This article describes a development CDMA LBS in order to apply to "Control System of Underground Infrastructure Fire Accident" which one of U-City Projects of Seoul City. Our goal guides taking shelter of the sufferer it will not be able to use a GPS when the fire occurs from subway station. There are Location measurement methods which measures the AOA(Angle of Arrival) of the signal which it sends with the MS(Mobile station) from the BS(Base station), an electronic delivery time (TOA:Time of Arrival) and the relative difference of electronic arrival time from Base stations (TDOA:Time Difference of Arrival). This time the error due to a multiplex course error and near-far problem and NLOS(Non Line of Sight). We are planning to construct the Test Bed which is an error below 1 meter.

According to the development of the ubiquitous computing technic today, the sensor base system is becoming a big issue in IT fields. This study is to develop a smart weather watching system which allows us to carry out temperature measuring without regard to location and altitude using the sensor devices. this system is composed of the wireless receiver module(PC base) and the wireless measuring module(ATmega2560 base).

On the base of IT growth, competition between countries for preoccupation of digital content market is keen. And it is prospected that the development of digital content industry will be more rapid with the base of telecommunication infra-structure(for example internet, digital broadcasting) which is the main channel for distribution of digital content. The bill of "Act for Development of Online Digital Content Industry", has passed the national assembly jan, 2002, and "Draft Blueprint for Developing Online Digital Content Industry(2003$\sim$2005)" was made on the base on that law feb, 2003. And we can find measures for protect the digital content manufacture in the laws such as "Literary Property Law", "Trademarks Law" and "law for prevention of unfair competition". On this study we suggested three measures to make digital content industry more profitable by the method of research of related law and industry survey.

In this research, the characteristics of the strength development and chloride attack resistance on the concrete using high early strength cement by steam curing temperature condition were studied. As a result, It is observed that the early strength(16hr) is increasing and the strength of 28 days is decreasing, according as the rising of the steam curing temperature without the kinds of base cement(OPC and high early strength cement). On the other hand, it is observed that the more the contents of the unit binder(base cement + GGBF) is abundant, the more the steam curing temperature can be reduced in case of the high early strength. Also, the chloride attack resistance is improved according as the amount of GGBF is increased with the kinds of base cement(OPC and high early strength cement).

In recent industry, according to pursuit the miniaturization and high-precision of machine part with development of new technology as IT and BT, the development of mold manufacturing technology for mass production is accompanied. This study proposes the design of micro mold-base, predicts the error of product through estimating transformation of injection process using FEM. Therefore the mold-base which is suitable for micro injection proposed in this study. Finally, the error of feature is analyzed by measuring the manufactured micro mold-base.

Is the actual condition which develops the development process where but, the education application currently is not standardized in base. Approaches with an educational domain from the present paper consequently, and defines MDA(Model Driven Architecture) coats e-Learning System. Also uses a studying contents standard metadata and about the contents storage space analyzes and plans the core property which uses MDA automatic tools leads and under developing boil e-Learning System will be able to provide the contents which does in actual professor own necessity.

RIMS（Rolling Stock Information Maintenance System)　was installed in structure which it can analyze the data base in need of credibility maintenance. So it could accumulate real data without repulsion of working spot. Information system was installed not following to system but following to working spot. The development of RIMS project was started from March 29, 2001 and it has been operating from October 12, 2004 in Chang-dong Car depot for light maintenance in charge subway line4. So substantial data base was accumulated for three years. This study calculated all RAMS data by analyzing data base accumulated in RIMS and used in dada base about credibility maintenance and found investigation of propriety, expectation of the life cycle cost, the improvement plan on credibility of sorts of cars and formation about the cycle of repairing and maintenance. This got MKBSF MKBF and MTBF about devices and sorts of line4 Rolling Stocks for it.

Cement stabilisation is a common method for stabilising recycled road base material and provides a longer pavement life. With cement effect, the increment of stiffness in the stabilised layer would provide better load transfer to the pavement foundation. The recycling method provides an environmentally option as the existing road base materials will not be removed. This paper presents a case study of a trial section along the North-South Expressway in West Malaysia, where the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) was implemented to evaluate the compressive strength and in-situ stiffness of the cement stabilised road base material. The improvement in stiffness of the cement stabilised base layer was monitored, and samples were tested during the trial. FWD was found to be useful for the structural assessment of the cement-stabilised base layer prior to placement of asphalt layers. Results from the FWD were applied to verify the assumed design parameters for the pavement. Using the FWD, an empirical correlation between the deflection and the stiffness modulus of the pavement foundation is proposed.
