This study sought to discover new directions for management and operation national urban parks in Korea by analyzing the reality of the national government parks of Japan where these parks are already well established and managed. In the case of a Japanese national government park, its supporting system was established after the park was built. The means of management also shifted their direction from putting more priority to the administrative body to the residents. The management practices are changing process of its character with focus on residents as the main entity of activity from their existing position of participants. In other words, the national government parks of Japan are going beyond the previous practice of providing maintenance activities to providing experience, interpretation functions to these activities. Especially, they were establishing local networks to plan and execute programs in collaboration with the park management and NPOs. However, they fall short of tangible outcomes despite their continuous efforts to expand the community involvement and reduce the cost in maintenance. To facilitate the effective management of the urban parks in Korea in the near future, much thought needs to go into the management practices ensuring conservation of resources in the land of Korea, as well as people's use of recreation, community revitalization, and development and transfer of advanced technology to provide appropriate preparations to create urban parks in Korea.

Purpose: This study attempted to identify differences in elders' health status, quality of life, and satisfaction with customized home visiting health service depending on connection to volunteerism. Methods: A total of 400 subjects participated in this research. Data were collected from May to August of 2009 and the measurement tool used for this study was the house visiting health service recording sheet recommended by the Ministry of Health. Results: According to the results of this research on elders' health status in customized home visiting health service depending on connection to volunteerism, elders' connected to volunteerism positively showed a high level in functional health status areas such as daily life performance ability, instrumental daily life performance ability and Joint exercise capacity, and in the quality of life area. Conclusion: The results of this study can be utilized as complementary information when resources and networks are used for the effective management of house visiting health service subjects.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem or social support on job-related stress and depression among emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: Data were collected from EMTs at emergency medical institutions and fire stations (n=257). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS WIN 21.0. Results: Self-esteem and social support of EMTs were found to be at moderate levels (Self-esteem: M=3.04, SD=0.43; Social support: M=3.65, SD=0.43) Job-related stress was positively correlated with depression: the higher the job-related stress score, the higher the depression score. Moreover, self-esteem score or social support score was negatively associated with job-related stress and depression: the higher the self-esteem score or the higher the social support score, the lower the job related stress score and the depression score. Conclusions: Future research should address how social support and networks interact and together affect self-esteem for job-related stress and depression.

본 논문에서는 modularity를 기반으로 한 향상된 커뮤니티 추출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 알고리즘은 modularity 값을 증가시키는 커뮤니티를 구축할 때 노드가 갖고 있는 정보를 고려하지 않음으로써, 계산을 비효율적으로 반복하여 수행한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 노드의 degree(weight)를 계산하고 그것을 내림차순으로 정렬하고, 정렬된 순서대로 modularity 값의 증가여부를 확인함으로써, 반복되는 계산과정을 줄여 기존의 알고리즘보다 빠르게 최종 결과를 도출해낸다. 실험계산을 통해 제안하는 알고리즘이 더 짧은 시간 내에, 기존알고리즘이 구한 modularity 값보다 같거나, 향상된 값을 찾는다는 것을 보인다.

학교도서관이 운영하는 프로그램은 자원과 이용자를 연결하는 구체적인 전략이다. 따라서 사서교사는 학교도서관 활성화를 위해서, 교내 외 자원 간의 관계를 구축할 수 있는 파트너십을 형성할 필요가 있다. 그러나 현재 중학교도서관이 운영하는 프로그램에 대한 파트너십 분석 결과, 대부분의 프로그램이 교내 독서 행사 중심으로 운영되고 있다. 그리고 교과교사와 교외 인적자원의 참여가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해서는 학습 공동체에서 학교도서관의 교육적 위상을 강화할 수 있는 사서교사의 리더십과 협동적 네트워크를 개발하는 것이 매우 중요하다.

