This study investigates the effects of two organizational variables (market orientation and organizational innovativeness) and the interaction between these two variables on supply chain agility as well as examines the moderating effect of 1) firm size and 2) the extent of global sourcing. Employing a web-based e-mail survey method, the study issued 1,320 questionnaires to South Korea apparel manufacturing companies; data from 147 completed surveys were analyzed. Market orientation, organizational innovativeness, and the interaction between the two variables positively affect supply chain agility. Firm size and global sourcing do not have any significant moderating effects on the relationship between organizational characteristics and supply chain agility. Companies with high market orientation and high organizational innovativeness have more agile supply chains than companies with only market orientation or organizational innovativeness. Firms need to effectively enhance market orientation and organizational innovativeness simultaneously to enhance supply chain agility. The lack of a moderating effect from firm size suggests that all companies should promote a greater degree of market orientation and organizational innovativeness to enhance supply chain agility regardless of firm size.

본 연구는 국제통상 환경에서 원자재 수출입 기업의 전략적 공급사슬지향성과 공급사슬 성과의 관계에서 혁신활동과 정보공유 활동의 매개효과를 분석하려는 목적으로 진행하였다. 455개 응답 표본을 대상으로 매개효과를 포함한 7개의 가설을 구조방정식 모형으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석 결과 전략적 공급사슬지향성은 공급사슬 혁신활동에 긍정적 영향을 주었으나 정보공유 활동에는 영향을 주지 못하였다. 공급사슬 혁신활동은 정보공유 활동과 공급사슬 운영성과에 모두 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 정보공유 활동은 또한 공급사슬 운영성과에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 매개효과 검정에서는 공급사슬 혁신활동이 전략적 공급사슬 지향성과 정보공유 활동 사이에서 완전매개 효과를 정보공유 활동은 공급사슬 혁신활동과 공급사슬 운영성과 사이에서 유의한 부분매개 효과를 보여주었다.

In this study, we will conduct an empirical study to see how the 3PL firm's logistics service quality and relationship orientation affects the supply chain performance. To examine the research model and hypotheses, we have used an empirical method based on the field survey in which most of measurements used and verified in previous studies are selected as measurements. The results of our empirical study can be summarized as follows: First, it can be shown that higher level of logistics service quality not only affects satisfaction and relationship orientation positively, but also improves supply chain performance. Second, it can be also shown that satisfaction for logistics service quality affects relationship orientation between shipper and 3PL firm positively. Finally, it can be shown that relationship orientation affects supply chain performance positively. This paper presents much implications both theoretical and practical side.

폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트)(PEN)의 사슬 배향과 이완이 PEN 유연기판의 치수안정성 및 광학 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보았다. 사슬이 배향된 PEN 기판은 사용온도 증가 시 PEN 분자 유동성을 감소시켜 $100^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 PEN의 열팽창계수(CTE)를 $20ppm/^{\circ}C$까지 감소시키나, 유리전이온도 근처에서 연신된 사슬의 이완에 의하여 열수축이 발생됨을 알 수 있었다. 유리전이온도 근처에서의 열처리는 이러한 열수축을 최소화시킬 수 있으나 사슬이완에 따른 PEN 분자의 경직성 또한 감소되어 열팽창계수가 연신 전 PEN의 고유 CTE의 65% 정도인 $70ppm/^{\circ}C$까지 다시 증가함을 확인하였다. 열처리 과정에서 연신된 필름에 응력을 가하지 않는 경우, 열수축 시작 온도 증가와 함께 열수축을 최소화할 수 있으며 연신에 의해 얻어진 낮은 CTE 또한 유지할 수 있었다. 배향에 의한 광 투과도 감소는 없는 반면 열처리는 미약한 결정화를 발현시켜 5% 정도의 광 투과도가 감소됨을 알 수 있었다.

한국 해외직접투자기업은 저렴한 원재료를 조달하여 낮은 생산요소가격을 지불하는 국가에서 생산하여 세계를 대상으로 판매 및 마케팅을 한다. 이러한 측면에서 글로벌 공급사슬관리는 한국해외직접투자기업에게 중요성이 있고 이에 따라 본 연구는 공급사슬지향성의 수준에 따른 신뢰성 및 품질 성과의 차이를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 변수들 간의 이론적 관계를 확인하였고 측정변수를 도출하여 한국 해외직접투자기업들로부터 설문지를 회수하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급사슬지향성의 수준에 따른 신뢰성 성과는 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 관리자는 그들의 현재 공급사슬지향성의 수준을 확인하고 신뢰성 성과를 개선하기 위한 전략적 및 구조적 노력을 해야 한다. 둘째, 공급사슬지향성의 수준에 따른 품질 성과 역시 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 품질 성과의 개선을 위해 관리자는 그들의 현재 공급사슬지향성의 수준을 파악해야 한다. 이를 통해 관리자는 전략적이고 구조적인 노력을 통해 품질 성과를 개선할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze structural relationships with regard to the effect of customer integration, which is a type of integration in the supply chain, and market orientation of supply chain on the resulting change in the supply chain and management performance. The results of analysis in this study are as follows: First, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on reducing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. The decreased flexibility and uncertainty of SCM had a positive effect on non-financial performance, which also had a positive effect on financial performance. Second, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance indirectly by decreasing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. Third, the effect of customer integration and uncertainty of SCM on the flexibility of SCM changed depending on the position in the supply chain; the effect was larger in the distribution group. The implications based on the analysis results are as follows: It is expected that the ability to deal with market changes in the overall supply chain is improved by laying the foundation for cooperation through establishing information infrastructure, including sharing information with trade partners and integrating systems, and implementing customer integration based on these achievements. It is also necessary to consider the business types and characteristics of individual companies in establishing information infrastructure.

