압축하중을 받는 유공판의 좌굴 및 최종강도 설계식 개발 (Development of Buckling and Compressive Ultimate Strength Formulations for Rectangular Plate with Cutout)

  • Plate that have cutout inner bottom and girder and floor etc. in hull construction absence is used much, and this is strength in case must be situated, but establish in region that high stress interacts sometimes fatally in region that there is no big problem usually by purpose of weight reduction, a person and change of freight, piping etc.. Because cutout's existence gnaws in this place, and, elastic buckling strength by load causes large effect in ultimate strength. Therefore, perforated plate elastic buckling strength and ultimate strength is one of important design criteria which must examine when decide structural elements size at early structure design step of ship. Therefore, and, reasonable elastic buckling strength about perforated plate need design ultimate strength. Calculated ultimate strength change several aspect ratioes and cutout's dimension, and thickness in this investigation. Used program applied ANSYS F.E.M code based on finite element method.

  • In this study, in order to adapt various types of suspensions that is not possible for a passenger car, and to validate the effect of the design change of a suspension upon ride and handling characteristics of vehicle, the modular experimental vehicle, which makes possible to exchange suspension systems, has been designed and developed. In order to enable the assemblage between the modules, the experimental vehicle design is based on a space frame construction through finite element analysis. Moreover, the module frames and the brackets are designed are designed using three- dimensionalsolid modeler to check the interference between each part of a vehicle. The results of simulation and experiment are compared.

치즐 변경을 통한 유압 브레이커의 소음 저감 (Noise Reduction of a Hydraulic Breaker by Change of a Chisel)

  • Hydraulic breakers are widely used for mining and construction engineering area but make serious noise problem. The noise is generated between a chisel and a piston when they are hit by a fluid power. This study proposed noise reduction method by the change of a chisel in a hydraulic breaker. In the new design, a different material is inserted inside of a chisel. The proposed design is analyzed and simulated by the use of a numerical method. A chisel by the new design was installed in a hydraulic breaker and experimented for sound pressure level. As a result, the noise of hydraulic breaker can be reduced more than 4 dB by simply changing a chisel.

  • Electronic Commerce is purchasing or sales a products and services to customers using computer network. It is different to traditional commerce. Also, It divide into business to business commerce and business to customer commerce. Cyber Shopping Mall is a representative type of business to customer commerce. The interest and demand of national business to customer commerce is explosively increasing with industry. It expect to reach 61 billion won in the 2000. Thus Structure of Cyber Shopping Mall is the more complex and the more vary types. It is the problem that change of established Cyber Shopping Mall structure is very difficult. The purpose of this study Is designed to Cyber Shopping Mall Purchase Process that deal with quickly changable internet environment and meet the needs of customers immediately using UML(Unified Modeling Language) in design phase determinant of Cyber Shopping Mal1 structure. Cyber Shopping Mall Purchase Process is designed to have objective-oriented development methodology's advantage. It has a flexibility in case of shopping mall structure change and acts as useful guideline in design phase of construction of Cyber Shopping Mall.

  • This paper presents a parametric study on the behavior of integral abutment PSC beam bridge. An integral abutment bridge is a simple span or multiple span continuous deck type bridge having the deck integral with the abutment wall. The rational structural model and design load combinations accounting for each construction stage are proposed. It can be used for defining the effect of earth pressure and temperature change in the design process including for determining maximum flexural responses. The bending moment at each response location due to the design load combination is investigated according to the change of flexural rigidity of piles and abutment height. The flexural responses of proposed model are computed for the cases of applying the Rankine passive earth pressure and the earth pressure based on the soil-structure interaction respectively, and the results are discussed.

MODFLOW를 이용한 도심지역 대형 건축물 신축에 따른 지하수 흐름 및 지하수위 변화예측에 관한 연구 (Simulation of Flow Change and Level of Groundwater using MODFLOW Due to Large-size Building Construction in Metropolitan Area)

  • In this study, the influence of the construction of a large sized building on the flow and level of groundwater in a metropolitan area was investigated with simulation model MODFLOW for a selected area located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, where a large business center was scheduled to be built. It was simulated that the groundwater level in the study area was suddenly lowered by the construction of a large building and groundwater in the surrounding area fast flowed into the study area. And even after the construction finished, the falling down of groundwater level consistently continued in some degree. The flow state of groundwater appeared to be the same in both cases where a soil cement wall is applied and where it is not during the construction. But for the case of application of a soil cement wall as the amount of groundwater flowing into the study site became reduced, it was estimated that the time for underground watershed getting far away from the site was also reduced and the influence of a building construction on the surrounding groundwater became reduced. Thus, it is deemed necessary that recharging the spilled ground water and rainfall into the construction area to lessen the abrupt change in flow and level of ground water should be considered in design of construction of a large sized building in a metropolitan area.

