LBS 개념을 도입한 도로시설물유지관리시스템 개발 (Development of Road Management System Introducing Concept of Location Based Service)

  • 지자체에서는 효율적인 업무수행과 복잡한 도시시설물의 효과적인 관리를 위하여 GIS DB를 구축하고, 이를 이용한 지하시설물관리시스템, 도로시설물관리시스템 등의 응용시스템을 개발 활용하고 있다. 그러나 시설물관리시스템은 업무에 요구되는 기능은 제공하고 있으나, GIS DB의 유지관리를 위한 기능을 제공하지 않고 있다. 도시시설물 GIS DB는 GIS 전문기술자에 의하여 실측과 현장조사를 통하여 기본적인 도형 빛 속성정보를 수집하고 구조화편집 등의 복잡한 과정을 거쳐 구축이 되어짐으로 GIS의 경험이 부족한 시설물관리시스템을 운영하는 실무 사용자가 직접 GIS DB를 유지관리를 수행할 경우 GIS DB의 최신성과 신뢰성이 저하될 우려가 있다. 따라서 시설물관리시스템을 운영하는 실무 사용자가 손쉽게 GIS DB를 유지관리할 수 있는 기능이 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 원주시의 도로시설물을 대상으로 LBS개념을 도입한 DB 구축방안과 GIS DB의 유지관리 방법론을 적용하여 도로시설물 DB를 구축하고 시설물관리시스템을 운영하는 실무 사용자가 GIS DB를 유지관리할 수 있도록 응용시스템을 개발하였다.

Critical Success Factors of TQM Implementation in Vietnamese Supporting Industries

  • The objective of this study is to prioritize the Total Quality Management (TQM) factors based on fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in Vietnamese supporting industries. Through an in-depth literature review, eight criteria were identified. These criteria were then divided into 32 sub-criteria. The fuzzy AHP is used to determine the percent weightings of eight categories of performance criteria that were identified via a review of the quality-management literature. These criteria include management commitment, role of the quality department, training and education, continuous improvement, quality policies, quality data and reporting, communication to improve quality, and customer satisfaction orientation. An empirical analysis of the criteria of each stage using the fuzzy AHP methodology and the expert opinion of quality management are used to evaluate the percent weightings of the criteria and sub-criteria that are synonymous with TQM implementation. The results showed that management commitment is the most critical factor; among sub-criteria, supports and responsibilities of top management is the most important. The study also identified the rank order of critical success factors of TQM. The findings suggest a generic hierarchy model for organizations to prioritize the critical factors and formulate strategies for implementing TQM in supporting industries, as well as other industries in Vietnam.

  • 과거 산업화 시대와 비교하여 현대 지식사회에서는 노동력의 중심이 육체노동에서 지식 노동으로 이동되었지만, 지식근로자의 생산성에는 극적인 성과가 나타나지 않고 있다. 따라서 "현대경영학의 아버지"라고 불리는 피터 드러커의 사상을 기반으로 전문가, 성과, 집중, 자기관리, 인생의 후반부의 지식근로의 요인과 지식근로자의 생산성 결정요소인 과업, 혁신, 자율성, 교육, 품질, ICT활용능력과의 연관성에 대하여 연구한 결과, 지식근로의 요인에 있어서는 성과>집중>자기관리>전문가, 인생의 후반부 순으로 연관성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지식근로자에게 모든 생산성 결정요소와 영향요인으로는 성과로 나타났다. 따라서 지식근로자는 "성과"를 중심으로 자신의 분야에서 끊임없는 정보의 탐색과 활용을 통하여 목표를 달성하고, 조직과 사회에 공헌하면서 더불어 살아가는 공동체를 형성하는 데 앞장서야 할 것이다.

e-비즈니스의 안전성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Safety of e-Business)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 (1) e-Business의 안전성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고, (2) 도출한 요인의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 기업의 성과와의 연관성을 검토하는데 있다. 기업의 성과는 전통적으로 학계에서 사용되어 왔던 회계적인 측정치인 자산수익률 (ROA: Return on Assets)과 최근 대안으로 부각되고 있는 마케팅적인 측정치인 Tobin's q를 모두 사용하여, 기업의 성과를 보다 정확하게 측정하고자 한다. 문헌연구를 통하여 도출된 9개 성공요인과 요인의 구성항목을 1단계 패널평가를 통하여 그 타당성과 정확성을 검토하여 설문지를 개발한 후, 수도권 e-Business 업체 담당중역이나 관리자에게 설문을 배포하였는데, 최종응답율은 72.6% (n = 212)였다. 설문분석 결과, 응답자들은 정보관리(INFO MGT)를 e-Business의 안전성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 평가하였다. 이어서 대금 결제(PAYMENT), 보안프로그램 (PROGRAMS), 침범 (INTRUSION) 순으로 영향력을 평가하였다. 정부정책 (GOVT POLICY)은 9가지 요인 중 가장 낮게 평가되었다. 각 요인이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였는데, e-Business의 안전성에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 기업의 성과에 대하여 설명력이 높은 것으로 나타나, 본 연구에서 도출한 e-Business의 안전성에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 상당한 설득력을 가지고 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 응답자들은 Tobin's q의 경우 정보관리(INFO MGT), 배송(DELIVERY), 침범(INTRUSION) 이 그리고 ROA의 경우 정부 정책(GOVT POLICY), 인식(AWARENESS), 배송(DELIVERY), 그리고 침범(INTRUSION) 이 통계적으로 유의하게 설명력을 갖는 요인들로 파악되었다.

