본 연구는 정부 내 조직 관리상 자율성 증진 및 성과 중심 관리를 위하여 현재 운영 중인 책임운영기관에 대한 평가제도와 운영 효과 간 연계성에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 책임운영기관 중 지방통계청 공무원 510명을 대상으로 평가제도 운영에 대한 의사소통, 평가지표의 타당성, 기관장의 관심, 평가결과의 활용, 평가과정의 투명성, 책임운영기관 제도 운용상 효과성에 대한 설문 조사를 시행하였다. 구조방정식 분석결과에 의하면 평가지표의 타당성과 기관장 관심이 높을수록 평가결과의 활용과 평가과정의 투명성에 긍정적인 효과를 주며 제도운영에 효과성 또한 높게 인식하였다. 하지만 의사소통의 경우 평가 과정상 투명성에는 긍정적인 효과를 주었으나, 평가결과의 활용에는 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 책임운영기관 평가제도의 운영에 있어서 평가와 관련된 조직 내의 의사소통에 대한 고려가 필요하다는 점을 확인하였다는 데 의미가 있다.

This paper proposes maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro controller and artificial neural network(ANN). The hybrid combination of neural network and fuzzy control will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. This paper proposes the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro and ANN controller.

In development of monitoring and control systems, one of the most important points is to consider a redundancy so that the system can be operated normally although hardware faults are partly occurred. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a monitoring and control system with a redundancy function for I/O servers and communication networks. I/O servers composed with an active server and a standby server. Each server also has 3 communication ports, 2 ports of them were connected to field units and the other 1 port was connected to the other server. Field units have to be constructed to 2 communication ports connected I/O servers through communication lines. Also, server communication module was implemented for analyzing and handling fault elements. and was submodularized for linking easily with a monitoring and control module. An experiment with 2 servers and 2 field units was constructed to demonstrate its effectiveness.

In this paper, we propsoe a new method of th ecommunication system for cooperative behaviors and works in collective autonomous mobile robots. A communication function among the collective robots is essential to intelligent cooperative works. In genral, global communication is effective for small number of robots. However when the number of robot goes on increasing, this becomes difficult to be realized because of limited communication capacity and increasing amount of information to handle. And also the problems such as communciation interfeence and improper message transmission occur. So we propose local communication system based on infrared sensor to realize the cooperative behavior among robots as the solution of above problem. It is possible to prevent overflow of information and exchange of complex information by fusion sign board model which transmits the information to unspecified robots and message passing model which communicate a specific robot. And we formularize optimal communication range by analysis of information propagation mechanism from the proposed comunication system. At last we verify the effectiveness of the proposed communication system from example of cooperative works.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of hospital nurses' communication competence on resilience. Participants were 178 nurses who were from 5 general hospitals located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do province in Korea. The data were collected from September 5 to 19, 2021 and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The average score of communication competence was 3.57 and resilience was 3.43 points. The total correlations was .68 between communication competence and resilience. Communication competence explained 50% of the total variance of resilience(ρ<.001). Communicative effectiveness(β=.24, ρ<.001), immediacy(β=.19, ρ=.01), assertiveness(β=.15, ρ=.03) and social adaptability(β=.16 ρ=.02) were the significant factors influencing on resilience of hospital nurses. The findings suggest that we need to make efforts to increase the specific factors of communication competence affecting on resilience of nurses.

The goal of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a program which can improve the marital satisfaction of newlywed couples. The program was practiced once a week for 4 weeks at K healthy family center and each session lasted for 100 minutes. The participants of the program were 5 newlywed couples who desired to increase their relationship and marital satisfaction. In order to investigate the effectiveness of the program, we used the Wilcoxen signed rank test. The results of the analyses, showed that there were significant differences of increases in the areas of the newlywed couples' marital satisfaction, communication efficiency, conflict coping strategies, and self-esteem. In conclusion, the effectiveness and utilization of the program were confirmed. Also, it was verified that the program can be an important tool for strengthening healthy family functioning through a study on newlywed couples in the field of community-based family work practice.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analysis path model of the research variables. Methods: The subjects of this study were 647 nurses who were working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. Results: In the modified path model, overall fitness indexes were $X^2$= 223.27, goodness of fit index=0.90, root mean square residual=0.039, root mean square error of approximation=0.12, non-normed fit index=0.96, and normed fit index=0.90. From the model, among research variables that influence organizational effectiveness motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification affected directly work performance. In internal marketing factors, paid-leave, communication and reward affected directly motivator. Motivator and hygiene factors affected directly job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational identification. Conclusion: With these findings, paid-leave, communication, reward, motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification were direct or indirect predictors of the work performance. Therefore nursing managers ought to develop internal marketing strategies and motivation enhancing system for nurses based on this path model in order to improve the nursing organizational effectiveness.

It is well known that PMO (Project Management Office)s are effective for successful project performance. Since it takes a long time to develop PMO capability, many public organizations and companies that do not have internal PMOs are increasingly relying on outsourcing of PMO functions in order to introduce mature PMO capabilities in a short period of time. However, it is not verified yet whether outsourced PMO is more effective than internal PMO or not. The objective of this study is to verify the effectiveness of PMO outsourcing. There are many different definitions about PMO function, and even the same PMO function may have different effectiveness depending on the Industry. Thus, this study redefined the PMO functions and Project Performance based on the past studies, and conducted research by focusing on the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) industry. The ICT industry is an important industry economically and has been attracting global attention recently. This study is the first attempt to prove the effectiveness of outsourcing of PMO function in Korea. We found that PMO function outsourcing is effective for certain aspects of project performance, particularly technical support and infrastructure management. Overall, PMO outsourcing is usually more effective than internal PMO for improving project performance. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of PMO theories and practices.

The author evaluated the effectiveness of pedicled buccal fat pad grafts for closure of oroantral communications. Nine patients with chronic oroantral communications and one patient with an oronasal communication were treated with pedicled buccal fat grafts. They were treated successfully in all cases, and there were no postoperative complications (i. e. shallow buccal vestibule), and minimal patient discomforts. It was concluded that this was a easy and time fast method for closure of oral defects and had wide application and high successful rate.

Recently the demand of the driverless rolling stock is increasing with advancement of the stable communication technique and control technique. The automatic train operating system has advantages which takes low operating cost and is able to dispose elastically in demand. Beside it provides high safety and effectiveness because it will be able to control power, signal and communication system from Operation Control Center and the safety and effectiveness are high. The establishment of PSD, Platform Screen Door, is advanced in the goal which is passenger safety, fire protection, noise and dust reduction etc. When but, two advanced systems also have risks of operation delay and accident when two systems are not controlled smoothly. Thus, I'll introduce control method between onboard controller, door control unit in rolling stock and PSD controller to help system design.
