This work is an extension of my work presented a robust and economically efficient method for the Discrimination of four Mung-Beans [1] varieties based on quantitative parameters. Due to the advancement of technology, users try to find the solutions to their daily life problems using smartphones but still for computing power and memory. Hence, there is a need to find the best classifier to classify the Mung-Beans using already suggested features in previous work with minimum memory requirements and computational power. To achieve this study's goal, we take the experiments on various supervised classifiers with simple architecture and calculations and give the robust performance on the most relevant 10 suggested features selected by Fisher Co-efficient, Probability of Error, Mutual Information, and wavelet features. After the analysis, we replace the Artificial Neural Network and Deep learning with a classifier that gives approximately the same classification results as the above classifier but is efficient in terms of resources and time complexity. This classifier is easily implemented in the smartphone environment.

The occurrence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is hoarding globally. All kinds of Diabetes Mellitus is controlled to disrupt over 415 million grownups worldwide. It was the seventh prime cause of demise widespread with a measured 1.6 million deaths right prompted by diabetes during 2016. Over 90% of diabetes cases are T2DM, with the utmost persons having at smallest one other chronic condition in UK. In valuation of contemporary applications of Big Data (BD) to Diabetes Medicare by sighted its upcoming abilities, it is compulsory to transmit out a bottomless revision over foremost theoretical literatures. The long-term growth in medicine and, in explicit, in the field of "Diabetology", is powerfully encroached to a sequence of differences and inventions. The medical and healthcare data from varied bases like analysis and treatment tactics which assistances healthcare workers to guess the actual perceptions about the development of Diabetes Medicare measures accessible by them. Apache Spark extracts "Resilient Distributed Dataset (RDD)", a vital data structure distributed finished a cluster on machines. Machine Learning (ML) deals a note-worthy method for building elegant and automatic algorithms. ML library involving of communal ML algorithms like Support Vector Classification and Random Forest are investigated in this projected work by using Jupiter Notebook - Python code, where significant quantity of result (Accuracy) is carried out by the models.

The present study was based on developing an AI based model to facilitate the academic registration needs of blind students. The model was developed to enable blind students to submit academic service requests and tasks with ease. The findings from previous studies formed the basis of the study where functionality gaps from the literary research identified by blind students were utilized when the system was devised. Primary simulation data were composed based on several thousand cases. As such, the current study develops a model based on archival insight. Given that the model is theoretical, it was partially applied to help determine how efficient the associated AI tools are and determine how effective they are in real-world settings by incorporating them into the portal that institutions currently use. In this paper, we argue that voice-activated personal assistant (VAPA), text mining, bag of words, and case-based reasoning (CBR) perform better together, compared with other classifiers for analyzing and classifying the text in academic request submission through the VAPA.

Nowadays software defect prediction (SDP) is most active research going on in software engineering. Early detection of defects lowers the cost of the software and also improves reliability. Machine learning techniques are widely used to create SDP models based on programming measures. The majority of defect prediction models in the literature have problems with class imbalance and high dimensionality. In this paper, we proposed Centroid and Nearest Neighbor based Class Imbalance Reduction (CNNCIR) technique that considers dataset distribution characteristics to generate symmetry between defective and non-defective records in imbalanced datasets. The proposed approach is compared with SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique). The high-dimensionality problem is addressed using Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) technique by choosing relevant features. We used nine different classifiers to analyze six open-source software defect datasets from the PROMISE repository and seven performance measures are used to evaluate them. The results of the proposed CNNCIR method with ACO based feature selection reveals that it outperforms SMOTE in the majority of cases.

A dramatic rise in the number of people dying from heart disease has prompted efforts to find a way to identify it sooner using efficient approaches. A variety of variables contribute to the condition and even hereditary factors. The current estimate approaches use an automated diagnostic system that fails to attain a high level of accuracy because it includes irrelevant dataset information. This paper presents an effective neural network with convolutional layers for classifying clinical data that is highly class-imbalanced. Traditional approaches rely on massive amounts of data rather than precise predictions. Data must be picked carefully in order to achieve an earlier prediction process. It's a setback for analysis if the data obtained is just partially complete. However, feature extraction is a major challenge in classification and prediction since increased data increases the training time of traditional machine learning classifiers. The work integrates the CNN-MDRP classifier (convolutional neural network (CNN)-based efficient multimodal disease risk prediction with TANFIS (tuned adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system) for earlier accurate prediction. Perform data cleaning by transforming partial data to informative data from the dataset in this project. The recommended TANFIS tuning parameters are then improved using a Laplace Gaussian mutation-based grasshopper and moth flame optimization approach (LGM2G). The proposed approach yields a prediction accuracy of 98.40 percent when compared to current algorithms.

