Korea has won 3 times in a row in the evaluation of e-government services in 2014. And the last year, the government-EA has been awarded the UN Public Service Award. Because of the development and execution of personalized integrated services based on the government-EA, Korea has won the two award from the UN. EA has been selected and proceeded as one of the 31 e-Government projects in early period, in 2005 the law which public sector must adopt the EA for efficient informatization had been enacted. Many public agencies in which actively utilized to derive such as internal and external performance through the EA. On the other hand, in the last 10 years, some public agencies have still been as recognized level of management in the EA. In this study, the main purpose is that to find out what is a major factor for successful use and result of EA, what is the EA success Model and how to examine it. To do that, this study will study the related prior research such as EA services, information systems success factors, performance measures, and develop the success model for EA and then examine the model. This study will contribute great implications in practical and theoretical in EA success model because this is the nation's first research that SERVQUAL model and the IS Success Model(DeLone & McLean 2003) has been combined and examined.

This study aimed at the identity of the landscape architectural award, which is the highest authority award system in landscape architecture; the establishment of cooperation between the landscape architecture and urban public sector, which deals with infrastructure is significantly requested nowadays. The identity characteristic of a detailed concept which configures the sameness in the shape of inner self-cognition and individuality as external and correlative cognition are utilized as the research methodology, and the findings are summarized as follows. The Korean Landscape Architectural Award holds an internal value as the only award in landscape architecture that is granted municipalities and public agencies. However, when it is compared with several correlated award systems, the vulnerable sides such as short origin and partly limping in terms of sustainability, the possibilities of losing the interest in the public sector due to management's reform program and insufficient participants and responses regarding social authority have been found. In addition, according to the today's paradigm tha taims for green cities, the aspect that shares the large portion with the values set by detailed categories of city planning that enforces metropolis awards is also in the spotlight. Hence, the landscape architectural award should construct specialization and development strategies by strengthening the superiority compared with the city award in the field of city planning. In other words, the Ministry of Land, not limited to the systematic cooperation with various administrative areas will be strengthened and it will communicate with the aspect that reinforces characters as an academic and practical area that covers various districts and disciplines. Thus, the identity is directly connected to the landscape architectural award's competitive reinforcement as a detailed characteristic variously combined, and it requires huge interest and discussions regarding internal and external landscape architecture areas and the democratic public discussion process.
The buffer overflow attack is the single most dominant and lethal form of security exploits as evidenced by recent worm outbreaks such as Code Red and SQL Stammer. In this paper, we propose microarchitectural techniques that can detect and recover from such malicious code attacks. The idea is that the buffer overflow attacks usually exhibit abnormal behaviors in the system. This kind of unusual signs can be easily detected by checking the safety of memory references at runtime, avoiding the potential data or control corruptions made by such attacks. Both the hardware cost and the performance penalty of enforcing the safety guards are negligible. In addition, we propose a more aggressive technique called corruption recovery buffer (CRB), which can further increase the level of security. Combined with the safety guards, the CRB can be used to save suspicious writes made by an attack and can restore the original architecture state before the attack. By performing detailed execution-driven simulations on the programs selected from SPEC CPU2000 benchmark, we evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed microarchitectural techniques. Experimental data shows that enforcing a single safety guard can reduce the number of system failures substantially by protecting the stack against return address corruptions made by the attacks. Furthermore, a small 1KB CRB can nullify additional data corruptions made by stack smashing attacks with only less than 2% performance penalty.

Temperature-phased anaerobic digestion (TPAD), anaerobic sequencing batch reactor (ASBR), and co-digestion technologies were combined together in order to overcome low efficiencies of conventional anaerobic sewage sludge digestion processes. In the performance, TPAD-ASBR process showed high VS removal efficiency over 60% up to the organic loading rate (OLR) of 2.7 g VS/L/d. The first-stage of TPAD-ASBR and control system played a most significant role in VS destruction and methane production. Methane production rate (0.79 l $CH_4/L/d$) of the system was higher than that (0.59 l $CH_4/L/d$) of the control system. The substrate characteristics of the sewage sludge, such as low VS concentration (1.5%, w/w) and biodegradability, were properly improved by the addition of food waste as a co-substrate, leading to more efficient VS removal and methane production. With several track studies, it was revealed that the independent solid retention time (SRT) of those systems prevented untreated particles from outflowing and also, extended the retention time of the active biomass for further degradation. Consequently, it was confirmed that the sequencing batch operation of the TPAD process using co-substrate was a promising alternative for the recycling of sewage sludge with low VS content.
