조선시대 민화 <연화도> 콘텐츠를 활용한 문화상품 개발 (Development of Cultural Products Based on Minhwa of the Joseon Dynasty - Focusing on Lotus Flower Painting -)

  • This study aims to collect Minhwa, or folk painting, particularly the Lotus Flower Painting, to analyze its formative characteristics and related story, and to develop cultural fashion products by utilizing Korean traditional culture and modern flavor based on the results. Lotus flowers grow from mud, but are unstained, and they bloom beautiful flowers. Thus, they symbolize Gunja, a true gentleman who is very learned and proper in behavior. In Buddhism, lotus flowers are divine flowers that have the meaning of the creation of life and the eternal cycle of birth, death and rebirth. Lotus flowers also represent the love between man and woman as well as conjugal harmony and love. Lotus flower painting includes the paintings of the lotus flower alone as well as the paintings of the lotus flower with ducks, white heron, kingfisher, fish, butterfly, crab, or tortoise. Colors that are mostly used in lotus flower paintings is the compatible combination of red and blue (green). Based on these findings, fashion products such as bag accessories, sitting cushions, and kitchen utensils are developed using various designs such as realistically drawn lotus flower, schematized lotus flower, the lotus flower alone, or the lotus flower with kingfisher, crab, or dragonfly, that emphasizing the compatible color combination of red and blue.

생육온도에 따른 잣버섯의 생육특성 구명 (Effect of growth temperature on development of fruit body in Neolentinus lepideus)

  • 잣버섯 생육환경조건 중 생육온도를 설정하기 위하여 실험한 결과 생육온도 $20^{\circ}C$에서 상품수량이 가장 우수한 결과를 나타 내었으며 다음과 같다. 생육온도에 따른 갓의 명도값은 차이가 나지 않았으나 적색도 및 황색도는 온도가 높을수록 높아지는 경향이었고, 대의 경도 및 깨짐성은 17 및 $20^{\circ}C$에서 높았다. 잣버섯의 생육온도에 따른 자실체의 생육특성은 온도가 높을수록 발이유도기 및 자실체의 발생기간이 빨랐으나 수량은 모두 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 상품수량의 경우 20에서 가장 높았다. 갓크기는 생육온도 $20{\sim}23^{\circ}C$에서 $17^{\circ}C$ 보다 컸고, 대굵기는 $17^{\circ}C$에서 가장 굵었다.

Involvement of Organic Acid During Corrosion of Iron Coupon by Desulfovibrio desulfuricans

  • Microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) is an electrochemical process where the participation of microorganisms initiates, facilitates, or accelerates the corrosion reaction. Sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) reduce sulfate to sulfide and are known to be the most destructive microorganisms in anaerobic MIC. Accordingly, the current study attempted to elucidate the mechanisms involved and the relative importance of the corrosive products in SRB-induced corrosion. The measured rate of anaerobic corrosion of iron coupons by Desulfovibrio desulfuricans was $89.9{\;}\mu\textrm{g}{\;}\textrm{m}^{-2}{\;}d^{-1}$. Direct contact between the cells and the iron coupon did not seem to be necessary for corrosion to occur, since the corrosion rate was similar ($100.8{\;}\mu\textrm{g}{\;}\textrm{m}^{-2}{\;}d^{-1}$) when the coupon was enclosed in a dialysis bag. The participation of sulfide in the corrosion process was only marginal, as the specific corrosion rate was 2.5 times higher in a sulfate-free pyruvate medium than in an $H_2S-producing$ lactate medium. Acetate (18.8-22.1 mM), the end-product of pyruvate and lactate metabolism, was identified in the culture medium and thus presumed to play a major role in the corrosion process involving Desulfovibrio desulfuricans.

음식 배달 및 1인 가구가 생활 폐기물 발생량에 미치는 영향: 코로나-19 시기를 중심으로 (The Effects of Food Delivery and Single-Person Household on Municipal Solid Waste Generation: Focus on the COVID-19 Period)

  • Purpose - This study empirically analyzes the effects of food delivery service use frequency and the proportion of single-person households on the generation of MSW (Municipal Solid Waste). Additionally, the study analyzes MSW increase during the COVID-19 period. Design/methodology/approach - The study uses annual information on MSW and related characteristics of 228 Si, Gun, and Gu, which are administrative districts of Korea, from 2015 to 2020. Panel fixed effect model is employed for estimations. Findings - The study finds that food delivery and single-person household have significant effects only on recyclable and standard garbage bag MSW, respectively, not on all produce types of MSW. Additionally, it is estimated that, during the COVID-19 period, the increasing effect of food delivery is intensified while single-person households diminish its increasing effect. Lastly, the study confirms that the marginal effect on the increasing effect of MSW generation by the number of household members. Research implications or Originality - The estimated results are expected to provide useful information for the related policies. In particular, it is necessary to focus more on recyclable MSW concerning the developing delivery culture, and regarding changes in the family structure, focus more on the number of household members than single-person households.

