If import/export shippers entrust their international logistics activities to forwarders, they can receive good logistics services at a lower cost. Therefore, it is important to form a trading relationship between the export shipper company and the forwarder, and it helps to improve the competitiveness of the company. This study derives factors that an export shipper company forms a transaction relationship with a forwarder, and analyzes the effect of transaction formation factors on transaction continuity. Next, the relationship between export consignment characteristics of export shippers and their influence on transaction formation factors and transaction continuity is identified. As a result of the study, transaction formation factors consisted of price, quality, and companionship, and all factors were found to affect transaction continuity. The characteristics of consignment logistics for shippers are the proportion of consignment, the number of business partners, and the transaction period. The proportion of consignment and the number of business partners affected the price factor, and the number of business partners affected the quality factor. There was no mutual influence between the transaction continuity and the characteristics of the shipper's logistics consignment. Therefore, there is a need for recognition of a relationship that can grow between shippers and logistics companies through consignment transactions rather than subordinate recognition based on fair transactions.

최근 '경주 지진'과 태풍 '차바' 등 자연재해 및 사이버 테러 등의 인적 재난으로 인해 많은 피해들이 속출하고 있다. 그 피해는 국민들의 불안으로 이어지고 있으며 국민과 직접적으로 연결되어 있는 공공기관 또한 그 위협을 비켜 갈 수는 없는 상황이다. 또한 재난 발생 시 공공기관의 업무 연속성은 국민들의 안전과 가장 근접해 있어 최우선적으로 준비되어야 하는 사안이다. 그런데, 기존의 연구들은 공공기관의 재해경감활동관리체계 구축의 필요성에 관한 연구나 중앙재난안전대책본부, 소방방재청 등의 주관부서 중심의 하향식 계획수립체계로 한정되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 재난 발생 시 공공기관의 업무연속성계획에 대한 현황을 파악하고 '공공기관의 업무연속성계획'의 효율적이고 현실적인 상향식 구축방안을 제시하였다.

기업이 경영활동이 세계화되고 글로벌 경영기업으로 탈바꿈하면서 이를 둘러싼 경영적 요소 및 환경도 급변하게 되어 기업이 처한 위험의 유형이나 빈도가 더욱 증가하게 되었다. 특히, 근래에 들어 IT와 산업이 융합되면서 산업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 중추적인 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 인터넷 환경하의 정보시스템은 기업 경영의 효율성을 증가시키는 반면 이에 따른 위험의 발생 정도와 그 파급 효과를 더욱 증가시키고 있다. 위험을 인식하고 이를 분석하고 평가하여 관리하는 능력이 뛰어난 기업은 위험에 따른 피해의 확산을 조기에 차단하고 오히려 이를 기회로 이용할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 정보시스템을 기반으로 하는 자동차 제조 산업을 대상으로 비즈니스 연속성 확보를 위한 위험관리체계에 대한 연구를 하였다. 세부적으로 자동차 제조 산업의 비즈니스를 분석하여 정보자산을 식별하고 자산의 위험을 분석하여 평가하였다. 그리고 평가 요소에 따른 위험관리 대책을 수립하고 이에 따른 비즈니스 관점의 위험관리체계에 대한 프레임워크를 연구하였다.

연구목적: 본 연구는 국가기반체계 메타평가를 위한 모형을 구축하고 구축된 모형을 이용하여 국가기반체계의 평가시스템 개선을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연구를 위해 재난 관련 법령과 정부에서 발간한 국가기반체계 평가보고서, 국가기반체계 보호계획 수립지침, 메타평가 선행연구자료 등 문헌자료와 국가기반체계 담당공무원, 평가위원, 피평가기관 업무담당자의 의견을 수렴하여 평가실태를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 현행 국가기반체계 평가지표 중 재난대응 교육 훈련계획 및 이행의 적정성, 평가이해관계자와 의사소통, 평가위원 교육시간 등 7개 지표에서 보완 소요가 도출되었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 도출된 개선방안을 국가기반체계 평가지표 개선에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The selection factors of service companies have changed in accordance with intensifying competition in the marine transportation service market and environment changes of transportation services. To explore the important factors of customer choice to marine transportation service, this study empirically examines the influence of these selection factors; service provision area, price competitiveness, corporate image, service expertise, and sales support, on transaction continuity through customers' perceived service value and satisfaction. Based on an online survey with those in the Korean marine transportation industry, this study conducted statistical analyses using structural equation modeling. Based on relevant previous studies, the current study constructed a total of 55 survey questions. Finally, 213 questionnaires were collected. Among the five selection factors, corporate image did not affect perceived service value, and price competitiveness was still the most important factor. However, service expertise and sales support were found to be more important factors than regional factors. In order to maintain transaction continuity, shipping companies should also strive to improve their service quality to their customers. In particular, service quality strategies focused on time and regional factors should develop to strategies with the key factors for the changed business environment.

위기관리의 목적은 각종 재해 ${\cdot}$ 재난으로 인한 비상사태 발생시 기업의 업무를 지속하고, 신속하게 피해 업무를 복구하는데 있다. 이러한 위기관리의 목적 자체는 언제 어디서나 변함이 없지만, 그 구성 내용과 운영 방안은 시대와 장소에 따라 업무 환경에 알맞도록 적절하게 구성되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국 기업 환경에 적합한 Business Continuity를 위한 위기관리시스템 개발 모델을 DR. PEAS(Disaster Recovery Plan & Execution Automation System)의 사례를 통하여 제시하고자 한다.

