In this paper, we introduce the concept of a system of asymptotically quasinonexpansive type mappings. Furthermore, we define a $k$-step iterative sequence approximating common fixed point for a system of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive type mappings and study its stability in real Banach spaces.

In this paper, we will discuss some sufficient and necessary conditions for modified Ishikawa iterative sequence with mixed errors to converge to fixed points for asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces. The results presented in this paper extend, generalize and improve the corresponding results in Liu [4,5] and Ghosh-Debnath [2].

Let {$X_{ni}$, $i{\geq}1$, $n{\geq}1$} be an array of rowwise asymptotically negatively associated random variables and {$a_{ni}$, $i{\geq}1$, $n{\geq}1$} an array of constants. Some results concerning complete convergence of weighted sums ${\sum}_{i=1}^{n}a_{ni}X_{ni}$ are obtained. They generalize some previous known results for arrays of rowwise negatively associated random variables to the asymptotically negative association case.

In 1994, Lim-Xu asked whether the Maluta's constant D(X) < 1 implies the fixed point property for asymptotically nonexpansive mappings and gave a partial solution for this question under an additional assumption for T, i.e., weakly asymptotic regularity of T. In this paper, we shall prove that the result due to Lim-Xu is also satisfied for more general non-Lipschitzian mappings in reflexive Banach spaces with weak uniform normal structure. Some applications of this result are also added.

In the present paper, we introduce the concepts of $\mathcal{I}$-asymptotically statistical $\tilde{\phi}$-equivalence and $\mathcal{I}$-asymptotically lacunary statistical $\tilde{\phi}$-equivalence for triple sequences. Moreover, we give the relations between these new notions.

In this paper, we propose and study an implicit iteration process for a finite family of total asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings and a finite family of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings in the intermediate sense in convex metric spaces and establish some strong convergence results. Also, we give some applications of our result in the setting of convex metric spaces. The results of this paper are generalizations, extensions and improvements of several corresponding results.

In this paper, we study the fixed point property for generalized asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in the setting of p-Hadamard spaces, with p ≥ 2. We prove the strong convergence of the sequence generated by the modified two-step iterative sequence for finding a fixed point of a generalized asymptotically nonexpansive mapping in p-Hadamard spaces.

Under some asymptotical conditions we obtain a fixed point theorem for a mapping(not necessarily nonexpansive) from an unbounded closed convex subset of a reflexive Banach space into itself. Also we give an example for applying it.

In this short note, we explicate a relation among Collet-Eckmann attractors, Lyapunov attractors and asymptotically stable attractors in the sense of J. Milnor[4].
