Objectives This bibliometric analysis aimed to determine the status of pediatric acupuncture research. Methods Relevant bibliographic information up to January 9, 2024, was collected through searches in the Web of Science Core Collection. Bibliographic information was preprocessed for data analysis and analyzed using VOSviewer software. Network maps of the authors and their affiliated institutions in the included studies were constructed and visualized, and clusters for each major node were identified. In addition, the latest research keywords were visualized using an overlay visualization function. Results The field of pediatric acupuncture research has shown a 20.5-fold quantitative increase in the number of publications over the past 30 years (1991 - 2023). In the field of pediatric acupuncture research, the United States has the highest productivity and influence, and South Korea ranked 7th in productivity and 10th in influence. Through keyword analysis in the field of pediatric acupuncture research, four clusters were identified. Pain management, use in pediatric oncology, and use in postoperative management were identified as important clinical topics. There is a lack of exchange among researchers in the field of pediatric acupuncture. Conclusions Pediatric acupuncture research continues to show quantitative growth and western countries have shown high productivity and influence in this field. In this study, the major keywords in the field of pediatric acupuncture research were identified, and the results can be used to establish the research direction of the Korean medicine community.

최근에 한국과학기술정보연구원은 계량서지분석에 활용하기 위한 독립형 데이터 분석 시스템 Knowledge Matrix를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 시스템의 성능 수준을 이 분야에서 잘 알려진 분석툴인 VantagePoint와 BibTechMon과 비교분석 하였다. 기능 비교는 데이터, 행렬, 분석, 시각화, 데이터 전처리 부문에서 수행 하였다. 분석결과 각 분석툴의 특장점이 서로 다르지만 전반적으로 KnowledgeMatrix가 좀 더 우수한 기능을 보였다.

이 연구의 목적은 WorldCat에 수록된 한국 및 일본 관련 청소년 책의 언어, 장르, 주제적 특성을 살펴보고, 소장도서관 및 보유 현황을 분석함으로써 한국과 일본 관련 지식 확산의 가능성을 전망하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1993년부터 2012년까지 발행된 청소년용 책의 서지레코드 및 이들 중 한국 및 일본 관련 책의 서지 레코드 수가 가장 비슷했던 1997년 발행 책들의 소장도서관 수, 언어, 장르 및 주제표목 분포를 상세히 계량분석 하였다. 한국 관련 책들은 WorldCat 수록 서지레코드 수가 절대적으로 적고, 1997년 책은 미국 내 소장 및 보유도서관 수가 적으며, 대부분 한글 전용 텍스트, 영유아 및 초등 저학년 수준 책의 과잉, 옛날이야기나 일화 중심 전기서 등 장르와 주제 편향성 등을 보여 '읽을거리'로서 흥미 유발이나 지식 확산의 전망이 제한적일 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구의 목적은 WorldCat에 수록된 한국 관련 전기도서를 분석함으로써 한국 관련 인물에 대한 지식 분포 현황 및 확산의 가능성을 전망하는 것이다. 주제에 Korea를 포함하는 전기도서 서지레코드 15,007건과 청소년 대상 전기도서 487권의 언어와 주제, 주제 인물, 미국 내 소장도서관 등 분석하였다. 청소년 대상 영어전기 30권은 미국 내 소장도서관 수가 많았고, 김일성과 김정일이 가장 많이 등장한 주제 인물이었다. 한국어전기 457권은 소장도서관 수가 많지 않고, 세종대왕과 이순신이 가장 많은 책에서 다루어졌다. 한국 관련 청소년 대상 전기도서들은 본격 전기보다 초등 저학년 수준 그림책이나 일화 중심 스토리 등 편향성을 보여, 도서관 장서를 통한 한국 관련 인물에 관한 흥미 유발이나 지식 확산의 전망은 제한적이었다. 주제 패싯의 오류, 동일 주제 인물의 분산, 소장도서관 리스트의 부정확성 등 문제점도 확인하였다.