표준공과 과대공을 갖는 고장력볼트 접합부의 강도변화 (Change of Strength of High-Strength Bolted Connection Depending on Standard and Over Bolt Hole)

  • 표준공으로 고장력볼트를 체결한 인장부재는 구조내력은 증가하지만 시공성이나 경제성 측면에서 문제점을 야기시키게 된다. 본 연구에서는 인장부재의 고장력볼트 체결부를 표준공 및 과대공으로 하는 총 28개의 시험편을 제작하여 인장시험을 실시하였다. 시험결과로부터 얻어진 표준공 및 과대공 시험편의 인장하중을 순단면 및 연단거리에 의한 설계강도와 비교하여 연결부의 강도변화를 확인하였다. 과대공으로 제작된 시험편의 인장하중은 표준공으로 제작된 시험편의 인장하중보다 감소하였으나, 현행 설계기준의 설계강도를 상회하였으며 과대공으로 인하여 다소의 강도저하는 부득이하지만 안전성을 만족하였다.

긴장재 느슨해짐에 따른 해중 터널의 동적 불안정 거동 (Dynamic Instability of Submerged Floating Tunnels due to Tendon Slack)

  • 본 연구에서는 긴장재로 계류된 해중 터널에서 긴장재의 느슨해짐에 따른 동적 불안정 거동에 대해 다룬다. 해중 터널의 설계는 파랑 및 조류 등 유체력에 의해 지배받는다. 특히 시간에 따라 지속적으로 크기 및 작용방향이 변하는 파랑은 해중 터널의 동적 거동을 직접적으로 야기하게 되는데, 파랑에 의한 부유 튜브의 운동은 계류선 내력의 동적 변동을 유발하게 되고, 이 힘의 변화는 계류선의 강도설계 뿐 만 아니라 피로 설계에도 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 파랑에 의한 터널의 운동이 극심할 경우, 계류선의 장력은 모두 소실될 수 있는데, 이 때 계류선이 느슨해짐에 따라 일시적으로 부유 터널의 운동에 대한 저항성이 사라져 동적 불안정 거동이 유발 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유체-구조동역학 해석기법을 통해 해중 터널 긴장재의 느슨해짐 발생 시 부유 튜브의 동적 불안정 거동에 대해 분석하였다. 특히 해중터널의 중요 설계 인자인 흘수, 부력-자중 비율(Buoyancy-Weight Ratio, BWR), 긴장재 기울임이 동적 불안정 거동에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다.

  • In Precast Concrete Structure, safety of structure depends on strength of joint. Asa result, there exists a necessity to review the effects of elements consisting joints, since these elements are important factors for evalaution of joint strength. However, there elements are different for construction methods and may be changed even during construction. Obviously, the change of elements can cause the change of joint strength; yet, the effects of the variables are not clearly defined. The behavior of the joints are complicated and evaluated only through experiments. Consequently, the main objective of this paper is to review effects of components consisting Precast Joints, I order to keep higher joint strength than specified in the design code.

  • 본 연구는 터널공사를 대상으로 사업 초기단계에서 터널공사의 설계 대안에 대한 공사비를 신속히 추정하고, 사업이 진행되면서 상황변화에 따른 사업비 측면에서의 영향을 파악할 수 있도록 함으로써, 적정한 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 개략적 터널공사비 추정모델 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 터널공사의 수행에 있어 공사비에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 공사비 영향요인별 공사비 변화의 정도를 분석하였다. 공사비 영향요인은 천공방식, 굴착방법, 기폭장치, 적재장비 용량, 버력의 단위중량 및 토량환산계수, 터널 연장을 포함하는 7개의 요인을 대상으로 하여 각 영향요인의 변화에 따른 공사비 변동 크기를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 기획단계에서 사업의 기본적인 조건을 바탕으로 사업비를 추정하고, 설계 및 시공단계에서 설계 대안에 대한 공사비의 영향을 효율적으로 평가하는데 필요한 공사비 추정모델의 구축을 위한 기초정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