식품업체의 건강편의식 개발 경향 및 유용성 조사 (Trends and Feasibility of Health-Oriented Convenience Food of Korean Food Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the development trends and feasibility of health-oriented convenience foods in Korea for promoting health. Special objectives were to investigate characteristics of health-oriented convenience foods; to determine the factor affecting the sale of health-oriented convenience foods; to examine marketing strategies of the foodservice industry; and to provide feedback for the development plan. Questionnaires were developed in this study and mailed to 10 food companies in Korea and then telephone interviews were carried out. Also, marketing strategies of each industry are analyzed by the visit interview with food processing and marketing chargers. The survey was conducted between September 30 and October 30, 1997. The results of this study were summarized as following : The most popular health-oriented convenience foods were completely precooked type, pouch/PE bag packaging type, diet purpose, 100-300 gram size, and convenience store sales with regard to selling and developing health-oriented convenience foods. About factors affecting selling health-oriented convenience foods, the best contributors among factors were seasonality, convenience, and negative image for instant foods. For health-oriented convenience foods, the most important factor was the improvement of taste and quality. Adults should be the most promising customers for health-oriented convenience foods. Food companies must promote variety, taste, nutrition, convenience, price, and advertising of health-oriented convenience foods for the powerful marketing strategies in the future.

의미 네트워크 분석을 활용한 세탁전문점에 대한 소비자 인식 연구 (Consumers' perceptions of professional laundry shops using semantic network analysis)

  • Laundry services are becoming more specialized and diversified. Therefore, this study investigated consumers' perceptions of professional laundry shops by analyzing social media data. For this purpose, text data from blogs, cafés, and Q&A sections ('Ji-Sik-In') on the portal site, naver.com, was collected. Sixty-four keywords were extracted from 2,213 social texts and transformed into a one-mode matrix using KrKwic, a program for the analysis of Korean text. Semantic network analysis was conducted to understand the network structure and the results were visualized using NodeXL. Keywords included fashion items and materials that require specialized professional laundry services, words related to the establishment of laundry shops, and laundry shop brands. Essential keywords of professional laundry shops included 'luxury,' 'footwear,' 'removal,' 'bag,' 'leather,' 'sneakers,' 'padding,' 'premium,' 'dyeing,' and 'franchise.' These results could be used to deduce that consumers perceive a professional laundry shop as a franchise shop offering specialized professional laundry services. A cluster analysis was conducted to identify the types of consumer perceptions of professional laundry shops. The network was divided into three groups: 'specialized professional laundry service,' 'laundry and repair of winter coats and jackets,' and 'the establishment of a professional laundry shop.' According to the results, consumers perceive professional laundry shops as franchises that offer specialized professional laundry services rather than general laundry services. Therefore, professional laundry shops need a strategy to develop special laundry services that differentiate them from other companies and communicate with consumers about these services.

다기능 반려동물 이동장 디자인 개발- 소형 반려견을 중심으로 - (Development of a multi-functional companion animal cage design - Focusing on small companion dogs -)

  • This study aims to develop a multi-functional cage for dogs as a house to reduce their anxiety when they go out using cages. This study investigates the types and characteristics of cages and cage preference by surveying men and women in their 20s who use them. The cage product reviews are also analyzed. The research results are as follows: First, domestic dog cages are classified into crate, shoulder, cross (sling bag), backpack, carrier, and stroller types. The crate type is easy to clean and can be used as a house, but it is bulky and therefore inconvenient to carry when using public transportation. The shoulder type is a fabric material with good air permeability but has the disadvantage of being easily soiled. It can be used as a house and is light weight, making it convenient when using public transportation. Second, as a result of consumer research, respondents prefer the shoulder-type fabric over the crate-type plastic material. Third, from the shoulder-type product review, the shape stability, companion dogs' psychological safety, the wearability of companions, and management convenience are derived. Fourth, based on the survey results, a multi-functional cage is developed taking into account the companion dog, companion person, and functional factors.

사료 접종 방법에 의한 in vitro 반추위 발효 상성 변화 (Rumen Fermentation was Changed by Feed Inoculation Method in In Vitro)

