This study was carried out to analyze vegetation, soil characteristic, and ordination of the Young-bong region in Woraksan National Park. Communities by species in Woraksan forest were composed of Quercus mongolica community group. This community group was classified into Pinus densiflora community, Quercus variabilis community, Carpinus cordata community and Quercus mongolica community. In the study, it was found that the composition of organic matter was 9.6~19.6%, nitrogen (0.3~0.7%), available phosphorous (4.5~8.8mg/kg), exchangeable K ($0.3{\sim}0.5cmol^+/kg$), exchangeable Ca ($1.6{\sim}6.75cmol^+/kg$), exchangeable Mg ($0.8{\sim}1.55cmol^+/kg$), cation exchange capacity (C.E.C.; $7.6{\sim}32.95cmol^+/kg$), and pH was 4.5~5.1 respectively. The Carpinus cordata community were mostly found in high elevation and high percentage of total nitrogen, C.E.C., and organic matter. Controversially, Pinus densiflora community and Quercus variabilis community were found mostly in low elevation and low percentage of total nitrogen, C.E.C., and organic matter. The Quercus mongolica community were found in medium elevation and medium percentage of total nitrogen, C.E.C., and organic matter.

This study focuses on the proposal of the basic data for the design guideline on the coming design, through the comparison analysis of the community facility's layout type inside housing complex, the space configuration and the characteristic of space program for the achievement and improvement of the physical space to cultivate the sense of community. This study investigate interviews with designers, administrators, residents, and site survey. The result of study shows that the community facilities in the public rental apartments have changed to include various programs and to increase the area like the public sales apartments, but there are spacial transformation if the community facilities do not apply the residents characteristic.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the community design ordinance in Seoul as view of the community design activation and to seek improvement. The findings of this study are as followings; Most of the provisions of the ordinance, such as the concept of community design, the basic plan, and the contents of the project, are defined in a similar manner. From the establishment of the concept of community design, it is necessary to establish the regulations that reflect the actual situation and characteristics of the village. In addition to physical facilities improvement, the ordinance should include support for securing space at the core center, which plays an important role in revitalizing community design. Step-by-step approaches are needed to understand the residents at the beginning of the project, because there is not enough practical support related to resident capacity and community solidarity. As the importance of the competent residents increases, the support elements related to humanware areas should also be expanded. In particular, the supporting process and contents for the support system and program for the training of village leaders and the securing of professional manpower should be well established.

On today, online community that is irrespective to geometrical area and time has been appeared by information technology and development of internet. It has been significant decision method of a personal and company. And online community is variously classified by it's purpose. Among online community, online game community is be roughly classed as community in online game and community in related online game. Community in related online game community is means for interchanging informations using e-mail, bulletin board, so as on. These information contain game playing, game contents so as on. And community in online game is implemented as team, item exchange, chatting etc. Importance of community in online game and community in related online game have been increased. But online game community is not distinguished, comparing with importance of it. So, in this paper, we study on the case analysis of cyworld's community that developed characteristic community. Cyworld community is suitable for new generation and korean life style, method of adaption online game. This paper should be profitable for community in re lated online game, community company to planning, developing a characteristic community.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of planning community facilities of public rental apartments by basic and qualitative factors for the last ten years from the year of 2000. This study analyzed the processes and trends of change of the following: land use, tenant satisfaction with the residential environmental amenities, the quantitative increase in accordance with social paradigms, improvement in the quality of residential life, and acceptance of the needs of residents. Therefore, this study will suggest effective and archivable improvements in them. Methods of this study include drawing analyses, literature surveys, and interviews with experts. This study aims to provide essential primary data for planning community facilities for public rental apartments in order to differentiate them from public sales apartments. In the results, community facilities of public rental apartments have been increasing in their size and in the number of their programs as well. It is certain that community facilities are important influence on improving residential environments and the quality of the life. Based on this study, it is more effective to plan community facilities to be connected or extended to other external spaces. And tenant satisfaction should be carried out and put into consideration to help determine if community facilities are adequate. Space compositions should be designed to be flexible per social paradigms and customers needs.

