K-MEANS 알고리즘을 이용한 인지 재활 훈련 방법의 개선 (Improvement of Cognitive Rehabilitation Method using K-means Algorithm)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인지기능 훈련 콘텐츠들을 사용하는 동안 사용자들의 흥미와 몰입도를 높이기 위하여 인지 능력 수준에 맞춘 훈련 방법을 제시하는 것이다. 사용자의 인지 능력 수준은 K-means 알고리즘을 적용한 협업 필터링을 사용하여 사용자들의 정보와 한국형 아동 간이 정신 상태 검사 점수를 기반으로 군집화한 결과를 바탕으로 이루어졌다. 이 결과를 구현된 인지기능 훈련 통합 시스템에 적용하여 사용자의 인지 능력 수준에 알맞은 인지기능 훈련 영역 별 콘텐츠 순서와 난이도를 추천하였다. 특히 콘텐츠 난이도 조절은 사용자들이 긴장감과 편안함을 반복적으로 느낄 수 있도록 제안한 '몰입이론' 방법을 적용하여 높은 몰입감을 주고자 하였다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서 제안한 사용자 맞춤형 인지기능 훈련 방법은 기존의 치료사가 콘텐츠 순서와 난이도를 주관적으로 설정하는 것보다 더욱 효과적이고 재활 결과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

발달장애 아동의 놀이 활동을 위한 N-스크린 기반의 웹앱 개발 (Development of Web Application Based on N-screen for Play Activities of Children with Developmental Disorder)

  • 현대 사회는 ICT 기술의 발전으로 다양한 매체를 활용한 교육방법이 등장하였고, 이러한 교육방법은 장애아동 교육에서도 효과적으로 활용될 가능성이 충분히 입증되었지만, 장애아동의 환경을 고려한 맞춤형 콘텐츠는 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 디지털 매체에서 같은 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 IT 기술인 N-스크린 기술을 적용하여 발달장애 아동의 놀이 활동 교육 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 제작된 콘텐츠는 아동의 개별적 특성에 맞는 프로그램을 설정할 수 있으며, 언제 어디서나 인터넷에 접속 가능한 디지털 기기를 통해 진행할 수 있도록 제작되었다. 또한, 개발된 콘텐츠는 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 아동이 접하게 되는 다양한 환경(가정, 학교 등)에서 PC, 스마트폰, 휴대용 기기를 활용하여 접속할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 같은 교육 프로그램을 가정, 학교 등에서 연계하여 진행될 수 있도록 제작되었다. 제작된 콘텐츠를 지적장애 및 자폐범주성장애 아동 3명에게 적용하여본 결과 본 콘텐츠는 놀이교육에서 교사와 학생 간의 상호작용 매개체로 사용할 수 있었다. 또한 콘텐츠를 사용하여본 특수교육 전문가와의 인터뷰 결과 아동에 따라 구성물과 강화물을 선택할 수 있는 기능은 기존 콘텐츠 보다 아동의 중재에 있어서 도움이 된다고 응답하였다.

사례로 본 여성결혼이민자의 가정생활실태와 갈등 (Family Life and conflicts of Female International Marriage Migrant)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine conflicts between female international marriage migrants(FIMMs) and their family members, and living conditions of FIMMs in Korea. The results will be useful in understanding FIMMs' struggles and will help them to develop their adaptive ability to family life. This study analyzed the factors in three dimensions: a Sociodemographic factor, a marriage-related factor and a factor of the migrants' relationship to their family members. All conflicts result from the lack of mutual understanding between the migrants and their family, and the differences between their languages and between their cultures. Of course, FIMMs can not adequately express their feelings and opinions in Korean language. Their loved ones and relatives can not express their feelings in the immigrants' languages, either. It is evident that there are a lot of misunderstandings caused from their language barrier. The public support for the migrants is limited. They live a lonely life and no consideration. Most of them complains that their husbands have no careful concern for their feelings. That seems because most of the Korean husbands have never had education enough to understand their problems in terms of international marriage. A close watch of what can be learned from conflict and complaints of women. However, any sympathy for foreign women's complaints should be evaluated in cultural sides: especially family life education programs for Korean husbands and their family members are required for a good grasp of typical intermarriage issues.

