This study has been made under the purpose of revealing the real effectiveness of Library Application Education, Life and Career Education and Reading Education in order to seek for the activation of school library and right roles of librarian teachers and subject teachers through connected to school library educations according to the free-semester system. For that, the survey was made to 73 teachers and 112 students, who already experienced connected library educations. As a result, the most frequent educations made by teachers and students was Reading Education, the second one was Library Application Education and the least one was Life and Career Education. In the aspect of effectiveness in teachers and students, the result came out quite meaningful and for teachers, especially the manner in the field of expertism, the satisfaction level of teachers was high in Life and Career Education in format style and creativity in source materials. For the students, the meaningful effectiveness shows in interaction field. Based on the research: first, study about various models of Reading Education which will be applied in connected to school library education according to the free-semester system. Second, additional researches are necessary for the expansional aspect of Library Application Education, Life and Career Education and Reading. Third, continuous studies are essential for the elements which can contribute effectiveness. Fourth, offering many strategical methods are essential to demonstrate creativity for the increase in satisfaction level for teachers.

In this study, the effect of field practice on the career exploration of college students was analyzed and the effect of adjusting the psychological variable, enterprising, was tested. To this end, the survey was conducted on university students who participated in the field practice. An analysis of 193 data showed that the effectiveness of field practice and the suitability of field practice companies were factors that increased the ability of college students to explore their career path. In addition, individual initiative was analyzed as a parameter, which strengthens the effectiveness of the practice and the suitability of the practical company on the ability of the career exploration. Universities should find quality practice companies and maintain the right field practice, and need to come up with pre-education programs that can improve career-related psychological capabilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a employment career counseling program on university student' by analyzing whether it would bring any changes to the selected. The subjects in this study were 60 university student who were users of A university in the city of A. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 60 university student' each, and a employment career counseling program was conducted in eight sessions, once a biweekly. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program showed improvement in career maturity. Second, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program expressed better career self-efficacy. Third, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program felt less career barriers.

This study examined the variables that influence career maturity in elementary school students and tested a hypothetical structural equation model relating the variables to career maturity. The subjects were 2,771 fourth-grade children(1,494 boys and 1,277 girls) who participated in a Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS) in 2004. Data were analyzed through frequency, percentages, Pearson's correlations using SPSS 15.0and structural equation modeling with AMOS7.0. The findings are as follows. The proposed model, as revised, demonstrated the effectiveness of an analysis of the structural equation model, and illustrated that the socio-economic status of parents has only an indirect influence on children's career maturity via relationship with parents, children's self-image or academic work. In addition, relationship with parents, children's self-image, and academic work independently affected children's career maturity both directly and indirectly. Based on the causal relationships among these related variables, the findings reveal that the best pathway towards children's career maturity is in the order of socio-economic status, relationship with parents, children's self-image, and children's academic work.

Since elementary school is a time in which basic concepts like attitudes and mindsets about careers are formed, career education is very important to elementary school students. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a gardening program applying the academic disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Society (STEAMS) on developing career education for elementary school students. In order to determine the effectiveness of the program on career development of elementary school students, this study was conducted with 28 upper elementary students in the experimental group who participated in the gardening program, and 30 upper elementary students in the control group who did not. The program was comprised of total 8 sessions, one session per week, with various garden activities. The career development scores of the two groups before and after the program were comparatively analyzed. Before the program, the experimental group had significantly lower scores for career development than the control group. After 8 weeks of the program, the control group did not show any changes in career development, while the experimental group that participated in the program showed a significant increase in career development, resulting in no difference in career development between the two groups after the program. Therefore, the program has positive effects on improving career development of upper elementary students who previously had insufficient career development. Overall, the program had positive effects on career development of upper elementary students, and further research is needed to systematically promote the STEAMS-based gardening program to promote interest and understanding of students by associating plant-based gardening activities with various subjects such as science, art, and social studies.

