강원도 영동권 지역 생선회 전문점의 유형적 근거가 고객의 감정반응과 재구매 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Tangible Clues of Raw-fish Restaurants on Consumers' Emotional Responses & Repurchasing Behavior in East-northern Area of Kangwon-Province)

  • The purpose of this article was to study the influence of tangible clues of raw-fish restaurants on consumers' emotional responses and repurchasing behavior in eastern area of Kangwon-province. In this study frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and path analysis(SEM) were applied to analyze the data. Through path analysis tangible clues' performances had generally significant influences upon consumers' emotional responses to buy products of raw-fish restaurants. According to the results, exterior facility had positive influence on pleasure(p<0.001) and arousal(p<0.01). Interior facility had positive influence on pleasure(p<0.001) and arousal(p<0.001), but negative on dominance(p<0.01). And the others had positive influence on pleasure(p<0.05). Press copy had positive influence on pleasure(p<0.001) and arousal(p<0.001). And Pleasure and arousal had positive influence on repurchasing behavior(p<0.001). But Dominance didn't have significant influence on repurchasing behavior. As a result, we studied that the tangible clues was an effective marketing tactic to maintain and increase consumers' positive emotional reponses to repurchase at restaurants. Therefore it is finally needed that dining-out corporations manage tangible clues in a customer-maintaining without additional costs, and especially to use mixing tangible clues each other in some suitable condition.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of tangible clues on university students' perceived risks and satisfaction at family-restaurants in Seoul. The performances of 3 tangible clues(physical evidence, employee, service process) negatively influenced the student's perceived risks. This result indicated that tangible clues can reduce the negative characteristics of service (intangibility, inseparability, perishability and variability) toward student customers at family restaurants. Meanwhile, financial risk, performance risk and social risk negatively influenced their overall satisfaction. Performance risk had the strongest negative influence on student customers' overall satisfaction, indicating that university students were much more interested in performance and utility about menu, food and service quality than in other factors at family restaurants. As a result, food-service corporations need to manage suitably various tangible clues as an important marketing strategy to diminish their customers' perceived risk and raise their satisfaction.

프랜차이즈 패밀리레스토랑의 유형적 요소가 무형적 요소에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Visible Clues on Non-visible Clues in Context of Franchise Family Restaurants)

  • This study was conducted to examine the relationships among various visible clues and non-visible clues as perceived by franchise family restaurant consumers. Using online survey tool in South Korea, total 450 survey was distributed and 400 participants were used for further statistical analysing with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. Twelve items were categorized into four visible factors (food, interior, exterior, employee). The result shows that food and employee have positive effects on brand reputation and distinctiveness, and the interior and employee were critical antecedents for brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand reputation and brand distinctiveness have positive influence on experiential value as well as revisit intention. Although there were many studies which demonstrated the relationships among various quality clues and other outcome variables, such as brand image, loyalty, little research explained the relationships among visible elements of franchise family restaurants, brand reputation, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. The present study will provide theoretical and practical implications for both academia and the franchise family restaurant industry. (what is the meaning of the red part?)

Influence of Informational Clues on Subjective Knowledge, Concern, and Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention toward Healthy Foods in Full-service Restaurants

  • The purpose of current study is to verify a formulated model that explains the influence of informational clues(Nutritional label information and Mass media information) on subjective knowledge, concern, satisfaction, and behavioral intention toward healthy foods in context of full-service restaurants. The results of present study demonstrated that all informational clues have significant influence on both knowledge and concern about health and the significant relationships were confirmed between knowledge, concern, emotional pleasure, and behavioral intention. This study may contribute to develop meaningful marketing strategic for healthy foods in full-service sector, and it can be utilized as a critical study to establish an attractive business strategics to increase revenue as well as satisfy healthy foods consumers in full-service restaurant consumers.

구문관계에 기반한 단서의 결정 리스트를 이용한 지도학습 어의 애매성 해결 방법 (A Method of Supervised Word Sense Disambiguation Using Decision Lists Based on Syntactic Clues)

  • 본 논문은 구문관계에 기반한 단서의 결정 리스트를 이용한 지도학습 어의 애매성 해결 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 주어진 단어의 어의 애매성을 해결하기 위해 애매한 의미를 가지는 단어와 문맥 내 주변 단어들 사이의. 구문적 관계에 비중을 두며, 모든 단서들을 통합하는 대신에 주어진 문맥 내에서 애매성 해결에 최상이 되는 단일 증거를 규명하고 이용함으로써 올바른 의미를 결정한다. 10개의 한국어 동사에 대한 실험 결과 주변 문맥 단어 외에 구문적인 단서를 추가한 방법이 정확도 성능에 있어서 기준 정확도보다 33% 향상됨을 보였으며, 결정 리스트를 사용한 방법이 모든 애매성 해결에 대한 단서들을 통합하는 방법보다 3%의 정확도 성능 개선을 보였다.

