지리산(智異山) 잣나무집단(集團)의 변이(變異)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (The Variation of Population of Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc. in Mt. Jiri)

  • 지리산(智異山) 일대(一帶)에 생육(生育)되고 있는 잣나무집단(集團)의 변이(變異)를 구명(究明)하기 위해 수형(樹形), 침엽(針葉), 자엽(子葉), 종자(種子), 묘목성장(苗木成長)의 특성(特性)을 조사하였다. 두개 집단(集團)을 비교(比較) 검토(檢討)하였던 바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 침엽(針葉)의 엽장(葉長), 거치밀도(鋸齒密度), 종자충실율(種子充實率), 종자장(種子長), 종자후(種子厚), 자엽장(子葉長), 자엽폭(子葉幅), 자엽(子葉)의 기공선수(氣孔線數)와 묘고성장(苗高成長)에 있어서는 집단(集團), 개체간(個體間)에 유의차(有意差)를 인정(認定)할 수 있었다. 2. 수목(樹木)의 역지각(力枝角)과 목재(木材)의 비중(比重), 자엽(子葉)의 수지구수(樹脂溝數)의 형질(形質)에 있어서는 집단간(集團間)에 유의차(有意差)가 인정(認定)되었다. 3. 침엽(針葉)의 기공선수(氣孔線數), 종자폭(種子幅), 종자중량(種子重量), 자엽(子葉)의 거치밀도(鋸齒密度), 자엽수(子葉數)의 형질(形質)은 개체간(個體間)에 유의차(有意差)를 인정(認定)할 수 있었다. 4. 침엽(針葉)의 수지구(樹脂溝)는 집단(集團), 개체간(個體間) 모두 3개(個)의 주수지구(主樹脂溝)만 발달(發達)하여 변이폭(變異幅)은 인정(認定)할 수 없었다. 그리고 수간형(樹幹型)은 두 집단(集團) 모두 통직성(通直性)을 나타내었다. 5. 침엽(針葉)과 자엽(子葉) 형질(形質)의 변이계수(變異係數)는 대체로 자엽(子葉)의 것이 큰 경향(傾向)을 나타내었다.

국내 혁신학교 기본가치와 운영 평가 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Basic Values and Operating Evaluation of Innovative Schools in Korea)

  • 혁신학교가 시행된 지 10년이 지난 만큼 학교 문화의 혁신을 일으키는 주체가 단위학교라는 점에서 혁신학교 정책 운영의 질적 수준에 관한 실질적이고 심도 있는 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 각 시도교육청에서 운영되고 있는 기본 가치와 운영 평가 계획을 비교 및 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 혁신학교를 운영하고 있는 각 시도교육청은 각기 강원, 부산, 충북은 '모두를 위한 교육', 경기, 경남은 '미래학교 지향', 광주, 서울, 울산, 전북, 제주는 '교육공동체 실현', 세종, 인천, 충남은 '공교육 정상화'로 그 특색에 따른 비전을 제시하고 있으며, 대체적으로 공공성, 민주성, 창의성 등을 강조한다. 혁신학교의 운영 평가는 자체평가, 중간평가, 종합평가로 이루어지며, 이 중 중간평가와 종합평가는 그 절차 및 평가 지표가 유사하다. 중간평가와 종합평가는 특히 현장평가를 통해 학교별로 운영을 점검하고, 평가 결과 환류 및 우수사례를 통해 학교 혁신과 관련된 교육정책 자료를 제공 한다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다.

