  • In order to shoot underwater, the photographer must be equipped with shooting equipment and enter into the water. Since the photographer directly enters the water, safety accidents occur frequently due to various obstacles or deep water in the water. The proposed underwater stereo photography technique can solve the safety accident problem caused by the entry of the photographer into the water by using the drone for underwater photographing. In addition, this technique has the advantage of obtaining underwater images at low cost. In this study, the angle of the proposed cam for stereoscopic photography was analyzed and the condition that the proper stereoscopic image can be viewed was defined as the distance from the floor of 18cm to the floor distance of 41.4cm. This provision is proposed to be used to adjust the height of the shooting area descended by the elevation chain of the water surface hovering drones.

  • Objective: This study examined the influence of child-care teachers' depression and social support on their burn-out and investigated whether social support had any moderating effects on the relationship between of child-care teachers' depression and burn-out. Methods: The participants of this study were 343 child-care teachers from 131 daycare center in Seoul and Gyeon-gi province. Statistical analyses of data for this study included descriptive statistics and hierarchical regressions. The moderating effect of social support was analyzed by using the procedures proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986). Results: The results of this study indicate that the level of child-care teachers' depression increases the level of burn-out and that the level of social support in workplace and the level of social support from out of workplace decreases the level of burn-out. In addition, social support from out of workplace only moderated the influence of child-care teachers' depression on their burn-out. Conclusion/Implications: The influence of child-care teachers' depression on burn-out was lower when the level of social support from out of workplace was high, compared to when it was low.

  • Background: The socioeconomic burden of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) is significant, and kitchen work is a high-risk occupation for MSDs due to the intensive manual workload and repetitive movements that are involved. However, there are very few studies on MSDs and rest breaks as a workplace intervention among kitchen workers. This study examined the relationship between insufficient rest breaks and increased MSD risk among Korean kitchen workers. Methods: Sociodemographic and occupational factors of 1,909 kitchen workers were collected from the 3rd-4th Korean Working Conditions Survey data. Five items on rest breaks at work were categorized into two groups, "sufficient" and "insufficient." The number of MSDs and work-related MSDs (WMSDs), an outcome variable, was obtained from the sum of MSDs/WMSDs in three anatomical sites (back, neck, and upper limb, lower limb). The association between rest breaks and MSDs was estimated using zeroinflated negative binomial analyses, with adjustments for age, education level, and weekly working hours, and the analyses were stratified by sex. Results: After adjustment, significant associations were found between insufficient rest breaks and an increased risk of MSDs (odds ratio [OR] 1.68 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.11-2.54) and WMSDs (OR 1.40 95% CI 1.01-1.96) among female kitchen workers. Insufficient rest breaks were significantly associated with MSDs in female kitchen workers in all three anatomical sites. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the need for rest breaks as a workplace intervention for preventing MSDs in kitchen workers. Further studies to reveal the causality of this relationship are required.

  • Objective : Rapid dissolution of blood clots reduces vasospasm and hydrocephalus after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), and locally administered fibrinolytic drugs (LAFDs) could facilitate the dissolution. However, the efficacy of LAFDs remains controversial. The aim of this meta-analysis was to determine the efficacy of LAFDs for vasospasm and hydrocephalus and in clinical outcomes. Methods : From PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane database, data were extracted by two authors. Meta-analysis was performed using a random effect model. Inclusion criteria were patients who had LAFDs with urokinase-type or recombinant tissue-plasminogen activator after SAH in comparison with medically untreated patients with fibrinolytic drugs. We only included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in this analysis. The outcomes of interest were vasospasm, hydrocephalus, mortality, and 90-day unfavorable functional outcome. Results : Data from eight RCTs with 550 patients were included. Pooled-analysis revealed that the LAFDs were significantly associated with lower rates of vasospasm (LAFDs group vs. control group, 26.5% vs. 39.2%; odds ratio [OR], 0.48; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.32-0.73); hydrocephalus (LAFDs group vs. control group, 26.0% vs. 31.6%; OR, 0.54; 95% CI, 0.32-0.91); and mortality (LAFDs group vs. control group, 10.5% vs. 15.7%; OR, 0.58; 95% CI, 0.34-0.99). The proportion of 90-day unfavorable outcomes was lower in the LAFDs group (LAFDs group vs. control group, 32.7% vs. 43.5%; OR, 0.55; 95% CI, 0.37-0.80). Conclusion : This meta-analysis with eight RCTs indicated that LAFDs were significantly associated with lower rates of vasospasm and hydrocephalus after SAH. Thus, LAFDs could consequently reduce mortality and improve clinical outcome after SAH.

  • Advances in e-commerce enable consumers to shop efficiently for fashion products in global markets in addition, the market size of purchasing directly from foreign websites are also increasing. This study investigates the effects of hedonic and utilitarian shopping values on the continuous use intention of online cross-border shopping. Curiosity and self-efficacy were introduced as mediating variables between shopping values and user intentions. A web-based survey is conducted on female consumers, who have experiences to buy fashion products by online cross-border shopping. A total of 472 responses were collected from a panel of online survey firms. Data are analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group SEM by AMOS 21.0. According to the results of the structural equation model test, hedonic value affected continuous use intention of online cross-border shopping as mediated by curiosity and self-efficacy; in addition, utilitarian value influenced self-efficacy, which mediated relations between the utilitarian value and the continuous use intention. The research model was also tested to compare heavy users and light users of online cross-border shopping. For heavy users, the effect of hedonic value on curiosity was significantly stronger than for light users. Several implications are suggested based on the results.

  • Recently, artificial intelligence for diagnosis system of obstetric diseases have been actively studied. Artificial intelligence diagnostic assist systems, which support medical diagnosis benefits of efficiency and accuracy, may experience problems of poor learning accuracy and reliability when inappropriate images are the model's input data. For this reason, before learning, We proposed an algorithm to exclude unread cervical imaging. 2,000 images of read cervical imaging and 257 images of unread cervical imaging were used for this study. Experiments were conducted based on the statistical method Radiomics to extract feature values of the entire images for classification of unread images from the entire images and to obtain a range of read threshold values. The degree to which brightness, blur, and cervical regions were photographed adequately in the image was determined as classification indicators. We compared the classification performance by learning read cervical imaging classified by the algorithm proposed in this paper and unread cervical imaging for deep learning classification model. We evaluate the classification accuracy for unread Cervical imaging of the algorithm by comparing the performance. Images for the algorithm showed higher accuracy of 91.6% on average. It is expected that the algorithm proposed in this paper will improve reliability by effectively excluding unread cervical imaging and ultimately reducing errors in artificial intelligence diagnosis.
