The Preparation Characteristic of Polyphenylenediamine -V$_2$O$_5$ Composite film (Polyphenylenediamine-V$_2$O$_5$ 복합 필름의 제막특성)

  • A composite films were prepared by using Polyphenylenediamine(PPD) synthesized in our lab. and crystalline V$_2$O$_{5}$ in various mixture ratio for using positive active material of polymer film battery. The thermal stability of prepared composite film was carried out by using TGA. Electrical conductivity of composite film were also measured by using four-probe method in dry box. The thermal stability of prepared composite film is more than 35$0^{\circ}C$. The electrical conductivity of composite film increased and showed the highest value(about 23 S/cm) when doped at 0.4% LiCiO$_4$solution.n.

  • The positive active material for polymer film battery was prepared by using Polyphenylenediamine(PPD) synthesized in our lab. and 2.5-dimercapto-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole(DMcT) in various mixture ratio. The transference measurement of surface morphology and thermal stability of prepared composite film was carried out by using SEM and TGA, respectively. Electrocyhemical property and electrical conductivity of composite film were also measured by using cyclic voltammetry and four-probe method in dry box, respectively. The thermal stability of prepared composite film is more than 20$0^{\circ}C$. The electrical conductivity of composite film increased and showed the highest value(about 3 S/cm)when doped at 0.4% LiClO$_4$solution. And we could confirm that DMcT effect on reactiviation of PPD through cyclic voltammogram.

  • 바나듐 산화 환원 유동 배터리는 긴 수명주기와 높은 에너지효율로 리튬 이온 배터리를 대체할 차세대 배터리로 주목받고 있다. 에너지가 저장되는 전해질을 순환시키면서 충전 과방전이 이루어진다는 이차전지 인 만큼 유지 보수 비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있고 사용자의 요구조건에 따라 출력과 에너지 용량을 매우 쉽게 조절할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 하지만, 바나듐 산화 환원 유동 배터리를 다양한 어플리케이션에 적용하기 위하여 바나듐 배터리 운용에서 여러 가지 요소들을 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 충전 및 방전을 지속했을 때의 용량 감소하는 바나듐 산화 환원 유동 배터리의 특성을 고려하여 가장 까다로운 문제 중 하나인 휴지 기간에서의 자가 방전에 대해 온도와 SOC에 따라 특성 분석을 실시하였다.

  • Utility interactive photovoltaic systems is one of the most premising applications of photovoltaic systems. These systems are employed in applications where utility service is already available. In this case, there is no need for battery storage because utility power may be used to supplement photovoltaic systems when the load exceeds available PV generation. The load receives electricity from both the photovoltaic array and the utility inter-tied. In this paper, Principle and operating characteristic of Utility Interconnected Photovoltaic System is presented. For the purpose of optimal utility Inter-tied photovoltaic system design and installation. It is that demonstrate throughout the installed 3 PV system respectively, 3kW utility interconnected residential system.

  • The Cold-Cathode Fluorescent Lamps (CCFL) are widely used to illuminate the liquid crystal displays(LCD) used in many battery powered instrument. This paper presents analysis of fly-back converter for universal-line applications($90\sim265Vac$) and half-bridge type resonant inverter for CCFL drive for stable characteristic and life improvement of fluorescent lamp operation frequency is higher than resonant frequency for safe operation. The validity of this study was confirmed from the simulation and experiential result.

  • Maximum power point tracking(MPPT) techniques are used in photovoltaic systems to maximize the PV array output power by tracking continuously the maximum power point which depends on panels temperature and on irradiance conditions. This paper proposes a variable step size MPPT algorithm which can improve the MPPT speed and accuracy. Depending on insolation and temperature, the MPPT controller gives optimized step size. The effectiveness of the proposed system is verified thorough PSIM simulation and experiments on a 50[W] prototype. The experimental results confirm that the PV power of the improved P&O method is higher than that of the traditional P&O method.

  • Since the dissimilar bonded interface usually consists of intermetallic compounds (IMCs) layer and cracks, their mechanical and electrical properties can be influenced by microstructure at interface between two different metals. In this study, the friction welded Cu-Al busbar, which is widely used to connect a secondary battery and their component, is selected to analyze the influence of interfacial characteristic on their tensile strength and electric conductivity. Then, the electrical characteristics of Cu busbar and Cu-Al busbar were investigated by thermal flow analysis and temperature rise test. In addition, the relationship between the maximum saturation temperature and the electrical conductivity were discussed in terms of interfacial characteristics of the friction welded Cu-Al busbar.