고품질 해빙표면모델 생성을 위한 정합비용함수의 성능 비교 분석 (Performance Comparison of Matching Cost Functions for High-Quality Sea-Ice Surface Model Generation)

  • 항공영상으로 제작한 고품질의 해빙표면모델은 인공위성 기반 원격탐사 기술 개발을 위한 현장자료 뿐만 아니라 북극 해빙의 정밀한 형상학적 변동 특성 분석에도 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 그러나 해빙 표면의 부족한 텍스쳐 정보는 영상정합을 어렵게 만드는 요인으로 작용한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 고품질 해빙표면 모델 생성을 위한 일환으로 균질한 해빙 표면에 대한 정합비용함수들의 성능 비교 분석을 수행한다. 정합비용함수로는 영상 도메인의 SSD(sum of squared differences), NCC(normalized cross-correlation), ZNCC(zero-mean normalized cross-correlation), 주파수 도메인의 PC(phase correlation), OC(orientation correlation), GC(gradient correlation)를 분석하였다. 텍스쳐 정보량에 따른 정합 성능을 보다 명확하고 객관적으로 분석하기 위해 객체 공간 기반 정합 기법의 원리를 바탕으로 하는 새로운 평가 방법을 도입하였다. 실험결과는 해빙 표면과 같이 텍스쳐 정보가 희박한 지역에 대해서는 정합 지역에 따라 적합한 크기의 탐색창을 가변적으로 적용해야만 정합의 신뢰성 및 정확도 확보가 가능함을 보여주었다. 정합비용함수들 사이에서는 NCC와 ZNCC가 텍스쳐 정보 변화에 대해서 가장 우수한 성능을 나타냈다.

Comparison Analysis of Biological Activities of Three Sedum species

  • Sedum kamchaticum, Sedum middendorffianum and Sedum takesimense belong to the sebum species. Especially, Sedum takesimense is a Korean native species growing only on Ullenung-do. Few studies for the biological activities of these plants have been reported. In this study, we examined biological activity and the contents of functional components of the aerial part and the root part of Sedum kamchaticum, Sedum middendorffianum and Sedum takesimense. As the results, the roots of Sedum takesimense showed the highest total phenolic contents (TPC : $13040{\pm}50.0mg\;GAE{\cdot}100g^{-1}$), and the aerial part of Sedum takesimens showed the highest total flavonoid contents (TFC : $2722.2{\pm}107.1mg\;CAE{\cdot}100g^{-1}$). Meanwhile, Sedum middendorffianum exhibited the highest anti-oxidant activity (DPPH $RC_{50}$ value of aerial part : $50.69{\pm}0.75{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$, DPPH $RC_{50}$ value of root part : $27.27{\pm}0.55{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$; ABTS $RC_{50}$ value of aerial part : $11.32{\pm}0.38{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$, ABTS $RC_{50}$ value of roots part $5.54{\pm}0.02{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$). The root part of Sedum middendorffianum showed the potent alpha glucosidase inhibitory activity (AGI $IC_{50}$ : $60.69{\pm}0.72{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$). In order to elucidate active principle of Sedum middendorffianum that was shown the most potent antioxidant and anti-diabetic activities, the methanol extract of Sedum middendorffianum was fractionated with various solvents according to the polarity successively. As a result, EtOAc fraction of Sedum middendorffianum showed the highest contents of functional components (TPC : $16245.8{\pm}1025.7mg\;GAE{\cdot}100g^{-1}$, TFC : $4850.4{\pm}182.9mg\;CAE{\cdot}100g^{-1}$). And it also showed excellent anti-oxidant activities (DPPH $RC_{50}$ : $14.0{\pm}0.6{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$, ABTS $RC_{50}$ : $3.4{\pm}0.1{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$) and anti-diabetic activity (AGI $IC_{50}$ : $79.0{\pm}2.2{\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$). Above results suggest that Sedum middendorffianum can be developed to health functional material as a plant resource with potent antioxidant activity.

아두이노를 활용한 중력 가속도 측정과 관련된 튜토리얼 및 교육적 활용 방안 (Development of Tutorial for Measuring Gravity Acceleration Using Arduino and Its Educational Application)