NICU에 입원한 미숙아 어머니의 스트레스 (Study on the Perceived Stress Level of Mothers in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

  • With advances in neonatal medicine, smaller and sicker infants are surviving premature birth. As these tiny patients battle for their lives, their parents also struggle with psychological consequences of an unexpected role. The birth of a sick infants has long been documented as stressful events for the parents. High stress levels may alter parents' interaction with their baby and impair their communication with health professionals, which can in turn affect parents' participation in care planning and decision making. Nursing interventions aimed at reducing the parental stress and anxiety levels during this crisis may have a positive impact on their ability to form an attatchment to their baby and make prudent decisions about his care. The planning of such interventions would be inhanced if the contributions of various factors to increased parental stress levels were identified. This descriptive study was conducted to understand the contents and degree of parental stress in the NICU during their premature's hospitalization, and to give a baseline data in developing nursing intervention program. Subjects were the 60 mother of hospitalized newborn in NICU of 2 University Hospital in Taejon City from April 1st, 1999 to June 30th, 1999, who agreed to take part in this study. The instrument used in this study were Parental Stressor Scales:NICU(PSS:NICU) developed by Miles et al.. and validated by 3 NICU practitioners and 3 child health nursing faculties. The questionnaire has 4 dimensions and 45 items; sight and sounds of NICU(5 items), babies' appearance and behavior nursing intervention(19 items), parental role alteration and relationship with their baby(10 items), health team communication(11 items). The questionnaire asks parents to rate each item on a five-point Likert type scale that ranges from "not stressful" (1) to "extremely stressfu1"(5). Total scores representing overall stress from the NICU environment are calculated by summing response to each item. A high score indicates high stress. A subscale score is calculated by summing the responses to each item in the subscale. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficients were .93. The data was analyzed as average, Frequency, Standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient by use of SPSS/PC+. The results of this study is summarized as follows ; 1. The total perceived stress level score of mothers of premature baby was slightly high($3.66{\pm}1.1$). The highest scored dimension was 'relationship with their baby and parental role change'($4.21{\pm}0.9$), and next were 'appearance and behavior of the baby'($3.92{\pm}1.1$), 'communication with health team'($3.32{\pm}1.3$), 'sight and sounds of NICU'($3.30{\pm}1.1$). 2. There were statistically significant correlation noted ; mother's perceived severity of the baby's condition(F=8.0012, P= .0125) and baby's gestational age(r = -.4724, P = .0500). In summary, information about physical environment of NICU, the mother's perceived severity of premature baby's state, maternal role change related variables and the knowledge of characteristics of premature baby must be included in nursing intervention program of mother's of premature baby in reducing the parental stress and anxiety level. It is suggested that each NICU needs to develop a nurse managed supportive care program for parents of premature baby. Also, it is suggested that there need to investigate the coping mechanism of mother of premature baby.

  • This thesis is a study to develop the tentative objectives and present the professional and courses for the nursing college. The conclusions conducted by the purpose of this study are as follows. First, on the basis of the concepts of the nursing and the view-points of nursing education, the tentative goals for the nursing education are set up as follows. 1. To understand human being's life, dignity and their physical, mental, and social aspects. 2. To understand the basic concepts and the principles of human sciences, social sciences, natural sciences, and medical sciences. To apply their knowledges to nursing practices. 3. To diagnose and assess the problems of individual, family and community in terms of nursing practice. To develop the ability of planning, negotiation, management, and evaluation for the nursing education. 4. To develop appropriate knowlege, attitudes, and skills to promote the clients' health and treat their illness. 5. To accomplish all tasks effectively as a trained and qualified professional nurse through the endless studies. 가정에서의 올바른 유아 ICT 활용환경에 관해 부모들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도 간의 차이 분석 (A Study on the Difference between the Importance-Performance of Parents' Perception in an ICT Environment for Young Children)

