정보보호인력 직무이동의 추이 및 요인 (Trend and Cause of Information Security Workforce's Job Turnover)

  • A significant proportion of information subjects experience information security breaches, and the number of reports and counseling cases of personal information infringements is increasing. Increased awareness of the importance of information security has raised interest in the personnel in charge of such tasks. However, hiring excellent new workers and preventing turnovers in information security remain unresolved. In this paper, by modeling the job career path of information security workforce as a Markov chain, we analyze the workforce turnover process and long-term turnover trends by information security jobs, and further analyze the number and duration of turnovers required to engage in specific jobs. The results of this study are expected to be a reference to balancing the supply and demand of information security workers for the government and to ensuring efficient management of the workforce for businesses.

  • In order to manage the wet end chemistry on paper machines, our goal is to control sub-processes through which we can influence the entire wet end operations with maximum effect. The most important sub-processes are: consistency, ash, and chemistry. The management of these three main groups is based on on-line maesurements and automatic control. This paper presents a new wet end management platform, a new analyzer. This new analyzer utilizes a modular structure and modem software. It is part of a new paper machine concept. The controls of this concept are feedback and feedforward solutions that control retention, consistencies, ash, and charge, resulting in a more stable wet end (30...80%), more uniform paper, and better rnnability.

교육비 지출에 대한 부모의 태도 고찰 (A Study on Parent's Attitude in Educational Expenditure)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the specific property of educational expenditure, which is a monthly total income, level of educational expenditure, effect of means of living, and psychological burden of parents of students. The subjects for this research were parents of students that is two hundred twenty nine and most of them were official administrators or sellers. The monthly total incomes of them didn't get to the highest rank, and the educational expenditure was the highest for their expenditure of means of living and universally 20~30%. Therefore, the majority of parents of students who carry a charge thinks educational expenditure to be not sufficient. They thought that it was due to demand of a high class human strength in society to the most important reason of educational expenditure.

  • As a promising solution to global warming and growing energy demand, photocatalytic $CO_2$ conversion to useful fuels is widely studied to enhance the activity and selectivity of the $CO_2$ photoreduction reactions. In this review, an overview of fundamental aspects of the $CO_2$ reduction photocatalysts is provided. The recent development of the photocatalyst is also discussed, focusing on the mechanisms of light harvesting and charge transfer. Besides, this review sets its sight on inspiring new ideas toward a practical $CO_2$ conversion technology.

  • For the economical and reasonable operation of electric power system according to continual increase of electric power demand and decrease of load factor, the potential application of superconducting magnertic energy storage [SMES] with high efficiency and fast response in the electric utility is receiving attractive attension. In the light of this background, to confirm the basic principle of SMES, theoretical study, design technique and fabrication procedure for superconducting coil, current lead, cryostat, measuring and protection system of SMES are described in detail. Especially, a new design technique for superconducting coil and current lead is porposed and it was proved experimentally by the performance test of SMES which is developed for the first time in our country. At the peak operating current 200A, the maximum magnetic field amd stored energy of the coil are 3.52T and 2500J, espectively. The thermal and mechanical stability of 2500J SMES is also confirmed experimetally by its characteristics test, AC loss, protection system, charge and discharge test. The experimetal results show good characteristics of energy storage system.

  • It is well known that Premixed Charge Compression Ignition (PCCI) diesel engines according to many technologies such a change in injection timing, multiple injection strategy, cooled EGR, intake charging and SCV have the potential to achieve homogeneous mixture in the cylinder which result in lower NOx and PM as well as performance improvements. This may generate merely the infinite number of experimental conditions. The use of Response Surface Methodology (RSM) technique can considerably pull down the number of experimental set and time demand. This paper presents the effects of both fuel injection and engine operation conditions on the combustion and emissions in the PCCI diesel engine system. The experimental results have revealed that a change in fuel injection timing and multiple injection strategy along with various operating conditions affect the combustion, emissions and BSFC characteristics in the PCCI engine.

의약품 경제성평가 수행에 관한 인식도 조사 분석 (Survey Analysis of the Perception on the Performance of Pharmaco-economic Studies in Korea)

  • The demand for pharmaco-economic data has increased since the introduction of positive list system for drug insurance. A survey was conducted for pharmaceutical companies, universities and hospitals to find the current states and barriers for pharmaco-economic studies in Korea. The results showed that even those who are in charge of pharmaco-economic studies at companies/universities had a limited technical expertise. Government should pay more attention to the education of the relevant manpower, and the production of national statistics needed for economic evaluation.

  • 정전비용 또는 전력공급지장비용은 평가방식이 다양하고 나라마다 그 결과값도 다양하여 범위가 상당이 크기 때문에 적합한 공급지장비용을 결정하는 것은 굉장히 어렵다. 하지만 전력공급시스템마다의 각각의 특성에 맞는 방식을 찾는 노력은 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전력공급지장비용을 회피하기위한 국가적 전력공급시스템 측면에서의 전력공급비용을 수용가가 전력시장에서의 공급지장의 대안으로 지불할 의사가 이미 내포된 비용으로 평가하여, 발전설비와 전력수송경로 측면을 연결하여 용량요금과 예비전력 기본요금 분석을 통해 공급지장비용을 분석하였다.

Eco-Friendly Powder and Particles-Based Triboelectric Energy Harvesters

  • Since their initial development in 2012, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have gained popularity worldwide as a desired option for harnessing energy. The urgent demand for TENGs is attributed to their novel structural design, low cost, and use of large-scale materials. The output performance of a TENG depends on the surface charge density of the friction layers. Several recycled and biowaste materials have been explored as friction layers to enhance the output performance of TENGs. Natural and oceanic biomaterials have also been investigated as alternatives for improving the performance of TENG devices. Moreover, structural innovations have been made in TENGs to develop highly efficient devices. This review summarizes the recent developments in recycling and biowaste materials for TENG devices. The potential of natural and oceanic biowaste materials is also discussed. Finally, future outlooks for the structural developments in TENG devices are presented.

난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사의 난임 간호 교육 요구도 조사 (Educational Needs of the Infertility Care among Nurses Caring Infertility Patients)

  • 본 연구는 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사의 난임 간호 교육 요구도를 파악하기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 5개의 난임 전문 병원과 1개 보건소에서 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사 194명이었다. 자료는 난임 질환과 증상에 대한 정보, 난임 대상자의 일상 생활에 대한 정보 제공, 난임 대상자의 지지와 상담 내용을 포함한 자가보고식 설문지를 통하여 수집되었다. 난임 질환과 증상에 대한 정보 요구도의 평균 점수는 3.52점이었고, 난임 대상자의 일상 생활에 대한 정보 제공 교육 요구도는 평균 3.36점이었으며 난임 대상자의 지지와 상담에 대한 교육 요구도는 평균 3.32점이었다. 각 하부 영역중에서는 '난임 치료 과정과 중재', '운동', '배우자와의 지지 체계 형성'이 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사들의 교육 요구도 항목 중 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해서 난임 환자에게 효과적으로 교육을 하기 위해서 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사는 난임 간호 교육에 대한 분명한 개념인식과 목적을 가지고 그들의 신체적, 심리적 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 전략개발을 할 필요가 있다.
