This paper analyzed the color of harbor and fishing village for the better landscape. Accordingly the aim of this study is to find out the color-scape in harbor, such as regional color and present status are to analyze with elements of design. In beginning point of development, it is to take practicable data about color planning for marine tourism. Regarding the utility of these characteristics, hue, value, chroma can be checked and design of color-scape may be possible to work out future harbor environments. This study suggests that harbor of contemporary is to be environmental harmony and regional color control. The result of this research, it is carried out that the color-scape is checked by partnership of experts, official and regional person with "agreement of landscape" to provide reasonable criteria in color surroundings. An analysis of regional color-scape is expected to use for landscape improvement of fishing village and harbor.

This study aims to propose directions of color-scape about fishing village and harbor in East coast. In order to offer better landscape in harbor; Namae and Sachun, such as regional atmosphere and identification are to analyze with color planning. For the quality of color-scape, natural color, regional color of harbor may be possible to work out future harbor surrounding by evaluation scale and then hue, value, chroma can be estimated systematically. This survey suggests that color of harbor is to be environmental and regional color control. We analyze that the color-scape planning through the both whole harmony and organic combination is important elements of satisfaction to the people of experience with color environments. Consequently, some proposal of color guideline by analysis of color simulation will be useful to make out preliminary design criteria in improvement of color.

Recently a lot of domestic harbor and fishing village should be established by redevelopment Thus this paper is to propose directions of color design about fishing village and harbor in East coast. Above all important color-scape in harbor, such as regional atmosphere and sea-scape are to analyze color planning. The major analysis is to take basic data about color planning for marine tourism. For the feasibility of these characteristics, hue, value, chroma can be checked and design of color-scape may be possible to work out future harbor surrounding by evaluation scale. This study suggests that harbor of contemporary is to be environmental and regional color control. To this end, it shows that the color of not uniformity but combination/harmony is one of the important of satisfaction of color environments. The result of this study, analysis of color-scape about status will be useful to plan with color data in fishing village and harbor.

일본의 도쿄(東京都)와 같은 도시는 도시의 정체성을 드러내는 여러 구성요소 중 경관색채를 적극적으로 활용하여 타 도시와는 차별되는 그 도시만의 특성을 극대화시킨 사례로 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 경관형성 계획을 통해 도시의 정체성을 살린 일본 도쿄시를 대상으로 도시재정비계획에 나타난 사업배경과 미래상 그리고 도시만들기의 목표, 경관형성 계획에 따른 색채현황 및 형성시책, 진행방식 등을 살펴봄으로써 경관형성의 특징과 그 시사하는 바를 고찰하고자 한다. 이는 향후 장기적 안목에서 도시재정비 및 경관계획시 방향설정을 위한 참고자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the factors affecting satisfaction of street-scape. According to this purpose, in chapter 2, by inspecting conservation of street environment and streetscape, deduce the frame for analyzing streetscape in commercial district. In chapter 3, analyzing present condition and problems of selected streets in Pohang City, derive the primary factors to induce desirable streetscape through problems and their reason between the analyzed elements of building form. Analyzed elements are composed pavement of road, street furniture, height of buildings, color and material of building and outdoor advertisements, etc. In chapter 4, by conducting a questionnaire survey of pedestrians about street images and the preference, propose the direction of improvement about streetscape in commercial district. As the study method, level of satisfaction was analyzed using the components of street-scape. The collected data was analyzed through Reliability Analysis, ANOVA, Factor Analysis, Regression Analysis. A regression analysis for deriving main factors affecting the satisfaction level of street-scape showed that signboard, sign color, width of street, paving materials, street furniture, open space were found to be the most important.

Recently, the outdoor lighting of architectural Facade has increased for the improvement of night-scape in urban and coastal resort. The purpose of this research is to analyze lighting characteristics; Luminance, Illuminance, Color Temperature, Chromaticity in Gyengpo Park of Eastern famous coastal resort. The result of this paper is as follows: 1) The Luminance ratio was measured that compare to the 1:10 criterion(IESNA) was in excess to the most building except "K". Because of these condition, Luminance environments was injurious to visual health the overuse of the outdoor lighting or glare to the eyes. 2) The level of vertical Illuminance value was insufficient 33.3% among the cases of survey with 4Lux standard of CIE. 3) The kinds of outdoor lighting of BLDG were increased lighting emitting diode(LED), metal halide(MH) instead of reduction trend of neon, fluorescent light, halogen. As the crisis of Energy resources we will be investigate adapt method of outdoor lighting, which design is based on economical efficiency by the use of optimum lighting.

