The Miaos have their own peculiar and luxurious transtional culture a they have experienced repeated fusion into and resistance againt the Han Race or the chinese in their long and old history. And the traditional culture of the Miaos is abundant and diverse in several respects. Because it has taken root in foundation of their simple and native environment. it is embracing abundant and diverse contents. They largely used as the theme of patterns factual materials such as natural objects easily accessible in the natural environment. those related to marratives reflective of ethnicity, animals and plants symbolic of auspicious omen, peace, happiness and good harrest with prosperity and abundance. And they not only crossornamented natural patterns and geometrical patterns by combining them but also geometric patterns alone. It can be seen that Miaos represented patterns with exaggerated formation, overlapping and modification and the comprehensive, fomation of natural forms, abstract formation etc. Seeing the ethnic costume of Miaos investigated in these several respects by the standard of contemporary beauty it is thought that it has the infinite possibility of being used in contemporary fashion design on account of the characteristic of almost perfect costume.

The purpose of this study is to examine the different communication messages behind African women's hairstyles, and to compare young and old African women's hairstyles. The contents of this research are: the hairstyle as communication media, the types of African women's hairstyles, and the difference between young and old women's hairstyles. We used a review of literature and an empirical study as the research methods for this study. For the literature review, we used papers on African hairstyles, and we linked hairstyles to corresponding communication. For the empirical study, we took a database of 240 pictures (120 pictures of young women and 120 pictures of old women) from websites related to African hairstyles and we analyzed the pictures to differentiate between young and old African women's hairstyles. The results of this study reveal that African women's hairstyles express messages of power, ceremony, and status and identification communication. Within the 240 pictures, we found out which hairstyles are preferred by young and old women. Young African women prefer long, straight hairstyles and artificial hair (wigs), while old women keep short, natural hairstyles. The result of this research will be useful for understanding African women's hairstyles as well as contribute to the field of hair design.

Titanium alloys have been used for dental materials due to it's very good biocompatibility. Ti-6Al-4V alloy instead of pure titanium is being widely used as biomaterials has some characteristics such as high fatigue strength, tensile strength and corrosion resistance. But it has been reported recently that the vanadium element expresses cytotoxicity and carcinogenicity and the aluminium element is related with dementia of Alzheimer type and neurotoxicity. The Ti-Nb alloys has designed and examined corrosion resistance. Ti-3wt.%Nb($\alpha$type), Ti-20wt.%Nb(${\alpha}+{\beta}$type) and Ti-40wt.%Nb($\beta$type) alloys were melted by vacuum arc furnace. The corrosion resistance of Ti alloys was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization test in the solution of 0.9% NaCl and 5% HCl. The results can be summarized as follows: 1) For the corrosion test in the solution of 0.9% NaCl and 5% HCl, the corrosion behaviour of Ti-Nb alloys was similar to ASTM grade 2 CP Ti. 2) The corrosion resistance of Ti-20Nb alloy was better than that of CP-Ti, Ti-3Nb, Ti-40Nb alloy in 0.9% NaCl and 5% HCl, solutions.

This study aims to identify the design of men's wear that has the characteristics of expressing maximalism in men's wear collection and contribute to the field of men's wear fashion which expects new, original, and experimental fashion styles to be created. When it comes to research contents, this study first identifies the concept and characteristics of expression of maximalism in such fields as literature and art and based on this, makes a case study of men's wear fashion designs shown in men's wear collection and then understands the type of characteristics of expressing maximalism and the characteristics related to its expressive method in men's wear design. The study findings are as follows: First, expansion referred to the extreme avant-garde that changed the concept of fashion design by expanding clothes or accessories or exaggerating silhouettes. Second, fanciness continued to appear as a tool to use the luxurious decorations that applied fancy handicraft techniques and express the world of original design. Third, fusion represented the expression of various charms from one work without making any classifications between the tradition and the present and between the east and the west. Fourth, fantasy indicated the expression of surrealistic images by expressing the unbounded imagination through creative ideas.

