Objectivs : This report describes the studies as follows through the research of 163prescribtions in low-chapter from Bangyakhappyun. Methods : Analysis the 163prescribtions of basic prescribtions, therapeutic area, symptoms and pathology. Result : Many prescriptions are contained in the diseases areas such as defecate diseases, women diseases, internal diseases, exogenous febrile diseases. And prescriptions in the low-chapter are used in the areas such as eye, aggregation, mouth and tongue, teeth, hand, back, neck, emergency. Eighty-five basic prescriptions are analyzed from the low-chapter and the ratio of nineteen prescriptions containing Ijintang, Pyeongwisan, Oryungsan, Samultang, Sunggitang, Jichultang are over 60%. The efficacy classifications containing basic prescriptions frequently used are researched in the following order: heat-clearing and fire-purging formulae, digestant formulae, phlegm-dispelling formulae, qi-regulating formulae and blood-activating formulae. And tonifying and replenishing formulae are rarely used. Most of the prescriptions in the low-chapter are used for the excess syndrome and few of them are used for the deficiency syndrome. And six excesses, food damage, phlegm are the major causes of excess syndrome. Conclusions : As s result of study on analysis all prescriptions in low-chapter from Bangyakhappyun. We can understand more about basic prescriptions, symptoms of prescriptions and pathology.

Static formulae based on limiting equilibrium theories often provide misleading predictions of pile bearing capacity in cohesionless soils due to the incorrect basic assumptions or oversimplification of actual soil conditions. Soil conditions prior to pile driving are significantly changed after pile installation and imposition of high stress levels. Therefore soi1 parameters at failure rather than those obtained at initial conditions should be used in application of static formulae. In this research. model pile test data were analyzed and compared with the predicted values obtained from the various static formulae. The results showed that the proper choice of soil parameters remarkably improve the reliability of static formulae.

The source of Gwibitang(歸脾湯) is the book of Jesaebang(濟生方), The formulae is excluded Angelicae gigantis radix(當歸) and Polygalae radis(遠志) in the Jesaebang(濟生方), Jn the Guch iryuyo(口齒類要), Jeongcheryuyo(正體類要) and Gyojubuinyangbang(校註婦人良方), has been bec ame White Pria cocos Wolf(白茯笭) instead of Hoelen cum Pini Radix(白茯神), and is followed constitution of Uihagypmun(醫學入門) in the Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑). Basic formulae of Gwibitang(歸脾湯) consist of Sanjointang(酸棗仁湯), Sagunjatang(四君子湯). Hwanggitang, Danggwibohyeoltang(當歸補血湯), a kind of Jeongjihwan(定志丸類), a kind of Chongmyeongtang(聰明湯類). To deficiency of the heart and spleen, apply Sanjointang(酸棗 仁場), a kind of Jeongjihwan(定志丸), Sagunjatang(四君子湯) and Hwanggitang. To insufficiency of the spleen-gi(脾氣), apply Sagunjatang(四君子湯), Hwanggitang and a kind of Jeonssiigongsan(定志小丸). To deficiency of blood, apply Danggwibohyeoltang(當歸補血湯). Gwibitang(歸脾湯) is used for a mnesia and severe palpitation as a result of deficiency of the heart and spleen and deficiency of both gi(氣) and blood(血).

This paper concentrated on the ultimate uniaxial compressive strength of stiffened panel with opening under lateral load and also studied the design-oriented formulae. For this purpose, three series of well executed experiments on longitudinal stiffened panel with rectangular opening subjected to the combined load have been selected as test models. The finite element analysis package, ABAQUS, is used for simulation with considering the large elasticplastic deflection behavior of stiffened panels. The feasibility of the numerical procedure is verified by a good agreement of experimental results and numerical results. More cases studies are executed employing nonlinear finite element method to analyze the influence of design variables on the ultimate strength of stiffened panel with opening under combined pressure. Based on data, two design formulae corresponding to different opening types are fitted, and accuracy of them is illustrated to demonstrate that they could be applied to basic design of practical engineering structure.