In modern years, the performance of the students is analysed with lot of difficulties, which is a very important problem in all the academic institutions. The main idea of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the academic performance of the college students with bipolar disorder by applying data mining classification algorithms using Jupiter Notebook, python tool. This tool has been generally used as a decision-making tool in terms of academic performance of the students. The various classifiers could be logistic regression, random forest classifier gini, random forest classifier entropy, decision tree classifier, K-Neighbours classifier, Ada Boost classifier, Extra Tree Classifier, GaussianNB, BernoulliNB are used. The results of such classification model deals with 13 measures like Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Measure, Sensitivity, Specificity, R Squared, Mean Absolute Error, Mean Squared Error, Root Mean Squared Error, TPR, TNR, FPR and FNR. Therefore, conclusion could be reached that the Decision Tree Classifier is better than that of different algorithms.
Various anatomical MRI imaging biomarkers for Alzheimer's Disease (AD) identification have been recognized so far. Cortical and subcortical volume, hippocampal, amygdala volume, and genetics patterns have been utilized successfully to diagnose AD patients from healthy. These fundamental sMRI bio-measures have been utilized frequently and independently. The entire possibility of anatomical MRI imaging measures for AD diagnosis might thus still to analyze fully. Thus, in this paper, we merge different structural MRI imaging biomarkers to intensify diagnostic classification and analysis of Alzheimer's. For 54 clinically pronounce Alzheimer's patients, 58 cognitively healthy controls, and 99 Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI); we calculated 1. Cortical and subcortical features, 2. The hippocampal subfield, amygdala nuclei volume using Freesurfer (6.0.0) and 3. Genetics (APoE ε4) biomarkers were obtained from the ADNI database. These three measures were first applied separately and then combined to predict the AD. After feature combination, we utilize the sequential feature selection [SFS (wrapper)] method to select the top-ranked features vectors and feed them into the Multi-Kernel SVM for classification. This diagnostic classification algorithm yields 94.33% of accuracy, 95.40% of sensitivity, 96.50% of specificity with 94.30% of AUC for AD/HC; for AD/MCI propose method obtained 85.58% of accuracy, 95.73% of sensitivity, and 87.30% of specificity along with 91.48% of AUC. Similarly, for HC/MCI, we obtained 89.77% of accuracy, 96.15% of sensitivity, and 87.35% of specificity with 92.55% of AUC. We also presented the performance comparison of the proposed method with KNN classifiers.

Many studies have been conducted on software fault prediction models for decades, and the models using machine learning techniques showed the best performance. Deep learning techniques have become the most popular in the field of machine learning, but few studies have used them as classifiers for fault prediction models. Some studies have used deep learning to obtain semantic information from the model input source code or syntactic data. In this paper, we produced several models by changing the model structure and hyperparameters using MLP with three or more hidden layers. As a result of the model evaluation experiment, the MLP-based deep learning models showed similar performance to the existing models in terms of Accuracy, but significantly better in AUC. It also outperformed another deep learning model, the CNN model.

Heart disease is becoming the top reason of death all around the world. Diagnosing cardiac illness is a difficult endeavor that necessitates both expertise and extensive knowledge. Machine learning (ML) is becoming gradually more important in the medical field. Most of the works have concentrated on the prediction of cardiac disease, however the precision of the results is minimal, and data integrity is uncertain. To solve these difficulties, this research creates an Integrated Accurate-Secure Heart Disease Prediction (IAS) Model based on Deep Convolutional Neural Networks. Heart-related medical data is collected and pre-processed. Secondly, feature extraction is processed with two factors, from signals and acquired data, which are further trained for classification. The Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNN) is used to categorize received sensor data as normal or abnormal. Furthermore, the results are safeguarded by implementing an integrity validation mechanism based on the hash algorithm. The system's performance is evaluated by comparing the proposed to existing models. The results explain that the proposed model-based cardiac disease diagnosis model surpasses previous techniques. The proposed method demonstrates that it attains accuracy of 98.5 % for the maximum amount of records, which is higher than available classifiers.

Since the COVID-19 vaccine became available, people have been sharing their opinions on social media about getting vaccinated, causing discussions of the vaccine to trend on Twitter alongside certain events, making the website a rich data source. This paper explores people's perceptions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine during certain events and how these events influenced public opinion about the vaccine. The data consisted of tweets sent during seven important events that were gathered within 14 days of the first announcement of each event. These data represent people's reactions to these events without including irrelevant tweets. The study targeted tweets sent in Arabic from users located in Saudi Arabia. The data were classified as positive, negative, or neutral in tone. Four classifiers were used-support vector machine (SVM), naïve Bayes (NB), logistic regression (LOGR), and random forest (RF)-in addition to a deep learning model using BiLSTM. The results showed that the SVM achieved the highest accuracy, at 91%. Overall perceptions about the COVID-19 vaccine were 54% negative, 36% neutral, and 10% positive.