본 논문은 정보행동 분야에 상당한 연구가 진척된 문헌정보분야의 정보행동에 관한 연구와 의학분야의 건강정보탐색행동 연구를 비교하였다. 이 연구는 계량서지학적 접근으로 진행하였다. 연구 실행을 위해 Scopus 데이터베이스를 사용하여 서지기록들을 문헌정보학과 건강과의학 분야별로 데이터 세트를 구성하였다. 계량서지학적 분석은 다음과 같은 영역으로 실행하였다: 출판된 논문, 인용, 논문지, 저자키워드, 제목에서 고유한 단어, 제목에서 "information" 앞에 이용되는 단어들, 제목에서 "study" 앞에 이용되는 단어들, 제목에서 국가명을 표기한 단어들, 저자 키워드와 색인 키워드. 결과적으로, 두 분야에서 드러난 정보행동에 관한 연구영역에서의 주요차이점은 정의, 주된 초점, 일반적인 인구통계학적 그룹에서 분명하게 나타났다. 이러한 다양한 차이점은 두 학계 연구자들에게 정보 탐색과 정보행동을 연구하는데 있어 학계별 특수한 차이와 상황들에 따라 유연하게 접근하고 적용해야 함을 시사하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 인터넷을 통해 접근하고 입수가능한 전자정보원을 대상으로 참고문헌 작성기준에 관한 스타일 메뉴얼들의 기술요소와 기재순서, 기술형식을 비교분석하여, 국내 연구자나 학협회, 출판사 등이 참고문헌을 작성하거나 작성지침을 제시할 때 포함할 수 있는 기술요소 및 형식에 관한 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 최근에 수정보완된 MLA Style, APA Style, CBE Style, Chicago Style, ISO 690-2, SIST-02를 대상으로 그들의 요소와 순서, 표기방법 및 형식을 검토하고, 표기방법 및 형식에 따른 동일자료에 대한 기술사례를 제시하였다.

Many picture books are published every year. Book reviews can play an important role in building knowledge about newly published book. This study analyzed data the coverage and content of reviews in journals with a view to helping librarians and parents become more aware of content and coverage of reviews for picture books. Variations of bibliographic and ordering information appeared among all journals. Most reviews typically included a plot summary and a general statement about the illustrations. Overall, journals provided more comments on literary elements than artistic elements. However, reviews provided insufficient information about the background of reviewers. Physical description of the books appeared in 8.81 % of the sample.

Today, citation index information is used as an outcome scale of spreading technology and encouraging research. Article citation information is an important factor to determine the authority of the relevant author. Google Scholar uses the article citation information to organize academic article search results with a rank algorithm. For an accurate analysis of such important citation index information, large amounts of bibliographic data are required. Therefore, this study aims to build a fast and efficient system for large amounts of bibliographic data, and to design and develop a system for quickly analyzing cited information for that data. This study also aims to use and analyze citation data to be a basic element for providing various advanced services to the academic article search system.

The applications of artificial intelligence (AI) can provide useful solutions to animal infectious diseases and their impact on humans. The advent of AI learning algorithms and recognition technologies is especially advantageous in applied studies, including the detection, analysis, impact assessment, simulation, and prediction of environmental impacts on malignant animal epidemics. To this end, this study specifically focused on environmental pollution and animal diseases. While the number of related studies is rapidly increasing, the research trends, evolution, and collaboration in this field are not yet well-established. We analyzed the bibliographic data of 1191 articles on AI applications to environmental pollution and animal diseases during the period of 2000~2019; these articles were collected from the Web of Science (WoS). The results revealed that PR China and the United States are the leaders in research production, impact, and collaboration. Finally, we provided research directions and practical implications for the incorporation of AI applications to address environmental impacts on animal diseases.

본 연구에서는 서지 요인이 인용속도, 인용빈도에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 분석 이외에도 인용속도가 인용빈도에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 분석, 그리고 인용속도가 인용빈도에 영향을 미치는 관계가 성립할 때 서지 요인이 이 영향관계에서 조절효과를 보이는지 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다섯 가지 서지 요인을 추출하여 우리나라 논문의 각 요인별 논문분포를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 첫째, 제1저자와 교신저자의 소속국가의 국내 외 구분에 따른 인용속도는 저자들의 소속국가가 국내인 논문보다 해외인 논문에서 최초 인용속도와 평균 인용속도가 모두 더 빠른 것으로 나타났으며, 인용빈도는 제1저자와 교신저자가 해외인 논문이 더 많은 인용을 받았다. 국제 협력연구 여부에 따른 인용속도와 인용빈도 분석에서는 국내 단독수행 연구보다 국제 협력연구인 경우 최초 인용속도가 더 빠른 것으로 나타났으나, 평균 인용속도는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 인용빈도는 국제 협력연구가 더 많은 인용을 받는 것으로 확인되었다. 공저자수와 영향력지수에 따른 최초 인용속도, 평균 인용속도, 인용빈도에는 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인용속도와 인용빈도의 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 최초 인용속도는 빠를수록, 평균 인용속도는 느릴수록 인용빈도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 최초 인용속도가 평균 인용속도보다 인용빈도에 더 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 최초 인용속도와 인용빈도의 영향관계에서 5가지 서지 요인이 영향력을 증대시키는 조절작용을 하는지 분석한 결과, 모든 요인이 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 평균 인용속도와 인용빈도의 영향관계 관계에서 5가지 서지 요인이 영향력을 증대시키는 조절작용을 하는지 분석한 결과, 제1저자의 소속국가, 교신저자의 소속국가, 공저자수 3가지 서지 요인은 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 국제 협력연구 여부와 영향력지수는 조절작용을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.
