Organizational climate and organization culture can be some of the leading factors in hindering knowledge sharing within the organization. It is generally accepted that successful knowledge management practice, including knowledge sharing, comes as a result of a conducive and knowledge sharing friendly environment. Organizations that promote and reward collective work generate a trustful and a more collaborative learning culture. The perception of fairness in an organization has been considered an important indicator of employee behavior, attitude, and motivation. This study investigates organizational justice perception and its impact on knowledge sharing practices among forensic experts in the Turkish National Police. The study findings revealed that senior officers, who are experts in the field, have the strongest organizational justice perception. Meanwhile, noncommissioned officers or technicians bear positive but comparatively weaker feelings about the existence of justice within the organization. The study argues that those who satisfy their career expectations tend to have a higher organizational justice perception.

These experiments were designed to evaluate the possibility of brain-stem auditory evoked responses(BAER) as a diagnostic tool for deafness in dogs. The BAER was recorded from three different groups of dogs; the normal dogs,'dog with otitis externa and dogs with unilateral destruction of cochlear. BAER of the normal dogs was consisted of distinct five peaks(I, II, III-IV, V). Furthermore, the clear shapes of waveform were observed at 85 dB. The latency of BAER was increased with reducing the intensity of sound-stimulus. The highest threshold of BAER was measured at 2 KHz with 10-30 dB. Dog with otitis externs demonstrated unclear shapes of BAER compared to the that of normal dogs. In the dogs with unilateral destruction of cochlear, the flat and indistinct waveform of BAER was recorded from the cochlear destroyed ear while that of BAER from normal side of ears did not show any differences from the normal BAER. These results indicate that the BAER can be clinically used in order to diagnose the deafness in dogs.

Technology acceptance model has demonstrated that technology adoption behavior can be explained by two user belief constructs: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. A number of studies have explored how these beliefs develop by utilizing primarily individual-level antecedents. However, because innovation and new techniques bear a direct relation to social concerns, non-individual antecedents may be necessary. Therefore, in this study, social and organizational supports are used to understand how software developers foster beliefs regarding secure coding practices. We compiled data from 83 software developers to evaluate the technology acceptance model. Our findings show that these collective antecedents can effectively explain user belief constructs and the intention to adopt secure coding methodologies. These findings imply that society and organizations offering more concrete support programs will experience smoother deployment of security-enhancing measures.

In this paper, the design improvement for high speed train carbody, which made by aluminium alloy, was described. The design improvements was achieved in fields of economical efficiency, extrusion, welding, assembling, etc. This paper also describes the result of carbody test. The purpose of the test is to evaluate an safety under the load and operation condition. This strength test based on KTX and reference code is UIC 566 and JIS E 7105. The test results shows that aluminium carbody structural have enough strength for all part.

To evalate the efficiency of public and private hospitals, the author used Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), a mathematical linear programming method calculating the of ficiency of a unity(DMU: Decision Making Unit) in relation to the other units in analysis. DEA was applied to thirty three (10 public and 23 private) general hospitals wiwith 160 to 299 beds. In respect to productivity, public hospitals appeared to be a little more efficient than private ones, even though it's statisticansignificant. However, the efficiency score for profitability conversed that these contrary results were due to the caring of more medical protection patients in public hospitals, who brought less revenlue to te hospital than other patients. Public hospitals' superiority to private counterparts in productivity, which are aguged mainly based on cared patients, suggests that the former contributes so much positively to social utility. In particular, the fact that public hospitals are caring more medical protection patients, namely the poverty group whom the society should bear a burden of by all means, seems to be desirable in respect of role of publi hospitals.

Japanese does not exhibit deontic-epistemic polysemy which is recognized among typologically different languages. Hence, in Japanese linguistics, it has been debated which of the two types of modality is more prototypical. This study brings Chinese learner's acquisition data of Japanese modality to bear on the question of which of the two types of modality is more prototypical, using the Competition Model (Bates and MacWhinney 1981). The Competition Model notion of 'cues' as processing strategy adopted by learners reveals the continuity/discontinuity between these two modality domains.

A new genus Goodingius is proposed to incorporate Hemicyclops adhaerens(Williams), H. arenicolae Gooding, H. elongatus Wilson and H. subadhaerens Gooding, all of which bear the six-segmented female urosome, three mandibular elements (or three elements plus one rudimentary setule), five setae on the first antennular segment, and no inner coxal seta of leg 4. The genus Giardella Canu, a sister taxon of Goodingius, is redefined as possessing eight elements on the third exopodal segment of leg 3, only a single inner seta on the second endopodal segment of leg 4, four spines on the third endopodal segment of leg 4. To the genus Giardella, Hemicyclops caissarum Kihara and Rocha and H. carinifer Humes are assigned, in addition to Giardella ricoensis n. sp., Giardella callianassae Canu, and G. thompsoni A. Scott. Keys to the species of both genera are provided.

The weight of soundproof panels is an important consideration in the design of both panels and supporting structures. The soundproof panels in noise barriers have to carry their net weight in wet condition respectively the reduced weight and also the weight of the above installed panels in wet condition without showing any failing. In this study, a compression test and a flexural test were performed to determine the maximum vertical load which a wood plastic composites (WPC) panel can bear. In addition, the maximum loading number and height of WPC panels in a noise barrier were calculated for full, simple, and continuous support conditions.

This study is about interdisciplinary education model of using Davis Guggenheim's documentary film on global warming which is a big concern in climate change issues, An Inconvenient Truth. It based on Al Gore's slide speech. Through a course student analyzed the cause and phenomenon of global warming resulted from increase of $CO_2$ by using fossil fuel and its environmental science effects-heat wave, desertification, tornado, hurricane, sea level rise caused by melting glaciers, destroying ecosystem like habitat degradation of wild animals, for example polar bear, extreme cold wave caused by change of ocean currents- of global warming. After, student discussed of efforts to prevent global warming. This educational model is appropriate for lower grade student of environmental engineering and also available for converged majors or general education class.

In this study the case of ground improvement by CGS as injection method were analyzed in order to find out effect of behavior of sandy soil and the application of this method as ground improvement. The study were analyzed N value after CGS work of sandy soil by many sites test. Considering that increase of N value, CGS can be considered as an effective method to increase the bear capacity as well as constrain the settlement of soft ground From the results of this study, N value after CGS work of sandy soil were closed to N value of ground and relative density(Dr), improvement ratio(As) of grouting and the study will be done continuously for finding out relation of them
