A case of bronchogenic cyst of the posterior mediastinum in a boy of 5 years of age was encountered at Seoul University Hospital. Scarcity of case reports in Korea and Japan suggests that bronchogenic cyst is a relatively rare entity in the Far East.

B] familial: normal faces and intelligence; C] nonfamilial syndrome with abnormal facial appearance and mental retardation. Recently, we experienced a boy with type C characteristics of this syndrome and surgical correction which was consisted of a vertical incision across narrowed segment of the aorta, with the insertion of a prosthetic, Goretex patch, was performed successfully.

Single-period inventory problems such as the newspaper boy problem having quadratic cost functions for both shortages and overage are examined to determine the optimal order level under various principles of choice such as minimum expected cost, aspiration level, and minimax regret. Procedures for finding the optimum order levels are developed for both continuous and discrete demand patterns.

Mediastinal ganglioneuroma is infrequently encountered in childhood. The posterior mediastinal ganglioneuroma which extended the contralateral thorax was very rare. A 4-year-old boy had a ganglioneuroma which involved bilateral thorax and encased the aorta and azygous vein and the ganglioneuroma was successfully extirpated by two-staged operations.; left thoracotomy first right thoracotomy 10days later.

Purpose: This study was to survey the university student's sex role identity type, sexual consciousness, sexual behaviors, and sexual impulse. Method: The subjects were 332 university students who were eligible and agreed to participate in this study. Data were collected from May 22 to June 9, 2007. Result: Difference of sex role identity type by gender was that the androgyny was the most prevalent. There was a difference in sex role identity type which was classified by gender. Boy students were high in undifferentiation, where as girl students were high in androgyny. In difference of sexual consciousness and sexual behaviors and sexual impulse by gender, it showed that boy students were higher girl students. Difference of sexual consciousness by sex role identity type was high in masculinity. Difference of sexual behaviors and sexual impulse by sex role identity type was high in undifferentiation. Conclusion: To improve positively the attitudes to sexuality of students who have had undifferentiation type, it need to provide various sexual education and sexual counselling.

Three cases of tricuspid atresia were treated by Fontan varieties of operation in this department in 1980. The first case was 19 year old girl who underwent Glenn operation at the age of 6 years. Her second operation was done with ASD closure and 16mm Ionescu-Shiley valved conduit insertion between right atrium and main pulmonary artery. The second case was a 5 year old boy who underwent Kreutzer operation successfully utilizing 14mm Ionescu-Shiley va]ved conduit. The above mentioned 2 cases were Type Ib after Keith`s classification, whose immediate postoperative courses were complicated by pleura] effusion [in 2nd case chylothorax] hepatomegaly, and ascites. Those complications were relieved completely by medical treatment and closed thoractomy; Postoperative follow-up up to 11 months and 1 year periods were satisfactory with disappearance of cyanosis and dyspnea. The third case was a 8 year old boy who had complete TGA with TA [Keith`s Type IIb] who underwent Kreutze`s operation utilizing 14mm Ionescu-Shiley valved conduit, he died of low cardiac output Immediately after open heart surgery.

The Purpose of this study is to examine the inner symbolic meaning of the revenge movies, forcing on , , by producer Chan-Wook Park. This study was analyzed with theoretical frames of Greimas's and Lacan's desire theory. The results of this study is as follows: Main characters of these films were tangled each their with love, desire, angry, hate and revenge. They also had desires and needs of revenge caused by deficiency. These films represented blue as sorrow, depression, frigidness, loneliness and deficiency, red as love, desire, angry, hate and revenge, black as strong will, till-eat, death, violence and bloody-mindedness and white as forgiveness, expiation and salvation. The function of colors in conveying meaning was very effected to analyzing the visual power implications and psychological effects on human feelings that colors have in the movie.

소년이 보호받아야 하는 이유는 다양하지만, 그중에서도 가장 핵심적인 이유는 소년범죄자들이 성인범죄와는 달리 그들의 개선 가능성에 있다고 할 수 있다. 현행 소년법은 다음과 같은 점에서 개선할 부분이 있다고 생각한다. 첫째, 형사처분과 보호처분으로 구분되는 과정상의 명백하고 객관적인 근거가 없다. 둘째, 소년을 두텁게 보호하고자 하는 입법정신은 이해할 수 있으나 실제 소년범죄에 대한 소년법의 적용과정을 검토해 보면, 이러한 정신은 발견하기가 어려워 보인다. 셋째, 소년보호사건을 처리함에 있어 처분결과 뿐만 아니라 처분과정에 대하여도 소년의 보호와 복지적 관점이 반영되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로, 사건의 처리기간 단축을 비롯해 강력범의 소년원 송치 지양 그리고 제1호 처분의 후단과 제6호 처분의 통합 문제에 대해서는 좀 더 적극적인 개선의 노력을 해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of creative personality education on elementary school students' science-related attitudes and science process skills. The experimental group was composed of 301 students Y Elementary school managing Creativity Personality Model School and the comparative group was composed of 231 students G elementary school in G city, Gyungsangnamdo. Before carrying out the study, both groups took the preliminary examination about their science-related attitudes and science process skills. After three months, the experiment group and the comparison group took the post examinations to compare and analyze the results. The results were as follows. Firstly, the averages of science-related attitudes for whole students, and boy students in experimental group statistically meaningfully higher than that of comparative groups, but made no difference for girl students. Secondary, in the case of science process skills, the averages of science-related attitudes for whole students including boy and girl students in experimental group statistically meaningfully higher than that of comparative groups. In light of these, it was thought that creative personality education positively effected on science-related attitude and science process skills.
