This research analyzed about inconsistence and cause of the audit result on national defense quality management system in certification company. Direction of research analyzes corelation with distribution by items at national defense quality management system standard by Investigated number and occurrence of examination report slight and critical incongruity on 2008 and 2009. Study finding slight and critical incongruity happened to first examination average 10.2 items, renewal examination average 7.0 items. By incongruity occurrence appeared high in item that there are a lot of examination item shares of standard requirement, it was studied by correlative thing between the examination with standard. Factor of incongruity occurrence was proved to comprehension insufficiency for quality management system, quality procedure insufficiency, didn't fulfil proceedings, business was unripe. In this papers, we contribute to propose direction for improvement of national defense quality management system comprehensive faculty elevation and national defense quality certification in this treatise.

Purpose: In this paper, we propose a test method for evaluating the life time of the inverter which is one of the main internal configuration systems in order to evaluate the life time of the power supply for the vehicle. Methods: The performance and failure criteria required for the development of the accelerated life test method were established and the Taguchi method was used to derive the stress factors affecting performance and reliability. Results: The major stress of the product degradation were considered to be high temperature. Conclusion: The acceleration factor was estimated through a two-level high temperature test and a test methods was designed to guarantee the accelerated life time of the inverter.

본 논문은 산업기술 보호와 관련된 국제표준의 역할에 주목하여 중소기업에 대한 ISMS의 효과와 성과에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 것이다. 특히 인증의 효과 및 성과에 관한 설문조사를 통해 경영성과 및 운영성과를 측정하고, 요인분석을 통해 도출된 성과변수에 대하여 분산분석과 회귀분석을 통하여 ISMS 인증효과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 도출하였다. 요인분석과 집단이분산성을 고려한 회귀분석 결과, 업종과 기업 규모에 따른 영향은 확인되지 않았으나 보안조직 여부, 정보보안투자 그리고 경영진과 종업원의 보안의식 수준이 ISMS 인증효과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 산업기술유출을 방지하기 위해서는 인증과 병행해 보안 역량과 투자가 병행되어야 하고, 업종 혹은 산업의 구분이 크지 않은 만큼 산업기술 보호를 위한 인프라 혹은 시스템으로서 인증의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다고 하겠다.

In this paper, The infrastructure case for reproduction or analysis of the mechanism on the fire or the electrics shock of the electrical appliances is proposed. The various electrical appliances(Washing machine, Ballast, Electric heaters, Electronic switches, Mobile phone chargers) used in the home can be tested on the high voltage and over current test through the implementation of the infrastructure. The electrical tests of fire and electric shock consists of the high voltage of maximum 5000 V and over current test of 3 steps(90 A, 60 A, 40 A) and noise test. The mechanism of the fire and the electric shock tests reproduced are analyzed through the monitoring system and the oscilloscope. The electronics manufacturers can prevent accidents through the tests of the electronics factor reproduced and the analysis of the infrastructure designed.

In this study, NR GT 101 (water-to-water Ground source heat pump unit) and NR GT 102 (water-to-air Ground source heat pump unit) related with ISO and ARI guideline were introduced and researched. GSHPs testing was performed by NR GT 101, 102 and analyzed performance factors. Test result, Energy Efficiency Ratio and Coefficient of performance factor of GSHPs were relatively low at an average value rather than Certification.

