The purpose of this study is to actualize the planning method of the shared community space (SCS). For this, it analyzed the residents' needs for the SCS and grasped the composition system of the needs and estimated the factors considered in the planning of the SCS. This study focused on seeking out the user-oriented design criteria for the planning of the SCS. The results of this study are as follows: First, as the results subdividing the residents' needs to understand the various requirements for the SCS, the composition system was classified into the fundamental SCS and the individual SCS. The fundamental SCS's to be considered as basic facilities in the planning of the multi-family housing complex, and the individual SCS to be more suited to a particular group. Second, regarding the investigation of detail guidelines in the SCS planning, it was found that there was a difference in the considered factors and the preferred locations according to the kinds of each SCS, the types of facilities, the main users of facilities, and the contents of activities available in the facilities.

This study aims to empirically confirm the effect and impact of community care design research centered on domestic space and environment on health promotion, diagnosis treatment, disease management, rehabilitation, and mitigation through the year of publication and perspective. To this end, based on 1,227 space and environment design studies from 2,144 community care design research data conducted for about 20 years from 2002 to 2022, when care services began in earnest through the long-term care system for the elderly, SPSS 26.0 was used to create a 'Multi-layer Perceptron' artificial neural network structure model was predicted and neural network analysis was performed. Research Results First, as a result of checking studies in each field of health care by year, there is a significant difference with the number of studies related to health promotion being the highest. Second, the five perspectives are region, time, dimension, function, and content perspective. As a result of inputting these variables as independent variables and analyzing their importance in the artificial neural network, the function perspective had the most influence, followed by the region > content > dimension > time perspective.

Since IT industry has changed very rapidly in technology, market environments, the online community raise new space. However, there have been scanty researches on the on-line community. The primary purpose of this research is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of participatory motives and social influence in on-line community on commitment.

Recently, alleys, villages and traditional market spaces have been recreated as complex cultural spaces due to urban renewal or village community policies. However, previous studies only refer to buildings such as museums and libraries in dealing with complex cultural spaces. The purpose of this study is to suggest the recreated complex cultural space as a natural convergence type and analyze its characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to reestablish the concept and type of the newly created complex cultural space. For this study, Busan Bosu-dong Bookstores Alley, Daegu Kim Gwangseok-street, Andong Traditional Market and Andong Shin-sedong Mural Village were selected as research examples. As a result of the study, the natural convergence space reflects the locality of the contents constituting the space, and the various values are convergenced. And this type of space is being reborn as an advanced case of urban regeneration and serves as a representative tourist destination in the region. As a next study of this study, we proposed social studies such as quantitative research and qualitative research.

The aging of the population has been in process all over the world including most of advanced countries. With the improvement of living standards and medical technology due to the growth and development of the modern industrial society, the continuous Increase of the average lifespan has led to an abrupt growth in the population ratio of the aged. The senescence is the period where both physical and mental functions get dwindled, and due to a loss of roles in a society and a weakened social bond, the elderly people feel often neglected and isolated. Consequently, the elderly people spend a lot of time in their houses. As this means that the elderly gets higher possibility to stay within housing units and housing complex environment, residents' public space needs to be developed within the housing complex for them. Therefore, constructive programs and plans are required for the elderly who experience distance constraint because of corporal aging, for them to sustain community activities within their housing environment. Contrary to them in the 20th century, the elderly living in the nowadays informational society tend to enjoy their leisure times with arts and cultures and underscore the significance of social exchange under diverse possibility and sustainableness. Thus, it is important to preserve those circumstances to provide continuously them. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to grope a growth direction of residents' public space for the elderly to include them to their community through a socially integrated way by grasping present condition of apartment residents' public space's facilities and to be used practically as a basic housing environment data to raise quality of community life.