  • 최근 들어 ICT를 활용하는 연령이 점차 낮아지고 있다. 나아가 이제는 유아들까지 교육기관에서는 물론 가정에서의 ICT 활용시간이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유아들의 올바른 ICT 활용을 위해 요구되는 가정에서의 활용환경에 대하여 부모들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 살펴보고, 이들 간의 격차를 줄일 수 있는 실천전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 '유아ICT 활용환경 평가척도'를 사용하여 부모들이 인식하는 ICT 활용환경에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 조사하였다. 유의미한 차이를 보이는 요인과 항목을 대상으로 IPA(중요도-실행도 분석)를 거쳐 집중적으로 지원해야 할 요인과 항목의 우선순위를 도출하였는데 이는 유아의 자질, 행정적 지원요인 및 물리적 환경요인인 것으로 나타났다.

Characteristics of Language Profiles for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Depending on the Coexistence of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

  • Objectives : The objective of this study was to investigate the characteristics of language profiles according to whether or not Korean children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD) also have ADHD, and to examine the relationship with executive function. Methods : Participants in the study were boys with ADHD aged 6 to 11 years who visited the clinic from January 2012 to December 2013. In this study, 25 boys with ASD were included, and completed scales included the Korean version of Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised(K-ADI-R), Korean version of Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule(K-ADOS), Korean ADHD Rating Scale(K-ARS), and Korean-Conners' Parent Rating Scale(K-CPRS). They also completed neuropsychological tests and assessed language profiles. Patients were categorized into two groups(with ADHD and without ADHD). T-test and Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was used for analysis. Results : Statistically, no difference was found in receptive and expressive language ability between the ASD groups with and without ADHD. However, a lower score in Test of Problem solving(TOPS) was observed for ASD with ADHD than for ASD without ADHD, with problem solving and finding cues showing significant differences. Conclusions : These findings suggest that language profiles in the ASD group without ADHD could be similar to those in the ASD group with ADHD, but comorbid ADHD could lead to more difficulty in linguistic ability for problem solving and could be related with executive function of the frontal lobe.

여대생의 결혼관 및 결혼의향에 영향을 미치는 요인: 경기지역 일부 여대생을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting the View of marriage and Intention to marriage of Female University Students)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study is to understand the factors having effects on the view of marriage of female university students, and also to present the reference data for establishing the measures for having the positive view of marriage of female university students. Methods: An online survey was conducted targeting total 254 female university students of two universities in Gyeonggi region, from October 1 st to November 13th 2020. The results of this study are as follows. Results: First, to the question related to the intent to marry, total 70% of them responded that they had intent to marry. In the time of marriage, they said they would marry when getting financially stable. The 30% of subjects said that they would choose non-marriage because they wanted to continuously enjoy free life and they did not want to bear burden related to childbirth and child-rearing. Second, in the results of analyzing differences in the view of marriage according to the general characteristics, the students with intent to marry showed the higher romantic view of marriage, instrumental view of marriage, and exclusive view of marriage than the students without intent to marry, which showed significant differences. Third, the view of marriage were the factors having the greatest effects on the intent to marry of female university students. Conclusion: Based on such results of this study, it would be necessary to focus on the policies that could positively change the view of marriage of female university students. It would be needed to establish the social·institutional support measures for work-life balance by reducing women's burden of childbirth and child-rearing. To the question about the time of marriage, the most subjects responded that they would do so when the economic ability and stable job were equipped. Thus, there should be the systematic youth employment support system that could help the students to quickly and stably enter society and to become financially independent after graduation. Also, for the formation of positive family relation, it would be necessary to develop·operate the educational programs for forming positive family relation and desirable communication methods for each subject(spouse, parents, children, siblings, and etc.).

