In order to evaluate the evaluation of bi-national products, this study was classified according to product category similarity. In addition, by comparing the types of stores, we tried to suggest alternatives that can be practically applied to companies producing composite origin products. For this purpose, this study is applied to the analysis of bi-national product by product categories, such as public luxury, public luxury, private luxury, and private necessity, based on the psychological bases of consumers. The types of stores are divided into department store/direct store, outlet/discount store to elaborate measurement. As a result of the verification, it was found that brand evaluation and store evaluation had interactive effects depending on product type and store type. Specifically, in the case of public luxury goods, outlets/discount stores in both brand evaluation and store evaluation showed positive evaluation than department store/direct store. In the case of private necessity, there was no significant difference in brand evaluation, but in store evaluation, department store/direct store was confirmed that they had a relatively positive evaluation than outlets/discount stores. As a result, it was verified that consumers' evaluations can be changed according to the type of sales store for each product.

Calligraphy contents(shortly called, CalliContents) depict the feature of communication media with artistic sentences or drawings before being processed into digital contents to become printed advertisement, visual design and entertainment products. As a fast growing business model, they can be applied to every single scope of all fields these days and each application case presented excellent effects to grab consumers' attention immediately. In this paper, we designed and produced an emotional bi-directional recommendation DIY calligraphy contents platform to consume created cultural contents and boost personalized contents industry that meets consumer's needs through both wired and wireless-based software with convergence of artistic and emotional calligraphy contents and ICT. For this works, we established for DIY calligraphy consumers a foundation of a virtuous circle of the CalliContents where various CalliContents are provided in on and offline environment and a third party target is opened at the CalliContents platform
We discuss the bi - stability that is possibly exhibited by a liquid free surface in a parametrically - driven two-dimensional (2D) rectangular tank with finite liquid depth. Following the method of adaptive mode ordering, assuming two dominant modes and retaining polynomial nonlinearities up to third-order, a nonlinear finite-dimensional nonlinear modal system approximation is obtained. A "continuation method" of nonlinear dynamics is then used in order to elicit efficiently the instability boundary in parameters' space and to predict how steady surface elevation changes as the frequency and/or the amplitude of excitation are varied. Results are compared against those of the linear version of the system (that is a Mathieu-type model) and furthermore, against an intermediate model also derived with formal mode ordering, that is based on a second - order ordinary differential equation having nonlinearities due to products of elevation with elevation velocity or acceleration. The investigation verifies that, in parameters space, there must be a region, inside the quiescent region, where liquid surface instability is exhibited. There, behaviour depends on initial conditions and a wave form would be realised only if the free surface was substantially disturbed initially.
Hydrolase activities of excretory-secretory products (ESP) and somatic extracts (SE) from Anisakis simplex sensu stricto (s.s.) and Anisakis pegreffii larvae were investigated by using API ZYM kit. In esterase group, acid phosphatase showed high activity from both of A. simplex (s.s.) and A. pegreffii. Esterase (C4) showed activity only from SE and A. simplex (s.s.) showed higher activity than A. pegreffii. Alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and naphthol-AS-BI-phosphohydrolase showed higher activity in 3rd stage larvae than in 4th stage larvae of both species. In aminopeptidase group, only leucine arylamidase showed remarkable activity in SE of both anisakid species, and A. simplex (s.s.) SE showed higher activity than A. pegreffii SE. In glycosidase group, N-acetyl-${\beta}$-glucosaminidase, ${\alpha}$-mannosidase, ${\alpha}$-fucosidase showed higher activity in A. simplex (s.s.) than A. pegreffii, and 4th larvae showed higher activity than 3rd larvae. These differences in hydrolase activity of anisakid nematodes larvae are thought to be due to different metabolism such as growth, moulting, digestion and feeding.
The catalytic mechanism of malonyl-CoA synthetase from Rhizobium trifolii was investigated by the steady state kinetics and intermediate identification. Initial velocity studies and the product inhibition studies with AMP and PPi strongly suggested ordered Bi Uni Uni Bi Ping-Pong Ter Ter system as the most probable steady state kinetic mechanism of malonyl-CoA synthetase. Michaelis constants were $0.17{\pm}0.04 {\mu}M,\;0.24{\pm}0.18 {\mu}M\;and\;0.045{\pm}0.26 {\mu}$M for ATP, malonate and CoA, respectively. The TLC analysis of the $^{32}P-labelled$ products in reaction mixture containing $[{\gamma}-^{32}P]$ ATP in the absence of CoA showed that PPi was produced after the sequential addition of ATP and malonate. Formation of malonyl-AMP, suggested as an intermediate in the kinetically deduced mechanism, was confirmed by the analysis of $^{31}P-NMR$ spectra of AMP product isolated from the $^{18}O$ transfer experiment using $[^{18}O]$malonate. Two resonances were observed, corresponding to AMP labelled with zero and one atom of $^{18}O$, indicating that one atom of $^{18}O$ transferred from $[^{18}O]$malonate to AMP through the formation of malonyl-AMP. Formation of malonyl-AMP was also confirmed through the TLC analysis of reaction mixture containing $[{\alpha}-^{32}P]$ATP. These results strongly support the ordered Bi Uni Uni Bi Ping-Pong Ter Ter mechanism deduced from the initial velocity and product inhibition studies.
The international dairy federation's main objectives are to enhance the international dairy market and industry by producing an annual world dairy situation report. The IDF National committee and other international contributors provide a questionnaire to be completed for the country reports on top of other various official studies. Through this report, one can understand the full overview of the global dairy market and specified dairy studies across the world. Due to the economic boom of many developing nations, in 2014 the dairy market saw great increase in the total milk production. The estimated volume is at 802 million tons which is a 3.3% increase from the previous year. The world dairy trade states that due to the abundance of milk, other bi-products such as dairy powder and butter production increased as well. Generally, there is an increasing trend for the demand and supply of milk and all dairy products in the international dairy market.