공공금융기관에 따르면 금융위원회가 신용보증기금과 산업은행에서 정책금융 등의 많은 창업지원 자금을 통해 약 35조원을 지원하였으며 최근 3년간(2015년~2018년) 창업기업에 약 100조원 이상을 지원하였다. 중소벤처기업부는 창업국가 조성을 위해 2020년도 부처별 창업지원사업을 조사한 결과, 16개 부처(90개 사업)에서 모두 1조 4,517억원이 지원한다고 밝혔다. 실제로 중소벤처기업부의 지원예산 중 스타트업 지원 비중은 85%에 달한 반면 스케일업(성장·성숙기)지원은 15%에 불과하다. 그러나 국내 창업기업의 생존율은 선진국에 비해 턱없이 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 창업 후 3년간 생존율은 39.1%로 10곳 중 4곳 정도만 살아남는 것으로 조사되었고, 5년간 살아남을 확률은 27.5% 10곳 중 3곳 정도만 살아남는다. 반면 해외 창업기업들은 5년간 창업기업 생존율은 우리나라의 2배에 달한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 최근 정부의 적극적인 지원이 이루어지고 있는 초기창업자에 대한 연구의 필요성과 함께 창업동기와 창업준비가 사업계속의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 창업만족도의 매개역할에 관한 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고 살펴보고자 한다. 설문조사는 전국 초기창업자들을 대상으로 2020년 4월 1일부터 5월15일까지 하였고 총 245부 중 222부의 자료를 분석하였으며, 설문문항은 Likert 5점 척도를 활용하여 측정하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 창업동기를 구성하는 모든 요인이 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미침으로써 채택되었다. 또한, 초기창업자의 창업준비의 하위 요인 중 아이템준비가 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미침으로써 일부 채택되었다. 둘째, 초기창업자의 창업만족도가 사업계속의도에 유의한 영향을 미침으로써 채택되었다. 셋째, 창업동기의 자아실현 동기가 사업계속의도에 유의한 영향을 미침으로써 일부 채택되었다. 또한, 초기창업자의 창업준비의 아이템 준비가 사업계속의도에 유의한 영향을 미침으로써 일부 채택되었다. 넷째, 초기창업자의 창업동기와 사업계속의도간에 창업만족도의 매개효과가 나타남으로써 채택되었다. 또한, 초기창업자의 창업준비와 사업계속의도간에 창업만족도의 매개효과가 나타남으로써 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 실무적 시사점을 도출하고, 초기창업자들의 창업만족도를 높이고 계속 가능한 창업수행을 할 수 있도록 유용한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 인공지능 등 정보기술의 발전과 더불어 더욱 중요해진 정보시스템의 비즈니스 연속성 증대를 위한 운영감리 개선에 관하여 연구하였다. 다양한 서비스와 데이터 그리고 산업이 융합되는 4차 산업시대에 도래하고 있는 현재 정보시스템의 운영관리와 감리지침은 기존의 범용적 정보시스템 패턴에 근거해 대응하고 있어 이에 대한 개선이 요구된다. 정해진 시간에 정해진 서비스의 제공이 기업 및 국가의 생존과 연결되고 핵심 요소로 작용하고 있으므로 비즈니스 연속성 관리차원에서 정보시스템의 서비스 중단 피해를 최소화하고 안정된 서비스 수준을 제공하기 위한 운염감리의 최적화된 방향성과 점검항목을 적용하는 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위해 정보시스템의 운영감리에서 제시하는 점검항목을 ISO 22301에서 제공하는 PDCA 단계별 내용과 8대 자원 요구사항을 접목하여 도출하였다. 점검항목의 도출기준에 따라 비즈니스 연속성 증대 관점에서 정보시스템 운영감리의 개선된 점검항목과 검토항목 그리고 운영감리 중 점검해야 할 산출물을 예시로 운영감리 점검항목을 도출하였다. 점검항목으로는 서비스 연속성 관리를 위한 운영감리 개선 점검항목과 성능, 가용성 관리를 위한 운영감리 개선 점검항목으로 구분하여 제안하였다. 제안한 점검항목의 적합성에 대한 IT전문가들의 5점 척도 설문 결과 평균 4.63으로 나타나 적합하다는 결론이 도출되었다.

본 논문에서는 인구의 증가, 도시의 거대화, 교통의 발달 이상기후 등으로 인한 재해 재난이 급증하고 피해규모도 점차 확대되고 있는 상황에서 재난관리를 통한 국민의 행복과 안정된 삶을 확보하는데 필요한 재난 안전 관리 시스템을 방재선진국의 시스템을 분석하여 재난 안전 관리에 대한 개선방안과 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 또한 국내외 재난관련 표준화 동향을 통하여 재난관리 활동의 효율성을 높이고자 한다.

The primary function of an electronic records management system (ERMS) is to support organisations in providing effective records management services by enabling efficient remote access to the organisations' records. This helps the organisation to continue running during emergency events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The need to study ERMS for accessing records remotely has increased dramatically, due to the increase in daily use. The situation arising from the COVID-19 pandemic has increased the need for implementing proper digital systems, such as ERMS, to enable efficient work processes and enhance business continuity. An ERMS has the potential to allow organisations to create records and workflows off-site. During a pandemic, the ability to structure processes digitally helps in maintaining operations remotely. This study aims to provide a narrative review of the ERMS literature with an emphasis on explaining the primary components of ERMS that act as enablers for the implementation of the system in the oil and gas sector of developing countries. The current study proposes ERMS roles and responsibilities that could enhance business continuity. The authors use a qualitative narrative review and analyse the literature related to this study and its findings. The results show that, in cases of risk or crises, staff members need to have easy access to their records and documents to remain productive. An ERMS allows professionals to remain active and work off-site. Thus, ERMS play a significant role in protecting an organisation's content through the monitoring and control over who has authorisation to access its records.