In this paper, we develops the hybrid career coaching model combined the face to face and the E-coaching, and applies students of childhood education for career guidance. The presented hybrid career coaching manages a profile and state information and a remote access between the coach and coachee on Internet. Then, online part of hybrid coaching deals with saving the data, and understand of the situation of the coachee if it is necessary. And face to face part of hybrid coaching have a conversation, the checking, counsel and introspection if the coach needs. Presented hybrid career coaching model has th procedure of 6 steps such like career coaching guidance, self-understanding, career decision-making, establishment of the career execution planning, execution plan and action will inspection and execution result inspection. Proposed hybrid career coaching is possible to understand coachee's current state on the career map, realize the importance of the execution strategy and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness self-regulation capacity.

This study aimed to guide the practice of group art therapy among Korean college students through a systematic review. Therefore, 164 studies relevant to group art therapy for Korean undergraduate students published in Korea from January 2001 to June 2021 were selected. This systematic review included 46 publications based on the PICO standards. The author systematically reviewed the included studies, summarized the characteristics and therapy effectiveness, and analyzed the overall research trends. The primary findings were as follows: First, the number of publications on group art therapy among Korean college students has significantly increased. According to a review of group art therapy characteristics, the majority of studies enrolled 6-10 participants (32 studies, 66.7%), applied 6-10 sessions (23 studies, 47.9%), and had an intervention time for each session of 90 minutes (25 studies, 53.2%). Second, research outcomes of group art therapy among Korean college students were grouped into self-related, society-related, emotion-related, and career-related outcomes. Regarding career-related outcomes, all studies found that group art therapy had a statistically significant impact on career-related outcomes, particularly on the levels of career decision-making and maturity. Most studies suggested that group art therapy had a positive effect on self-related, society-related, and emotion-related outcomes, with 6 studies finding no statistically significant effect of group art therapy on college students. Third, the most effective intervention for college students was the media-based group art therapy. In particular, college students had the most effective performance in career-related outcomes. This study is significant in that it uses a systematic review to integrate and summarize research results on group art therapy among college students over the last 20 years. This study revealed that group art therapy could positively and effectively affect Korean college students. Based on this systematic review, we expect to practice and develop group art therapy in Chinese college students with comprehensive guidance and convincing data.

MIS personnel should not only be capable of developing technically sounded systems, but also act as the companion role of strategic management. For this reason, it is important to direct efficient human resource management for MIS personnel. For directing efficient MIS human resource management, this paper studies the relationship of major types of MIS career orientation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment based on the work area of MIS personnel, Based on the empirical analysis using questionnaires answered from MIS personnel of Korean public and private enterprises, the hypotheses of this study were proved. The result of this research shows most of the domestic MIS personnel tends to line up with technology and management favoritism for their career orientation. If an individual career orientation and his or her work area are matched, it presents higher job satisfaction. Furthermore, a group of management orientation shows higher organizational commitment than a group of technology arientation among MIS personnel with identical job satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that career orientation of MIS personnel affect the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In the future, a career management system suitable to the MIS personnel should be developed to improve the effectiveness of MIS organization.

Recently, the necessity and importance of entrepreneurship education in universities in terms of nurturing creative talents and career paths have been emphasized. This study attempted to examine the mechanism of how the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education affects career maturity by dividing it into theoretical education and practical entrepreneurship education with problem-solving competency rather than a single dimension. This study performed an empirical analysis using Smart PLS for 153 college students. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that theoretical and practical entrepreneurship education had a significant positive (+) effect on problem-solving ability. Second, theoretical entrepreneurship education had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. but practical entrepreneurship education did not have a direct significant effect on career maturity. Third, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. Finally, the mediating effect analysis revealed that problem-solving ability had mediating effects on both entrepreneurship education and career maturity of college students. In conclusion, this study has its significance in that it presents the effectiveness and direction of entrepreneurship education both in theory and practice at a time when it is urgent to foster inspiring and creative talent in universities to meet the demands of the times. In particular, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship education conducted at universities is required to upgrade the curriculum, content, methodology, and subject design of practical entrepreneurship education, and there is an urgent need for improvement so that the effect of practical entrepreneurship education can have a significant effect on career maturity.
