부산시장래교통량의 추계수법에 관한 실증적 연구 (Actual Research on the Estimation Technique of the Future Trip in Pusan City.)

  • The objective of this study is to construct not only trip production and attraction in Pusan but also to study and examine appropriateness of the model positively. Depending on the estimation models of trip production and attraction of each zone that have been constructed in this study, it has been proved that the formula of multiple regression by the explanation variables like the indices of total employees, total students, floor spaces of residentials and floor spaces of educational and cultural areas within the study areas have very high explanatory capacity and appropriateness. It si considered that a study of method on new division, integration or omission etc. of the existing zones preceeding for reduction of calculation quantity and a study of estimation error have to be done for future study, if these models are used actually.

  • This paper presents a simple and reliable one-touch type multi-immunosensing lab-on-a-chip (LOC) detecting antibodies as multi-disease markers using electrochemical method suitable for a portable point-of-care system (POCS). The multi-stacked LOC consists of a PDMS space layer for liquids loading, a PDMS valve layer with 50 im in height for the membrane, a PDMS channel layer for the fluid paths, and a glass layer for multi electrodes. For the disposable immunoassay which needs sequential flow control of sample and buffer liquids according to the designed strategies, reliable and easy-controlled on-chip operation mechanisms without any electric power are necessary. The driving forces of sequential liquids transfer are the capillary attraction force and the pneumatic pressure generated by air bladder push. These passive fluid transport mechanisms are suitable for single-use LOC module. Prior to the application of detection of the antibody as a disease marker, the model experiments were performed with anti-DNP antibody and anti-biotin antibody as target analytes. The flow test results demonstrate that we can control the fluid flow easily by using the capillary stop valve and the PDMS check valves. By the model tests, we confirmed that the proposed LOC is easily applicable to the bioanalytic immunosensors using bioelectrocatalysis.

인터넷 콘텐츠 서비스에 있어서 가격반응함수의 추정에 관한 연구 (Developing Price Response Functions for Internet Content Services)

  • 인터넷 비즈니스의 특징적인 장점 중의 하나는 콘텐츠를 실시간으로 서비스 할 수 있다는점이다. 현재 여러 가지 콘텐츠 서비스가 인터넷상에 등장하고 있지만 비즈니스 모델 측면에서는 아직 확정되지 않은 부분이 많고 특히 콘텐츠의 서비스와 관련해서는 실제적으로 콘텐츠 서비스를 통한 직접적인 수익보다는 광고를 통한 수익이 주가 되고 있어 콘텐츠만을 통한 수익의 창출은 쉽지 않은 것으로 알려져 있다. 상품 제조 원가에 근거해서 가격을 산출하거나 희소성에 의해서 가격이 결정되는 전통적인 제조업의 가격산정 패러다임을 인터넷 콘텐츠의 서비스에 적용하는 데는 문제점이 많아 현재로서는 인터넷 콘텐츠 서비스 가격의 산정 근거를 확보하는 데는 어려움이 많다. 따라서 콘텐츠 가격 산정에 관해서는 소비자의 선호도를 중심으로 분석하는 연구들이 진행되고 있으며 본 연구에서도 이러한 맥락에서 콘텐츠 가격산정의 근거로서 콘텐츠의 속성에 대한 소비자의 선호도를 분석하여 인터넷 콘텐츠의 가격반응함수들을 선호도에 맞추어서 도출하여 보았다. 일차적으로 인터넷 영화관을 대상으로 사용자들이 서비스를 선택할 때 가장 고려하는 속성들을 도출하였고 각개 속성들의 수준에 따른 프로파일들을 구성하고 사용자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 컨조인트 분석을 해서 가격함수를 추정하였다. 이어서 선형 곱셈 유인 구텐베르그 모델 중 가장 적합한 모델을 추정하고 독점 영역과의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 각 기업들이 서비스의 가격을 책정함에 있어서 가장 수익성 높고 적합한 전략을 설정할 수 있도록 방향을 제시하였다.

