조선 기본구조설계 단계에서의 3D CAD/CAE 인터페이스 개발 (Development of 3D CAD/CAE Interface in Initial Structural Design Phase of Shipbuilding)

  • The finite element modeling of a ship for hull structural analysis on the basis of new harmonized common structural rules (CSR-H) is to be extended to the cargo holds in fore and after body of a ship. Unlike the parallel middle-body where the external and internal features of hull are equal along to the longitudinal direction of a ship, in fore and after body, the external and internal features of hull vary linearly or even irregularly in forms of a surface or a curve along to the longitudinal direction of a ship. Thus, it needs lots of design man-hours for the modeling for structural analysis. In order to save man-hours in initial structural design phase of a ship, the specified 3D CAD system has been adopted in shipbuilding industry. Through the interface between CAD and CAE (rule scantling and direct strength assessment), design man-hour in initial design phase can be saved even under the environment of CSR-H.

수종의 CAD/CAM 시스템으로 제작한 지르코니아 코어에서 Replica Technique을 이용한 변연 및 내면 적합도 평가 (Evaluation using Replica Technique on the marginal and internal fitness of zirconia cores by several CAD/CAM systems)

  • 연구목적: 최근CAD/CAM으로 제작한 지르코니아 코어의 변연적합도에 관한 연구가 많이 진행되었지만, 여러 종의CAD/CAM 시스템의 변연 뿐만 아니라 내면적합도까지 상호 비교한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3종의CAD/CAM 시스템으로 제작한 전치부 단일 치아 지르코니아 코어의 변연 및 내면적합도를 Replica technique을 이용해 평가하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법:3종의CAD/CAM 시스템 (Cerasys $system^{(R)}$, KaVo $Everest^{(R)}$, $LAVA^{TM}$)을 이용하여, 시스템 별로 5개씩의 단일치아 지르코니아 코어를 제작하였다. 제작된 지르코니아 코어를 레플리카 테크닉 (Replica Technique)을 이용해 복제하고 복제된 시편을 협설, 근원심으로 정중앙을 절단하여 변연 및 내면의 간격을 측정하였다. Measuring microscope ($AXIO^{(R)}$)를 이용하여 50배 확대하여 촬영하고 $I-Solution^{(R)}$을 이용하여 측정하였고, ANOVA를 이용하여 통계적으로 분석하였다. 결과:지르코니아코어의 평균 변연간격은 $Cerasys^{(R)}$$84.74{\pm}27.57{\mu}m$, KaVo $Everest^{(R)}$$80.23{\pm}21.07{\mu}m$, $Lava^{TM}$$96.37{\pm}11.45{\mu}m$이었고 평균내면간격은각각 $Cerasys^{(R)}$$94.99{\pm}18.74{\mu}m$, KaVo $Everest^{(R)}$$92.31{\pm}25.18{\mu}m$, $LAVA^{TM}$$94.99{\pm}18.74{\mu}m$이었으며, 세 시스템간의 변연 및 내면간격의 평균적인 적합도에서 통계적 유의차는 없었다. 변연 및 내면간격의 비교에서는 KaVo $Everest^{(R)}$$LAVA^{TM}$보다 전반적으로 내면간격이 작은 것으로 보였다 (P< .05). 내면간격 중 절단부위의 간격은 세 시스템에서 공통적으로 다른 부위보다 크게 나타났다. 결론:본 연구에서 $Cerasys^{(R)}$, KaVo $Everest^{(R)}$, $LAVA^{TM}$시스템의 변연적합도는 차이가 없었고, 내면적합도는 KaVo $Everest^{(R)}$$LAVA^{TM}$ 보다 적었으나 세 시스템에서 공통적으로 절단부위 간격이 크게 나타났다. 세 시스템 모두 변연적합도 및 내면적합도가 임상적으로 허용범위 내에 있었다.

  • 본 증례는 상악 무치악 환자에서 임플란트 피개의치 제작시 CAD/CAM으로 제작된 milled titanium bar에 Locator$^{(R)}$를 장착한 바 어태치먼트 시스템을 사용한 증례이다. 2년 이상 경과 후, 기능과 심미적인 면에서 만족할 만한 성과를 얻었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 최신의 미세공정인 0.18um CMOS 공정을 이용한 표준 셀 라이브러리를 설계하고, 이를 P&R(Placement and Routing) CAD 툴에 사용할 수 있도록 포팅한다. 제작결과를 검증하기 위하여 간단한 테스트칩을 제작하였으며 설계에 사용된 표준 셀 라이브러리는 0.18um 아남반도체의 공정이다. 이러한 설계 및 제작과정을 통하여 최신의 미세공정을 이용하여 디지털 시스템의 자동설계가 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this case report was to present an example of an esthetic and functional rehabilitation of anterior teeth with tetracycline discoloration and minor morphological abnormality of a 39-year old female. A chairside computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system with CEREC AC was applied for the prosthetic procedure and all ceramic crowns made with lithum disilicate (IPS e.max CAD) restored the esthetic and functional features of sixteen anterior teeth successfully.

