  • We selected horse mackerel Trachurus japonicus, mackerel Scomber japonicus and arrow squid Todarodes pacificus, to use in the experiment. These fishes migrate to the Cheju coast and were caught by set-net. We studied the leading effect on the fish schools using the attracting lamps in an outdoor water tank at the Marine Research Institute in Cheju National University. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The attracting rate of fish schools was increasing as the time between switching on and off each lamp was getting longer when each of the attracting lamps was switched on and off in order. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency to be higher than that of the other two species. 2. The attracting rate of fish schools was increasing as the time of switching off the lamps was getting longer when the attracting lamps which had been switched on were switched off in order. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency to be higher than that of the other two species. 3. The attracting rate of fish schools was decreasing as the speed of moving the attracting lamp was getting faster when the attracting lamp was moving. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency be higher than that of the other two species. 4. To determine the distance between the attracting lamps, there would be two methods. One is switching on and off the attracting lamps in order, and the other is switching off the attracting lamps in order which had been switched on. The methods showed that the attracting rate of fish schools were decreasing as the distance between the attracting lamps were getting longer. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency to be higher than that of the other two species.

  • For the purpose of leading horse mackerel Trachurus japonicus schools, mackerel Scomber japonicus schools and arrow squid Todarodes pacificus schools, which migrate to the Cheju coast and are caught by the set-net, to the set-net by attracting lamps, we made five attracting lamps and took a practical experiment in the Gwiduk and Dongbuk set-net fishing ground. In the set-net with two bag-nets, we compared the amount of catch of both bag-nets by the means of switching on and off the each attracting lamps in order, switching off the attracting lamps in order which had been switched on and moving an attracting lamp.In the bag-net with an attracting lamp, horse mackerel, mackerel and arrow squid were caught the most, on the other hand, yellow tail Seriola quinqueradiata, striped mullet Mugil cephalus were caught in large quantities in the bag-net without attracting lamp. File fish Stephanolepis cirrhifer, Dusky spinefoot Siganus fuscescens were caught evenly in both bag-nets regardless of an attracting lamp. This result indicates that the amount of horse mackerel, mackerel, arrow squid can be increased by the use of attracting lamps in the set-net fishing method.

  • The author has examined how sea-bass, Epinephelus septemfasciatus respond to surface attracting lamps line and underwater attracting lamps line in the experimental water tank (550L$\times$58W$\times$73H cm). The attracting rate was investigated in accordance with the intervals of lighting and putting out hour (1, 5 minute) when each of the attracting lamps was gradually switched off after they were switched on all at once. The results are as follows: 1. Distribution of fish at the illuminated section; (1). The fish was more distributed in the section adjacent to the extinguished section. (2). Difference of distribution between section and section and section was greater at surface attracting lamps as compared with underwater attracting lamps. (3). Surface attracting lamps was more distributed than underwater attracting lamps at intervals of 5 minutes. 2. Attracting rate of the last section; (1). The rate was showed increasing as illuminating time elapse and became L type. (2). Attracting rate in underwater attracting lamps was higher than surface attracting lamps at intervals of 1 minutes and lower than surface attracting lamps at intervals of 5 minuets.

  • The attempt of this paper is to examine the basic theory on the analysis of the effect of a shading coil fitted to an electromagnetic contactor, and to compare experimentally the attracting force of an AC electromagnetic contactor with that of a DC electromagnetic contactor, with varying the airgap length. Equations are also proposed for calculating the AC and DC attracting force per unit consumption wattage by using the circuit constants measured from the experiment, and these calculated attracting forces are compared with those actulally measured, and then, the experimental contactor is examined in the view of its design. The calculated attracting forces are appeared to coincide well with the measured ones and the experimental contactor fitted with shading coil is revealed not so well designed for reducing the fluctuation of the attracting force.

Mean distribution rate of fish at the illuminated section: Distribution rate at interval of 1 minute were 19.0% in 1W, 18.4% in 0.5W, and 18.0% in 0.8W respectively. distribution rate at interval of 5 minutes were 19.5% in 1W, 19.2% in 0.5 W, and 18.8% in 0.8W respectively.3. Attracting rates of the last section showed very much increasing as illuminating time elapsed, but there was a little difference of attracting rates according to interval and lighting source. 4. Attracting rate of fish in only last section switched on : Attracting rate at interval in case of 1 minute were 97.0% in 1W, 86.0% in 0.8W and 74.0% in 0.5W respectively. Attracting rate at interval in case of 5 minutes were 97.3% in 1W, 90.0% in 0.5W and 88.0% in 0.8W respectively.

  • The presented research is devoted to determining the role of the mechanism of attracting investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of transformation using the process approach. It is proved that the process approach is dominant for this study because investments are considered as a process of investing in innovative development in the enterprise in the context of digitalization, and its application allows to take into account the impact on the mechanism of attracting investment resources. related to the mechanism of attracting investment resources of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for innovative development in the context of digitalization is a specific way of organizing, mobilizing and using investment resources for innovative development of the enterprise in the context of digitalization under the influence of economic development laws, government regulation. The effectiveness of attracting investment resources in innovative development is ensured by the mechanism that exists in the enterprise. The mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of digitalization gives the chance to define an optimum ratio between sources and volume of attraction of investments in innovation sphere.

  • In this paper, we introduce the linear self-attracting diffusion driven by a weighted fractional Brownian motion with weighting exponent a > -1 and Hurst index |b| < a + 1, 0 < b < 1, which is analogous to the linear fractional self-attracting diffusion. For the 1-dimensional process we study its convergence and the corresponding weighted local time. As a related problem, we also obtain the renormalized intersection local time exists in L2 if max{a1 + b1, a2 + b2} < 0.
