Hydrogen fueled vehicle was evaluated as one of the next-generation technology that will be able to solve the global warming, depletion of fossil fuel and etc. The practical use of hydrogen fueled vehicle, nevertheless, is being delayed more than expected schedule due to various causes. In order to promote the dissemination of hydrogen fueled vehicle, development status and obstacle factors of practical use for hydrogen fueled vehicles were reviewed and the strategy plans for dissemination promotion were proposed. Hydrogen fueled vehicles are included the hydrogen fuel cell, neat and enriched hydrogen fueled engines. The technicalness, economy, safety, cognizance, system, support and etc were considered in the strategy plans.

International information transfer has increasingly been a topic of concern since the 1970s and has been discussed in numerous forums, including the OECD, the UN, Unesco, and ITU. It is made possible by the convergence of computer and telecommunications technologies which has facilitated the transfer of machine-readeable information across national boundaries with unprecedented speed and efficiency. While information flow between nations occupies an increasing percentage of the population in advanced countries, the developing countries continue to experience information disparity. Yet even with this situation, information remains a major resource and commidity in international trade and commerce. Neither its value or its threat can be ignored by any nation. Both national and international information policy should be constructed with cognizance of the social, economic, cultural, and technological aspects of information.

In order to establish the diagnostic indices of skin diseases, some physiological and pathological concepts of interstices(腠理) were researched based on , and western dermatology with etymological analysis. As physiological indices for diagnosis of skin diseases, measurement of epidermis and dermis using ultrasonogram in the zhongwan and dachui's location. And for grading looseness and fineness of interstices with 3 unsound groups, measuring numbers and sizes of sweat pores in each point's 1 cm diameter circular area using comparative method and palpation assessment. Another index is superficial temperature. As pathological indices for diagnosis, validating volumes of dead skin cells and grading degrees of atrophy and degeneration of skin lesion. And as supplementary measures, absorptive degrees of cosmetics on face should be recorded according to 3 grades. These diagnostic indices can contribute to establishment of standard pattern identification and prescription of skin diseases through converting anatomical cognizance into classical concepts of interstices objectively.

The modern society of the 21century is becoming a discussion as spaces appearing as ambiguous boundaries caused by complexed cultural phenomenon. As for the spacial factors we recognize, which appears as phenomenon in which is emphasizing the existing system of cognizance and thinking through drawing inviable parts of the effort within escaping the limits of gravity. This Merleau-Ponty and Gilles Deleuze refines it as theories called "Perception" and "Sense", and through the 'visible and invisible' of Merleau-Ponty and the 'Nonsense and paradox' of Gilles Deleuze, this study object is forming these inviable representations into space. Using the similarities of these two theories as a tool, we will analyze the examples of space with drawing the force that forms invisibility into embodiment, building a possibility of improvement in future spaces.

Recently, in according to increase cognizance of energy and resources exhaustion, renewable energy system is received attention. In particular, ground heat pump system(GSHP) utilizing annually stable ground temperature for energy saving have been attracted in many buildings. However, GSHP system have disadvantage due to increase of initial installation and boring cost. In this study, in order to reduce the initial cost and to supply ground heat pump system into small scale house, an unit-type ground heat exchanger was developed.

The purpose of study is to research employees cognizing their hospital mission statement impact on their job satisfaction. Survey was conducted with 100 employees as samples, totaling 400 samples from four of religious general hospitals located in Busan, Gyeongsang Namdo and Gyeongsang Bukdo. The survey data was statistically analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis. Summary of study results are as follows: First, the degree of cognizance of mission statement showed significant differences by age, education, religion, job categories and experience of employees. Second, the degree of job satisfaction showed significant differences by age, education and experience of employees. Finally, significant correlation existed between employees' cognition of mission statement and their job satisfaction.

This paper contains that the current emergency response procedure through the railroad accident type at domestic and foreign, and the response program which is more systematic as a result of improving weaknesses. Because the response program at home is less sufficient than developed country's, we have made an investigation into system of classification in America, British, Germany, Japan for organizing separate emergency response code. we have researched the recognition response of five senses for minimizing the accident damage in a way of spreading the emergency response type analyzed through the accident procedure according to the feature of five senses by the first recognizer. Based on the first recognitions response of five senses, the scenario has been established according to each types and the criteria of accident has been researched through classifying the recognition of five senses response level, early response level, self-response level, outside support level.

The purpose of this study was to find out the necessary conditions and factors what effect as a society member through the students with disabilities to have a positive and mutual peer relationship with their classmates in the school and by them analyzed formation process and elucidate signification. The research method focused on the data summarized and enumerated through the investigation methods such as two in-depth interviews and two observation activities part, and the data which are commonly stated or observed in the data. The results of this study start that the factors of peer relationship formation between children with disabilities and their with non-disabled children are caused by lack of prejudice or lack of awareness. However, continuous cognizance improvement program, teacher's education guidance, the age have presence sense and subject about friend equating idea was mainly shown of school education or local community.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of caretaking behavior for children. This study adopts the methode of Walker and Avant in analysis. Based on the results of the study, the attributes, precedents, and consequences of caretaking behavior for children are follows ; 1. The affirmative attributes of caretaking behavior are affection binding, nutritional guidance, education, caring, protection moral training and acquisition of parents' role. The negative attributes of caretaking behavior are inconsistent moral training, incapability of affection binding and overprotection. 2. The precedent of caretaking behavior are postpartum contact with their babies, cognizance capacity of child-caretaking, economic support, level of preparation for child-caretaking and self-consciousness as parents. 3. The affirmative consequences of caretaking behavior are promotion of child growth and development, formation of maternal-infantile attachment, development of children sociality, satisfaction of parental role and reinforcement of relationship between the members of family. The negative consequences of caretaking behavior are burden and conflict to parental role, children's illness, role conflict and role stress among the members of the family and family breaking up.

As cognizance of necessity of environmentally friendly building is growing, techniques to construct environmentally friendly envelope of contemporary architecture is being changed and developed. Though the stream of times likes this, applications of those are focused on office buildings but rarely on residential projects. A begin of this study is to address analysis of environmentally friendly envelope techniques in urban housing in Europe constructed after 1995 which is the very time that the notion of ecological architecture. The result of this analysis should be a suggestion of radical data to make buildings be more buildings be more environmentally friendly and having amenities.
