According to the Housing Lease Protection Act, even though it is not registered, if the lessee has completed delivery of a house and the resident registration, the lease shall take effect against the third person from the following day thereof. Any lessee who has met the requirements for opposing power and obtained the fixed date on the lease contract document, shall be entitled to receive the repayment of the deposit from the converted price of the leased house, in preference to any junior obligors and other creditors, at the time of an auction as provided by the Civil Execution Act and a public sale as prescribed by the National Tax Collection Act. The lessee shall be entitled to receive a repayment of a specified amount of the deposit in preference to other persons having the security rights in the leased house. However those provisions give rise to many problems because the Housing Lease Protection Act allows the opposing power and the right of preferential payment from the following date of fulfillment of the requirement. For the purpose of solving the problems, this study suggests that the Housing Lease Protection Act need to be amended as follows. The fixed date should be added to the requirement of opposing power and the preferential right of specified deposit repayment. In addition, the commencement of opposing power and preferential right of deposit repayment need to be taken effect from the day that the requirement is fulfilled.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the various processes and patterns to build or synthesize class numbers in the 800 class of the Dewey Decimal Classification, Edition 20(1989). The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. The 800(Literature and rhetoric) class in the DDC system is the main class added analytico-synthetic principle positively to an enumerative scheme. 2. The facets to be a n.0, pplied in literature are language literary form literary period ; kind, scope, or medium ; notation 08(collection) or 09(criticism) literary feature, subject, author, etc. 3. In the 800 class, there are the five tables of precedence for literary forms aspects ; specific kinds of persons ; literary, period in relation to the aspects for works treating more than one literary form subforms, aspects and literary periods in the works treating a specific literary form. 4. BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The Recaller app was developed to help individuals record their food intakes. This pilot study evaluated the usability of this new food picture application (app), which operates on a smartphone with an embedded camera and Internet capability. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Adults aged 19 to 28 years (23 males and 22 females) were assigned to use the Recaller app on six designated, nonconsecutive days in order to capture an image of each meal and snack before and after eating. The images were automatically time-stamped and uploaded by the app to the Recaller website. A trained nutritionist administered a 24-hour dietary recall interview 1 day after food images were taken. Participants' opinions of the Recaller app and its usability were determined by a follow-up survey. As an evaluation indicator of usability, the number of images taken was analyzed and multivariate Poisson regression used to model the factors determining the number of images sent. RESULTS: A total of 3,315 food images were uploaded throughout the study period. The median number of images taken per day was nine for males and 13 for females. The survey showed that the Recaller app was easy to use, and 50% of the participants would consider using the app daily. Predictors of a higher number of images were as follows: greater interval (hours) between the first and last food images sent, weekend, and female. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this pilot study provide valuable information for understanding the usability of the Recaller smartphone food picture app as well as other similarly designed apps. This study provides a model for assisting nutrition educators in their collection of food intake information by using tools available on smartphones. This innovative approach has the potential to improve recall of foods eaten and monitoring of dietary intake in nutritional studies.

Along with economic growth in the 1970s, the nation's economy, railroads, and airports have soared, but the facilities have been aging for 30 years. The aging SOC lowers the national competitiveness and threatens the safety of the people. SOC is a key asset of the national life and economic activity, and is a key factor for evaluating the national competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically manage and operate the SOC related to people's lives. In the USA, the SOC report card is issued regularly. Those reports are used as a basis for securing budgets. In Korea, facilities management institutions are different. Therefore, there is no integrated SOC monitoring system. Hence, this study developed a 'SOC information system' that can collect reports scattered throughout the country and support report cards. The demonstration system was implemented through the web and the feasibility of implementing the evaluation support system was confirmed. The collection distributed SOC data should be supported by national policy. Although it takes a long time, it is necessary to improve national competitiveness and public safety.

Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of different levels of quantitative feed restriction on nutrient intake and digestibility, nitrogen balance, efficiency and feeding behavior, and productive performance in F1 Holstein/Zebu cows during the middle third of their lactation. Methods: Sixty F1 Holstein/Zebu cows with 111.5±11.75 days of lactation and an initial body weight (BW) of 499±30 kg (mean±standard error of the mean) were used. The experimental design was completely randomized with the following diet levels of feed restriction: 3.39%, 2.75%, 2.50%, 2.25%, and 2.00% of BW, with 12 replications for each level. The experiment lasted for 63 days, of which each period lasted 21 days with the first 16 days for diet adaptation followed by 5 days for collection of data and samples. Results: For each 1% of BW diet restriction, there was a decrease in dry matter intake of 5.26 kg/d (p<0.01). There was no difference in daily milk production (p = 0.09) under the restriction levels of 3.39% to 2.0% of BW. When corrected for 3.5% fat, milk production declined (p = 0.05) 3.46 kg/d for each percentage unit of feed restriction. Conclusion: Restricting the feed supply for F1 Holstein/Zebu cows in the middle third of their lactation period altered nutrient intake, nitrogen balance and ingestive behavior but did not affect milk production or feed efficiency. However, considering the observed BW loss and decrease in milk production corrected for 3.5% fat, restriction of no less than 2.5% BW is recommended.

