Recently, it is possible to high speed transmission of the non-voiced data, including voice, data, moving image instead of voice only in the past by changing the communication method to digital form from analog owing to the development of semiconductor and computer technology which for information transmission of the remote point. By doing so, we can get the improvement of the noise effect and low cost but the loss of transmission bandwidth. It is necessary to take some method in oreder to reducing the fading which is propotional to transmission bandwidth during the transmission of radio communication channel, especially. When we design the digital communication system, we must considered to the fading effect in order to determination of the transmitting power, modulation /demodulation method, transmission speed, bit error rate. This paper mainly concerns to the method to the channel simulator which descrives the fading effect during the transmission by computer model and digital filter modeling of the radio fading channel by unsing the transmitting and received signal. By taking the inverse of the characteristic of the modeled filter, it is possible to improvement of the communication system by reducing the distortion and inter-symbol interference which occurs in the channel.
This paper suggests an advanced 8T SRAM which can operate properly in subthreshold voltage regime. The memory cell consists of symmetric 8 transistors, in which the latch storing data is controlled by a column-wise assistline. During the read, the data storage nodes are temporarily decoupled from the read path, thus eliminating the read disturbance. Additionally, the cell keeps the noise-vulnerable 'low' node close to the ground, thereby improving the dummy-read stability. In the write, the boosted wordline facilitates to change the contents of the memory bit. At 0.4 V supply, the advanced 8T cell achieves 65% higher dummy-read stability and 3.7 times better write-ability compared to the commercialized 8T cell. The proposed cell and circuit techniques have been verified in a 16-kbit SRAM array designed with an industrial 180-nm low-power CMOS process.

This paper presents a digital signature scheme for facsimile document which directly embeds a signature onto the document. We use multiple reference lines which have been scanned just before and modify each distance of changing pels both on the reference line specified by key and on the coding line with a single bit of the signature data. The time to take in signature is reduced by spreading of signature. Non-repudiation in origin, the 3rd condition of digital signature is realized by proposed digital signature scheme. The transmitter embeds the signature secretly and transfers it, and the receiver makes a check of any forgery on the signature and the document. This scheme is compatible with the ITU-T.4(CCITT G3 or G4 facsimile standards). The total amount of data transmitted and the image quality are about the same to that of the original document, and thus a third party notices that no signature is embedded on the document.

The Triple Data Encryption Algorithm (Triple DES) is an international standard of block cipher, which composed of two encryption processes and one decryption process of DES to increase security level. In this paper, we proposed a Differential Fault Analysis (DFA) attack to retrieve secret keys using reduction of last round execution for each DES process in the Triple DES by fault injections. From the simulation result for the proposed attack method, we could extract three 56-bit secret keys using exhaustive search attack for $2^{24}$ candidate keys which are refined from about 9 faulty-correct cipher text pairs. Using laser fault injection experiment, we also verified that the proposed DFA attack could be applied to a pure microprocessor ATmega 128 chip in which the Triple DES algorithm was implemented.

Arrhythmia is a condition in which the heart has an irregular rhythm or abnormal heart rate, early diagnosis and management is very important because it can cause stroke, cardiac arrest, or even death. In this paper, we propose arrhythmia classification using hybrid combination model of CNN-BLSTM. For this purpose, the QRS features are detected from noise removed signal through pre-processing and a single bit segment was extracted. In this case, the GAN oversampling technique is applied to solve the data imbalance problem. It consisted of CNN layers to extract the patterns of the arrhythmia precisely, used them as the input of the BLSTM. The weights were learned through deep learning and the learning model was evaluated by the validation data. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, classification accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score were compared by using the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. The achieved scores indicate 99.30%, 98.70%, 97.50%, 98.06% in terms of the accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, respectively.

