  • Because each building is built in different time, there exists different equipment to meet the need for each age. Before the announcement of "Community Management Regulation", the old communities usually suffer the problem of lower requirement and living quality. This may bring some security problem that we should face. In this research, we construct "Building Administration System" to provide users a tool to perform a standard operation procedure in community management. This powerful tool will also help manager to effectively handle important tasks in property administrating by reducing unnecessary documentation. In the current regulation, all community committee members shall be voted each year. This will seriously affect the cumulative of management knowledge and cause a worse efficiency. In this research, we use Object Oriented concept and Visual Modeling techniques to combine with Interbase, ER/Studio, and Delphi to develop this management system for Building Property. Through the help of current computing technology, we can solve the problem that can not be inherited and the storing of the huge amount of data. In this system, we develop the modules such as Basic Data Module, Administrative Expense Calculation, Receipt Print, and Inquiring for Inheritance. In this system, we have integrated all houses, parking lots, and public equipments in it. Manager will only need to handle some basic accounting data; the system will automatically handle the rest. Through the help of this system, the community management staff can be easily accomplished and put more manpower on some needed aspect to improve the living quality.

  • To discover new drugs more quickly and more efficiently, pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology firms are increasingly turning to the genomics and the structural proteomics technologies. Structural-proteomics can provide a foundation for this through the determination and analysis for protein structure on a genomics scale. Among many structures determined by CGI, we will present with the representative examples drawn from our work on novel structures or complex structures of the disease-related proteins. The alpha subunit of Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) is targeted for degradation under normoxic conditions by an ubiquitin-ligase complex that recognizes a hydroxylated proline residue in HIF. Hydroxylation is catalysed by HIF prolyl 4-hydroxylases (HIFPH) which are fe(II) and 2-oxoglutarate (2-OG) dependent oxygenases. Here, we discuss the first crystal structure of the catalytic domain of HIFPH in complexes, with the Fe(II)/2-OG at 1.8Å. These structures suggest that the Ll region (residues 236-253), which is also conserved in mammals, form a 'lid' that closes over the active site. The structural and mutagenesis analyses allow us to provide a focus for understanding cellular responses to hypoxia and a target for the therapeutic manipulation.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the state of School Forest Movement by the School Forest Committee of the ‘Forest for Life’, and to provide schools and social communities with alternative, for activation through foreign and domestic case studies. School Forest Movement is very important and has great effect on many aspects, such as the improvement of school environment, the expansion of environmental education in school, the enhancement of local membership and increasing participation of school community. School Forest Movement has expanded from 10 schools in 1999 for pilot implementation to 20 in 2000. Now, it Is broadly recognized that the movement should be expended nationally A few problems were observed through pilot implementation. School community has little consensus away member and hardly participates in the movement, and the process is often underestimated, comparing to the result. For activation of School Forest Movement, school community should be cooperate to local community. Especially, the stepwise execution of School Forest Movement should be well organized and School Forest Movement should be changed into a process-oriented movement for more participation of school community including students, teachers, parents and.

  • The government is in the process of pursuing various resident-driven rural development projects for rural development. Accordingly, the government is promoting various software projects to enhance social capital in order to effectively involve residents in rural development projects. However, residents' participation in rural development projects is still passive, while passive residents' involvement creates various problems such as conflicts among residents in the process of project implementation and poor operation after project implementation. This study is intended to be a basis for inducing voluntary community participation in rural development projects by disclosing the intention of residents to participate in the community's internal solidarity with social capital and connection with external communities. According to the analysis of 195 rural residents, three groups were divided according to the level of social capital awareness. While individualist groups with low integration and social capital were 25.1%, they were more integrated, but the average family-oriented group was 42.5%, and social-development groups with high integration and linked social capital were 32.3%. This study is meaningful in that it revealed that the social capital of the resident community is an important factor in both the internal solidarity (integrity) and the external community connection (connectivity) in the rural area development project.

  • Purpose: The study sought to determine whether goal achievement, performance, satisfaction, activities of daily living, and gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy are positive affected by goal-oriented functional task training. Methods: In a single case study, two 7-year-old girls diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy were given functional task training based on individualized goals for 24 60-minute sessions over a period of 6 months. The individualized goals reflected the needs of both children and parents. The Canadian occupational performance measure (COPM) and the goal attainment scale (GAS) were used to measure goal performance and satisfaction before and after intervention. Independence of activities of daily living before and after intervention were assessed using the functional independence measure for children (Wee-FIM). And change of gross motor function were assessed using gross motor function measure (GMFM). Results: Clinically significant changes were observed in COPM and GAS, as well as positive changes in independence of gross motor function and activities of daily living. Conclusion: The findings indicate that goal-oriented functional task training addresses the needs of children with spastic cerebral palsy, which increases treatment satisfaction and has a positive effect on independent activities and participation in daily life.

  • This study confirmed that the organizational health of nurses have an effect on customer orientation. This survey was conducted March 1 to 31, 2014 and a total of 210 questionnaires were used in the analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, and regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data in the SPSS software package. The findings are summarized as follows: First, the business environment and community-oriented organizations on health factors had an influence on customer orientation(p<.05, p<.001). Among the demographic factors, graduating from college as relevant to customer orientation. Seniority and rank in the lower tier showed that customer orientation is vulnerable. Second, when leadership was added to a conventional model, it had no significant effect on the dependent variables. The influence of community-oriented business environment factors on customer orientation was statistically significant(p<.01). In the result, we should apply proper organizational health factors to hospitals by investigating leadership, because there was difference in customer orientation according to type of leadership.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the preservation of traditional sesame dasik when stored in different packaging material by comparing its physical and sensorial characteristics. The quality and sensory characteristics of sesame dasik that were evaluated were moisture content, water activity, number of microflora, texture profile, Hunter color different value, and sensory properties (color, chewiness, overall acceptability, etc) during the storage at 35\pm1^\circ{C}$ temperature and $73\pm{2%}$ relative humidity. And the packaging materials were paper boxes (coated 0.02mm thickness polyethylene film), plastic boxes, and oriented polypropylene laminated film. Traditional sesame dasik is made from sesame powder 100g, honey 25g, rice syrup 25g, and table salt 0.5g. During the storage period, the changes in water content and water activity of sesame dasik with different packaging material showed a slight decline. On the other hand, it increased in hardness, and "a" and "b" value of Hunter color difference during the storage. Texture profile analysis data change in hardness was the greatest after the third day in a paper box, and it was affected by the moisture content of dasik and the temperature and relative humidity of the air. Therefore plastic boxes or oriented polypropylene laminated film was found to be better suited than paper boxes for storing sesame dasik.
