화성성역의궤 분석을 통한 조선시대 팔달문 건설 소요자원의 현대적 해석 (A Modern Interpretation of the Resources Required for the Construction of Paldal-mun in the Joseon Dynasty through the Analysis of HwaSungSungYouk-EuGye)

  • 화성성역의궤에는 화성성역에 대한 상세정보가 기록되어 있으나, 현대적 건설관리 관점에서 분석과 평가는 제한적으로 진행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 팔달문을 대상으로 하여 시간, 비용, 인력 등 건설관리 관련 정보를 분석하였다. 팔달문 건설에 주요공종은 기초공사와 석공사였고, 전체 공기는 6개월로 전체적으로 매우 빠르게 공사가 진행되었다. 팔달문 건설의 소요비용의 총합은 약 52,423냥인데, 자재비에 약 15,9332냥이 소요되고, 인건비에는 약 36,4901냥이 소요되었다. 이를 현재가치로 환산하면, 자재비 약 11억원, 인건비 약 25억원으로 합은 약 36억원 수준이다. 향후에 공종별 작업 기간과 연계된 상세 투입인력 도출 등 추가적인 연구를 진행할 예정이다.

SAFETY EVALUATION OF THE SELF-SUPPORTED STEEL JOINT FOR STEEL ERECTION WORK

  • Recently, the scale of buildings has been increasing because of the high-rise trend and complexity of underground spaces. A significant number of steel structures have therefore been adopted for building construction. Since workers need to work in high places to install steel beams, many industrial accidents easily occur during steel-frame work. Furthermore, considering the increasing trend of building steel structures, the safety of the workers during the steel beam erection work is of concern. To improve the safety, a new type of joint, located between the steel column and beam, which can eliminate the need for working at the elevated height during steel beam erection has been developed in Korea. Using the newly developed technology in the construction field, the safety performance needs to be evaluated. This study presented the safety evaluation approach for the newly developed technology from the literature review, and applied the method to a self-supported steel joint. The result showed that applying the self-supported steel joint improved the safety of the steel erection work in terms of working posture, working environment, and risk exposure time.

  • The use of foreign labors was inevitable at the construction site in Korea. Most construction companies are being used them in the workplace due to the cheap labor, but their work ability are insufficient as much as Korean labors. In this paper is expected to confirm the foreign labors' employment conditions and study to analyze the changing of foreign labors' work ability.

  • Productivity is an important factor of the construction's success and growth. However, compared to the other industries, the study of productivity in the construction industry is still insufficient. Even though the Cast-in-Place piles work is also important in construction process, the research on the productivity is not enough. So, it is necessary for the systematic research on the productivity of Cast-In-Place Piles Work. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to classify lower productivity's cause and find a way to improve these situations. This study will give the checklist for the further study of factoring and improvement of the Cast-in-Place piles work productivity.

  • Along with the logistics development, heavy-loaded warehouses and sales facilities tend to be bigger and designed as a PC structures. PC erection work of heavy-loaded structures is influenced by various factors, including the required construction duration, site and surrounding situations, safety, PC member procurement, equipment rental cost, which ultimately impact the construction cost. It requires creative efforts and a lot of time when preparing an erection plan in consideration of these factors, and the plan prepared has a great influence on safety as well as the construction duration and cost. However, many engineers do not have enough experiences on PC erection work of heavy-loaded, long span structures, making it difficult for them to set erection plans and establish simulations. The study's results will provide a knowledge to obtain a solution for engineers to establish PC erection plans of heavy-loaded, long span structures.

  • The plater work in the standard of estimate presents a variety of construction types. However, there is a part that does not fit the change of specification standards and on-site construction status, and it was revised in 2019's standard of estimate. In this study, we analyzed in detail the factors affecting the changes in estimating standards in the plater work. There were changes in the specification standards previously presented as primary coat, secondary coat, and formal coat as well as changes in on-site construction status such as thickness according to the number of plastering. Therefore, it is analyzed that the estimating standards can be classified by the number of finishes according to the site conditions by reflecting the analysis of the specification standards and site application status, and suggesting the finishing standards according to the number of plastering.

사무소 건축물의 건축기계설비 배관 부속자재 요율 산출 (Calculation of the Attached-Piping-Material Rate for the Building Mechanical-Service System in Office Buildings)

  • Currently, in comparison with other architectural estimations, the estimation work regarding building mechanical-service systems is time-consuming, and the process is continuously becoming more difficult because of the increased usage of the attached piping materials such as fittings and hangings in addition to their complicated construction processes. To improve this problem, the Korean authority provides a simple estimation method for the attached-material rate regarding the main piping material, which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural-mechanical estimation. However, to be an applicable method on construction sites, a proper conversion rate of the attached-piping material is still required for the proposed method regarding building usage and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the calculation of the rate of the attached-piping materials such as the fittings and supports through the building of the mechanical-service work types of mechanical rooms, air conditioning, domestic water and hot-water supplies, and the drain-, vent-, and gas-piping work in office buildings that have been designed after 2010.

건축물 3D 프린팅 공종분류체계 도출 및 표준품셈 연계방안 제시 (A Development of Work Breakdown Structure and Link to Standard Estimation System for 3D Printing Building)

  • 3D 프린팅 기술은 기존 산업계의 생산 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 4차 산업혁명의 주요기술로 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 건설분야의 특성으로 인해 3D 프린팅의 기술 도입이 타 산업분야에 비해 느리지만, 향후 생산인구의 감소와 생산성 및 안전도 향상 등을 위해 3D 프린팅을 활용한 건설 자동화가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 3D 프린팅을 건설에 도입하기 위한 사전준비로서 건설 3D 프린팅 공종분류체계와 기존 표준품셈체계와의 연계방안을 제시 한다. 이를 위해 건설 및 3D 프린팅 관련 전문가 자문을 바탕으로 기존 건설 3D 프린팅 기술을 바탕으로 가상의 시나리오를 작성하였다. 시나리오에 따라 3D 프린팅 공사 수행에 필요한 16개의 공종을 도출하였다. 기존 공종분류체계와 표준품셈을 분석하고 도출된 3D 프린팅 공종을 연계하였다. 기존 분류체계와 동일한 3D 프린팅 공종도 있었으며 기존에 존재하지 않는 공종은 유사한 분류체계 하위에 추가하는 등 4가지 타입으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 3D 프린팅 공사관리 및 원가산정에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 3D 프린팅 공사 수행을 통해 실질적인 품셈 산출이 필요하다.

  • The specialty of Construction Manager's work is largely depends on the project progress stage and the type of management work. However, at present, career management system manages only the type and duration of the construction project, disregarding specialty and competence. However, in order to select a right construction manager for the client's needs or project characteristics, career management should be subdivided and managed according to the project progress stages or the types of management. In addition, this career management plan is essential for construction managers to receive appropriate wages for their careers and competences. Therefore, this study proposes a classification system for the integration of career, work, and competency to promote effective career management.

  • Rebar work is important in terms of cost and process of reinforced concrete construction along with formwork and concrete construction, and the quality of reinforced concrete construction has a great influence on the safety and durability of the structure. Therefore it is important to thoroughly inspect the steel reinforcement after casting the concrete because it is difficult to confirm the actual condition of the reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to develop an augmented reality system to visualize the records of bar placing work, which is increasingly utilized in the construction field. In order to improve maintenance of reinforced concrete, this study suggests a plan to effectively manage the drawing information including the structural drawing, the placing drawing, and the photographed image at the construction and inspection stage, and develop a system that utilizes augmented reality technology that can display the state of the inside of a concrete structure by superimposing it on actual environment.
