Many of today's businesses need IT system's flexibility for on-demand business which can be rapidly adapted to environment changes. Service oriented architecture (SOA) provides the infrastructure which makes business flexibility possible under the on-demand operating environment. Therefore, to satisfy these requirements, new approach for assuring business flexibility and enhancing reuse is needed. In this paper, we propose an approach for developing a business process family model (BPFM) in which the variabilities in business process family can be explicitly represented by using the variability analysis method of software product line. In addition, we describe the supporting tool for this approach. It can model the BPFM and generate automatically BPMs through decision and pruning process from BPFM. By using our approach, the business and its IT system can correspond to business environment changes rapidly and efficiently.

Business process modeling is to represent the business activities in a graphical notation that enterprises use to achieve their customer's requirements. Nowadays, lots of requirements are changed quickly and variously. Therefore, business process models should provide the means which can prepare for changes by analyzing (pointing) elements of business process that are likely to alter. In this paper, we propose a business process family model (BPFM) which represents the commonalities and the variabilities of a set of business processes. In addition, we propose the process which develops the tools for BPFM based on Eclipse Plug-In Graphical Modeling Framework (GMF). The variabilities of Business Process are modeled by using expanded model elements of UML2.0 activity diagram.

The purpose of this study is to discuss Faimly Business. Family Business means a business that is owned and managed by one or more family members,. Family Business is defined as one in which at 51% of the business is owned by a single family and at least one and more family members are involved in the management activities in addition to which transfer of leadership to next generation family member is anticipated. This study is to examine a clear understanding of the relationship between family functioning and business viability in families who own and operate businesses. The Overall objectives of this study are first to introduce the Family Business in the Home Economics Consumer Studies and Family Resource Management field second to theoretically review definition of Family business and related concepts bivalent attributes of Family Business the dual relationship of the social and business functions in the Family Business the dual relationship of the social and business fun tions in the Family Business, Family Business is characterized by the dual relationship of two naturally separate functions; the social function(the family) and the business function(the family business). The family in it's social function satisfies different social and emotional needs. On the other hand the business function is result-oriented the decision -marking process and behavioral pattern must be based on an objective economic model in order for the family business to compete and survive It's important to handle the overlap between the social and the business functions of Family Business and offers some guidelines on how to address with the overlap problems This study is a useful instrument for researcher educators practitioners and policy makers.

Recently, the business process family model (BPFM), which is new approachfor assuring businessflexibility and enhancing reuse in application development with service oriented architecture (SOA), was proposed. The BPFM is a model which can explicitly represent the variabilities in business process family by using the variability analysis method of software product line. Many business process models (BPM) can be generated automatically through decision and pruning processes from BPFM. At this time, the variabilities tend to have inclusive or exclusive dependencies between them. This affects the decision and pruning processes. So far, little attention has been given to the binding information of variability dependency in the BPFM. In this paper, we propose an approach for analyzing various types of dependency relationships between variabilities and representing the variability and their relationships as a dependency analysis model. Additionally, a method which can trace the variabilities affected by a decision on the dependency analysis model is presented. The case study shows that the proposed approach helps to reduce the number of variability decision and to solve a disagreement of functions in BPM produced by incorrectly deciding the variability.

Nowadays, lots of requirements are changed quickly and variously. So, we need the ability to support the change of business process which is the asset of a company. To support this ability, the core asset that supports analyzing and describing about changes of business process should be exist from generating phase of a business process model. And a business process model that is satisfied the changed requirements should be automatically generated using core assets. In this paper, we present a business process family model (BPFM) which represents the commonalities and the variabilities of a set of business processes, we propose the automated tool using variabilities of BPFM and decision-making information for generation of business process model that is satisfied the changed requirements.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) is an established technology and has the potential, in a variety of applications, to significantly reduce cost and improve performance. As RFID-enabled applications will fulfill similar tasks across a range of processes adapted to use the data gained from RFID tags, they can be considered as software products derived from a common infrastructure and assets that capture specific ions in the domain. This paper discusses a framework that supports the development of RFID-enabled applications based on a business process family model (BPFM), explicitly representing both commonalities and variabilities. To develop this framework, common activities are identified from RFID-enabled applications and the variabilities in the common activities are analyzed in detail using variation point concepts. Through this framework, RFID data is preprocessed, and thus, RFID-enabled applications can be developed without having to process RFID data. Sharing a common model and reusing assets to deploy recurrent services may be considered an advantage in terms of economic significance and the overall product quality afforded.