  • MBL을 통한 물리 실험은 학생들이 실험 결과를 바로 확인하고 쉽게 실험을 수행할 수 있어 예전부터 많은 학교에서 활용해 왔다. 하지만, 장치의 원리를 모르고 실험을 수행하거나, 단순히 도출된 데이터에만 집중하는 것이 MBL 실험의 문제점으로 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해, 아두이노를 활용하여 MBL 실험에서 많이 사용되는 피켓펜스의 방법으로 중력 가속도를 측정하고 실제 중력 가속도 값과의 비교를 통해 오차율을 계산했으며, 본 튜토리얼의 교육적 활용에 대한 논의를 해보았다. 실험 결과, 실험으로 구한 중력 가속도 값과 실제 중력 가속도 값의 오차율은 1% 내외로 비교적 정확한 측정이 가능한 것으로 나타났으며, 실험값의 표본평균이 95% 신뢰구간 안에 포함되는 것으로 나타나 유의미한 실험이라는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 또한, MBL이 가진 구조적인 단점을 보완할 수 있는 점, 물리와 수학의 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 점, STEAM 교육에서 정보 교과와의 융합이 가능한 점 그리고 장비 구비비용이 저렴한 점을 통해 측정실험의 교육적 활용 가능성을 보여주었다. 본 자료를 토대로 아두이노를 활용한 물리 실험이 과학영재 교육에서 더욱 활성화될 수 있도록 기대하는 바이다.

『적천수(滴天髓)』 격국론의 후대 평주 간 비교연구 (A Study on Comparison of Later Commentaries about Kyeokguk theory of Jeokcheonsu)

  • 이 연구는 『적천수』에 대한 다양한 판본들을 비교하고 분석하여 한가지 원문을 두고 평주한 시각에 따라 달라져 있는 주석에 대하여 어떤 해석이 더 타당한 것인가를 확인하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 『적천수』의 명리이론에 대한 오해 중에서 가장 크게 차지하고 있는 부분이 격국론이다. 『적천수』는 격국을 중시하지 않았으며 억부용신을 강조하는 명리 고전이라는 평가를 많이 받는다. 하지만 원문을 이론별로 분류해 본 결과 억부론을 직접적으로 언급한 문장은 5개 남짓에 불과 하지만, 격국론을 설명하고 있는 문장은 9개 그리고 종격과 화격을 설명한 것까지 포함한다면 격국을 설명하는 문장이 15개에 이른다. 은유적 화법을 주로 사용하고 있는 것만 보더라도 명리 초급자에게 읽히고자 저술된 서적이 아님도 분명하다. 명리의 원리를 이미 학습하여 충분한 지식을 가지고 있는 이들에게 더 심오한 이치를 전달하고 깨우침을 갖게 하고자 저술된 명리서이다. 이런 수준의 독자를 가정하고 저술되었기에 "재관인수분편정(財官印綬分偏正) 겸론식상격국정(兼論食傷格局定)"이라는 하나의 문장이면 격국론에 대한 설명으로 충분하였을 것이다. 『적천수』에 담겨있는 후대 평주 간 명리이론중에서 격국론에 관련된 '팔격', '관살', '상관', '월령', '생시', '청탁'원문에 대한 4인의 평주를 비교 분석하였다.

조현병 환자군과 일반 인구군간 출생일간(出生日干)의 음양오행적 특성 비교: 통섭(統攝)적 측면에서의 접근 (Yin-Yang and Five-Element Characteristics of Day Master on Four Time Pillars of Birth in Korean Population with Schizophrenia: A Consilience-Based Holistic Approach)

  • Objectives: The existing reductionist approach has not reached complete understanding of the cause of schizophrenia. The objective of this study was to investigate yin-yang and five-element characteristics reflected on four time pillars of birth of patients with schizophrenia through comparison with the general population in the perspective of consilience-based holistic approach. Methods: This study was conducted using a random sequential recruitment method for the general population and individuals with schizophrenia aged 18 to 64 based on the exact date and time of birth using structured questionnaires. Relative positional relations of yin-yang and five-element with day master were primarily examined. In addition, the strength of day master with a score range of 0~100 points was assessed through operational score allocation. Results: Of 591 participants, 576 (346: general population, 230: individuals with schizophrenia) were analyzed. Between-group analyses showed no significant difference in the distribution of types of day master (χ2=10.41, df=9, p=0.318). However, significant between-group differences were shown in the distribution of the strength of day master (t=2.14, p=0.032) and frequency of restraining month branch (χ2=5.23, df=1, p=0.022). In logistic regression analysis, 10-point increase on the strength of day master decreased the probability of onset of schizophrenia over the age of 30 by 29.6% (p=0.002; 95% confidence interval, 0.566~0.876). Conclusions: Findings in this study suggest that four time pillars of birth might be associated with schizophrenia through yin-yang and five-element theory and synchronicity principle, implicating the plausibility of consilience-based holistic approach in the determination of risk factors or cause of schizophrenia.