Various location tracking sensors; such as GPS, INS, radar, and optical equipment; are used for tracking moving targets. In order to effectively track moving targets, it is necessary to develop an effective fusion method for these heterogeneous devices. There have been studies in which the estimated values of each sensors were regarded as different models and fused together, considering the different error characteristics of the sensors for the improvement of tracking performance using heterogeneous multi-sensor. However, the rate of errors for the estimated values of other sensors has increased, in that there has been a sharp increase in sensor errors and the attempts to change the estimated sensor values for the Sensor Probability could not be applied in real time. In this study, the Sensor Probability is obtained by comparing the RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) for the difference between the updated and measured values of the Kalman filter for each sensor. The process of substituting the new combined values for the Kalman filter input values for each sensor is excluded. There are improvements in both the real-time application of estimated sensor values, and the tracking performance for the areas in which the sensor performance has rapidly decreased. The proposed algorithm adds the error characteristic of each sensor as a conditional probability value, and ensures greater accuracy by performing the track fusion with the sensors with the most reliable performance. The trajectory of a UAV is generated in an experiment and a performance analysis is conducted with other fusion algorithms.
The iterative boundary element method (IBEM) developed originally before for cavitating two-dimensional (2-D) and three-dimensional (3-D) hydrofoils moving under free surface is modified and applied to the case of 2-D (two-dimensional) airfoils and 3-D (three-dimensional) wings over water. The calculation of the steady-state flow characteristics of an inviscid, incompressible fluid past 2-D airfoils and 3-D wings above free water surface is of practical importance for air-assisted marine vehicles such as some racing boats including catamarans with hydrofoils and WIG (Wing-In-Ground) effect crafts. In the present paper, the effects of free surface both on 2-D airfoils and 3-D wings moving steadily over free water surface are investigated in detail. The iterative numerical method (IBEM) based on the Green's theorem allows separating the airfoil or wing problems and the free surface problem. Both the 2-D airfoil surface (or 3-D wing surface) and the free surface are modeled with constant strength dipole and constant strength source panels. While the kinematic boundary condition is applied on the airfoil surface or on the wing surface, the linearized kinematic-dynamic combined condition is applied on the free surface. The source strengths on the free surface are expressed in terms of perturbation potential by applying the linearized free surface conditions. No radiation condition is enforced for downstream boundary in 2-D airfoil and 3-D wing cases and transverse boundaries in only 3-D wing case. The method is first applied to 2-D NACA0004 airfoil with angle of attack of four degrees to validate the method. The effects of height of 2-D airfoil from free surface and Froude number on lift and drag coefficients are investigated. The method is also applied to NACA0015 airfoil for another validation with experiments in case of ground effect. The lift coefficient with different clearance values are compared with those of experiments. The numerical method is then applied to NACA0012 airfoil with the angle of attack of five degrees and the effects of Froude number and clearance on the lift and drag coefficients are discussed. The method is lastly applied to a rectangular 3-D wing and the effects of Froude number on wing performance have been investigated. The numerical results for wing moving under free surface have also been compared with those of the same wing moving above free surface. It has been found that the free surface can affect the wing performance significantly.

