The best value proposition for the customers of satellite-DMB (hereinafter referred to as the "S-DMB") business in an environment of fierce competition shall be securing the best killer contents and distribute them in reasonable price as a mobile contents platform provider. In an era of merging the broadcasting with the communication, although many new players tapping into the market with state-of-the-art media such as digital convergence, the key to success in the market is dependent on whether the respective digital contents providers retain competitive digital contents which suit the taste of customers. Considering such market conditions, the purpose of this study is to look over the management examples of Korean S-DMB providers which is carrying out business in digital multi-media market and opening up the market, and to analyze the management strategies of domestic S-DMB companies to be the champion in the market.

Purpose - This paper's goal is to assess and promote several good teaching product designs and several learning environments. The paper discusses research product design learning and management. Research design, data, and methodology - As part of information science and technology, a school uses several teaching networks for auxiliary teaching, taking several designs as the teaching foundation, and creating multimedia curricula. Results - The results indicate that in the best learning designs and environments, the learner can maintain a high interest, which not only attracts all levels in the schools, but also has a pivotal influence on teaching around the world. The research study answers the question, was the atmosphere already luxurious? Conclusions - This study introduces several methodologies that are widely used for experimental processes. Using multi-criterion decision-making technology in studies of language product evaluation systems, the language teaching quality and space design is developed, and the language classroom learning system, the machine operation, the classroom environment design method, etc., conform to specifics of the study, the best choices, the most effective utilization, and are the most efficient.

To address the problems of large system overhead and low timeliness when dealing with task scheduling in mobile edge cloud computing, a task scheduling and resource management strategy for edge cloud computing based on an improved genetic algorithm was proposed. First, a user task scheduling system model based on edge cloud computing was constructed using the Shannon theorem, including calculation, communication, and network models. In addition, a multi-objective optimization model, including delay and energy consumption, was constructed to minimize the sum of two weights. Finally, the selection, crossover, and mutation operations of the genetic algorithm were improved using the best reservation selection algorithm and normal distribution crossover operator. Furthermore, an improved legacy algorithm was selected to deal with the multi-objective problem and acquire the optimal solution, that is, the best computing task scheduling scheme. The experimental analysis of the proposed strategy based on the MATLAB simulation platform shows that its energy loss does not exceed 50 J, and the time delay is 23.2 ms, which are better than those of other comparison strategies.

To provide an appropriate knowledge representation technique dependent on a particular domain, we consider the combine analytic hierachy process(CAHP). This is an extended method of the conventional AHP which is useful when two different expert groups are involved. Our problem domain is confined to human resource management including such major activities as planning, selection, placement, compensations, performance evaluation, training, and labor-management relations. We prioritize rules, frames, semantic nets, and predicate logic representation techniques best suited to each and all domains through an exploratory study.

업무프로세스 관리시스템(BPMS：business process management system)을 이용하면 새로운 프로세스를 정의하거나 기존의 프로세스를 갱신하는 일이 매우 용이하다. 대체로 표준화되고 일상적인 업무를 대상으로 프로세스를 관리하는 것은 이러한 소프트웨어를 사용하여 효율성을 높일 수 있겠으나, 비일상적인 예외상황에 대한 처리를 위해서는 별도의 전문가 참여나 특수한 의사결정 과정을 거쳐야 하는 경우가 많다. 본 논문은 다수의 예외처리용 업무 프로세스가 저장소에 축적된 상황을 전제로 예외처리 프로세스 선정의 자동화 방안을 제시한다. 예외처리에 가장 적합한 프로세스를 검색하는 것은 예외상황에 관한 충분한 이해가 필요하기 때문에 상황의 인지(context awareness)는 매우 중요한 과제이다. 예외상황의 이해를 원활히 하고, 예외처리 프로세스의 효율적인 선정을 위해 본 연구에서는 '상황변수'와 '의사결정변수' 자료구조를 도입하였다. 전자상거래의 배송과정의 예외사례를 사용하여 제시한 변수구조가 어떻게 검색트리 생성에 활용되는지를 예시하였다. C5.0 알고리즘은 최적검색트리를 생성해주며, 그것은 또한 문제의 상황에 최적인 예외처리 프로세스의 선정을 위한 검색경로를 설정한 것임을 보여준다.

