Early conflict research in channel and organization area have focused on the definition of conflict construct, its cause, consequence and identified conflict resolution management. Recent studies about conflict, however, have explored new assumption of complexity, a multidimensional conflict construct, contextual conflict management strategies, positive and negative conflict/consequence, and the conflict resolution strategy. Although many literatures exists on channel conflict resolution, little research has been done about relationship learning and performance from conflict resolution perspective. This study explores how channel members can achieve a relationship learning, as a conflict resolution mechanism, which enhance co-created value in marketing channel relationship. Therefore we propose that conflict resolution strategies(collaborating behavior and avoiding behavior) influence channel performance(effectiveness and efficiency) through relationship learning processes(learning via information exchange, joint interpretation and coordination, relationship-specific knowledge memory), in view of buyer-seller relationship. The research model is shown at
Objectives : Intelligent thermo-acupuncture system (ITA-system) is invented for the convenient operation of thermo-acupuncture therapy. The aim of this study is to investigate the safety of 100 ㎑ electromagnetic field (EMF) made by ITA-system. Methods : We analysed the influence of this EMF on animals. In order to do experiment in the influence of EMF, male ICR mice were exposed to EMF at different distances from the ITA-system. As e-commerce developing rapidly, it is becoming a research focus about how to find customer's behavior patterns and realize commerce intelligence by use of Web mining technology. One of the most successful and widely used technologies for building personalization and goods recommendation system is collaborating filtering. However, collaborative filtering have serious data sparsity problem. Traditional association rule does not consider user's interests or preferences to provide a user with specific personalized service. In this paper, we propose an goods recommendation system, which is integrated an collaborative filtering algorithm with item-to-item corelation and an improved Apriori algorithm. This system has user's interests or preferences ro provide a user with specific personalized service.
Background: The purpose of this study is to measure the Korean health literacy level and to analyse its gaps according to the factors of socioeconomic and health status and health behaviors. Based on this, policy implications were reviewed to improve the understandability on health information and to reduce the gap among socioeconomic groups. Methods: HLS-EU-Q47, a tool developed by the European Health Literacy Project, was used to conduct a face-to-face interview survey on the health literacy for the samples from general population. Results: The public general health literacy (HL) index was 34.5 out of 50. HL is consisted of three sub-dimensions: healthcare (HC-HL), disease prevention (DP-HL), and health promotion (HP-HL). And a HL analysis found scores of 34.7 points for HC-HL, 35.4 points for DP-HL, and 33.3 points for HP-HL. The level of all HL was different according to socioeconomic characteristics and health behavior. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, more research activities on health-related literacy need to be conducted, and monitoring system on the HL level needs to be developed and implemented. In addition, a program to improve HL levels needs to be developed in order to strengthen the basis for a more sustainable healthcare system as an agenda with national health policy priority.
Objectives: It is necessary to examine groups carrying out sexually risky behavior because the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) is high among them. In this study, the prevalence of STDs among homosexuals and sexbuying men in South Korea was investigated, along with their sexual risk factors. Methods: Men who have sex with men (MSMs, n=108) were recruited in Seoul and Busan by applying the time location sampling method, while sex-buying men (n=118) were recruited from a john school in Gyeonggi province, the suburbs of Seoul. Dependent variables included past or present infection with syphilis, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and human immunodeficiency virus. Independent variables included health behavior, social support, sexual behavior, and safe sex. Results: It was found that when the MSMs were non-drunk while having sexual intercourse (odds ratio [OR], 0.132), they showed a higher STD infection rate when they had a higher number of anal sex partners (OR, 5.872), rarely used condoms (OR, 1.980), had lower self-efficacy (OR, 0.229), and were more anxious about becoming infected with an STD (OR, 3.723). However, the men who paid for sex showed high STD infections when they had more sex partners (OR, 2.286) and lower education levels (OR, 3.028). Conclusions: STD infections among the two groups were high when they were engaged with many sex partners and not having protected sex. In other words, there was a gap in risky sex behavior within such groups, which was significantly related to the possibility of developing an STD. Therefore, the preventive intervention against STDs for these groups needs to be expanded to include management of sex behaviors.

Objectives: The aims of this study were to provide basic information on health behaviors of diabetics by age groups, compared to non-diabetics group. Methods: 2007 National Health Nutrition and Examination Survey Data were used to compare health behaviors between the diabetics group (191 diabetics who had been diagnosed by a doctor) and the non-diabetics group (382 general population) according to age groups. For the purpose of analysis, $x^2$-test (Fischer's exact test) and conditional logistic regression were used. Results: There were significant differences in health behaviors between the diabetics group and the non-diabetics group according to the history of health screening, BMI and alcohol consumption, and there were different pattern of health behaviors by age group. Conclusion: When developing and implementing health education and specific intervention programs for the correction of health behaviors among diabetics, one should consider age, age-adjusted health behavior patterns and priority.

Recently, design patterns have been known to be highly effective and practical. Design pattern is a collection of collaborating classes that captures the application independent behavior of system in a particular domain. By using design pattern, the development time and software quality can be greatly increased. However, systematic development process and detailed instructions of building design patterns have not been studied enough. In this paper. we propose practical intranet structure modeling technique that are based on design pattern. The proposed process consists of the four typical software development phases; analysis, navigation, interface, behavior domain design, and each phase is defined as a logical sequence of development tasks. Since the proposed process is based on design pattern foundation, and can be efficiently produced by applying this process.

High ionospheric spatial gradient during ionospheric storm is most concern for the landing approach with GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) augmentation systems. In case of the GBAS (Ground-Based Augmentation System), the ionospheric storm causes sudden increase of the ionospheric delay difference between a ground facility and a user (aircraft), and the aircraft position error increases significantly. Since the ionosphere behavior and the storm effect depend on geographic location, understanding the ionospheric storm behavior at specific regional area is crucial for the GNSS augmentation system development and implementation. Korea Aerospace Research Institute and collaborating universities have been developing an integrity monitoring test bed for GBAS research and for future regional augmentation system development. By using the dense GPS (Global Positioning System) networks in Korea, a regional ionosphere map is constructed for finding detailed aspect of the ionosphere variation. Preliminary analysis on the ionospheric gradient variation during a recent storm period is performed and the results are discussed.