  • 생물학적 평가 방법 중 in situ와 in vitro 평가 방법은 비용 및 시간을 절약할 수 있으며 동물 복지 측면에서 제약이 적어 주목되고 있는 방법이다. In vitro 실험에서 사용되는 사료 접종법으로 배양병에 직접 사료를 담는 dispersion 방법은 실제 반추위 발효 상황에 근접한 조건에서 실험할 수 있는 장점이 있지만, 시간과 노동력이 많이 소모된다. 반대로 사료 주머니를 이용한 방법은 실험 수행의 편이성이 있지만 첨가제 실험 수행의 제약이 있으며, 미생물 활성과 섬유소 소화율이 저하되는 단점이 있다. 본 실험은 dispersion 방법과 사료 주머니 방법을 조합하여 보다 편리한 방법으로 dispersion 에 가까운 높은 재현성의 발효 성상과 소화율 평가 가능할 것이라고 생각하여 in vitro 발효 성상과 미생물 조성을 비교하였다. Dispersion 방법과 nylon bag 을 조합한 실험에서 건물 소화율은 세척 과정에서 미생물 및 사료 입자의 유실로 과대평가될 수 있지만 이론적 최대 가스 발생량 Vmax, 가스 발생량에 대한 분해 속도 상수 Kg 에서 유의적 차이가 나타나지 않으며, IVNDFD, pH, NH3-N, total VFA 발생량 그리고 VFA 조성에서도 유의적 차이가 나지 않았다. Real-time PCR 을 이용한 미생물 조성 분석에서는 general bacteria의 절대량에서 유의적 차이가 나지 않았다. 상기의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, in vitro 실험에서 사료 주머니의 사용은 충분히 적용가능하며 일반적인 방법인 dispersion과 비교해 볼 때, 영양소 이용에 있어 반추미생물의 사료 접촉을 방해하지 않을 것으로 생각된다. 하지만 in vitro bach culture 방법은 배양조건에서 제약이 있어, 향후 연속 배양 방법과 in situ의 실험을 통해 본 실험의 실험결과에 대한 추가적인 규명이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

양송이버섯 수집균주의 다양한 형질특성평가 (Evaluation of Traits of Button Mushroom Agaricus bisporus)

  • 양송이버섯(Agaricus bisporus)은 세계에서 가장 많이 소비되는 버섯이며, 서구화된 식습관의 확대로 인해 국내의 소비량도 최근 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 양송이버섯 품종은 2000년 이전에는 해외품종을 도입하여 사용하였으며, 최근 교잡에 의한 국산 품종의 개발이 시작되었다. 하지만 여전히 다른 버섯품목에 비해 품종의 수가 적은 실정이다. 배양온도별 균사생장속도는 25>20>15>30>$10^{\circ}C$ 순으로 균사생장이 우수한 것으로 확인되었으며, 최근 육성된 국내육성종들은 과거부터 수집된 종에 비해 균사생장이 우수한 그룹에 속하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 ASI1338계통은 균사생장이 우수한 범위가 넓은 계통임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 세균성갈색무늬병 저항성 검증결과 ASI1007, ASI1085, ASI1310, ASI1339 저항성이 강한 계통이었으며, ASI1053, ASI1103, ASI1140, ASI1146, ASI1177, ASI1183, ASI1195, ASI1321, ASI1331, ASI1336 저항성이 상대적으로 약한 계통임을 확인할 수 있었다. 양송이버섯 수집자원의 평균 초발이 일수는 16.5일, 평균수확일수는 5.7일, 평균 수확량은 142.7 g/2 kg bag이었다. 각 특성들의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 균사생장속도는 10, 15, 20, $25^{\circ}C$는 서로 높은 상관성을 보이며 균사가 생장하였으나, $30^{\circ}C$에서는 다른 온도의 생장결과와 상관성이 낮아졌다. 수확량은 초발이일수, 수확일수와 상관관계가 높았다.

장소 정보를 학습한 딥하이퍼넷 기반 TV드라마 소셜 네트워크 분석 (Social Network Analysis of TV Drama via Location Knowledge-learned Deep Hypernetworks)

  • Social-aware video는 자유로운 스토리 전개를 통해 인물들간의 관계뿐만 아니라 경제, 정치, 문화 등 다양한 지식을 사람에게 전달해주고 있다. 특히 장소에 따른 사람들간의 대화 습성과 행동 패턴은 사회관계를 분석하는데 있어서 아주 중요한 정보이다. 하지만 멀티모달과 동적인 특성으로 인해 컴퓨터가 비디오로부터 자동으로 지식을 습득하기에는 아직 많은 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 기존의 연구에서는 딥하이퍼넷 모델을 사용하여 드라마 등장인물의 시각과 언어 정보를 기반으로 계층적 구조를 사용해 소셜 네트워크를 분석하였다. 하지만 장소 정보를 사용하지 않아 전반적인 스토리로부터 소셜 네트워크를 분석할 수밖에 없었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 연구를 바탕으로 장소 정보를 추가하여 각 장소에서의 인물 특성을 분석해 보았다. 본 논문에서는 총 4400분 분량의 TV드라마 "Friends"를 사용했고 C-RNN모델을 통해 등장인물을 인식하였으며 Bag of Features로 장소를 분류하였다. 그리고 딥하이퍼넷 모델을 통해 자동으로 소셜 네트워크를 생성하였고 각 장소에서의 인물 관계 변화를 분석하였다.
