We use the field interview survey method by visiting the government office of cities of 16, commercial facility, housings, medical centers, cultural and sports facilities, express highway rest area. We visited the 50 places and interviewed the 227 violating persons. As a result, violate behavior is divided into the not attachment of sticker on parking possibility and not accompaniment with walking disabled person. We presented the improvement alternatives for the lawful usage of the parking area for the handicapped. First, We have to magnify a recognition and a advertisement about the parking area for the handicapped. Second, We have to improve a management of expense, manpower and civil complains, etc. We have to prepare the legal revision which strengthens the concrete punishment for a violate behavior improvement.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate factors influencing leadership life skills of self esteem and club activities by nursing students. Participants were 331 nursing students in 3 cities. The data were analyzed with the SPSS/Win 20.0 programs, using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Findings revealed that; 1) Pearson's correlation revealed a significant association among leadership life skills and self esteem; 2) hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed self esteem and major satisfaction significantly influenced leadership life skills in nursing students. The regression model explained 29.6% of leadership life skills. These findings can be utilized to development of strategies for increasing leadership life skills of nursing students.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out key factors of successful urban regeneration based on previous studies and relationships between those factors and revisit intention. To draw a conclusion, this study makes surveys including the variables of success factor(External environment factors, Internal environment factors, Internal cultural factors), degree of satisfaction, and degree of revisit intention. And it collects the data from respondents who had been to Gamcheon culture village in Busan. The data is analyzed by applying an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis. The result of these analysis describes that the Internal environment factors and Internal cultural factors affect the satisfaction degree positively and the degree of satisfaction has positive effects on the revisit intention. The study finds out that unique resource properties should be considered when underdeveloped cities are regenerated. Future study is to generalize the theory through the sampling covered the whole country.

  • This study was conducted to provide a database for biotope conservation and restoration of the Jeonju region in North Cheolla Province. To accomplish this task, investigations were made on the characteristics of the distribution pattern of naturalized plants in the region. From May to June 2008, the flora and lists of naturalized plants were investigated and, based on these data the ratio of naturalization was calculated. The results of this investigation areas follows: a total of 113 families and 54 species were found in the flora. The naturalized plants among them amounted to 19 families and 54 species. The ratio of naturalization was most high in the biotope type of rural dried stream(36.4%). The biotype that showed the lowest ratio of naturalization was coniferous natural forest type, which had no naturalized plants in it. The average naturalization ration of the Jeonju region turned out to be 18.9%, which is similar to that of other mid-size cities in Korea.

  • In our nature, the utilization of rainwater is essential for healthy water recirculation. This is one of the solutions of the increment of impermeability surface according to the development of new cities; this study of the improvement of rainwater quality has been carried on through the improvement of collecting and restoring system of rainwater. The southwestern region of Daejeon City, the rainwater coefficient of run off was 0.40 and this number had computed to 0.59 after the development. After filtration of rainwater, the heavy metal (Cu, As, Cr, Fe, Mn) contents level were lower than underground water. Moreover, collected rainwater showed better quality than underground water in following criteria; hardness, permanganate consumption quality, chloride, evaporation residue, sulfates and nitrate nitrogen. This water quality met the gray water quality standards. The rainwater quality was still suitable to use as bathroom flushing and gardening after 100 days of storage. This study proved that modification (installation of cover with gutter to existing rainwater collection system, proper filtering, and installation of underground storage tank) of collection system could improve quality of water and maintain this approximately 100 days.

  • Recent developments regarding transportation technology have positioned travel as a major leisure activity; however, trip-itinerary planning remains a challenging task for tourists due to the need to select Points of Interest (POI) for visits to unfamiliar cities. Meanwhile, due to the GPS functions on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs, it is now possible to collect a user's position in real time. Based on these circumstances, our research on an automatic itinerary-planning system to simplify the trip-planning process was conducted briskly. The existing studies that include research on itinerary schedules focus on an identification of the shortest path in consideration of cost and time constraints, or a recommendation of the most-popular travel route in the destination area; therefore, we propose a personalized itinerary-recommendation system for which the stay-time preference of the individual user is considered as part of the personalized service.

  • With the intensification of urban development in Chinese cities, mixed land use in urban centers extends vertically into 3-D and expands its scale from a single building to commercial clusters. The multi-level pedestrian system in city centers also changed its role from one of traffic isolation to spatial integration, where transit nodes, street sidewalks, squares, building entrances, atriums, and corridors are interconnected, both horizontally and vertically, into a whole spatial system, within which pedestrian flows are guided and shopping facilities are arranged. This paper uses spatial configuration analysis of space syntax to examine the impacts of spatial patterns on movement distribution and the business performance of tenant mix in the multi-level commercial system of the Nanshan Commercial Cultural District in Shenzhen, China. The key objective is to better understand the interactions between the socio-economic variables and spatial design parameters of a shopping complex. The research findings point to the importance of multiplicity between syntactic variables and other spatial variables in influencing the pedestrian flows, business performance and tenant mix in highly complex commercial systems. Particularly noteworthy is the relationship between spatial accessibility measures and the location of escalators, and the ways in which individual commercial buildings are embedded into the overall spatial system. The study suggests that this may lead to the preliminary identification of the spatial qualities of effective vertical extensions of mixed land use in a high-density urban settings.

  • This study analyzed between the hospital's management performance and training expense by using five year financial statements data of the nation's total medical corporations, and The meaningful results of this study as follow. The relation between training expense and hospital's management performance in the rate of medical profit showed to have negative influence in year three of the five year, but in the rate of net income showed to have negative influence in only year one. And if you look the and analyze results differ by metropolitan and provincial, in the case of large cities there are showed that the relation between training expense and hospital's management performance in the rate of net income showed to have positive influence in year one. Even though not be consistent across the entire year, this study presented new results to be negative influence on training expense is the hospital's management performance. This study has a value in respects the first analysis to try using the financial statements data of nationwide medical corporation in the relation of the between training expense and management performance.

  • IoT(Internet of Things) is applied to technologies such as agriculture and dairy farming, making it possible to cultivate crops easily and easily in cities. In particular, IoT technology that intelligently judge and control the growth environment of cultivated crops in the agricultural field is being developed. In this paper, we propose a method of predicting the growth environment of plants by learning the moisture supply cycle of plants using the intelligent object internet. The proposed system finds the moisture level of the soil moisture by mapping learning and finds the rules that require moisture supply based on the measured moisture level. Based on these rules, we predicted the moisture supply cycle and output it using media, so that it is convenient for users to use. In addition, in order to reduce the error of the value measured by the sensor, the information of each plant is exchanged with each other, so that the accuracy of the prediction is improved while compensating the value when there is an error. In order to evaluate the performance of the growth environment prediction system, the experiment was conducted in summer and winter and it was verified that the accuracy was high.