This study is to evaluate the classification system of rural-villages remodeling components which is provided for improving the quality of life for rural community by improvement of settlement environment. To achieve this, rural-villages remodeling components are classified according to the spatial structure of rural area through analysis of literature, then we have examined the applicability through case studies after modification work which is based on experts's discussion and rearrangement by pilot investigation of researcher. In the classification system of rural-villages remodeling classified productivity area, residential area, community area in first group and this classification is divided into 6 space to production, 4 space to residence, 5 space to community in second group by literature search, pilot investigation of researcher and field survey. The subject elements surveyed a total of 123 through the literature search, additionally, 1 element at a space to production and space to community in field survey for types in zoning cases. As a result, categories and items are decided that it is included 125 target elements.

One of critical issues in the housing area is what strategies should be adopted for revitalizing contemporary communities in housing complex. It is expected that those strategies could encourage neighbourship and recover the existing community spaces. Based on the assumption that contemporary communities might have different characteristics from those of the traditional communities and spaces, this research aims to explore the possibility of new communities in a current context. With the development of the information communication technologies (ICT) and hardware systems, the environment would be capable of anticipating people's needs and then provide them with customization options to tailor the environment to their requirements. By incorporating the 'smart' paradigm, this paper introduces the concept of a smart community and space with the potential of mobile Augmented Reality(AR) as alternative strategies for activating the communities. The residents believe that existing common spaces need to be extendable and augmented by combining new technologies. The smart communities and spaces are expected to extend people's interaction to virtual world in aj real context, further combined with social network, it enables sustainable relationships among residents, contributina to a new type of community.

Korea is the 3rd highest country in population density of the world,furthermore, 1/5 of Korean lives in Seoul with only 0.0% tiny area size. It explains the high-rise apartment has diffused so fast. Regardless of its height, almost all apartments have been planned in a very uniform way, ignoring the possibilities of vertical community and commercial culture. Since considerable number of residents have within building, ways to improve the community and commercial culture need to be explored. One major way to do is providing community space where residents are expected to use in a natural way. The purpose of this research is to identify preferred location of community space in each apartment building. Web guesting survey was used as main methodology. 83 data were collected during mid October, 2009. As results, lobby at the first floor was most favorably selected by super high-rise apartment residents due to convenience, accessibility.

The purpose of this study is to examine the awareness of apartment residents on their using tendency of community facilities established in apartment complex in order to verify a role that such facilities play in making contributions to lives of apartment dwellers and to analyze their using tendency of the facilities and subsequent problems. The study produced the important findings as follows. First, the level of exchange among residents and their satisfaction were raised high in the apartment complex that offered substantial community facilities. Second, in regard to physical aspect, community activities among dwellers were brisk in the apartment complex where community facilities were organically connected. Third, fitness center, shower room and golf course were excessive in terms of space provided while the space alloted for G.X room, a place used exclusively for class, was insufficient. Fourth, the analysis of using tendency and preference level showed that fitness center, shower room and G.X room were the required facilities. The rooms for using PCs and watching DVDs and the singing room were found to be unnecessary because such facilities were low in the effectiveness when the operating cost was considered.

The study aims to figure out the problems of Daldongnae (hillside shantytown) in Jaman-dong, Jeonju, and to propose the countermeasures for village regeneration. Based on the survey of current conditions in the area and the case study of successful regeneration projects, this study suggests regenerating concepts for the community. The study on the current state analyzes that Jaman-dong is faced with the population decline, especially among the young, the lack of community facilities and infrastructure, and the unfavorable situation in the residential environment. The case study involves three successful Daldongnae regeneration projects: the culture-based regeneration of Cultural Village (in Gamcheon-dong, Busan), the regeneration focused on healthcare and education of Ibagugil (in Choryang-dong, Busan), and the community-led regeneration of Rainbow Village (in Dae-dong, Daejeon). The regenerating concepts for the community are as follows: utilizing the existing local community center as a gathering place for the residents, furnishing a cultural space for a growing number of visitors, adding new parking space, installing convenient facilities in order to provide better pedestrian environment for the disabled and elderly, improving street landscapes, and establishing citizen participation programs.