Purpose: Dynamic capabilities are acknowledged as pivotal factors facilitating the generation of competitive advantage and performance for enterprises across diverse sectors, notably within the food processing industry. This study endeavors to explore and examine the direct and indirect impact of dynamic capability factors, encompassing innovation capability, market orientation (customer orientation, supply chain orientation, competitor orientation), and digital orientation on the business performance of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: Research data was collected from 239 food processing enterprise managers and analyzed using partial least square - structural equation modeling. Results: With the exception of digital orientation, the study found evidence of the role of innovation capability and market orientation (customer orientation, supply chain orientation, competitor orientation) in the overall competitive advantage of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. Furthermore, the study underscores the contributions of innovation capability, market orientation and digital orientation in fostering performance of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. It also identifies the mediating role of competitive advantage in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance. Conclusions: Consequently, the study proposes a number of implications for food processing enterprise managers with the aim of establishing and enhancing competitive advantage and business performance in the future.

본 연구는 경쟁심화와 고객서비스 욕구의 다양화로 인해 물류서비스 품질 및 공급사슬 관리에 관한 연구가 중요하게 부각되고 있는 시점에서 물류서비스 품질요소에 대한 공급사슬 파트너십의 구성원들의 지각 차이를 비교분석하였다. 이를위해 공급사슬 내에서 공급자와 수송업자, 구매자가 중요하게 판단하는 물류서비스 품질에 대한 인식을 측정하여 t-test를 실시하였다. 분석결과 공급사슬 내의공급자, 수송업자, 구매자가 중요하게 평가하는 물류서비스 품질 요소의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공급사슬 파트너십에서 시장지향성과 장기지향성이 높은 공급자와 낮은 공급자간에 중요도 차이 지각을 비교한 결과, 시장지향성과 장기지향성이 낮은 경우에는 대부분의 항목에서 집단 간의 차이를 보이고 있는 반면, 높은 경우에는 상호작용성에 대부분의 집단 간에 중요도 평가 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper analyzes the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, international market orientation, and investment performance of Korean SMEs in Vietnam on sequential investment. As a result of analyzing the research model using PLS SEM, it was found that Korean SMEs make sequential investments based on investment performance rather than entrepreneurial orientation or international market orientation. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation increased internationa market orientation and had a positive effect on investment performance, which was found to have a positive effect on sequential investment. Through this study, it was clarified that there is a difference between the determinants of initial investment and sequential investment, and it was confirmed that Korean companies show stable and strategic sequential investment tendency rather than proactive and bold investment in Vietnam. In addition, the mediating effect of international market orientation and investment performance in sequential investment was confirmed. In addition, it was confirmed that entrepreneurial orientation was a valid factor in the indirect effect of sequential investment. In the future, for high entrepreneurial orientation Korean companies entered the Vietnamese market, there will be a need for policy support to provide information on Global Value Chain in Vietnam and establish networks on the country.

폴리에테르설폰(PES) 필름의 주사슬 연신에 의한 광학 특성 변화와 보상 필름으로 사용 환경온도에 따른 이들의 특성변화를 살펴보았다. 아울러 연신 및 열처리가 필름의 광학 특성 및 치수안정성에 미치는 영향을 함께 확인하였다. PES는 연신에 의하여 광학용 보상 필름으로 사용이 가능할 정도의 $R_e$ 값과 $R_{th}$ 값을 얻을 수 있었으며 이러한 값들은 반복적인 사용 환경 온도에 따라 변화되며 이를 최소화하기 위하여 열처리 공정이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 연신된 PES 필름은 사용온도가 증가됨에 따라 연신에 의한 주사슬의 수축이 발생되며 그 이후 고유 특성인 열팽창이 일어나며, 연신에 의한 주사슬 배향에 의하여 열팽창계수는 다소 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 필름의 열처리는 열팽창계수에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 반면 열수축을 현저하게 감소시킴을 확인하였다.
