  • In this study, High temperature properties of carbon fiber reinforced composites is performed using strand specimens and resin specimens. As for the tensile test at the different temperature, the tensile modulus of resin specimens decreases slightly until the temperature reaches the glass transition temperature. but the tensile modulus of strand specimens maintains tensile modulus at the room temperature. The tensile strength of resin and strand specimens decreases rapidly until the temperature reaches the glass transition temperature.

  • 차량전장용 운영체제는 안전중요(safety-critical) 소프트웨어로써 엄밀한 검증과 테스트를 필요로 한다. 엄밀한 검증은 시스템의 모든 사용 가능한 시나리오의 도출을 필요로 하며, 이것을 수작업으로 생성하는 데에는 비용과 효율성에 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 차량전장용 운영체제의 국제표준인 OSEK/VDX 에 명시된 제약사항을 고려한 테스트 시나리오 자동 생성기와 이를 보조하는 OSEK/VDX 시뮬레이터를 개발하여 테스트 효율의 향상과 자동화를 도모하였다. 개발된 도구는 OSEK/VDX 기반 개방형 운영체제인 Trampoline 에 적용하여 효과를 입증하였다.

  • Combined Cycle Unit(CC) generates the primary power from the Gas Turbine(GT) and supplies the remaining heat of the GT to the Steam Turbine(ST) to generate the secondary power from the ST. It plays a major role in terms of energy efficiency and Load Frequency Control(LFC). Incremental Heat Rate(IHR) curves of economic dispatch(ED) of CC is applied differently by GT/ST combination. But It is practically difficult because of performance test by all combinations. This paper suggests a reasonable method for estimating IHR curves for partial combinations(1:1~(N-1):1) using IHR curves when operating with GT alone(1:0) and with all(N:1) combinations of CC.

  • In automatic map generalization, the formalization of cartographic principles is important. This study proposes and evaluates the selection method for road network generalization that analyzes existing maps using reverse engineering and formalizes the selection rules for the road network. Existing maps with a 1:5,000 scale and a 1:25,000 scale are compared, and the criteria for selection of the road network data and the relative importance of each network object are determined and analyzed using $T{\ddot{o}}pfer^{\prime}s$ Radical Law as well as the logistic regression model. The selection model derived from the analysis result is applied to the test data, and road network data for the 1:25,000 scale map are generated from the digital topographic map on a 1:5,000 scale. The selected road network is compared with the existing road network data on the 1:25,000 scale for a qualitative and quantitative evaluation. The result indicates that more than 80% of road objects are matched to existing data.

  • 최근 많은 웹 어플리케이션은 오픈소스 프레임워크를 이용하여 개발되면서 개발환경과 개발방법이 표준화 되어 개발 생산성이 향상되었다. 그러나 여전히 운영 및 유지보수 측면에서의 비용은 줄어들고 있지 않다. 하지만 테스트를 자동화 하면 시스템을 수정할 때 좀더 안전하게 수정하고 또한 수정하는 부분이 시스템 전체에 미치는 영향을 최소화 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 오픈소스 프레임워크인 Struts2를 이용하여 웹 어플리케이션의 테스트 자동화 방법을 제안한다.

  • In the PCB assembly lines, as components become more complex and smaller, the conventional inspection method using traditional ICT and function test show their limitations in application. The automatic optical inspection(AOI) gradually becomes the alternative in the PCB assembly line. In Particular, the PCB inspection machines need more reliable and flexible object recognition algorithms for high inspection accuracy. Segmentation of Scalp and Skull in brain MR Images Using CannyEdge Level Set Method

  • In this paper, we present a novel automatic algorithm for scalp and skull segmentation in T1-weighted head MR images. First, the scalp and skull part are constructed by using intensity threshold. Second, the scalp outer surface is extracted based on an active level set method. Third, the skull inner surface is extracted using a canny edge detection algorithm. Finally, the fast sweeping, tagging and level set methods are applied to reconstruct surfaces from the detected points in three-dimensional space. The results of the new segmentation algorithm on MRI data acquired from eight persons were compared with manual segmented data. The average similarity indices for the scalp and skull segmented regions were equal to 84.42% for the test data.

  • With the advent of cell phone digital cameras, and sophisticated photo editing software, digital images can be easily manipulated and altered. Although good forgeries may leave no visual clues of having been tampered with, they may, nevertheless, alter the underlying statistics of an image. Most digital camera equipped in cell phones employ a single image sensor in conjunction with a color filter array (CFA), and then interpolates the missing color samples to obtain a three channel color image. This interpolation introduces specific correlations which are likely to be destroyed when tampering with an image. We quantify the specific correlations introduced by CFA interpolation, and describe how these correlations, or lack thereof, can be automatically detected in any portion of an image. We show the efficacy of this approach in revealing traces of digital tampering in lossless and lossy compressed color images interpolated with several different CFA algorithms in test cell phones.

Analysis of the Fume Generation Rates in the Flux Cored Arc welding

  • The characteristics of the fume generation in a flux cored arc welding were investigated using the fume collection chamber developed. The Korean Standard concerning the method for the evaluation of the fume generation rate(FGR) was updated by the evaluation method obtained through this study. It was found that the effect of humidity in the test environment should be considered and the automatic welding method had to be employed for the purpose of the exact evaluation of the fume generation rate. The results showed that the fume generation rate was influenced by the welding parameters. The important factors were the welding current arc voltage, travel speed, and contact tip to work distance(CTWD) that affected the heat input as well as the torch angle and the shielding gas flow rate that influenced the shielding effect. The fume generation rate increased as the heat input increased and the shielding effect decreased. It was also observed that the effect of the welding current is much grater than the other welding parameters.

  • 현재 한글 언어학 영역에서는 많은 언어 분석 연구가 수행되었다. 또한 소프트웨어공학의 요구공학 영역에서는 명료한 요구사항 정의와 분석이 필요하고, 비정형화된 요구사항 명세서로부터 테스트 케이스 추출이 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 즉, 자연어 기반의 요구사항 명세서로부터 원인-결과 그래프(Cause-Effect Graph)를 통한 의사 결정 테이블(Decision Table) 기반 테스트케이스(Test Case)를 자동 생성하는 방법이 거의 없다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 '한글 언어 의미 분석 기법'을 '요구공학 영역'에 적용하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 비정형화된 요구사항으로부터 테스트케이스 생성하는 과정의 중간 단계인 요구사항에서 문장 의미 모델(Sentence Semantic Model)을 자동 생성하는 방법을 제안 한다. 이는 요구사항으로부터 생성된 원인-결과 그래프의 정확성을 검증할 수 있다.