대순사상의 태극에 관한 연구 - 주자의 태극과 비교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Taegeuk in Daesoon Thoughts)

  • This thesis strives to identify the peculiarities of Taegeuk (the yin-yang) and the relationships of Ri (reason/cause), Ki (Energy) and Do (duty). The Taegeuk is related with the Sangjekwan (highest ruling entity), Rikiron (noble theory) and the Boncheron (ontology) of the Daesoon Sasang (Daesoon Thoughts) which therefore is a priority research topic. Although said, due to the lack of original materials and the difficulty to understand the topic, the research is insignificant. Within chapter II of this thesis, the concept of the Taegeuk, the Rigi and Do from the perspective of Juja is observed. In chapter III, the relationship of Moogeuk and the Taegeuk which is mentioned in the foundation origin of the Daesoonjinrihoe. In addition, the Taegeuk and Eumyang's noble perspectives are observed through the comparison of Juja and Daesoon Sasang. In chapter IV, the aspects of Taegeuk's supervision is observed through the noumenality of the Taegeuk which is shown in the Daesoon Sasang along with the concept of mythology. Within the overall context, the Daesoon Sasang's ontology has similar structures with Juja's Taegeuk. This can be stated that Jojeongsan who had found the system of doctrine had not acknowledged Juja's theories but have rather interpreted Kangjeungsan's ontology in a Neo-Confucianism to better let the people understand. This can be observed as expediential teachings. The metaphysical Ri and the physical Ki's separation, and the relationship of matters and functions of the Taegeuk and Do can be stated to be similar within an overall outline in the aspect of the Rikiron. The Taegeuk becomes the primary figure whilst explaining Daesoon Sasang's Ri/Ki/Do and also becomes the Soiyeon (such reasons). Extreme Do is drawn from the Taegeuk and as Do resembles the trend of the Taegeuk, it is referred as the origin of all the things in the universe. However, Juja vigorously tried to witness God's notions in a principled, atheistic way. However, the main principle is regarded as divine in the aspect of the universe's functions and effects in the Daesoon Sasang. The personal Sangjekwan which embodies these profound and mysterious Taegeuk, is Daesoon Sasang's peculiarity which cannot be found in Neo-Confucianism. Therefore, in the Daesoon Sasang, both the order and character are being regarded in the ontology through personal divine.

대순진리회 수행 연구의 경향과 과제 (Research Trends and Problems on Cultivation Practice of Daesoonjinrihoe)