This study focuses on analyzing a subset of consumer activities (especially social medium) in their wedding preparation. The focus of this study is on wedding online communities and understanding the impact of communities on selective behavior for information-acceptance. Data was compiled based on female consumers in their 20s and 30s who actively participate in online community forums. It included female consumers preparing for their weddings and individuals interested in weddings. A total of 211 questionnaires were collected from January $10^{th}$ to $23^{rd}$ in 2012. The online communities were identified from Naver, Yahoo, and online search portals; subsequently, they were rank-sorted based on number of members, visitors, and forum posts. We identified four different characteristic based on the findings from the analysis of on-line wedding communities. The characteristic of these communities were divided into sharing experience, functionality of the webpage, informativeness, and interactivity; consequently, use of these online communities is based on trust and significant personal relationships between the members online. Out of the four different community characteristics, sharing experience was found to have a greater impact for the selective behavior of wedding dresses and information- acceptance than the functionality of the webpage, interactivity, and informativeness. We conclude that trust in information provided by members with marriage process experience is the foremost important factor in the behavior of individual consumers wit iexplore.exe -extoff hout marriage process experience. Therefore, the impact of these online communities catering to would-be brides is based on the trust of posters and how well it is articulated.

Women's Hall is a local facility that supports women's activities in the community and has the purpose in establishing self-support for low-income women and women's participation in society. Its functions are largely separated into social welfare, education, culture, and community services. The purpose of this study is to highlight and discuss the characteristics of space for community functions among other functions of Women's Hall. It has investigated and analyzed ten cases in total of all the women's halls that have opened since 1995. The examples selected for study have been analyzed in terms of the functions of each community space, layout of the rooms, finishing materials, and colors. The result of the study indicates that social demand for women's halls is changing. However, the characteristics of the space or the environment are incapable of accommodating the change. In order for the women's halls that will open in the future to perform acceptable community functions, they need to determine the degree of satisfaction and preference of the users and come up with a specific proposal for improvement.

This study was carried out to analyze vegetation and soil characteristic, and ordination of subalpine forest vegetation of Daecheongbong area, Mt. Seorak. Communities by characteristic in species composition of subalpine forest were classified into Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum - Betula ermani community group, Pinus pumila, Abies nephrolepis, Thuja koraiensis, and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum - Betula ermanii typical community. The results of the correlation between forest communitie sand soil conditions of Daecheongbong area by DCCA ordination method are as follows: The Pinus pumila community and Thuja koraiensis community were mainly found in the high percentage area of total nitrogen, available phosphorous, organic matter in comparison with Abies nephrolepis community and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum - Betula ermanii typical community. The Abies nephrolepis community and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum - Betula ermanii typical community were mainly found in the high elevation area in comparison with Pinus pumila community and Thuja koraiensis community. The Pinus pumila community and Thuja koraiensis community were mainly found in the northern and northwestern direction, but Abies nephrolepis community and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum - Betula ermanii typical community were mainly found in the southwestern direction.

This research intends to observe the effects of social capital regarding fashion social enterprises on the community sense of participating consumers, and verify the relationship of the effects that such social capital and community sense have on sustainability formation variable(shared values, suitability of values, behavioral flow, cognitive belief and long-term relationship orientation) of social enterprises. For such analysis, a sample of 400 consumers with experience of purchasing products of fashion social enterprises more than once was utilized, and path analysis was conducted utilizing AMOS 20.0. As a result of this research, first, information sharing, social participation among the characteristic factors of social enterprises' social capital had a meaningful impact on shared values, and self-pursuit and significance meaningfully affected the suitability of values. Second, mutual influence, sense of belonging, satisfaction of needs and emotional bond among the characteristic factors of community sense between social enterprises and consumers meaningfully affected shared values, whereas mutual influence, sense of belonging and emotional bond substantially influenced suitability of values. Third, shared values and suitability of values affected the relationship between behavioral flow and cognitive trust, and behavioral flow and cognitive trust both had meaningful impact on long-term relationship orientation.

The purpose of this research is to prepare fundamental data which will help the proposal for future a small size housing's plan and direction by looking into customers needs of community space and service for personal household because the personal household demand of the housing market is expected to be the most importance. To accomplish this, 150 people of age range from 20 to 30 who lives alone in Seoul has been surveyed from November 15th to 25th 20008. Also the socio-demographic characteristic, satisfaction of housing life, living characteristic and etc. of young people have been examined.