This study of Shintoism is to inquire the relationships between social-political ideology and place of Shinto shrine(神社). In Korea, the Shinto shrine was a place of the center of Japanese colonial policy that symbolized the goal of Japanese Imperialism. This was one of the strategies of "Japan and Korea Are One". Before the China and Japan War in 1937, the number of shrines amounted to 51 sites, 12 of them were closely related to open ports, and the others were located at inland major cities. They also were associated with railroad transportation systems that tied coast and inland major cities. This spatial distribution of shrines was so called "Shrine Network" that was essential in tracing Japanese invasion into Korea. It was an imperial place where Japanese residence and colonial landscape were combined together to show the strength of Japanese Imperialism. Most of shrines were located at a hill with a view on the slope of a mountain and honored Goddess Amaterasu and the Meiji Emperor. I presume from these facts that Shinto Shrine was a supervisionary organization for strategic purpose. The Jeonju Shrine was located on a small hill, Dagasan(65m) where commanded a splendid view of Jeonju city and honored Goddess Amaterasu and the Meiji Emperor. It was a place which was adjacent to Japanese residence and colonial landscape. The Dagasan was changed as a symbolic site for Japanese Imperialism. But, after liberation in 1945, the social-political symbol of the hill was changed. By the strong will of civil, there was a monument to the loyal dead and the national poet, Yi Byeng-gi placed for national identity at the site of the demolished Jeonju Shrine. Dagasan as a place of national identity, shows the symbolic decolonization and the changing ideology. After all, this shows that political ideology is represented in a place with landscape.
Filtered containment venting system (FCVS) is one of the severe accident mitigation systems designed to release containment pressurization to maintain its integrity. The thermal-hydraulic behaviors in FCVSs are important since they affect the operation characteristics of the FCVS. In this study, a representative FCVS was modeled by RELAP5/Mod3.3 code, and the Station BlackOut (SBO) was chosen as an accident scenario. The thermal-hydraulic behaviors of an FCVS during long-term operation with two venting strategies (open-and-close strategy, open-and-non-close strategy) and the sensitivity analysis of important parameters were investigated. The results show that the FCVS can operate up to 250 h with a periodic open-and-close strategy during an SBO. Under the combined effects of steam condensation and water evaporation, the solution inventory in the FCVS increases during the venting phase and decreases during the intermission phase, showing a periodic pattern. Under this condition, the appropriate initial water level is 3-4 m; however, it should be adjusted according to the environment temperature. The FCVS can accommodate a decay heat power of 150-260 kW and may need to feed water for a higher decay heat power or drain water for a lower decay heat power during the late phase. The FCVS can function within an opening pressure range from 450 kPa to 500 kPa and a closing pressure range between 250 kPa and 350 kPa. When the open-and-non-close strategy is adopted, the solution inventory increases quickly in the early venting phase due to steam condensation and then decreases gradually due to the evaporation of water; drying-up may occur in the late venting phase. Decreasing the venting pipe diameter and increasing the initial water level can mitigate the evaporation of the scrubbing solution. These results are expected to provide useful references for the design and engineering application of FCVSs.
The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual framework and a stage of development of trust building and to study the factors affecting on the trust building in economics space. Conceptual framework on trust building in economics space is combined of in the three approaches. The macro(structural and institutional) approach includes normative and regulative factors(laws, norms), and positionality in social and economic systems(beliefs, political ideologies, institutions). The meso(intersubjective) approach contains the personal fronts(expressive factors, social cues, significant symbols) and settings(physical space, intermediary such as technologies & knowledges). The micro(subjective) approach comprises the willingness(internalization of value) and calculation(risk and uncertainties analysis) of economic actors. According to sustainable cooperation among economic actors, trust building to the macro(structural and institutional) level, the meso(intersubjective) level, and the micro(subjective) level develop by stages. The factors such as long-term and repeated interaction, information sharing and reciprocity, interdependence and asset specificity, uncertainty, proximity, and culture & norm of corporate and formal institution are determinants on the trust building across economic actors in economic space.

At q = 1.81 ± 0.20 × 10-5, KMT-2018-BLG-0029Lb has the lowest planet-host mass ratio q of any microlensing planet to date by more than a factor of two. Hence, it is the first planet that probes below the apparent "pile-up" at q = 5-10 ×10-5. The event was observed by Spitzer, yielding a microlens-parallax πE measurement. Combined with a measurement of the Einstein radius θE from finite-source effects during the caustic crossings, these measurements imply masses of the host Mhost = 1.14+0.10-0.12 M⊙ and planet Mplanet = 7.59+0.75-0.69 M⊕, system distance DL = 3.38+0.22-0.26 kpc and projected separation a⊥ = 4.27+0.21-0.23 AU. The blended light, which is substantially brighter than the microlensed source, is plausibly due to the lens and could be observed at high resolution immediately.