This study tries to understand the characteristics of a man's clothes from the late 17th century to the early 18th century, held by the Ewha Womans University Museum. The author adopted the Assy CAD, an apparel CAD system developed by Assysit Company of Germany, in measuring clothes which is intended to solve the problems raised in the previous measurement of clothes, as well as in the making of patterns. The author used tracing paper to make copies of the curved parts, put them into the computer by digitiger, and made the patterns for more accurate restoration. Furthermore, the author compared Lee Hwang's with the contents of the related literature and excavated apparel from other tombs. As a result, Chopri among Lee Hwang's clothes, retained the typical characteristics of the mid-Chosun men's fashion in its ratio of bodice to skirt, form of sleeves, and size of breast- ties for fastening which appeared in the 17th century. Daechangeui and Jungchimak also were distinctive for Changot and the width of sleeves since the 17th century and were in wide use not only as the daily clothes but also as the shroud. These changes were brought about from the two wars which emphasized prestige and beauty of the clothes rather than their functions. As a result, Changeuis were used more widely, while Chopri which was used as the underwear of officials' uniform, was in decline.

This study was performed to clarify the whitening effects of anthricin on the B16F10 cell line. In order to elucidate the whitening effects of anthricin on the B16F10 cell line, cell viability, messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expressions, tyrosinase activity assay, and melanin production assay were measured. The effects of anthricin on tyrosinase-related protein 1(TYRP1)/TYRP2/tyrosinase (TYR)/microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) mRNA expressions and melanin content were determined. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR showed that anthricin decreased the mRNA expression level of TYRP1/TYRP2/TYR/MITF genes and melanin production contents than α-MSH-treated B16F10 cells. The tyrosinase activity assay revealed that anthricin decreased the melanin production on the B16F10 cells. These data show that anthricin increases the whitening effects on the B16F10 cells; thus, anthricin is a potent ingredient for skin whitening. Thus, further research on the mechanism of action of anthricin for the development of not only cosmetics, but also healthy food and medicine should be investigated.

최근 등록문화재로 등록된 옛 담장의 사례는 기존의 '점' 단위의 개별 건축물에서 '면' 단위의 마을까지 문화재의 범주를 확대시켰다는 의미를 갖고 있다. 또한 급속한 사회변동에 따라 주거양식이 변화하는 상황 속에서 농 어촌의 전통적 경관의 훼손과 멸실을 방지하고자 추진된 의미 있는 정책이라 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 옛 담장이 갖고 있는 문화적 요소를 도출하고 구술조사를 통하여 그 의미와 상징체계를 분석하였다. 전통문화의 문화적 자원을 문화콘텐츠화 하려는 노력이 요즘 다양한 측면에서 이루어지고 있지만 기존의 연구들은 너무 미학적인 측면만 강조하거나 건축적인 해석이 주를 이루고 있다. 특히 본고의 연구대상인 옛 담장의 경우는 단순히 관광코스로 소개되는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 구술조사를 토대로 이야기를 구성하고 관광객이 함께 공유할 수 있는 창조적인 접근이 필요하다. 문화콘텐츠란 문화의 원형과 문화적 요소를 발굴하고 그 속에 담긴 의미와 가치를 찾아내어 그것의 원형성, 잠재성, 활용성 등을 매체에 결합하는 새로운 문화의 창조 과정이다. 본고에서는 근현대 생활문화 공간복원과 문화콘텐츠의 발굴과 관련하여 상학리 돌담장을 조사하여 활용가능성을 검토하였다. 더불어 조사된 자료를 분석하여 스토리텔링을 활용한 장소마케팅의 가능성을 고찰하여 보다 독창적인 관광자원화 방안을 제안하였다.

