless internet compatability, will provide learners opportunities to study, and do their work practically anywhere and anytime. Recently, podcasts, which are a type of digital media, consisting of a series of audio episodes or video files, subscribed to and downloaded through web syndication, or streamed online to a computer or mobile device, are used to facilitate ESL (English as a Second Language) learning. Development of a variety of teaching methods, using multimedia tools, is needed. There are advantages and disadvantages to using a variety of multimedia tools. The current research aims to study its characteristics and application, in order to maximize their effective use, in English education. The current study suggests a ubiquitous learning environment using multimedia content tools, internet media, video teleconferencing, cyber-learning, and one-to-one videos used in conjunction with, or as a digital textbook for the English lesson. This study also investigates future educational changes, using state-of-the-art equipment for the self-learning experience, and will present a new direction in English education, through a variety of instructional devices and a marginalized class system model.
Statement of problem: The use of zirconia prostheses fabricated with CAD/CAM system is on an increasing trend in dentistry. However, evaluation of the fit related to internal relief and marginal reproducibility of zirconia has not been reported. Purpose : This study was to evaluate the fit related to internal relief and marginal reproducibility of zirconia core fabricated with CAD/CAM system. Materials and methods: The evaluation was based on 30 zirconia cores and 5 IPS-Empress2 cores. Zirconia cores were fabricated in different conditions of internal relief(0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and $50{\mu}m$), and IPS-Empress2 cores were fabricated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Before cementation, the marginal discrepancies or cores were measured on metal die. And then, each core was cemented to stone die, embedded in an acrylic resin and sectioned in two planes(mesiodistally and labiopalatally). The internal gaps were measured at the margin and axial surface. Measurements for the marginal discrepancies, the internal marginal gaps and the internal axial gaps were performed under a measuring microscope(Compact measuring microscope STM5; Olympus, Japan) at a magnification of ${\times}100$. In addition, the marginal conagurations of metal die, zirconia core and IPS-Empress2 core were examined with SEM(S-2700, Hitachi, Japan). Results : Within the limits of this study the results were as follows. 1. Compared with IPS-Empress2 cores, the marginal discrepancies of zirconia cores had no significant differences. the internal marginal gaps were statistically smaller and the internal axial gaps were statistically larger in each condition of internal relief. 2. The marginal discrepancies and the internal marginal gaps of zirconia cores had no significant differences related to the conditions of internal relief(P>0.05). 3. The internal axial gaps of zirconia cores with $0{\sim}20{\mu}$m for internal relief were significantly larger than that with $50{\mu}m$ (P<(0.0001). 4. SEM micrographs showed favorable marginal reproducibility of zirconia core and smooth texture on the milling surface. Conclusion: The marginal discrepancy and the internal gaps of zirconia core were clinically acceptable and the milling surface was showed smooth texture. For fabrication of the durable esthetic restoration, further investigations on complex design of core, milling accuracy, compatability of enamel porcelain and porcelain firing seems to be needed.
Compatability of films made of chitosan, gelatin, and their blends prepared by aqueous solution casting was investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA) and a dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). TGA showed gelatin is more thermally stable than chitosan, and thermal stability of chitosan in blends was higher than that of pure chitosan due to interaction among functional groups of component polymers in blend. Glass transition temperature $(T_g)$ of blends was dependent on chitosan content of blends. Blend films exhibited good miscibility. Moisture and glycerol contents of blend strongly affected thermal properties of two component polymers.
HTML5 has developed not to have browser dependancy considering interoperability as same as maintaining compatability with lower versions of HTML. HTML5, the newest web standardization is on going of being structured. Along with the smart phone boom, HTML5 is spotlighted because it can be applied to cross platforms in mobile web environments. Specially the local Storage that has been listed in new features in HTML5 supports offline function for web application that enables web application to be run even when the mobile is not connected to 3G or wifi. With Local storage, development of server-independent web application can be possible. However Local storage stores plaintext data in it without applying any security measure and this makes the plaintext data dangerous to security threats that are already exist in other client side storages like Cookie. In the paper we propose secure Local storage methods to offer a safe way to store and retrieve data in Local storage guaranteeing its performance. Suggested functions in this paper follow localStorage standard API and use a module that provide cryptographic function. We also prove the efficiency of suggested secure Local storage based on its performance evaluation with implementation.