Emulab은 미국 Utah 대학에서 개발된 연구 프레임워크로써 연구자들에게 필요한 시스템을 원하는 네트워크 구조로 연결하여 주는 On-demand 서비스를 그 핵심으로 하고 있다. 특히 Emulab은 시뮬레이션 또는 가상화 기술을 사용하지 않고 실제 시스템에 운영체제를 구동시킴으로써 연구의 검증환경을 실제 환경에 가깝게 하는 것이 특징이다. 이로 인해 Emulab은 사이버 보안 분야뿐만 아니라 네트워크 분야 등에서도 다양하게 활용되고 있었지만 국내에는 활용된 바가 거의 없었다. 최근 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 소규모 Emulab을 자체적으로 구축 운영함에 따라 국내에서도 Emulab을 활용한 연구가 활성화 될 것으로 기대된다. 이를 기점으로 본 논문은 Emulab을 국내에 소개하고, 사이버 보안 연구 프레임워크로써의 Emulab 활용 동향을 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the rural elderly assess the multi-dimensions of health. This includes the physical, mental and social dimensions of health, correlations among them, and whether there are gender differences and age-group (60's, 70's, 80 and over) differences. For this purpose, survey data was gathered from 881 rural elderly who live in a village. The statistical methods used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and correlations. The major findings of this study are as follows: Physical health was measured by self-rated health, ADL, IADL, and farmer symptoms. The respondents classified as 80 and over and female perceived their physical health more negatively. Mental health was perceived somewhat positively in general but female participants perceived their mental health more negatively than males. Social health of the rural elderly was relatively positive in comparison to the other dimensions of health. The rural elderly engaged in many social activities, and the majority of them had many social support networks composed of more than 12 persons. Relationships among the physical, mental and social health dimensions were different. The correlation of physical and mental health and the correlation of social and psychological health were statistically significant. However, the correlation of physical and social health had no significant meanings.

본 연구는 증권사와 중대형 병원, 그리고 제조 및 유통 기업의 기능상의 해체와 재결합 과정을 통하여 수익 구조가 변화하고 있음을 살펴 본다. 그리고 이러한 것들이 통합되어 하나의 가상사회, 정보중개업자로 거듭나는과정을 제시한다 - 본 연구에서는 이를 슈프라 헙(Supra Hub) 이라고 부른다. 그리고 이러한 세가지 기업군(금응, 의료, 제조 및 유통)에 대하여 현재의 수익 구조가 갖고 있는 문제점에 대해 언급하고 바람직한 수익 구조를 제시한다. 또한 버트(1992)의 네트워크 조직 이론을 원용하여 미래의 기업 형태인 슈프라 헙(Supra Hub)을 위한 전략을 제시한다. 미래의 기업 네트워크는 중첩되지 않는 커뮤니티와의 접촉 기회를 최대화시키는 방향으로 발전할 것이다. 따라서 각 업종을 대상으로 하는 네트워크들을 다시 연결하는, 즉 업종별 헙(hub) 형태의 네트워크를 다시 연결하는 헙(hub)의 헙(hub) 형태의 커뮤니티의 태동이 필수적이라고 생각된다.

Purpose: The study was to determine variables related to the depressive impact of emotional labor among workers. Method: 443 respondents were surveyed through the NIOSH generic job stress questionnaire from December 1st through December 30th, 1999. Results: 1. Employment type and job insecurity showed a significant relationship with developing depression, load and role ambiguity. 5. Intervention programs and effective communication networks are needed to help workers cope with their job stress in a positive manner. Conclusions: First, given the correlation between the frequency of avoiding tactics and depression levels, an intervention program is needed to help workers cope with their job stress in a positive manner, Lastly, because role ambiguity was one of the main causes of depression among workers who perform emotional labor, establishing an effective communication network is important to make communication flow within the workplace clear and open.

Collaborative consumption (CC) occurs in organized systems or networks in which participants conduct sharing activities in the form of renting, lending, trading, bartering, and swapping of goods, services, transportation solutions, space, or money. Information and communications technologies (ICTs) that have emerged with CC. CC is expected to alleviate social problems such as hyper-consumption, pollution, and poverty by lowering the cost of economic coordination. In this study, we investigate the influence of educational experience and expected benefits of CC participation (intended to using and providing CC) of Adolescent Consumers. The subjects for the study were 418 high school students. Data was analyzed through frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, the significant positive relationship found between CC participants (intent to use and provide CC), educational experience (home education, school education, and mass media) and expected benefits (social benefit, economic benefit, enjoyment, community effect, and reputation). Second, enjoyment, mass media, reputation, social benefit, home education and school education values were variables that influenced the using participation intention for CC. Third, the major variables influencing the providing participation intention CC were home education, enjoyment, gender, community effect, and mass media values.