중국의 전통의학은 자연경험학적으로 병을 치료하고 건강을 증진시켰으나, 19세기 말부터 선진국 중심으로 자연요법에 관심이 커지면서 아로마요법을 연구하게 되었다. 본 연구는 아로마요법과 관련된 선행연구들을 검색하여 증상에 따른 에센셜오일과 신체 적용부위, 사용방법, 사용기간 등을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 연구내용은 중국연구재단 검색엔진인 CNKI(www.cnki.com)과 WANFANG DATE(www.wanfang.com)의 플랫폼에서 방향요법(芳香?法)(아로마요법)과 관련된 2000년~2019년까지의 학술지 및 학회지를 검색 및 선별하였다. 선별된 논문은 5단계 질적평가와 전문가의 평가를 통해 최종 30편의 연구논문을 분석하였다. 자료는 Excel 2013 Program을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율(%)을 구하고, 도표로 나타내었다. 아로마요법 동향분석결과 30편 모두 의학계에서 연구한 논문이다. 증상별로는 불안, 초초, 불안적 증상이 13편으로 가장 많았고, 에센셜오일 종류로는 라벤더오일, 버가못 오일이 높았고, 적용부위와 방법은 코를 이용한 흡입법으로 나타났다. 증상에 따른 에센셜오일은 초조증상/우울증/산통/수면장애/편두통/긴장/수술 후/구토증 통증/피로에서 모두 라벤더가 가장 높고, 부정적 감정증상은 오렌지, 메스꺼움은 레몬, 진저, 페파민트 오일로 나타났다. 이의 결과 아로마요법이 간호미용 및 의료미용에서 환자를 대상으로 신체 적용부위, 사용방법, 사용기간이 도출되었지만, 의료인들이 간단한 적용방법으로 흡입법과 극소적인 마사지가 높았다. 그러나 진통, 산통, 긴장 등은 단기간에 효능을 볼 수 있으나, 정신신경학적인 부분은 기간을 길게 적용한다는 표준적인 근거를 제공하였다.

본 연구는 8주간 고강도 인터벌 운동이 비만중년여성의 성장호르몬과 피로물질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것으로, 40대 비만 중년여성 20명을 임의로 선정하여 실험군 10명, 통제군 10명을 배정하였다. 실험군은 고강도 인터벌 운동을 8주간 4일 35분 운동을 실시하고 운동 전과 8주 후의 성장호르몬과 피로물질의 효과를 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 8주간 고강도 인터벌 운동에 따른 성장호르몬은 실험군에서 운동전 보다 8주 후에 유의한 증가를 보였다. 둘째, 8주간 고강도 인터벌 운동에 따른 피로물질은 실험군에서 운동전 보다 8주 후에 유의한 감소를 보였다. 결론적으로 8주간 고강도 인터벌 운동은 성장호르몬을 증가키고 피로물질을 감소시켜 피로예방, 관상동맥질환 및 심혈관질환 위험을 감소시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 가능성이 있다고 생각된다.

This study analyzes the success factors of OTT original content through big data, and intends to suggest scenarios, casting, fun, and moving elements when producing the next work. In addition, I would like to offer suggestions for the success of 'Squid Game Season 2'. The success factor of 'Squid Game' through big data is first, it is a simple psychological experimental game. Second, it is a retro strategy. Third, modern visual beauty and color. Fourth, it is simple aesthetics. Fifth, it is the platform of OTT Netflix. Sixth, Netflix's video recommendation algorithm. Seventh, it induced Binge-Watch. Lastly, it can be said that the consensus was high as it was related to the time to think about 'death' and 'money' in a pandemic situation. The suggestions for 'Squid Game Season 2' are as follows. First, it is a fusion of famous traditional games of each country. Second, it is an AI-based planned MD product production and sales strategy. Third, it is casting based on artificial intelligence big data. Fourth, secondary copyright and copyright sales strategy. The limitations of this study were analyzed only through external data. Data inside the Netflix platform was not utilized. In this study, if AI big data is used not only in the OTT field but also in entertainment and film companies, it will be possible to discover better business models and generate stable profits.