The underwater acoustic wireless communication networks are generally formed by the different autonomous underwater acoustic vehicles, and transceivers interconnected to the bottom of the ocean with battery deployed modems. Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) has become the most popular modulation technique in underwater acoustic communication due to its high data transmission and robustness over other symmetrical modulation techniques. To maintain the operability of underwater acoustic communication networks, the power consumption of battery-operated transceivers becomes a vital necessity to be minimized. The OFDM technology has a major lack of peak to average power ratio (PAPR) which results in the consumption of more power, creating non-linear distortion and increasing the bit error rate (BER). To overcome this situation, we have contributed our symmetry research into three dimensions. Firstly, we propose a machine learning-based underwater acoustic communication system through long short-term memory neural network (LSTM-NN). Secondly, the proposed LSTM-NN reduces the PAPR and makes the system reliable and efficient, which turns into a better performance of BER. Finally, the simulation and water tank experimental data results are executed which proves that the LSTM-NN is the best solution for mitigating the PAPR with non-linear distortion and complexity in the overall communication system.
Recently, the necessity of underwater acoustic communication and demand for transmitting and receiving various data such as voice or high resolution image data are increasing as well. The performance of underwater acoustic communication system is influenced by underwater channel characteristic. Especially, a delay spread caused by reverberation and multi-path induces the ISI (Inter-Symbol-Interference) and reduces the communication performance. In this paper, we study the OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technique for robust the delay spread in underwater channel. We also use the clipping method to overcome the performance degradation in high PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio). We confirm the performances of underwater communication system by the underwater channel model simulation model and experiment in small water tank. As a result, the multi-carrier modulation with clipping method presented low BER and the previous single carrier modulation had high BER.
A time-reversal mirror (TRM) is useful in diverse areas, such as reverberation ing, target echo enhancement and underwater communication. In underwater communication, the bit error rate has been improved significantly due to the increased signal-to-noise ratio by spatio-temporal focusing. This paper deals with two issues. First, the optimal number of array elements for a given environment was investigated based on the exploitation of spatial diversity. Second, an algorithm was developed to determine the optimal location of the given number of array elements. The formulation is based on a genetic algorithm maximizing the contrast between the foci and area of interest as an objective function. In addition, the developed algorithm was applied to the matched field processing with ocean experimental data for verification. The sea-going data and simulation showed almost 3 dB improvement in the output power at the foci when the array elements were optimally distributed.
Design and Implementation of Clipcast Service via Terrestrial DMB This paper outlines the system design and the implementation process of clipcast service that can send clips of video, mp3, text, images, etc. to terrestrial DMB terminals. To provide clipcast service in terrestrial DMB, a separate data channel needs to be allocated and this requires changes in the existing bandwidth allocation. Clipcast contents can be sent after midnight at around 3 to 4 AM, when terrestrial DMB viewship is low. If the video service bit rate is lowered to 352 Kbps and the TPEG service band is fully used, then 320 Kbps bit rate can be allocated to clipcast. To enable clipcast service, the terminals' DMB program must be executed, and this can be done through SMS and EPG. Clipcast service applies MOT protocol to transmit multimedia objects, and transmits twice in carousel format for stable transmission of files. Therefore, 72Mbyte data can be transmitted in one hour, which corresponds to about 20 minutes of full motion video service at 500Kbps data rate. When running the clip transmitted through terrestrial DMB data channel, information regarding the length of each clip is received through communication with the CMS(Content Management Server), then error-free files are displayed. The clips can be provided to the users as preview contents of the complete VOD contents. In order to use the complete content, the user needs to access the URL allocated for that specific content and download the content by completing a billing process. This paper suggests the design and implementation of terrestrial DMB system to provide clipcast service, which enables file download services as provided in MediaFLO, DVB-H, and the other mobile broadcasting systems. Unlike the other mobile broadcasting systems, the proposed system applies more reliable SMS method to activate the DMB terminals for highly stable clipcast service. This allows hybrid, i.e, both SMS and EPG activations of terminals for clipcast services.

This study described the results of converting RDB to RDF ontology by each of R2RML method and Non-R2RML method. This study measured the size of the converted data, the conversion time per each tuple, and the response speed to queries. The STNet, a structured terminology dictionary based on RDB, was served as a test bed for converting to RDF ontology. As a result of the converted data size, Non-R2RML method appeared to be superior to R2RML method on the number of converted triples, including its expressive diversity. For the conversion time per each tuple, Non-R2RML was a little bit more faster than R2RML, but, for the response speed to queries, both methods showed similar response speed and stable performance since more than 300 numbers of queries. On comprehensive examination it is evaluated that Non-R2RML is the more appropriate to convert the dynamic RDB system, such as the STNet in which new data are steadily accumulated, data transformation very often occurred, and relationships between data continuously changed.