  • There are many difficult problems in analyzing the flow characteristics in a high voltage circuit breaker such as shock wave and complex geometries, which may be either static or in relative motion. Although a variety of mesh generation techniques are now available, the generation of meshes around complicated, multi-component geometries like a gas circuit breaker is still a tedious and difficult task for the computational fluid dynamics. This paper presents the CFD program for analyzing the compressible flow fields in a high voltage gas circuit breaker using the Cartesian cut-cell method based on the CFD-CAD integration, which can achieve the accurate representation of the geometry designed by a CAD tools. This technique is frequently satisfied, and it will be almost universally so in the future, as the CFD-CAD traffic increase.

관상동맥질환에서 디피리다몰 부하 $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ 심근스캔의 폐/심장 섭취율 (Lung/Heart Uptake Ratio in Dipyridamole $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ Myocardial Perfusion Scan in Coronary Artery Disease)

  • Lung/heart uptake ratio (L/H R) in $^{201}Tl$ myocardial perfusion scan is a reliable marker for long-term prognosis in patients with coronary artery disease. However, the value of L/H R in $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ myocardial perfusion scan is controversial in determining the prognosis and severity of the coronary artery disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the clinical implications of L/H R in $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ myocardial perfusion scan. Forty five patients who received $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ myocardial perfusion scan were divided into control group and coronary artery disease (CAD) group by their clinical findings, EKGs, and $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ myocardial perfusion scans. Twenty five patients in CAD group were divided into ischemic group and infarct group according to their results from $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ myocardial perfusion scan. L/H R was calculated on the anterior planar view, 60 minutes after infusion of dipyridamole. Two regions of interest (ROI) were placed on the left lung area 8 pixel above the left ventricle and on the myocardial area which had the highest radioactivity. In the control group, there were no significant differences of L/H R according to sex and age. No significant difference of L/H R was found between the control and CAD group ($0.26{\pm}0.06,\;0.29{\pm}0.05$, p>0.05). In the CAD group, there was also no significant difference of L/H R between the ischemic group and infarct group ($0.29{\pm}0.07,\;0.30{\pm}0.04$, p>0.05). L/H R in CAD group did not show correlations with the defect area of stress polar map (r=0.18, p >0.05) and with the sum of severity weighted extent score or reversibility score which represent severity and extent of myocardial perfusion defect area in stress (r=0.18, p>0.05). We conclude that it is difficult to use L/H R as a marker for severity of CAD in dipyridamole $^{99m}Tc-MIBI$ myocardial perfusion scan.

이 기종 시스템간의 CAD 데이터 교환 (CAD Data Exchange among Different Commercial Packages)

  • This research was about implementing STEP for data exchange among different commercial package(CAD system). STEP was used to share CAD data as follows. ST-Developer implement Solid model was used with a physical file of STEP and represented in a CAD system. And then STEP conversion utility was used to make a neutrality format form in a component modeling. Analysis of Solid model was made possible for CAD system to read in and analyzed Solid model. This research are summarized as follows 1. A basis Model development used Visual C++ for a neutrality data of a programming interface general-use CAD system, and produced Box and Cylinder to a physical file, the result was implemented this in a programming interface to general-use CAD system, it is represented in CAD system as identical one modeling object. 2. STEP was used in different CAD system to utilize to its of each CAD system maximum, CATIA V5R9 user was able to analyze MDT 6 Modeling Arm. 3. STEP was used able to interpret and remodel the existing Solid model.

  • The GSCAD (Global Shipbuilding CAD) System used in Samsung Heavy Industries is based on the Relation and Rule. The design area where excellence of these Relation & Rule can be used fully is pipe support modeling. That's because, many rules are required to place a pipe support and it's supported by hull structural object. Samsung Heavy Industries has been customizing the Relation and Rule supported by SmarMarine3d(R) to model pipe support easily and satisfies standard. Also, the pipe support fabrication drawing program was developed to generate a drawing for the pipe support customized. This paper reviews the characteristics of pipe support modeling on GSCAD and the Rules customized also, fabrication drawing program will be introduced.

That is (to say), geometrical form is given much weigh in the general CAD, but Jewel CAD made concentrate software on the jewels design for the expression of liberal form. The CAD/CAM software for jewellery program is composed of main menu, icons, hotkeys. Changing form is derived from a definite point, curve elements of a drawing. \circled1 3-Dimensional \circled2 Easy and flexible \circled3 Bulit-in and self created library \circled4 From simple wire frame to full color images. As a CAD can practice all the creation activity effectively, from Design & Drafting Software to Rendering generally can present precise results. A point of view of the connection the scientist and art, this practicableness of CAD have a lot of possiblity of development. That will do much for the related fields of industry. Consequently, subjective intension of a creator & humanity with value plays role in practical application of the design.
