This study examines closely the relationship between beauty art service quality and value. And satisfaction and purchase action that they do perceive to customers who have beauty art service company's service use experience. Moreover, this study was achieved purposely to present service raising plan of good quality to beauty art company managers and business employees. First, to investigate the concept of beauty art service quality and special quality was with doctrines that have been presented through a virtue aspect to achieve this study. Moreover, the wave and beauty art service, human service relativity is a let down unlike manufacture enterprise. Further more, beauty art service by complex composition of existence and nonexistence style is sold, and it could be known by having personality consumed at the same time production. The concept of quality about beauty art service and quality that became perceived through virtue study of concept and measurement about value. Therefor, value was deduced, and could deduce measurement, the linear measure that is applied to measure this. Large majority virtue study found is measuring quality of service to 22 articles on PZB's theory, and this study corrects measurement, the linear measure that is applied in Morritt's study that is based in PZB matrix and supplements and attempted measurement to 22 items. The result measurement dimension is consisted of functional quality, technological quality, physical quality dimension. To measure this through virtue study about value that become perceive, could confirm that all expense and beauty art companies which the customer is paid, connect with offering general quality of service. Therefor, through measurement, 2 dimension was deduced by monetary value and the non-monetary value.
The purpose of this study is to inquire into the necessity and problem of the study on beauty aesthetics, and the direction and method of its study theoretically by applying the concept of aesthetics to the beauty art as an attempt to build up aesthetic concepts of beauty art. As results of inquiry, the study on beauty aesthetics is essential for the adaptation to demands for the creativity of beauty art. As for problem of study on beauty aesthetics, it is necessary to conduct an aggregate study at various angles since the aesthetic value of beauty art (hairstyle) is realized by interaction of the social cultural value or practical value and pure artistic value, and the unique cosmetic beauty of any era or nation group individual is created on the basis of hair designers and individual spirit, emotion and taste, etc. and its perceptual aesthetic enjoyment is accomplished variously. As for the direction and method of study on beauty aesthetics, the quest with abstract speculative self-examination into the beauty having its subjective meaning must be accomplished. This thesis would like to contribute to the building up of beauty industry field as beauty arts based on the aesthetics by successive coming forward of personnel for beauty who combine the aesthetic abilities meeting the diversified requirements of modern society and by improving the recognition of persons recognizing the beauty industry field as a technical field only.
This study was carried out after the author experienced different personalities according to blood type over many years and thus have attempted to find out the relationships between blood type and each occupation in the industry. This study aims to analyze employees in the beauty industry (hair design, skin care, nail art and makeup) in Seoul with regard to their blood types. The significance of this study is to provide baseline data for entrants and managers in the beauty industry in order to help them choose the right occupation and reduce turnover rates through analyzing employee personalities by blood type. Research topics include the following: first, to understand the characteristics of employees in the beauty industry; and second, to find out the relationships between blood types and types of professions. After conducting an inquiry into the relationships between blood type and profession in the industry, a significant portion of skin care (49.3%) and nail art (43.8%) professionals was blood type A; nail artists (43.8%), type AB; hair designers (54.7%), type B; and makeup artists (50.0%) and hair designers (29.2%), type O. In conclusion, these results reflect the personalities of people within the beauty industry by blood type. Skin care and nail art shops are quiet environments, whereas hair salons are relatively louder with contemporary music along with the sounds of various equipment.
The study of the awareness on DM, the degree of satisfaction, and intention of word-of-mouth has found that when the confidence factor is stressed, intention of word-of-mouth is seen to rise, and when the perception factor is placed emphasis on, intention of word-of-mouth is also seen to be on the rise. The 790 questionnaires collected were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, confidence degree, and regression analysis. This means that the higher the degree of satisfaction by means of the recognition, attention, trust of DM advertisement, the relationship reenforcement of DM advertisement and transmission of information is, the higher intention of word-of-mouth is. Beauty art business is characteristic of visits being connected with sales. The awareness has an effect on the degree satisfaction, and it affects intention of word-of-mouth. Therefore, it is thought that Beauty art business requires systematic, analytic and unique DM advertisement.