연세지역 아파트 주민의 모자보건에 관한 실태조사 (A Study of Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice Relative to Maternal and Child Health Among Women Residing in Apartments at Yonsei Community Health Area)

  • 연세지역 아파트 주민의 모자보건과 가족계획에 대한 지식, 태도와 실천을 파악하기 위하여 1970년 11 월24일부터 12월 30일까지 305명의 유배우가임부인을 대상으로 조사 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. A. 임신과 출산 1. 현 임신율 16.4% 2. 분만장소 출산경험이 있는 281명에 대한 최종아의 분만중 48.0%가 의사 또는 조사원이 개조 하였고 그 나머지 52.0%는 가정분만이었다. 교육정도, 매스메디아 접촉정도가 높을수록, 그리고 도시출생성장일수록 병원 또는 조산원 분만이 높았다. 9. 분만시 방포 사용 종류 가정분만 141예중 세멘트 포대와 비닐을 깐 경우가 합해서 50%이었고 아무것도 깔지 않고 분만한 경우도 4예가 있었다. 4. 제대 절단 용구와 소독 가정 분만 141예중 70.2%가 가위를 사용했고, 소독해서 사용한 예는 불과 24.1%이었다. 5. 산후 휴식기간 산후 1달 혹은 1달이상 휴식한 예가 47.3%이었고 교육정도가 높아짐에 따라 길어지고 있다. 6. 초유처리 초유를 애기에게 먹인 예가 52.4%이있고 교육정도에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 7. 산전 산후의 금기 음식 42.9%가 산전 산후에 먹어서는 안될 음식이 있다는 그릇된 지식을 갖고 있다. B. 아동 보건 1. 예방접종에 관한 지식과 실천 어린이 예방접종 6가지 모두 알고있는 부인은 20.3%이며 93.2%가 1가지 이상 알고있었다. 1가지 이상 실시한 경우는 85.2%이었고 교육정도별 유의한 차이는 없었다. 2. 최종아의 이환과 치료 48.1%가 아픈 일이 있었으며 그중 병원 이용은 41.5%이었다. 3. 육아 상담 76.5%가 상담한 일이 없었으며 세브란스 병원 육아 지도회 이용율은 13.2%의 저율을 보였고 앞으로의 육아지도회 이용할 생각은 54.1%가 생각 없다고 하였다. 4. 수 유 최종아의 이유기간은 6개월${\sim}$1년미만이 33.9%로 수위이며 젖뗀 이유는 모자 보건을 위해서가 수위였다. 5. 출생 및 사망신고장소에 대한 지식과 실천구청으로 답한 옳은 답은 64.6%였고 14일 이내 출생 신고한 비율은 29.2%에 한 하였다. C. 가족계획에 대한 지식, 태도, 실천정도 가족계획 찬성율은 95.0%의 고율을 보이고 있고, 97.7%가 1가지 이상의 방법을 알고 있었으나 가족계획 실천율은 35.4%이었다. 첫아이갖는 이상적인 연령은 $24{\sim}25$세가 수위였다. D. 자녀수 이상적인 평균 자녀수는 3.1명이며 인공유산 경험자는 31.1%이다. 본 논문을 완성함에 있어서 간곡하신 지도와 교열의 수고를 베풀어 주신 연세의대 예방의학교실 김일순 선생님과 연세간호대학 김모임 선생님께 충심으로 감사를 드린다.

미술교육에 있어서 시각적 미디어를 통한 조형교육에 관한 연구 (Visual Media Education in Visual Arts Education)