Determination of the precise size at sexual maturity is very important for science-based stock assessment and fisheries resource management. In this study, two different models, (1) a visual method and (2) a gonadosomatic index (GSI) method, were employed to estimate length at sexual maturity of the small yellow croaker Larimichthys polyactis in the Yellow Sea of Korea. The visual method is a common qualitative method using visual gonadal identification. Conversely, the GSI method is a quantitative method using the GSI, which can be easily and precisely collected. We compared results from these methods to determine the best approach, and to examine the practicality of the GSI method. Logistic regression of the maturity ogive was conducted using a general linear model (GLM) with the R statistics program. Also, the bootstrapped 95% confidence intervals of all estimates were calculated. The best-fit model was the visual method (R_Mc²=0.805, AUC=0.989, L₅₀=15.1). Among models using the GSI method, the model computing GSI_ref=0.94 was the best-fit model (R_Mc²=0.792, AUC=0.989, L₅₀=15.2). There was no significant difference between the two models, evidencing the effectiveness and accuracy of the GSI method.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the best way that health functional food contributes the diversification of pharmacy management at the new point after the separation of prescribing and dispensing practice. In the question of the number of prescription paper, it was more than 200 papers (18.9%), next 100 papers (11.3%). In case of daily total sales volume except prescription fee, it was more than 1,000,000won (28.3%). About the motivation using health functional food, the reason for activation of pharmacy management was 66%. The selling method was mainly by pharmacist recommendation and consumer's need. In comparison with after and before the separation of prescribing and dispensing, more than 60% of subjects answered that sales volume was decreased and no changed. Concerning the ratio of total sales volume to health functional food within 5 years, 66% of subjects expected that it will be increased positively. The type of best pharmacy to handle health functional food was community pharmacy. These results suggest that the handling of health functional food by pharmacist will greatly increase in near futures and will be very important portion for pharmacy management.

The CM(Construction Manager) of D-university has been seeking the advice of my BIM-team to adopt CM(Construction Management) and BIM best practices to improve project delivery results, and has authored best practice reports for spatial validation, BIM, 3D, 4D and 5D performance. Building Information Modeling(BIM) Process, Integration, and Adoption looks at BIM implementation from a company and project level laying out a process for companies to use BIM. Following this studies, participants will be able to: 1. BIM participants has been creating a BIM process diagram for a project, and has been evaluating and selecting process options for a specific BIM project. 2. BIM participants has been describing the roles and responsibilities of participants in the BIM process, and has been communicating the BIM process to management, colleagues, and project stakeholders. 3. BIM participants has been identified consistent factors influencing BIM return on investment at the project level and the company level, and has been outlining a process for BIM adoption on the project level and company level.

Background: Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are often the main pillar of an economy. Minor accidents, ergonomics problems, old and outdated machinery, and lack of awareness have created a need for implementation of safety practices in SMEs. Implementation of healthy working conditions creates positive impacts on economic and social development. Methods: In this study, a questionnaire was developed and administered to 30 randomly chosen SMEs in and around Mumbai, Maharashtra, and other states in India to evaluate safety practices implemented in their facilities. The study also looked into the barriers and drivers for technology innovation and suggestions were also received from the respondent SMEs for best practices on safety issues. Results: In some SMEs, risks associated with safety issues were increased whereas risks were decreased in others. Safety management practices are inadequate in most SMEs. Market competitiveness, better efficiency, less risk, and stringent laws were found to be most significant drivers; and financial constraints, lack of awareness, resistance to change, and lack of training for employees were found to be main barriers. Conclusion: Competition between SMEs was found to be major reason for implementation of safety practices in the SMEs. The major contribution of the study has been awareness building on safety issues in the SMEs that participated in the project.

Many companies of the world have applied the TQM, which was originated from Japanese management style, to increase their competitiveness. It is not so easy to implement successfully the management practices originated from the foreign countries, which are usually mixed with specific cultures and management systems of their own. Some American companies created some best practices such as 6 sigma approach for applying TQM by creative benchmarking. This Paper Presents some issues for creative benchmarking for Korean companies through the analysis of the creative benchmarking processes of the successful American companies.
