Method: A descriptive correlation study was conducted. Parents of 165 children who were inpatients in two children's hospitals participated in the study. Data were collected using structured questionnaire at the time of discharge. For statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis were used. Results: The highest parent satisfaction domain was nursing service, and the lowest parent satisfaction domain was hospital service and accommodations. Parents were less likely to be satisfied with hospital facilities, equipment, noise and cleaning and less likely to be satisfied with the lack of information they received and with the lack of communication with health care professionals. Parents with longer length of stay and with older children reported higher satisfaction than their counterparts. Moreover, parent satisfaction was related to their intention to revisit and related to intention to recommend this surveyed hospital over others. Conclusions: Efforts to improve parent satisfaction in children's hospital service and accommodation are needed to improve the quality of health care. Communication by health care professionals with parents and a partnership between parents and health care professionals are necessary to improve quality of care.

  • This study examined the impact of chatbot service quality (process quality, outcome quality, and servicescape quality) on user satisfaction and reliability by identifying the relationships between user satisfaction, reliability, immersion, and the paths of three variables influencing reuse intention. The survey was conducted of Korean users in their teens and 70s who had experience using chatbot services. A total of 218 convenience samples were extracted and the data analyzed. By the IS success and SERVQUAL model, the results of structural equation modeling revealed that the chatbot service quality did not affect user satisfaction and reliability. However, user satisfaction and reliability of the chatbot services were shown to lead to reuse intention, and user satisfaction was shown to affect immersion and immersion in reliability. The results showed that satisfaction, reliability, and immersion in the chatbot services were important factors in the chatbot reuse intention. Through the satisfaction and reliability gained through the service, the users wanted to reuse the chatbot services, especially the chatbot services that gained reliability, which will have a greater impact on reuse intention. We can use these results as marketing information to attract loyal customers by identifying the reuse intention of the chatbot service users.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to construct and test a structural model on family life satisfaction of aged individuals living at home. The conceptual model was based on Bandura's self-efficacy and social cognitive theories (1977; 1986) and Bowen's (1976) family systems theory. Methods: From January 25 to March 5, 2016, 227 older adults living at home completed a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed to calculate the direct and indirect effects of factors affecting family life satisfaction. SPSS WIN 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used. Results: The hypothetical model was a good fit for the data. The model fit indices were ${\chi}^2=78.05$, ${\chi}^2/df=1.35$, RMSR=.02, GFI=.98, AGFI=.96, NFI=.94, CFI=.98, and RMSEA=.05. Family life satisfaction was positively affected by perceived collective family efficacy, status of physical health, family communication, and family support. Depression resulted in a significant negative effect. Family differentiation had a significant indirect effect on family life satisfaction. The model explained 76% of variance in family life satisfaction. Conclusion: Perceived collective family efficacy, status of physical health, depression, family differentiation, family communication, and family support were significant factors explaining family life satisfaction among older adults staying at home. Further research should be conducted to seek intervention strategies to improve family life satisfaction among older adults living at home by focusing on the respective contributing factors.