The recent keyword advertising does not reflect the individual customer searching pattern because it is focused on each keyword at the aggregate level. The purpose of this research is to observe processes of customer searching patterns. To be specific, individual deal-proneness is mainly concerned. This study incorporates location as a control variable. This paper examines the relationship between customers' searching patterns and probability of purchase. A customer searching session, which is the collection of sequence of keyword queries, is utilized as the unit of analysis. The degree of deal-proneness is measured using customer behavior which is revealed by customer searching keywords in the session. Deal-proneness measuring function calculates the discount of deal prone keyword leverage in accordance with customer searching order. Location searching specificity function is also calculated by the same logic. The analyzed data is narrowed down to the customer query session which has more than two keyword queries. The number of the data is 218,305 by session, which is derived from Internet advertising agency's (COMAS) advertisement managing data and the travel business advertisement revenue data from advertiser's. As a research result, there are three types of the deal-prone customer. At first, there is an unconditional active deal-proneness customer. It is the customer who has lower deal-proneness which means that he/she utilizes deal-prone keywords in the last phase. He/she starts searching a keyword like general ones and then finally purchased appropriate products by utilizing deal-prone keywords in the last time. Those two types of customers have the similar rates of purchase. However, the last type of the customer has middle deal-proneness; who utilizes deal-prone keywords in the middle of the process. This type of a customer closely gets into the information by employing deal-prone keywords but he/she could not find out appropriate alternative then would modify other keywords to look for other alternatives. That is the reason why the purchase probability in this case would be decreased Also, this research confirmed that there is a loyalty effect using location searching specificity. The customer who has higher trip loyalty for specificity location responds to selected promotion rather than general promotion. So, this customer has a lower probability to purchase.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of auricular acupressure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Data collection was conducted from March 16 to May 11, 2018. A total of 44 participants with type 2 diabetes were recruited from welfare facilities. Participants in the experimental group (n=22) and placebo control group (n=22) received auricular acupressure on diabetes-related points (shenmen, pancreas, appetite control point, thirst point, and master endocrine point) and diabetes-unrelated points. The intervention was implemented on 5 consecutive days per week for a total of 6 weeks. To examine the effects of treatment, postprandial glucose, glycated hemoglobin, and blood lipid levels were evaluated. Postprandial glucose levels in the experimental group exhibited significant reduction over time compared to those in the placebo control group (p=.030). Glycated hemoglobin levels in the experimental group decreased significantly (t=-2.44, p=.024). However, there were no significant differences in blood lipid levels between the two groups. This study demonstrates that auricular acupressure on diabetes-related points for 6 weeks was highly effective in decreasing blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.

As the technology in smart device is growing and Social Network Services(SNS) are becoming more common, the data which is difficult to be processed by existing RDBMS are increasing. As a result of this, NoSQL databases are getting popular as an alternative for processing massive and unstructured data generated in real time. The demand for the technique of digital investigation of NoSQL databases is increasing as the businesses introducing NoSQL database in their system are increasing, although the technique of digital investigation of databases has been researched centered on RDMBS. New techniques of digital forensic investigation are needed as NoSQL Database has no schema to normalize and the storage method differs depending on the type of database and operation environment. Research on document-based database of NoSQL has been done but it is not applicable as itself to other types of NoSQL Database. Therefore, the way of operation and data model, grasp of operation environment, collection and analysis of artifacts and recovery technique of deleted data in HBase which is a NoSQL column-based database are presented in this paper. Also the proposed technique of digital forensic investigation to HBase is verified by an experimental scenario.
While overall crime has been on the decline since 2009, voice phishing has rather been on the rise. The government and academia have presented various measures and conducted research to eradicate it, but it is not enough to catch up with evolving voice phishing. In the study, researchers focused on catching criminals and preventing damage from voice phishing, which is difficult to recover from. In particular, a voice phishing prediction method using the Fraud Detection System (FDS), which is being used to detect financial fraud, was studied based on the fact that the victim engaged in financial transaction activities (such as account transfers). As a result, it was conceptually derived to combine big data such as call details, messenger details, abnormal accounts, voice phishing type and 112 report related to voice phishing in machine learning-based Fraud Detection System(FDS). In this study, the research focused mainly on government measures and literature research on the use of big data. However, limitations in data collection and security concerns in FDS have not provided a specific model. However, it is meaningful that the concept of voice phishing responses that converge FDS with the types of data needed for machine learning was presented for the first time in the absence of prior research. Based on this research, it is hoped that 'Voice Phishing Damage Prediction System' will be developed to prevent damage from voice phishing.
Ceramic cultural artifacts restored with gypsum-based materials are prone to decay over time due to gypsum's natural absorption and release of atmospheric moisture, often leading to distortion and peeling of painted layers. This study proposes a new restoration material which utilizes extra hard stone, significantly superior in strength to regular gypsum. In order to enhance its physical properties and make it suitable for restoration of ceramics, extra hard stone is mixed with metakaolin. This mixture far surpasses regular gypsum in compressive strength(119MPa vs. 26MPa) while also maintaining a much lower wear rate(0.88% vs. 2.53%). Furthermore, the water absorption rate(2.9%) of the mixed material is over five times lower than that of regular gypsum(17.2%). When examined using a SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope), this mixture also proved superior to extra hard stone in terms of hardened density. The addition of metakaolin increases the mixture's strength and water resistance over that of extra hard stone and also improves its surface density, making it ideal for the restoration of ceramics. It has already been used to repair ceramic objects in the Museum's collection: Clay basin(sinan 18892), Buncheong ware bottle with incised peony design(jubsu 2034), Buncheong ware bowl with chrysanthemum(jubsu 1730). Results thus far have shown the mixture to be easy to inject and layer as well as harden into an even surface, which allows for smooth application of paint for color matching.