  • This paper was carried out to bring the researches on Cultivation Practice of Daesoonjinrihoe which have been at a standstill after analyzing the directions of studies on Cultivation Practice and diagnosing its problems, in addition to that, the paper was also conducted in a way of discussing the research directions in the future. This work enables scholars who have interests in Daesoon Thoughts to easily comprehend over the length and breadth of Cultivation Practice of Daesoonjinrihoe as well as help them understand what level of researches regarding Cultivation Practice has been demanded. Furthermore, this paper will be a step-stone for scholars to ponder how and on what perspective they approach a wide variety of studies on Daesoon Thoughts. The problems reflected on the previous researches on Cultivation Practice are summarized as follows: first, except a few researches in general, problem recognition, research target, style, method, and content are not diverged from the frame defined by Jang Byeong-Gil, who set it up in Daesoon Religion and Thought (Daesoon Jonggyo Sasang) in 1989. Proliferating overlapped researches without developing problem awareness is of great concern. And such researching climate has gradually set in. Secondly, there are numerous researches intending to reveal the researcher's forceful attitude implying faith. Thirdly, most of the previous researches neglect to focus on defining the range of researches. Fourthly, when defining concepts, more thorough insight is needed. Lastly, the researches on analysing symbols and attempting signification analysis are relatively few, only to find many errors. To solve these problems, this paper suggests to develop theories which back up Cultivation Practice by researching on the fields of theory of mind-nature(心性), theory of mind-qi(心氣), theory of pain, Religious Ethics, viewpoint of God/gods, and psychology. Secondly, all the symbols and meanings of elements shown in Cultivation Practice need analyzing more elaborately sophisticatedly and more in-depth. In order to fulfil this goal, by adapting the recent trends of historical studies, it is essential to attempt to engraft Cultivation Practice of Daesoonjinrihoe on cultural phenomena, to analyze thick layers of meanings beneath its surface, to interpret differently, utilizing various perspectives such as focusing on the gender problems, and to extract true meanings out of Cultivation Practice by analyzing everyday events which can occur in real cultivation practices. Thirdly, the terms and concepts regarding Cultivation Practice base the principle themselves. Fourthly, by utilizing methodology of comparative studies on religions, the comparative researches on cultivation practice of different religious traditions are also needed. Lastly, the history of aspects on Cultivation Practice such as transition of mantras, processes which have been conducted through proprieties of prayer and training should be collected and classified. In this context, this work is very important since it helps understand the aspects of transition of originality and characteristics in Cultivation Practice of Daesoonjinrihoe according to passage of time.

Evaluation and Comparison Yield and Feed Value of Pasture Species and Varieties by Spring Sowing in High-Latitude Regions

  • In preparation for the ever-changing climate and unification of North Korea and South Korea, it is necessary to increase the grain self-sufficiency rate by selecting crops with good utilization in high-altitude regions. The principle is to sow pastures at the end of August. However, sowing occurs in spring because the sowing period is missed when the weather is bad or when the workforce is insufficient. Sometimes when the grassland is completely devastated, it is frequently sowed in spring. In addition, North Korea consists of a high-altitude regions, and has been devastated in a general mountainous region. As a result, the landscape is not good and it is vulnerable to natural disasters such as landslides. Therefore, to prevent this, pasture must be sowed in the high-altitude regions. The goal of this study was to evaluate and compare yield and feed value of pasture species and varieties by spring sowing in high-latitude regions. The study was conducted in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do, which is 700m height above sea level. The pasture species and varieties was sown on April 24, 2022. Each treatment was carried out by sowing 30 kg/ha, the experiment field size was 1 m2(1m×1m), and randomized block design with tri-repeat. The total of 14 varieties was used in the study, 6 varieties of Orchardgrass (OG), 6 varieties of Tall fescue (TF) and 2 varieties of Perennial ryegrass (PRG). The grassland composition fertilization using (N:P2O5:K2O at 80:200:70 kg/ha) was conducted and management fertilizer was N:P2O5:K2O at 210:150:180 kg/ha. The first harvest was June 26,2022 and the second harvest was on August 16, 2022. For statistical analysis of the data, an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was performed using the R3.6.3 software program, and all data was subjected to analysis using Duncan's multiple range test. Significance was set at the 5% level. The dry matter yield at the first harvest was the highest in PRG, and second harvest was the highest in TF (p < 0.05). Overall, PRG showed a trend of gradually decreasing growth, OG and TF showed a trend of gradually improving growth. This showed that PRG was considerably weaker to summer depression than other pasture species. Comparing the total dry matter yield, TF was the highest (4,565.45 kg/ha), but there was no significance difference with PRG (4,487.24 kg/ha) (p < 0.05). In addition, comparing the total TDN (total digestible nutrient) yield, TF was the highest (3147.33 kg/ha), second in PRG (2975.67 kg/ha) and third in OG (2052.33 kg/ha). Since this result is the data of the second harvests, if the result is derived by the end of next year, it will be provided as basic data for selection of pasture species and varieties suitable for spring seeding in high-altitude regions.