최근 서비스 지향 아키텍처 (Service Oriented Architecture SOA) 기반의 애플리케이션 개발에 맞게 비즈니스 프로세스의 유연성을 확보하고 재사용을 증진시키기 위하여 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델(Business Process Family Model: BPFM)이 제시되었다. BPFM은 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 방법의 가변성 분석 기법을 사용하여 비즈니스 프로세스 군 (family)에서 나타날 수 있는 가변성을 분석하여 이를 명시적으로 표현하고 있는 모델이다. BPFM으로부터 여러 개의 BPM (Business Process Model)을 개발하기 위해서는 가변성 결정 및 가지치기 (Decision and Pruning) 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 이 때 가변성 사이에는 서로 협력적 또는 배타적인 관계를 가질 수 있고 이는 가변성 결정과 가지치기에 영향을 미치게 되는데, 현재 제시된 BPFM에는 이러한 바인딩 정보에 대해서 아직 고려하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 군에서 식별될 수 있는 가변성들 사이의 의존관계의 유형을 분석하고 이 정보를 모델의 형태로 나타낼 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 BPFM에 포함된 가변성 정보를 독립된 의존관계 분석모델로 추출해 내고 각 가변성 결정유형에 따라 표현방법을 제시한다. 추출된 모델에서 의존관계를 표현하고 가변성 결정이 영향을 미치는 범위의 가변성들을 클러스터할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 본 방법을 이용함으로써 가변성 결정회수를 현저히 줄일 수 있음을 사례연구를 통해 보여준다. 또한 잘못된 가변성 결정으로 인한 BPM의 기능 불일치를 해소할 수 있음을 보여준다.

This Qualitative case study focused on the National Pilot Project to make family-friendly communities. We examined the basic model of the family-friendly community proposed by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. One of the three local communities selected as family friendly models was chosen for observation and in-depth interview for its residents. The official performance report shows this project's process, results and future tasks. From the in-depth interview data, we defined the project's characteristics as the government and private sectors collaboration, model transformation from the original family friendly model to the production model, and we found some conflicts among residents upon financial issues and business items. The most important task is the vitalization of the community corporate body to realize this project's performance through these three years. And this study implicates to elaborate the rural family-friendly community model focused on income creating community redesign, different from the urban model focused on caring.

RFID (Radio Frequency IDentificaiton)는 태그, 레이블, 카드 등에 저장된 데이터를 무선 주파수를 이용하여 리더에서 자동 인식하는 기술이다. RFID 애플리케이션은 RFID 태그의 실시간 정보를 기반으로 하는 업무 프로세스를 의미하는 것으로, RFID 정보를 이용하기 위해서는 기존의 비즈니스 프로세스가 변형되어져야 한다. RFID 미들웨어로부터 발생하는 저수준의 RFID 이벤트를 다양한 정보 서버들을 참조하여 고수준의 이벤트로 변환시키기 위한 일련의 활동(activity)들을 대부분의 RFID 애플리케이션에서 공통으로 수행하기 때문에 이러한 활동들을 재사용 될 수 있는 핵심자산으로 만들어놓을 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 유형의 RFID 애플리케이션에 재사용될 수 있는 RFID 관련 활동들을 RFID 제네릭 (generic) 활동으로 구분하고 이를 이용하여 2-레벨의 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델 (Business Process Family Model: BPFM)을 구축하는 방법을 제시한다. 상위 레벨의 RFID 제네릭 액티비티들은 두번에 걸쳐 가변치가 결정될 수 있는 가변점을 가지게 된다. 하위 레벨을 구성하는 도메인 활동들은 그 자체의 가변속성 뿐만 아니라 활동의 흐름에서 나타나는 다양한 형태의 가변요소들을 표현하게 된다. 이러한 2-레벨 BPFM을 이용함으로써 RFID 시스템 도입 시 처리해야 하는 활동들의 개발 양을 현저히 줄일 수 있다.

Excellent employees are those who take on extra responsibilities and commitments at work. Hence, employees must pay attention to out-of-role activities that can help the company perform better. When a person takes on more responsibilities than he can handle, they will have to deal with the issue of work-family balance. This paper examines how the consistency of WFC affects employees' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) using the Resource Conservation Theory. This study uses empirical research methodologies to assess 417 employees as a sample. (1) When the matches of work-to-family conflict (WFC) and family-to-work conflict (FWC) are consistent, the employee self-control resource depletion level is lower, and OCB is higher in the "high-high" consistency matching state. (2) The "low-high" match had a higher OCB than the "high-low" match when the WFC and FWC matches were inconsistent. (3) In the process of WFC affecting OCB, the depletion of self-control resources acts as a mediating factor. (4) Emotional intelligence plays a moderating role in the whole model. The lower the emotional intelligence was, the stronger the positive relationship between the consistency of WFC, FWC, and self-control resource depletion was.