BACKGROUND: This study was carried out to investigate residual characteristics of diethofencarb during ginseng cultivation and processing, and to establish the maximum residue limits (MRL) of ginseng and its processed products. METHODS AND RESULTS: Supervised field trials were conducted from three fields located at Seosan, Goesan and Jeongeup in Korea. Diethofencarb 25% WP was diluted by 500 times and sprayed 4 times onto the ginseng with 10 days interval. The samples were collected at 80 days after final application. The residual amounts of diethofencarb ranged from 0.074 to 0.460 mg/kg in fresh ginseng, from 0.292 to 0.720 mg/kg in dried ginseng, and from 0.208 to 0.557 mg/kg in red ginseng. These data exceeded the ginseng's MRL, 0.3 mg/kg. The processing factors of diethofencarb in processed products were found to be 2.64 and 1.99, respectively for dried and red ginseng. CONCLUSION: Given the lower residual concentration of red ginseng that goes through a more complicated process than dried ginseng, the residual concentrations of diethofencarb in processed ginseng products were found to be dependent on processing method. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the MRL of diethofencarb in fresh ginseng and its processed products.
The objective of this study is to prepare bead-type and pellet-type Pt (1 wt%)/Kieselguhr catalysts as hydrogenation catalysts for the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) included in pyrolysis fuel oil (PFO). The optimal reaction temperature to maximize the yield of saturated cyclic hydrocarbons during the PFO-cut hydrogenation reaction in a trickle bed reactor was determined to be 250 ℃. A hydrogen/PFO-cut flow rate ratio of 1800 was found to maximize 1-ring saturated cyclic compounds. The yield of saturated cyclic compound increased as the space velocity (LHSV) of PFO-cut decreased. The difference in hydrogenation reaction performance between the pellet catalyst and the bead catalyst was negligible. However, the catalyst impregnated by Pt after molding the Kieselguhr support (AI catalyst) showed higher hydrogenation activity than the catalyst molded after Pt impregnation on the Kieselguhr powder (BI catalyst), which was a common phenomenon in both the pellet catalysts and bead catalysts. This may be due to a higher number of active sites over the AI catalyst compared to the BI catalyst. It was confirmed that the pellet catalyst prepared by the AI method had the best reaction activity of the prepared catalysts in this study. The majority of the PFO-cut hydrogenation products were cyclic hydrocarbons ranging from C8 to C15, and C11 cyclic hydrocarbons had the highest distribution. It was confirmed that both a cracking reaction and hydrogenation occurred, which shifted the carbon number distribution towards light hydrocarbons.

The present study aimed to investigate the death years of conifers to verify the time difference between landslide occurrence in 2011 and tree mortality near Chibanmok and Jangteomok shelters in the Jirisan National Park. Furthermore, abrupt growth reduction was also investigated to verify the living conditions when they were living. For the study, tree-ring analysis was conducted by selecting 14 living Abies koreana near the landslide area and 7 dead ones in the landslide area in the Chibanmok site, and 13 living conifers (7 Picea jezoensis, 5 A. koreana, and 1 Pinus koraiensis) near landslide area and 4 dead ones (2 P. jezoensis and 2 A. koreana) in landslide area in the Jangteomok site. Using the tree-ring samples from living A. koreana 137-year long chronology (1885-2021) was established for the Chibanmok site and 364- and 65-year long P. jezoensis (1658-2021) and A. koreana (1957-2021) chronologies was built for the Jangteomok site. Through the synchronization test between the tree-ring time series from dead conifers and the corresponding chronologies, it was verified that the death of conifers in the landslide areas occurred after 2011, when the landslide happened, except for only one tree. It was further verified through the abrupt growth reduction test that the growth condition of dead conifers before the landslide in 2011 was satisfactory.
In this paper we study efficient parallel implementation for hybrid iterative methods BICGSTAB and BICGSTAB $(\ell)$ with ${Well}=2$ on the CRAY C90 and the efficiency of their parallel performance is evaluated. numerical experiments suggest that on the CRAY C90 a parallel inner product algorithm called PDOTB be used for the par-allelization of hybrid iterative methods containing sensitive values of inner products. Lastly it is shown that the number of iterations in which parallel hybrid iterative methods satisfy a certain convergence criterion depends on the number of processors to be used.