Influence of Perceived Service Clues on Experienced Value, Trust, and Loyalty of Franchise Snack Bar: Focused on Busan Area

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of perceived service factors on: 1) experienced value, 2) trust, and 3) loyalty in context of franchise snack bar. In addition, the study will clarify how these variables relate to each other. The findings of this study identified that functional and humanic clues are the most significant components which influence on experiential value as well as trust in franchise snack bar sector. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue in the industry.

행운과 불운이 추론에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Good and Bad Luck on Reasoning)

  • 행운과 불운은 인간의 정보처리과정에 빈번하게 영향을 미치는 요소 중 하나이다. 그러나 이러한 중요함과는 다르게 행운과 불운이 인간의 정보처리에 미치는 직접적인 효과를 검증한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 따라서 본 연구는 행운과 불운점화가 추론에 미치는 효과를 관찰함으로써 운이 인간의 삶에 미치는 영향을 직접적으로 확인하고자 했다. 이를 확인하기 위해 두 가지 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 1은 행운 또는 불운을 점화한 후, 살인사건을 맡은 경찰이 되어 적절한 단서를 포함시키는 과제를 수행하도록 했다. 실험 2에서는 행운 혹은 불운을 점화한 후, 부적절한 단서를 제거하는 과제를 수행하도록 했다. 결과적으로 실험 1은 행운점화 조건에서 단서를 포함시킨 수가 불운점화 조건보다 많았고, 실험 2에서는 불운점화 조건에서 단서를 제거한 수가 행운점화 조건보다 많았다. 이는 행운점화가 종합적 추론을 증가시키고, 불운점화가 분석적 추론을 증가시킨 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구가 인지심리학과 같은 기초분야 뿐만 아니라, 소비자행동, 중독심리와 같은 응용장면에도 다양하게 활용되길 기대한다.

영어 어말 폐쇄음의 유.무성인지 실마리에 관한 연구 -폐쇄음의 자음적 특징을 중심으로- (Clues to the voicing identification of word-final stops in English - focusing on their consonantal features -)

  • This study, as a successive study of Ko(1998a) which investigates the effect of vowel length contrast on the voicing of the word-final consonants in English, examines if other phonetic features of word-final stops themselves affect the Perception of their voicing. They are closure duration, voicing status during closure period, release portion. 68 Korean students learning English as a second language in Wonkwang University participate as subjects for this study. The results showed that they are not important clues to Korean students to the voicing identification of the word-final stops in English.

가꾸로 퍼즐에 관한 마법 규칙 기반 실마리 후보 결정 알고리즘 (Algorithm for Candidate Clue Decision based on Magic Rule in Kakuro Puzzle)

  • 가꾸로 퍼즐은 다항시간으로 퍼즐을 풀 수 있는 방법이 알려져 있지 않은 NP-완전 문제이다. 지금까지는 가능한 모든 경우수를 대입해 보는 전수탐색 법이나 선형계획법을 적용하고 있다. 본 논문은 박스 크기와 합 실마리에 따른 들어갈 수 없는 숫자들에 대한 규칙인 마법의 규칙을 찾아내었다. 마법의 규칙에 기반하여 빈 셀에 들어갈 수 없는 숫자들을 행과 열 합 실마리에 대한 박스에서 삭제하였다. 다음으로 합 실마리 값에 기반하여 박스에 들어갈 수 없는 숫자들을 삭제하였다. 최종적으로 단일 숫자만 존재하는 셀을 실마리로 확정하였다. 제안된 알고리즘을 7개의 벤치마킹 실험 데이터에 적용한 결과 모든 문제에 대해 해를 구할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • The purpose of this research is support blind person's daily walking. In order to achieve the purpose, we investigate how the environmental information is used for their daily walking both in residential and commercial areas considering the characteristics of walking. In the investigation, interview to the persons concerned is carried out and all the conversation with them is recorded with a voice recorder. Moreover, the environmental information that may become clues is plotted on a map together with photos. The results are as follows; (1) Environmental information which the blind persons use is different depending on the role of its own of place, such as place confirmation, direction decision, distance understanding. (2) It is demonstrated that the information acquisition from sound is effective when they especially understand place and location.