This paper has examined how ugliness has aesthetically been portrayed in modern make-up. In the past, ugliness was regarded as an antonym of beauty, but it recently plays a role on part of beauty, as independent portion of art. It was Schegel who initially maintained the view. According to his theory, ugliness represents interesting things including suffering reality, shock, attention, humor, surprises brought by distort and deformation. Hegel had a different view on it. As for him, he had the notion that ugliness was the opposite to beauty and that it had to be dependent in art, he argued that art was subordinate to philosophy, and that it was just nostalgia for the past, not representing reality, therefore, it could not be a foothold in contemporary art. In this context, some images of ugliness can be classified accordingly to Schegel's view deteste, decadence and androgynous can be fallen into a category describing reality; fetish, kitsch and grotesque can be included in interesting things. This study examined the relative importance level of experience marketing on brand attitude and brand loyalty in beauty salon franchise stores, and attempted to raise the competitiveness of beauty salon services by presenting this elements as experience marketing strategy directions for beauty salon franchise store management. A questionnaire was used for this study on 350 adults residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and SPSS 20.0 statistics package was used for analysis. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, five factors that make up experience marketing in beauty salon franchise stores were found. They were sensory marketing, relative marketing, emotional marketing, cognitive marketing and behavior marketing. Brand loyalty was categorized into the two factors, attitude loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Also, we found that experience marketing had a statistically positive impact on brand loyalty. Secondly, experience marketing of beauty salon franchise stores was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on brand attitude. Thirdly, we found that the brand attitude of beauty salon franchise stores had a statistically significant positive effect on brand loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to investigate unique field of formative as characteristics and forms of copper wire, focused on such a harmony of hair art, the present thesis aims at developing concept of hair art as a creative way, and recognizing the formative characteristics of copper wire as analyze and arrange the concept of hair art, formative, a way of practical application, material aspect, through literature, academic journals, photo data, and researched about prior piece, for example, architecture and costume with hair art, and then pieces of hair art were made. Influenced by the theory, applied the social phenomenon and the formative principles, produced the five pieces which includes balance, composure, flying, harmony, way, spring etc. The results of this research are outlined below. Firstly, It showed that the copper wire can express the mysterious and beautiful formative world, and it could know the possibility of design. Secondly, formative activity using copper wire can differ according to approach and interpretation, and it can be a works with aesthetic value. Thirdly, hair could be express the art of the three-dimensional forms which constitute the mixture of line, surface and space. So, hair art has enlarged the fields with development of technique, and changed to recognition of the hair art, and opened up a new field. Identifying the factors of emotional experience that arouse emotional responses will contribute to determining the relationship between the visual attributes of a salon and the emotional responses of humans, as well as the relationship between service factors and the emotional response of humans. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the various e motional responses of customers on store preference and to thereby propose marketing strategies for offering an insightful service. The emotionally expressed vocabulary used by customers during their visit is also explored. 300 customers with previous experience of beauty shop services were surveyed and their responses were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 to define the problems. All the emotional experiences at the beauty salon influence the service satisfaction and re-visitation intention. The results showed that, as the customer's level of satisfaction with a service experience increases, the re-visitation intention increases. Of these results, only the service experience influences the recommendation intention. As the effective delivery of positive emotional services influences customers' revisiting intentions, beauty industry workers should be aware of each phase of the customers' emotions and try to provide customer-oriented services to appease these emotions. In addition, workers should strive to create service systems that induce customers' positive emotional responses rather than to offer merely stereotyped services.
In contemporary society interest in and consumption of beauty treatment are increasing, raising interest in health and beauty. However, beauty-related laws are becoming factors of hindrance of beauty development. Currently the Public Health Control Act plays a basic role in the beauty art business in Korea, However the contents are in discord with international laws and its definition is not clear. Therefore it is causing conflicts of different occupations and job associations which are similar to art business. Especially, because neither definitions nor policies on beauty care devices exist in the Public Health Control Act, beauty care devices using in foreign countries cannot be used in Korea due to classification as medical devices. Under this circumstance, therefore, beauty care device uses by beauty artists violate the law. The government has tried to solve these irrational regulations. Recently, the Small and Medium Business Administration announced 'the improvement plan of small business and young founders site regulation for public economy recovery' in a ministerial meeting on December 28, 2016. Regulations on policy preparation for skincare devices were inclusive in this announcement. It is the question whether the regulations will be executed or not. Even though beauty industrial competitiveness was presented in the 18th Presidential Council on National Competitiveness in 2009, it was not practiced. The proposal bills for beauty law improvement have been put forth several times since 2000 including an improvement plan for regulating beauty care devices. However, so far there have been no improvements. The damage on the regulation classifying beauty devices as medical devices is not only restricted to skincare. This develops beauty devices and the beauty industry which imports and exports beauty devices. When beauty devices are exported, complicated procedures are unavoidable and when beauty devices are imported, irrational problems like reregistration procedures and costs occur. The reason why an improvement plan has not gone into practice is the resistance of the dermatologists' association. Dermatologists tend to stand positively against harming public health by saying that beauty devices used by beauty artists cause people to suffer side effects. In contrast, anyone who has a licence to use beauty devices is able to use them in foreign countries. It is not only infringement of one's right as a beauty artist but also people's right to receive beauty care services. With this reason, Korean's current law under which beauty devices are ruled as medical devices should be revised with accordance to domestic surroundings. Therefore in order to advance and globalize the beauty industry, the support and cooperation of the Korean government and relevant associations is needed to legislate and revise the beauty devices laws. The relevant associations abandon regional self-centeredness and cooperate to define ranges, size and management of beauty devices for safe use. If no collaboration exists, an arbitration agency should be established to solve the problem.
