According to the user recognizing, the propose of this study is to establish the systematic church-design and the plan of rational process. When the plan of church design is rational come out, the local community will be risen and there is the possibility which will raise the essential function of church construction and design. The results from the study are as follow. Firstly, the area of the front-window and the number of the external entrance are correlated with the accessibility of the building. Secondly, the height of a bell-tower is related with the feelings of a tediously and a intimate degree. Thirdly, the ground clearance of the whole surface is correlated with the church-character and the community formation of a local society.

P2P implies direct exchange between peers. If you have something I want, 1 go directly to you and obtain il. There is one of the most advantages of formation of community in P2P. For a specified purpose through P2P, the Peers who make temporary a group delivery a request efficient and safe. And the resources can be jointed common, cooperation and communication. When P2P is developed more, we can expect more formation of online community and development. But to be a safe of personal ID and password in internet, it should be possible to make a key-exchange. In the paper, it suggest P2P security system suitable to personal security that Kerberos be transformed. The user who make community in P2P, have Kerberos Server, and using Physical Address of Ethernet card in personal computer, authenticate users.

Recently, has been the subject of high interest in rural areas. However it incite the damage to rural landscape and destruction of the locality. The reason is the economic logic that potential was ignored of community. In the meantime, has thrown out the importance to restore damaged rural landscape. So, pleasant natural environment and community resources to create value. Therefore, the purpose of this research, redefine the value of the future of rural landscape that the community design and community planning is to offer basic data. The results of study are as follows; First, the landscape that all human perception through the senses, so the community planning to landscape the locality of the formation is a very important element. Second, if it build a new building would have to find space in community. So, the plan must reflect the community and the locality, If so the landscape of th community, the building will be imbibe naturally. Third, the rural area of the rural community when planning for past, present and future should be thoroughly analyzed, and for the future direction of the community will be set up. Finally, analyzing correctly past of the community to reconfigure the rural community is very important. When configure the space of rural community, if created the new space based on original characteristic of the community, the landscape will be kept in rural community.

최근 선진국을 중심으로 로컬 커뮤니티 활성화에 관한 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 미국의 경우에는 커뮤니티 개발 조합 조직 체계 구축을 통한 로컬 커뮤니티 활성화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사회자본 및 공공-민간 파트너십 형성을 통한 로컬 커뮤니티 재활성화 또는 도심 재활성화의 성공 사례를 미국 필라델피아를 중심으로 분석하고자 하였다. 웨스트 필라델피아 및 유니버시티 시티 사례를 통해 로컬 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 커뮤니티 개발 조합 참여주체 간의 성공적 파트너십 형성 및 네트워킹을 통한 성공적 지역사회 개발의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 사례연구가 시사하는 한국에서의 정책적 실천적 함의로서는 로컬 스케일에서의 커뮤니티 활성화와 거버넌스로부터 시작되어 지역발전 및 국토균형개발로의 긍정적 파급효과를 기대하는 상향식 조직체계 구축 및 전략 수립이 요구된다는 것이다.

본 연구는 일본 보육지원 정책의 형성과 변화과정 및 지역사회 맞춤형 보육지원 정책을 고찰함으로써 우리나라의 저출산 및 보육문제 해결을 위한 보육지원 정책을 수립하는데 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 일본 보육지원 정책의 형성과 중요 시책의 변화과정, 일본의 지역사회 맞춤형 보육지원 정책의 개요와 내용을 고찰하여 우리나라 보육정책에 주는 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 2010년 보육지원 정책의 개혁으로 실시되고 있는 일본의 지역사회 맞춤형 보육지원 정책에 대한 현황 등에 대한 분석을 통해 나타난 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국가의 거시적이고 적극적 보육정책의 지원과 지역사회의 재정과 상황을 고려한 보육지원 제도의 체계적인 확립이 필요하다. 둘째, 국가와 지역사회가 연계하여 보육정책에 대한 재정적 지원을 위한 현물과 현금지원 등 보육지원 재원의 확충이 필요하며 지역사회 네트워크 구축을 통한 보육지원서비스가 이루어져야 한다는 것이다.

Although the philosophy of sustainable community development does not give the cure-all solutions for the major problems faced in the communities, it is theoretically and practically recognized as a newly emerging paradigm toward community development theoretically and practically. However, more specific tasks and issues of sustainable community development remain unchallenged and descriptive statements. The main objective of this study was to find out the extensive community development practices through the review of current works in the area of sustainable community development indicator, local agenda 21 and the relative issues. The recommendations of this study were the following; 1) The sustainable community development indicators available in the community level should be selected. Also, how to integrate the objective condition and subjective perception in community development practices, and how to weigh the indicator item should be solved in order to compare and measure the implementation of community development works. 2) In relation to local agenda 21, how to secure the implementation mechanism is more important than the developing the local agenda 21. 3) The policies aimed to raise the resident's awareness, formation of community field, create community social capitals, and define strategies to the selective community development programs should be considered to make the philosophy of sustainable community development active in the field level.

This research aims to provide empirical basic data for the development of local communities through the establishment of efficient strategies for the formation of positive relations between the club and the region through the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) activities. We come up with the results of this study to show that CSV, social problem orientation, and core competency utilization affect the team trust of local community, and that CSV, long-term orientation, social problem orientation and core competency utilization affect community identification. The research should enhance the value of professional sports teams that promote their own path to self-sustaining as a single independent business area, and identify their trust through CSV activities for co-prosperity with their local communities, and thus their relationship with the community. Therefore, various strategies and efforts will ultimately increase the team trust and community identity of local residents in professional volleyball teams, while at the same time gaining positive effects on professional volleyball teams.

Since late 1990's the urban decline phenomenon has risen in most provincial cities in Korea. Many lively discussions have also risen about how to revitalize declined urban center. In small cities, especially resident participation is very important to revive their old vividness. The study then reviewed literatures published from 1995 to 2007 regarding resident participation in urban center revitalization for community reinvigoration. This study consists of four parts. The first part defined concepts of community and of resident participation, and included discussion about resident participation codes. In the second part, the problems about community formation and community facilities were scrutinized through preceding researches. The third and last parts suggested some propositions and strategies to draw resident participation into urban center revitalization.

As quality of life improves, apartment's residents prefer residing type that have differentiation of resident center. Accordingly, community facilities such as fitness club, swimming pool, and so on are operated in apartment complex. Community areas are important space that can induce inhabitantses' natural meeting and contact, and that can solve social problems which is started each individuals' estrangement in current through community formation between neighborhood. From this point of view, this paper investigated the essence of light and the luminous environment for community areas. This paper finally suggested well-coordinated lighting plan of community areas, derived from the measurement and analysis of luminous environment in these cases.

In Korea, a movement for founding a intentional community village is becoming popular to improve the individualistic living environment, and to create a humanistic lifestyle. However, it is difficult to say whether its management is successful or not because the intentional community village such as an eco-village is still in an experimental stage in Korea. In this study, a intentional community village was proposed as an alternative approach to help residents build an effective cooperation system and to encourage them to participate in various communal activities. Detailed cases were studied including a formation process and methods of residents' participation. Through the case study, actual conditions of the community villages and several problems were studied. The conclusion of this study is as follows; In order to sustain the community village, it is crucial to encourage the community spirit among the residents. We also find that developing various community facilities and programs can easily raise a sense of familial warmth among the residents. Above all, proactive participation in the communal activities is the most important. It is also necessary to consider the architectural design which can be used as a guiding principle for foundation of the intentional community village. In addition, concrete and systematic solutions including communal activity programs, residents education, and self management regulations must be discussed.