  • Visual media transmits image and information reproduced in large quantities, such as a photography, film, television, video, advertisement, or computer image. Correspondence to the students' reception and recognition of culture in the future. arrangements for the field of studies of visual culture. 'Visual Culture' implies cultural phenomena of visual images via visual media, which includes not only the categories of traditional arts like a painting, sculpture, print, or design, but the performance arts including a fashion show or parade of carnival, and the mass and electronic media like a photography, film, television, video, advertisement, cartoon, animation, or computer image. In the world of visual media, Image' functions as an essential medium of communication. Therefore, people call the culture of today fra of Image Culture', which has been converted from an alphabet convergence era to an image convergence one. Image, via visual media, has become a dominant means for communication in large part of human life, so we can designate an Image' as a typical aspect of visual culture today. Image, as an essential medium of communication, plays an important role in contemporary society. The one way is the conversion of analogue image like an actual picture, photograph, or film into digital one through the digitalization of digital camera or scanner as 'an analogue/digital commutator'. The other is a way of process with a computer drawing, or modeling of objects. It is appropriate to the production of pictorial and surreal images. Digital images, produced by the other, can be divided into the form of Pixel' and form of Vector'. Vector is a line linking the point of departure to the point of end, which organizes informations. Computer stores each line's standard location and correlative locations to one another Digital image shows for more 'Perfectness' than any other visual media. Digital image has been evolving in the diverse aspects, such as a production of geometrical or organic image compositing, interactive art, multimedia art, or web art, which has been applied a computer as an extended trot of painting. Someone often interprets digitalized copy with endless reproduction of original even as an extension of a print. Visual af is no longer a simple activity of representation by a painter or sculptor, but now is intimately associated with a matter of application of media. There is some problem in images via visual media. First, the image via media doesn't reflect a reality as it is, but reflects an artificial manipulated world, that is, a virtual reality. Second, the introduction of digital effect and the development of image processing technology have enhanced a spectacle of destructive and violent scenes. Third, a child intends to recognize the interactive images of computer game and virtual reality as a reality, or truth. Education needs not only to point out an ill effect of mass media and prevent the younger generation from being damaged by it, but also to offer a knowledge and know-how to cope actively with social, cultural circumstances. Visual media education is one of these essential methods for the contemporary and future human being in the overflowing of image informations. The fosterage of 'Visual Literacy' can be considered as a very purpose of visual media education. This is a way to lead an individual to the discerning, active consumer and producer of visual media in life as far as possible. The elements of 'Visual Literacy' can be divided into a faculty of recognition related to the visual media, a faculty of critical reception, a faculty of appropriate application, a faculty of active work and a faculty of creative modeling, which are promoted at the same time by the education of 'visual literacy'. In conclusion, the education of 'Visual Literacy' guides students to comprehend and discriminate the visual image media carefully, or receive them critically, apply them properly, or produce them creatively and voluntarily. Moreover, it leads to an artistic activity by means of new media. This education can be approached and enhanced by the connection and integration with real life. Visual arts and education of them play an important role in the digital era depended on visual communications via image information. Visual me야a of day functions as an essential element both in daily life and in arts. Students can soundly understand visual phenomena of today by means of visual media, and apply it as an expression tool of life culture as well. A new recognition and valuation visual image and media education is required to cultivate the capability of active, upright dealing with the changes of history of civilization. 1) Visual media education helps to cultivate a sensibility for images, which reacts to and deals with the circumstances. 2) It helps students to comprehend the contemporary arts and culture via new media. 3) It supplies a chance of students' experiencing a visual modeling by means of new media. 4) There are educational opportunities of images with temporality and spaciality, and therefore a discerning person becomes to increase. 5) The modeling activity via new media leads students to be continuously interested in the school and production of plastic arts. 6) It raises the ability of visual communications dealing with image information society. 7) An education of digital image is significant in respect of cultivation of man of talent for the future society of image information as well. To correspond to the changing and developing social, cultural circumstances, and the form and recognition of students' reception of them, visual arts education must arrange the field of studying on a new visual culture. Besides, a program needs to be developed, which is in more systematic and active level in relation to visual media education. Educational contents should be extended to the media for visual images, that is, photography, film, television, video, computer graphic, animation, music video, computer game and multimedia. Every media must be separately approached, because they maintain the modes and peculiarities of their own according to the conveyance form of message. The concrete and systematic method of teaching and the quality of education must be researched and developed, centering around the development of a course of study. Teacher's foundational capability of teaching should be cultivated for the visual media education. In this case, it must be paid attention to the fact that a technological level of media is considered as a secondary. Because school education doesn't intend to train expert and skillful producers, but intends to lay stress on the essential aesthetic one with visual media under the social and cultural context, in respect of a consumer including a man of culture.
