  • Initial attitude error is one of the large error sources in the navigation errors of SDINS. And it is important to decide the initial attitude of SDINS. The method, like a self-alignment or a transfer alignment method, is required to a precise INS. If we do not have a precise INS, we should get large attitude error. After performing the initial alignment, a vehicle has the initial attitude error. Therefore, it results in navigation error due to the initial attitude error. But, if we use position information during flight, we could estimate and compensate a vehicle attitude error. So, we can maintain a precise attitude in spite of existing the initial attitude error.   • This paper introduces the upper stage attitude control system of KSLV-I, which is the first space launch vehicle in Korea. The KSLV-I upper stage attitude control system consists of two electro-hydraulic actuators and a reaction control system using cold nitrogen gas. A proportional, derivative, and integral controller is designed for the electro-hydraulic thrust vectoring system, and Schmidt trigger ON/OFF controllers are designed for the reaction control system. Each attitude controller is designed to have enough stability margins. The stability and performance of KSLV-I upper stage attitude control system is verified via hardware in the loop tests. Hardware in the loop tests are accomplished for perturbed flight conditions as well as nominal flight condition. The test results show that the attitude control loop of KSLV-I upper stage is very stable and the attitude controllers perform well for all flight conditions. Attitude controllers designed in this paper have been successfully applied to the first flight of KSLV-I on August 25, 2009. The flight test results show that all attitude controllers of the KSLV-I upper stage performed well and satisfied the accuracy specifications even during abnormal flight conditions.

Relationship between Attitude and Social-Emotional Development of Kindergarten Children (부모의 양육태도와 유아의 사회 정서적 발달간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between parental attitude and social-emotional development of kindergarten children. The sample were 119 children and their parents(mothers and fathers) of a kindergarten in Seoul. The instruments for this study were the modified PM(Parental Modemity) by Schaefer and Edgerton and the modified social-emotional development scale by Korea Behavioral Science Institute. The data analyzed y frequency, mean, t-test, and Pearson's r. Major findings were that the mothers' parental attitude was related to the children's curiosity. Also, there were significant differences between the mothers' parental attitude and fathers' parental attitude according to their children's sex.

  • This paper deals with a development of a quad-rotor for a hovering attitude control. First, a rotational dynamics are derived to design an attitude controller. The attitude controller is based on PI (Proportional-Integral) controller. For a stable attitude control, an anti-windup method applies to the PI attitude controller. Additionally, a complementary filter is used to obtain more reliable attitude. Gain values of the attitude controllers based on the anti-windup method are obtained through tests. Finally, the quad-rotor with the anti-windup based PI attitude controller is developed and a hovering attitude control flight tests are performed. As a result, the developed quad-rotor is capable of stable hovering.

  • This article was examines an attitude towards Tourism Development that has relevance to social psychological differences of individuals in terms of social psychological research on Tourism Development. It used the self-monitoring scale developed by Snyder(1974) who focused on individual behavior, which has been recently paid attention in the field of social psychology. It is considered that the result of this study contributes to academic world from two extensive points of view. One is that this study was conducted without any previous studies on self-monitoring and was performed to arrange the concept of Tourism Development Attitude in the stream. Another one is that this research proved the influence of self-monitoring on the citizen's propensity towards Tourism Development Attitude toward economic impact, Tourism Development Attitude toward social impact and with the tendency of participating in tourism development. Finally, Tourism Development Attitude that has relevance to social psychological differences of individuals.

The Effect of Participation and Attitude in the Process of System Development on the Implementation of Information System (시스템 개발시 사용자 참여와 태도가 시스템의 실행 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper reports the results of a field study investigating the effect of user participation and attitude on the success of information system implementation during the system development process. The theoretical framework for this research is based on the organizational change theory, in which the attitude affects the effects of user's participation. User participation and attitude were defined as independent variables and the performance of system implementation as dependent variable. User participation was defined as a direct participation by end users in the process of the new information system development. This was measured by user's participation/non-participation. User attitude refers to user's opinions or feelings before a new system is developed. This was measured by user's favor toward a system. The performance of system implementation was measured by the surrogate variable, the degree of individual satisfaction on developed system. To achieve the objective of this research, a field research method utilizing questionnaires were employed. They were distributed to 221 users present during and/or after system development. Among 185 questionnaires returned, 175 questionnaires were used for analysis. The major findings can be summarized as follows: First, there was no significant effect of user participation on user satisfaction. Second, there was a significant effect of user attitude on user satisfaction. Third, there was no significant interaction effect of user participation and attitude on user satisfaction. It is worth to note that the user's participation did not have any significant effect on the user's satisfaction. It seems the reason for the above result is due to user's involuntary participation. In fact, the user does not have much leverage in the process of system development, which may result in poor performance of user participation. Since user attitude is an important factor in the success of system implementation, however, a method to overcome unfavorable attitude of user should proceed all others.

  • This study was to investigate parental rearing attitudes which are perceived by the only children and sibling children and their socio-emotional development. The subjects were 426 4th and 6th grade students in an elementary school located in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. The data was analyzed by SPSS WIN computer program. Two-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression analyses were performed. Within group variables that predicted children's socio-emotional development were parental achievemental, loving and autonomous attitude, and school-aged children's socio-emotional development was most predicted by parental achievemental attitude.

  • This study aims to examine the structural relationships among rurality perception, tourism attitude, and behavioral intention in rural healing tourism. Particularly, this study focused on the mediation effect of attitude. Data were collected from 658 rural healing tourists by online survey. SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 were used for frequency, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, and structural equation modeling analyses. The results of structural equation modeling indicate perception of rurality had a positive effect on attitude and behavioral intention. In addition, attitude mediated the relationships between perception of rurality and behavioral intention. The results of this study suggest the importance of understanding the interests and pursuits of rural healing tourists and providing them with the values they want. Since rurality has a direct influence on attracting healing tourists, it is necessary to establish a positive image of rural healing tourism.

Nonlinear Filtering Approaches to In-flight Alignment of SDINS with Large Initial Attitude Error (큰 초기 자세 오차를 가진 관성항법장치의 운항중 정렬을 위한 비선형 필터 연구)

  • This paper describes the in-flight alignment of SDINS (Strapdown Inertial Navigation Systems) using an EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) and a UKF (Unscented Kalam Filter), which allow large initial attitude error uncertainty. Regardless of the inertial sensors, there are nonlinear error dynamics of SDINS in cases of large initial attitude errors. A UKF that is one of the nonlinear filtering approaches for IFA (In-Flight Alignment) are used to estimate the attitude errors. Even though the EKF linearized model makes velocity errors when predicting incorrectly in case of large attitude errors, a UKF can represent correctly the velocity errors variations of attitude errors with nonlinear attitude error components. Simulation results and analyses show that a UKF works well to handle large initial attitude errors of SDINS and the alignment error attitude estimation performance are quite improved.