본 연구에서는 다양한 온도 및 시간에 따른 데치기에 의한 우엉, 연근 및 마늘종의 특성 변화를 평가하였다. 우엉은 데치기에 의한 조직 연화 효과를 얻기 어려웠으며, 저온 데치기에 따른 변색이 심하게 발생하는 현상을 보여주었다. 따라서 효과적인 우엉의 데치기는 90℃ 이상에서 단시간(1분) 실시해야 품질의 저하를 억제할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 반면 연근은 80℃에서 5분간 데치는 경우 고온에서 단시간 데친 연근에 비해 수분함량이 높고 연도는 차이를 보이지 않아 저온 데치기를 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 농산물로 판단되었다. 마늘종은 고온 데치기에 의해 조직 연화 효과를 얻을 수 있지만, 색도 변화를 수반하기 때문에 품질 측면에서 바람직하지 않았으며, 80℃에서 3-5분 데치기를 통해 연화효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대되었다.

본 연구는 커피전문점의 서비스스케이프가 고객의 지각된 가치와 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 최근 포화상태에 직면해 있는 커피전문점의 질적인 향상과 효과적인 마케팅 전략의 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커피전문점 이용행동 특성을 분석한 결과, 커피전문점 이용 시 지출비용은 21,000~30,000원(43.9%)이, 커피전문점 방문빈도는 1주에 2~3회 정도(25.1%)가, 브랜드 커피전문점을 이용하는 가장 큰 동기(이유)는 커피 메뉴의 맛(39.7%)이, 커피전문점 이용 시 동반자는 친구(53.5%)가, 커피전문점 이용정보는 지인 또는 주위 권유(29.3%)가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 심미성, 좌석의 안락성, 청결성, 대기환경, 접근성 등의 서비스스케이프가 높을수록 지각된 가치가 높게 나타났으며, 특히 커피전문점 실내장식의 매력성, 바닥과 벽의 색상의 어울림, 데코레이션의 우수성, 건물 외관의 매력성 등의 심미성을 높이는 것이 지각 가치를 높이는 데 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심미성, 청결성, 대기환경, 접근성 등의 서비스스케이프가 높을수록 브랜드 태도가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 고객의 지각된 가치가 높을수록 브랜드 태도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 커피전문점의 실내장식과 아늑한 분위기가 방문 고객에게 무형적인 서비스로써 긍정적인 가치와 우호적인 반응을 일으킬 수 있으며, 고객의 감각을 배려한 인테리어 컨셉과 시각적 효과를 보이는 것이 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 줌으로 이러한 심미적 환경을 잘 개발할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 또한, 커피전문점을 방문하는 고객들이 기본적으로 사용할 수 있는 각종 시설에 대한 청결 유지와 고객의 이동 방향을 고려한 매장관리 및 고객 편의를 증대를 위한 해당 브랜드의 이미지를 강조한 표지판과 안내, 주차시설 및 부대시설의 개선 및 관리로 청결성과 접근성을 확보하는 것이 고객의 지각된 가치와 브랜드 태도를 높일 수 있는 방안이라 사료된다.

Analyzed elements are composed of floor elements, wall elements, ceiling elements. The detailed elements are pavement of road, street furniture, height of buildings, color and material of building and outdoor advertisements. In chapter 4, by conducting a questionnaire survey of pedestrians about street images -choosing impressive physical elements and the feeling of the street by the list of adjective of semantic differential scale- and the preference, propose the direction of improvement about streetscape in commercial district.

This study suggests experimental designs for interior products utilizing LEDs that are ideal for expressing diversity of light. It also attempts to develop various products by incorporating economic efficiency and diverse colors of LEDs into interior elements. LED door handles offer a range of 6-color LED lighting strips as a safety lighting system, while multi-function furniture (CUBE-scape) consists of LEDs with double-sided emitted lighting on completely transparent track structures. Both products are designed to make interior elements more user-friendly as they make most use of unique effects of LED such as light vibration and changes. Also the combination of plastic material-Technogel$^{\circledR}$, polypropylene, polycarbonate- maximize the LED lighting effect and diversify the designed item selection.