사용자 주도형 정보시스템 개발 (User-Led Information Systems Development)

  • The role of information systems(IS) is far more important in business operations today. Managers recognize information as a major resource of the organization, and non-expert end users positively participate in information system development processes. This phenomenon is considered user-led information system development(ULD), where users define the information requirements, oversee system testing, manage system development, and lead the overall project. Based on a socio-technical approach, this study examines the impact of ULD on IS success. This paper also investigates the moderating effects of various contextual factors on the relationships between ULD and the success. The questionnaire was developed and the data was collected from the end users who participated in implementing ERP systems. The results showed that ULD positively affects the success. For the moderating variables, IT complexity was found to have a strong effect on the relationship between ULD and the success while business complexity and top management support have partial effects. Surprisingly, resource adequacy was not found to have the effect. This study provides academia and practitioners with a number of implications and guidelines regarding why and when to introduce ULD in their IS development initiatives.

고객관계관리의 성과에 영향을 미치는 조직적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organizational Characteristics Affecting the Performance of CRM)

  • Due to the rapid development of Information Technology and the Internet, e-business has bloomed and prevailed recently. As the result of this phenomenon, enterprises introduce CRM as a new process accessible to customers. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the performance of CRM based on precedent theoretical studies. So, the empirical test is conducted to various hypotheses related to the research model. 206 questionnaires for this study are collected. The result of how the organizational characteristics influence on the performance of CRM shows that they have a positively significant effect on it in order of expert security, top management's support and customer information-centric culture, and department collaboration. Evaluation and compensation system don't influence on the performance of CRM directly.

PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO RISK MANAGEMENT FOR GLOBAL CONTRACTORS

  • Global construction projects manifest more risks than do other industries. Often, firms doing business in construction markets find these risks intimidating. To secure corresponding profits, many global contractors attempt to forecast the effects of risks and establish risk management strategies. However, one key problem with present-day risk management methods is that they are basically analytical or mathematical-oriented approaches which are not easy to adopt in real business. Based on preliminary investigations and evaluations of current tools, this research elicits more practical algorithms for risk checklist by constructing risk scenarios over the whole period of project execution. For the application of the algorithms, a "SE/RF" (Source-Event/Regular-Floating) checklist is suggested, which sorts out risk sources and their subsequent events, as well as dividing various risk factors into either regular or floating categories. In addition, the "PIS" (Probability-Impact-Significance) method is introduced, in place of traditional "PI" (Probability-Impact) methods, by adding the additional criterion of "risk significance" to determine the degree of risk exposure in a more realistic way. As a result, we draw the significant finding that the "PIS" method presents a closer evaluation regarding degree of risk exposure as compared to the level of expert judgments than those from traditional methods. Finally, we provide an integrated procedure for international project risk management with all of the research achievements being incorporated.

  • 불확정 요소가 많은 건설 프로젝트에서 코스트 리스크의 분석은 관련 전문가의 통찰력이나 주관적 판단에 의존하는 경우가 많다. 하지만 국내 건설산업의 경우 코스트 리스크 분석시 객관적인 산출근거에 의한 확률만을 고려 할 뿐 계량적 측정이 어려운 주관적 요소를 합리 적으로 반영하기 위한 방법이나 절차를 갖고 있지 못하다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 보다 신뢰성이 우수한 비용견적을 위해서 전문가의 주관적인 요소까지 종합적으로 평가하고, 리스크로 인한 비용의 변동을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있는 새로운 로스트 리스크 분석모델을 제시하였다 아울러 실무에서도 간단한 절차에 따라 모델을 체계적으로 수행할 수 있도록 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공해 주는 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

A Study on the Effect of Core Competence of Supervisor on the Business Performance of Franchisees and Franchisor

  • This study analyzed the effect of core competence of supervisor on the satisfaction, loyalty, business performance of franchisees and business performance of franchisor. And the purpose of this study is to solve the most problematic issues in franchise business such as poor sales of franchisee, inadequate measures for activating sluggish stores, closing rate increase of franchisee, dispute between a franchisee and franchisor. The results of this study will be used as data for the success of Franchisor's business operation and for the change and development of the franchise industry. In this study, 168 CEOs and employees in the franchise industry were surveyed. Through previous research and expert interviews, we designed the core competency factors of franchise supervisors into seven areas: check, consulting, coordination, promotion, counseling, communication, and control. In order to verify the hypothesis of the research, the relationship between variables was verified by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Key result of the study are as follows. First, the core competency of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's satisfaction. Second, the core competence of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's loyalty. Third, franchisee's satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, franchisee's satisfaction positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor. Fifth, franchisee's loyalty positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor.

TV 다큐멘터리에 표현된 조선시대 미용법 분석 -재매개성 이론을 중심으로- (The Research is about a TV Documentary on the Joseon Dynasty's Beauty Makeup -Focus is on the Re-mediation-)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate how the Classification of the Joseon Dynasty's Beauty characteristics were expressed in a TV documentary focusing ona Re-mediation theory. The methods of study comprised of library research, Internet search, and using TV documentary program case studies. The work this Researcher makeup in the manufacture from the documentary in which the methods the Joseon. Dynasty expressed were selected. The literature, and preceding research, were referred to as a way to help organize the Joseon Dynasty's 'gi-saeng Hwang Jin-Hee', 'woman of royal family', and way of make-up of 'sadae-bu lady'. The TV documentary programs selected were 'MBC special' and '2 parts of channel A documentary special'. First, the improvisation of nature and simultaneity expressed in the Joseon Dynasty's usage of make-up is shown through the interview form reflecting the make-up tools and age direction of the scenes or expert. Second, the interactivity and reality are well seen through the row equivalent in which the model seems to directly use the dressing demonstration of the expert and cosmetics material. Third, the cultural expandability and unexpectedness show through the production of situations which are viewed from the explanation of the narration and letter subtitles and drama.
