Financial service industry has introduced and operated management systems such as information security management system (ISMS), personal information security management system, business continuity management system to protect and maintain suitably customer's financial information and financial service. This study started that it's desirable financial industry takes consideration of ISMS and it can be different types among various organizations taking consideration of culture, practical work, and guideline of information security. The study derives primary control areas of ISMS through analyzing non-conformity trends and control factors according to certification audit for finance-related organizations introduced international ISMS of ISO27001 which is well known and commonly applicable irrespective of areas in financial service industry. Through case analyses for five finance-related organizations operating ISMS, this study analyzed improvement effects of ISMS. It has a meaning as an initial research though it was difficulty in acquiring data for empirical study because of rare organizations maintaining certification in financial sector. As a result, number of non-confirmity from the first audit to three years' elapse was decreased every year. Physical and environmental security, communication and operations management, and access control having the highest frequency of non-conformity each presented 23%, 19%, and 17%, which reached 59% in total and they are derived into primary control areas. ISMS can fulfill technical, managerial, physical security issues, which have not been treated importantly in financial industry. In addition, this study presented that ISMS can be an effective management system applicable for financial service industry.

Most industries have introduced and operate an information security management system (ISMS) or a personal information security management system (PIMS) to suitably protect and maintain customer's information and company trade secrets. This study starts with the premise that it is desirable for every industry considering information security to maintain an ISMS. ISMS can be of different types among various organizations, taking into consideration culture, practical work procedures, and guidelines for information security. This study intends to derive primary control areas of an ISMS for each industry based on organizational size and audit type by analyzing non-conformity trends and control factors according to certification audits for organizations introduced for international ISMS under ISO27001. This study analyzed improvement effects of ISMS through case analyses. It is meaningful as exploratory research, although it was difficult to acquire data for empirical study because few organizations maintain certification in major industrial sectors. The requirements presented the highest frequency of non-conformity for each type from the 2013-initiated ISO27001; the years 2013 to 2020 were extracted as the primary control area. The study found that for primary control areas of ISMS for each of three industries, organizational size and audit type had differences.

This study reviewed the regulatory safety management system for prevention of side effects of veterinary medical devices in Korea based on data obtained through analyses of those medical devices. In order to ensure the safety of medical devices, Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has established the management system include licensing, test inspection (134 designated clinical trial agencies) and post management. In addition, it was introduce the good manufacture practice (GMP) certification system and device tracking requirements. In contrast, it is necessary to establish regulations for side effects report and awareness on veterinary medical devices in Korea. The center for veterinary medicine of FDA in the United States has been operated side effects reporting system of veterinary medical devices from user, manufactures and distributor. Due to increase the use of various kinds of veterinary medical devices for animals, it should be required to improve regulation related to the licensing procedures, GMP system, and the side effects reporting system in our country.

In this article, we introduced the estimation method by 'Safety Integrity Level'(SIL) for the criterion of safety assurance and performed a case study on a flame scanner. SIL requires probabilistic evaluation of each set of equipment used to reduce risk in a safety related system. FMEDA(Failure Modes, Effects and Diagnostic Analysis) method is widely used to evaluate the safety levels and provides information on the failure rates and failure mode distributions necessary to calculate a diagnostic coverage factor for a part or a component. Basically, two parameters resulting from FMEDA are used for SIL classification of the device : SFF(Safe Failure Fraction) and PFD(Probability of Failure on Demand). In this case study, it is concluded that the flame scanner is designed to fulfill the condition of SIL 3 in the aspect of SFF and PFD.

Caching in mobile computing environments Is an important technique that will reduce the effects such as limitation of bandwidth, restriction of resources and frequent disconnection. To reduce limitation and disconnection problems in mobile computing, a new form of caching system have been proposed based on a broadcast approach. This paper proposes a broadcast based cache protocol and examines the behaviors of the proposed scheme and well known schemes such as multiversion based scheme and Certification Reports. By a detailed simulation, we show some characteristics of different approaches to detect and resolve conflicts. We also show proposed scheme out performs other schemes with a low space and operation overhead.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing services of Oncology Advanced Practice Nurses(OAPNs) from the view point of structure and process. Methods: Roles and practices of OAPNs for cancer patients on chemotherapy were investigated by semi-structured interview and survey. Subjects were 14 OAPNs in 3 hospitals. Results: OAPNs had high level of education and certification than registered nurses. Most subjects of OAPNs were patients on chemotherapy and OAPNs used most of their time in education and expert nursing practice. 57.1% of OAPNs used delegated order. They were satisfied with their job in general, but satisfaction in communication with nurse manager or resident doctor was low. Conclusion: These results will be the concrete explanation for the nursing services of OAPNs. On the basis of theses results, more study about effects of OAPNs will be needed.

In this work, we researched static and dynamic characteristics concern to hydraulic regulator control process and parameter setting, which is used on liquid rocket engine regulation. The hydraulic regulator of 8K14 "SCUD" 9D21 engine is analyzed and on the basis of the developed mathematical modeling the analysis of response time and certification on automatic control accuracy is carried out. In this process, we find out specific design configuration of needle valve flow section that effects on pressure regulation performance.

The purpose of this study is introduction of social and economic benefits of environmental improvements of Korea green road certification system. Focus of Evaluation Criteria is possibility of quantification on environmental improvements. Proposed evaluation items is noise, air pollution, water quality, ecological and green spaces, waste, and space resistance. The results of this study is expected to be used to support of Green Roads Rating System in korea.

The purpose of this study is to present HACCP management method for improving customer satisfaction in bakery industry. As a study method, literature review on HACCP and customer satisfaction and developing questionnaires through model design were done. Then, a survey was done to 209 customers who had experiences of visiting small size bakeries in Seoul or the national capital region. It was then statistically analyzed and examined. In conclusion, even though the respondents showed positive expectation that the certification of HACCP will have an effect on the factors of customer satisfaction like brand image, quality of product and service, facility and physical environment and so on, but as we proved in the course of study model's hypothesis confirmation, actually, current promoting efforts and strategies of the government or related institutions to spread recognition of HACCP don't have an meaningful effect on the factors of customer satisfaction.

This paper studied about effects of the certificate of ISO 9000 in the manufacturing companies whose number of employee is under three hundred. First, most of company answered that acquiring the certificate of ISO 9000 is very helpful for the company management. therefore the company has the competence in the change of domestic and international economy. Second, after acquiring the certificate of ISO 9000, there were many improvements in company culture, quality control and business process productivity. As a result, the acquisition of the certificate of ISO 9000 system makes the company culture preparing the future to become a world first class company.