  • This paper presents a characteristics of linear induction motor considering airgap variation for railway transit in order to achieve high performance of the vehicle. The operating principle of a LIM(Linear induction motor) is identical to a rotary induction motor. Space-time variant magnetic fields are generated by the primary part across the airgap and induce the electro-motive force(EMF) in the secondary part, a conducting sheet. This EMF generates the eddy currents, which interact with the airgap flux and so produce the thrust force known as Loren's force. Even though the operating principal is exactly same as a rotary motor, the linear motor has a finite length of the primary or secondary parts and it causes static and dynamic end-effect which is the discontinuous airgap flux phenomenon. This end-effect causes the deterioration of the system performance, especially in high-speed operation. Another problem is that construction tolerance restricts the minimum airgap in order to prevent a collision between the primary part and the secondary reaction plate. More over, as the airgap length is getting smaller, the attraction force between the primary part and secondary parts is getting larger dramatically and the attraction force would be another friction against propulsion. Therefore, it is necessary to figure out the characteristics of linear induction motor considering airgap variation in order to achieve high performance of the vehicle. The dynamic model of LIM taking into account end-effects is derived. Then the modified mechanical load equation considering the effect of the attraction and thrust force according to the airgap variation is analyzed. The simulation results are presented to show the effect of the LIM according to the airgap variation.

  • The consumer is living in the frame which is called a city and is leading life through "the purchase act". As for there not being "the purchase act", our life doesn't stand up. It is possible to say that the retail trade it therefore occupies the mailbox which is important in the urban function. However, as for former research, the functional model about the retail trade in the city leaned to the gross income of the customer development degree of each retail store and the retail trade in the city and the overall show of the model of "the role of the retail trade in the city" wasn't done. Therefore, at this article, it focuses on the retail business status, the chain store which has a multitude ready in the retail trade, and it has a purpose of seizing out boiling and considering and making a new hypothesis about how the retail trade which is one of the urban functions contributes to the city.

  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD) is chronic, relapsing, immune mediated disorder. The exact cause of IBD is still unknown. The immune system is known to play important role in the dynamics of IBD. We focus on relation between T cells and cytokines in immune system that leads to IBD. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model describing IBD under considering immune mediated disorder by using ordinary differential equations. The existence and stability of the model are established, where an applicable basin of attraction are calculated and examined. Some numerical simulations are presented to verify the proposed results and as changing parameter values given by sensitivity analysis, we show how to change dynamic behaviors of the model.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지역마케팅이 국내외 기업유치에 미치는 영향 요인을 살펴보는데 있다. 선행연구 및 과거사례를 근거로 본 연구를 위한 가설을 설정하였고, 도시태도 및 투자결정에 영향을 미치는 변수를 경영환경, 생활환경, 시장성, 투자지원환경으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 시장성과 투자지원환경 도시태도와 투자결정에 정의(+)의 결과를 보였으며, 도시태도 역시 투자결정에 정의(+)결과를 보였다.

  • Numerical analysis of aerodynamic characteristics was differently performed according to the running situation of the Korean Tilting Train eXpress (TTX) that would be introduced for an improvement in efficiency of the used railroad track. Fluent6.0 was used for the analysis of Non-tilting case, Tilting case and Passing-by case with the model of TTX. As a result, the aerodynamic drag had little difference between Tilting and Non-tilting case. However, pressure contour under the train of Tilting case was not symmetry because the gap between a train and the ground was different at both sides. And this disparity of pressure worked on the side force. In Passing-by case attraction and counterattraction occurred alternately and affected to the opposite train. When two trains were side by side, the maximum attraction was generated especially. Through an analysis of pressure wave in tunnel a large variation of pressure was generated by the bluff nose of TTX. The results in this study would be good data for the aerodynamic characteristic on TTX and provide important information to judgment of running safety.

Synthesis of GBSB-based Neural Associative Memories Using Evolution Program

  • In this paper, we propose a reliable method for searching the optimally performing generalized brain-state-in-a-box (GBSB) neural associative memory using an evolution program (EP) given a set of prototype patterns to be stored as stable equilibrium points. First, we exploit some qualitative guidelines necessary to synthesize the GBSB model. Next, we parameterize the solution space utilizing the limited number of parameters to represent the solution space. Then, we recast the synthesis of GBSB neural associative memories as two constrained optimization problems, which are equivalent to finding a solution to the original synthesis problem. Finally, we employ an evolution program (EP), which enables us to find an optimal set of parameters related to the size of domains of attraction (DOA) for prototype patterns. The validity of this approach is illustrated by a design example and computer simulations.
