배전자동화 시스템의 FI 오류에 대한 개선 알고리즘 적용 (Application of Algorithm for Improving FI Error in DAS)

  • This paper proposes a method to improve and analysis error cause of FI(Fault Indicator) information to be used for detecting fault section in distribution automation system. FI error cause is made by consideration fault current magnitude and time. So, a new method to prevent FI error is proposed to include fault current magnitude, time and direction. Therefore, it's considered network environments that grounded and ungrounded network in distribution automation system. The proposed method is proved by Matlap Simulink. By the result in this research, it's possible to quickly restoration, supplying stability and reliability power to customer.

Calculation on the Ion Flow Field under HVDC Transmission Lines Considering Wind Effects

  • Based on Deutsch assumption, a calculation method on the electric field over the ground surface under HVDC transmission lines in the wind is proposed. Analyzing the wind effects on the electric field and the space charge density the existing method based on Deutsch assumption is improved through adding the wind speed to the ion flow field equations. The programming details are illustrated. The calculation results at zero wind speed are compared with available data to validate the code program. Then the ionized fields which resulted from corona of ±800kV HVDC lines are analyzed. Both the electric field and the current density on the ground level are computed under different wind direction and speed. The computation results are in good agreement with measurements. The presented method and code program can be used to rapidly predict and evaluate the wind effects in HVDC transmission engineering.

  • Fault-tolerant capability, wide speed range and overload capability are required in electric motors used in electric vehicles. In this paper, based on the analysis of the all poles wound and alternate poles wound flux-switching permanent-magnet machines, an optimization method is studied to reduce torque ripple. The method takes account of both flux-leakage and cogging torque. The simulation result shows that the method can reduce the torque ripple effectively. This study lays the foundation for the further application of FSPM in electric vehicles.

  • This paper presents a control strategy for distributed systems, which can be used in islanded microgrids. The control strategy is based on the droop method, which uses locally measured feedback to achieve load current sharing. Instead of the traditional droop method, an improved one is implemented. A virtual inductor in the synchronous frame for three-phase inverters is proposed to deal with the coupling of the frequency and the amplitude related to the active and reactive power. Compared with the traditional virtual inductor, the proposed virtual inductor is not affected by high frequency noises because it avoids differential calculations. A model is given for the distributed generation system, which is beneficial for the design of the droop coefficients and the value of the virtual inductor. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation and experiment results.

  • This paper proposed a real-time, low-cost, fast transistor open-circuit fault diagnosis method for voltage-source inverter fed induction motors. A transistor open-circuit changes the symmetry of the inverter topology, leading to different similarities among three phase load currents. In this paper, dynamic time warping is proposed to describe the similarities among load currents. The proposed diagnosis is independent of the system model and needs no extra sensors or electrical circuits. Both simulation and experimental results show the high efficiency of the proposed fault diagnosis method.

  • Robot Process Automation (RPA) is a computer technology called Robotic Process Automation, a form of business process automation based on the concept of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI) walkers. In general, in traditional workflow automation tools, software developers design software that creates a set of actions to automate tasks and interfaces for the back-end systems using internal APIs or dedicated script languages. However, in RPA software, automation can be implemented by configuring an operating processor as if the general user is directly performing the task of the application. In other words, it can be said that it is a suitable development method for automating simply repetitive tasks rather than developing specific programs in which all necessary functions are implemented, as in general software development. Thus, this is more appropriate for configuring and automating RPA software in traditional manufacturing companies that are not easy to develop and apply smart factories or high-end AI software. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the requirements required at the actual manufacturing companies, focusing on the manufacturer's case in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, called SinceWin Co., Ltd., and to examine the possibility of RPA software in the manufacturing companies by implementing actual RPA software that supports office automation. Through the research, it was confirmed that the actually implemented RPA software met the requirements of the company and helped manufacturer practice significantly by automating the parts that were worked error-prone and manually periodically.

  • 코로나19 펜데믹이 장기화되면서 비대면 업무가 늘어나고 단순반복적인 질문 및 업무에 대한 자동화 수요가 증가하였으며 성과도 보고 있다. 따라서 기업은 더 나아가 E2E 업무에 복잡한 여러 업무 프로세스를 연계하고 위해 AI 등 다양한 기술을 적용하여 모든 작업을 자동화하려고 시도하고 자동화 업무영역을 확장하고 있다. 하지만 Intelligent Process Automation(IPA)부분으로의 확장은 아직 적용사례 및 관련 솔루션을 찾아보기 어려울 정도로 시작 단계에 머물고 있어 복잡하고 다양한 업무 프로세스들로 구성되어 있는 전사업무의 자동화를 고려하고 있는 기업에서는 도입에 대한 의사결정을 내리기에는 부족한 면이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 RPA, Chatbot, AI 기술을 적용한 Hyperautomation Platform(HAP) 구성을 제안하였고, HAP를 사용하여 지능형 프로세스 자동화를 가져올 수 있는 적용방안과 현업 업무에 적용 가능한 구현사례를 제시하여 객관적이고 종합적으로 도입을 검토할 수 있도록 하였으며, Hyperautomation 개념의 실현 가능성을 확인하여 HAP를 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 의미와 가치가 있다.

  • In this paper, a novel method of reaching law variable structure control based on fuzzy rules is present, which is that the reaching law parameters is on-line adjusted by fuzzy rules. This method is used in a digital ac position servo system, the experiment results show that the system designed by this method has both satisfactory quality and very smaller chattering.

  • An efficient dynamic control algorithm that outperforms existing local torque optimization techniques for redundant manipulators is presented. The method resolves redundancy at the acceleration level. In this method, a systematic switching technique as a trade-off means between local torque optimization and global stability is proposed based on the stability condition proposed by Maciejewski [1]. Comparative simulations on a three-link planar arm show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • In order to simplify the offline identification of induction motor parameters, a method based on optimization using a Tabu Search algorithm is proposed. The Tabu Search algorithm is used to minimize the error between the actual data and an estimated model. The robustness of the method is shown by identifying parameters of the induction motor in three different cases. The simulation results show that the method successfully estimates the motor parameters.