In the present paper we define a q-extension of the Leibniz rule for q-derivatives via Weyl type q-derivative operator. Expansions and summation formulae for the generalized basic hypergeometric functions of one and more variables are deduced as the applications of the main result.

Purpose: To provide basic informations for guidelines of Ginseng usage during lactation. Method: Based on a regulation of scope and preparation of herbal prescriptions by Ministry of health and welfare of Korea, we selected the formulae for postpartum care and disease in 7 Korean Medical Classics. And we searched the number of formulae including Ginseng, dosage and indications of Ginseng in formulae in those books. Results: The range of Ginseng dosage during lactation from medical classics is 1.5-18.75g/day for medical purposes. Indications of Ginseng are lethargy, excessive bleeding, asthma, fever, cold, pain, dizziness, mental disorder, spasm, digestive problem, constipation, diarrhea, urinary incontinence, edema, breast engorgement, lack of breastmilk, breast ulcer, etc. But Ginseng had not been used in the case of stroke, epistaxis, beginning of mastitis, tumor of lower abdomen. Conclusions: Ginseng should be recommended less than 1.5g/d as a nutritional supplement. If breastfeeding woman wants to take Ginseng as a medication or as a tonic, she should consult with a official specialist about proper prescription and dosage instead of risky random medication.

The performance of bolted side-plated (BSP) beams is affected by the degree of transverse partial interaction, which is a result of the interfacial slip caused by transverse shear transfer between the bolted steel plates and the reinforced concrete beams. However, explicit formulae for the transverse shear transfer profile have yet to be derived. In this paper, a simplified piecewise linear shear transfer model was proposed based on force superposition principle and simplification of shear transfer profiles derived from a previous numerical study. The magnitude of shear transfer was determined by force equilibrium and displacement compatibility condition. A set of design formulae for BSP beams under several basic load cases was also derived. Then the model was verified by test results. A worked example was also provided to illustrate the application of the proposed design formulae. This paper sheds some light on the shear force transfer mechanism of anchor bolts in BSP beams, and offers a practical method to evaluate the influence of transverse partial interaction in strengthening design.

Paradexamine jindoensis n. sp. belonging to family Dexaminidae was collected from Jindo Island, Korea. The new species is fully illustrated and compared with related congeners. The new species resembles highly P. houtete, in having the tooth formulae of dorsal pleonites, 1-3-3-3, rear to front and in bearing short spines on the mandible. However, it is characteristic in having the several morphological differences of mouth parts, slender appendages, and longer peduncular article 2 of antenna 1 than article 1.

In this paper, we first establish an interesting theorem involving the $\bar{H}$-function introduced by Inayat-Hussain ([7], [8]). The convergence and existence condition, basic properties of this function were given by Buschman and Srivastava ([2]). Next, we obtain certain new integrals and an expansion formula by the application of our theorem. On account of the most general nature of the functions involved herein, our main findings are capable of yielding a large number of new, interesting and useful integrals, expansion formulae involving simple special functions and polynomials as their special cases. A known special case of our main theorem in also given ([11]).

개인용 컴퓨터의 보급이 급격히 늘어남에 따라 자료의 통계분석에 개인용 컴퓨터가 많이 이용되고 있다. 컴퓨터의 하드웨어가 하루가 다르게 발전하고 있음으로 웬만큼 많은 양의 자료를 분석하는 데에는 컴퓨터의 기억용량이나 처리속도등이 문제되지는 않는다. 자료가 축차적(sequentially)으로 주어질 때 어떤 통계량을 계산하기 위하여 매번 전체 자료를 다시 읽어야 한다면 이는 번거로운 작업이 될 것이며 기억용량의 낭비임에 틀림없다. 이러한 문제점을 S/W 적인 입장에서 해결하고자 하는 노력이 바로 갱신 알고리즘(Updating Algorithm)이다. 이 연구에서는 몇가지 통계량에 대한 갱신 알고리즘들을 알아보고 그들의 특성을 밝힘으로써 소형 및 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용하여서도 많은 양의 자료분석이 가능하도록 하고자 한다.