기존 인터넷 웹 사이트에서는 개인 식별 도구로 주민등록번호를 사용해 왔다. 그러나 인터넷에서의 주민 등록번호 사용은 개인정보 유출 위험을 증가시키는 주 요인이 되고 있다. 현재 정부에서는 인터넷에서의 주민등록번호 수집과 개인정보 유출 최소화를 위해 i-PIN 서비스를 권장하고 있다. i-PIN의 원래 사용 목적은 인터넷 웹 사이트에서 주민등록번호를 사용하지 않고 i-PIN 13자리 가상번호로 개인을 식별하여 사용된다. 최근에는 i-PIN을 인증서 형태로 사용하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 본 연구에서는 i-PIN을 인증서 형태로 사용하는 소프트웨어 서비스 방법론과 기존 i-PIN 서비스와는 다른 형태의 i-PIN 본인인증서비스 적용 사례를 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구는 지구차원의 목재인증제(木材認證制)인 FSC인증(認證)과 ISO 환경경영체제(環境經營體制) 인증(認證)의 최근 동향을 검토하고 인증제(認證制)가 우리 나라의 임산물무역에 미치는 잠재적 영향을 분석하였다. 목재인증표준(木材認證標準), 인증절차(認證節次) 및 인증(認證) 산림면적(山林面積) 등에 대한 자료 및 정보는 관련문헌과 지역 및 국제기구의 보고서 등으로부터 수집하였다. 목재인증제(木材認證制)가 우리 나라의 임산물무역에 미치는 영향은 환경(環境)과 임산물무역과 관련된 주요어에 대한 인지도(認知度)와 환경친화적이며 지속 가능하게 경영된 산림에서 생산되는 라벨부착목재에 대한 추가지불의사(追加支拂意思)를 설문 조사하여 분석하였다. 지구, 지역 및 개별국가차원에서 다양한 인증제(認證制)가 개발되고 있고 인증제(認證制)에 대한 관심도 증가되고 있기 때문에 인증목재(認證木材)의 시장공급량은 증가될 것으로 예측되나, 인증목재(認證木材)의 수요는 현 단계에서 불확실하며 소비자의 인증목재(認證木材)에 대한 반응이 주요 결정인자(決定因子)가 될 것이다. 단기적으로 목재인증제(木材認證制)가 우리 나라 수업에 미치는 영향이 크지 않을 것이다. 왜냐하면 국내 목재소비자들이 환경관련(環境關聯) 무역조치(貿易措置)에 대한 관심이 낮고, 인증목재(認證木材)에 대한 추가지불의사(追加支拂意思)가 적기 때문이다. 그러나 목재인증(木材認證)이 선진국 시장에서는 임산물수입장벽(林産物輸入障壁)으로 활용되고 있어 마루판이나 합판 등 유럽시장에 수출하는 임산물은 목재인증(木材認證)에 의해 부정적인 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다.

지난 2021년 버진 오빗(Virgin Orbit)사는 747-400 항공기를 공중발사 플랫폼으로 개조하여 2월과 7월 두 차례 공중발사에 성공을 하였다. 기존 지상발사 대비 발사 장소나 날씨에 큰 구애를 받지 않고, 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 발사 준비시간 단축과 고도 및 속도의 이득을 볼 수 있는 등 큰 효용성으로 인해 공중발사에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 또한 전자장비의 소형/정밀화로 소형위성이 과거 중/대형 위성과 유사한 성능을 가지게 됨으로써 향후 소형위성 발사가 주를 이룰 것으로 전망된다. 본 논문에서는 국내 대형 민항기를 활용한 공중발사 플랫폼의 비행안전성 확보를 위해 국내 및 해외, 민간 및 군의 감항인증 규정/절차 등 제도적 인증 방안에 대해 살펴보고 적용 가능한 민간 및 군 감항인증 기술 기준을 검토 및 분석하였다. 그 결과로, 국내 현실을 반영한 감항인증 방안과 공중발사 플랫폼으로 개조 시 적용 가능한 감항인증 기술기준을 기반한 감항인증기준(안)을 결론에서 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of the government policy of Nanotechnology which is expected to minimize nanotechnology's potential risk, using the methodology of conjoint analysis and market share analysis. The attributes of conjoint analysis were divided into potential risk factor and the policy factor. It was found that the policy factor could alleviate the potential risk, subsequently increasing consumers' utility. Additionally, the government certification was more powerful than the mandatory labelling. The market share also increased in result of the nanotechnology-applied product with the certification or labeling either. The result of this study can be used as a reference to related policy makers in the fields of Nanotechnology.

본 연구는 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사 (GOMS: Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) 2010년도를 활용하여 대졸자 4051명의 취업결정요인의 주관적 인지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 취업결정요인의 주관적 인지는 학력요인, 자격/전공요인, 인성/인맥요인 등으로 설정하였고, 직무만족을 내재적 만족과 외재적 만족 등으로 구성하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대졸자의 성별, 학교유형, 학교소재지, 전공 등에 따라 취업결정요인의 주관적 인지와 직무만족에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 비수도권 소재 학교, 교육계열, 학력요인, 자격/전공요인, 인성/인맥요인 등이 내재적 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 2~3년제 대학, 비수도권 소재 학교, 사회계열, 교육계열, 공학계열, 자연계열, 의약계열, 학력요인, 자격/전공요인, 인성/인맥요인이 외재적 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대학생의 취업결정요인의 주관적 인지에 대한 세분화된 분석 자료를 제공하고 직무만족에 대한 새로운 검증에 의미가 있다.
