In this paper, we propose 'a self - conformance system of convergence security provider' to provide basic data for security and reliability of convergence industrial technology, system and service. It is difficult to evaluate convergence security systems, limited to information and communication service providers, unable to check convergence security items, burden of submission documents, difficulty in measuring convergence security service level and we will summarize product and service-based requirements that can be integrated and systematically measure the level of convergence security and define renewed life cycle-based convergence security information and content security and assurance requirements. On the basis of this, each convergence security company declares conformity with the standard itself without the certification of the certification body, and introduces the provider conformity certification system which can manufacture and sell. This will enable the company to strengthen its competitiveness through timely launch and implementation of products and services and cost reduction.

The endeavor of this paper focuses on designing a monitoring system to provide a cost-effective solution on quality assurance for construction projects. The construction site monitoring system integrates a long-range wireless network, network cameras, and a web-based collaborative platform. The users of the system could obtain the most updated status of construction sites, such as behaviors of workers, project progress, and site events anywhere with Internet connectivity. It was carefully configured in order to maintain the reliability under the reactive conditions of the construction sites. This paper reports the architecture of the monitoring system and reviews the related technologies. The system has been implemented and tested on a construction site and promising results were obtained.

미국의학물리학회는 포괄적인 방사선치료기기의 품질관리를 위한 작업그룹(Task Group: TG) 40 보고서를 1994년 발표한 이후로 세기조절방사선치료, 정위적방사선치료, 및 영상유도방사선치료 등의 고정밀 방사선치료를 포함한 선형가속기에 대한 품질관리를 권고하기 위해 2010년에 AAPM TG-142를 발간하였다. 그리고 최근 국내에서도 최신 치료기법에 대한 품질관리의 필요성에 따라 원자력안전위원회는 원자력안전위원회고시 제2015-005호 "의료분야의 방사선안전관리에 관한 기술기준"을 발표하였다. 원자력안전위원회고시에는 각 의료기관에서 품질관리전문인력을 두어 품질관리 조직 및 직무, 품질관리에 필요한 장비, 품질관리 방법/주기/관리오차 및 관리오차 초과 시 조치방법 등에 대한 내용이 포함된 품질관리절차서를 수립하고 품질관리를 수행하도록 규정되어 있다. 이에 따라 의료기관에서는 3차원 입체조형방사선치료, 세기조절방사선치료, 정위적방사선치료 등과 같은 방사선치료유형별(Non-IMRT, IMRT, SRS/SBRT)로 방사선치료기기에 맞는 품질관리 항목, 주기 및 관리오차를 설정하고, 적절한 품질관리 장비 등을 사용하여 기관의 실정에 맞게 품질관리를 수행하여야 한다. 그러나 국내에는 선형가속기의 체계적인 품질관리를 구축할 수 있는 지침서나 학회 보고서 등이 미비하여 현재 각 의료기관별로 각기 다른 품질관리의 항목, 주기 및 관리오차를 설정하여 품질관리를 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 방사선치료의 안전성 및 정확성을 확보하기 위해 원자력안전위원회 고시 및 TG-142에 기반한 국내 실정에 적합한 선형가속기에 대한 품질관리체계 구축 방안 등을 제안하였다. 제안된 선형가속기에 대한 품질관리 체계는 다른 고정밀 방사선치료기기 등의 품질관리 체계 구축에도 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

Polysomnography is an essential methodology for diagnosing and following up sleep disorders and doing researches on human sleep. Sleep medicine, mainly with the utilization of polysomnographic techniques, has developed itself as one of the promising fields in the 21st century medicine. Korea is not an exception in importing and developing sleep medicine into the conventional medicine. However, it still remains to be clarified what polysomnography is for and how it should be done, considering the relatively recent introduction of sleep medicine into Korea. The author, being a board-certified sleep medicine specailist, having experienced spreading out sleep medicine within Korea for the past four years, and having recently set up a major sleep study facility in Korea at Seoul National University Hospital, attempts in this introductory critical article to review the essential issues related to quality assurance in polysomnographic study of human sleep. Also, unconditional introduction of "automated" sleep scoring system, which has been found to have significantly reduced reliability in various studies including the author's own, is critically reviewed. The author suggests that quality assurance and training program should be initiated and established by a responsible sleep medicine-related organization such as the Korean Association of Sleep Medicine and Psychophysiology.

NGN 운용과정의 품질 보증을 위해 어떤 체계하에서 품질이 테스트 되어야 하는지 방법론을 도출하기 위해서 멀티미디어 트래픽을 중심으로 NGN 품질측정 프레임워크를 제시한다. 테스트베드는 NGN 운용과정에서 QoS 측정 메트릭스, 측정구간과 측정계위, 측정도구, 측정장비, 측정방법 및 측정결과 분석에 대한 일련의 프로세스와 방법론을 모델화한다. 이 모델은 향후 NGN 품질보증 활동에 활용토록 한다. 통신서비스 품질은 스스로 보장되지 않으며 끊임없이 측정되고 관리될 때에 만 품질 목표수준 확보가 가능하다. NGN 네트워크기술 패러다임 중요성을 감한할 때 NGN 운용상의 품질관리에 대한 연구는 앞으로 활발하게 추진되어야 할 핵심 소재이다.

정보보호(Information Security)는 최근 사이버공간의 출현과 확장으로 인해 그 중요성이 점차 증가하고 있다. 1998년 미국 국방부 정보작전 교리에서 유래된 '정보보증(Information Assurance)'은 기존의 정보보호 개념에 대응과 복구를 포함한 광의의 적극적 보호, 정보체계 전 수명주기에서 보안관리, 위험분석 과정에서의 신뢰성 등을 추가한 개념으로서 현재 널리 사용중이다. 그러나 국내에서는 정보보증 개념을 잘못 이해하거나 정보보호와 혼용하여 사용하는 경우가 종종 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보증 개념의 명확한 이해를 위해 정보보증 관련 기존 문헌들을 고찰하여 정보보증 개념을 정의하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 정보보증 용어 정의의 주요 표현들에 대한 구문 분석을 수행함으로써, 용어 정의의 타당성을 제시하였다.

Quality Assurance Principles must be effectively implemented in developments and in use of safety critical software in nuclear industry. Brief definitions related to computer software and quality assurance were defined and several methods for evaluating software quality were proposed herewith. Independent verification and validation was suggested to assure the quality of safety critical software.

일반적으로 원자력 관련 연구개발은 타 산업 및 사회에 미치는 파급효과가 크고, 참여 연구원 및 대중 안전에 대한 위험도가 높으며, 대규모의 투자비용이 요구되는 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 이유로 원자력 산업은 일찍이 품질보증 개념을 도입하여 원자력 시설의 안전한 이용을 도모하여 왔다. 최근에는 원자력 연구개발 분야에서도 연구결과의 신뢰도 확보 및 안전한 연구수행을 보장하기 위하여 품질보증 적용의 필요성이 강조되고 있다.(중략)

The dynamic resistance monitoring in primary circuit or T/C is one of the important issues in that in-process and real time quality assurance of resistance spot weld is needed to increase the product reliability. It is well known that tile dynamic resistance curve gives us very useful information about nugget growth and weldability. In the present paper, a new dynamic resistance detecting method is presented as a practical manner of weld quality assurance using instantaneous current and voltage measured by primary circuit. Primary dynamic resistance patterns are basically similar to those of the secondary, but there is evident advantage such as no extra devices are needed to obtain the quality assurance index and eventually feedback control will be possible caused by T/C based monitoring system.

Aiming to investigate the program of the quality assurance program in the hospital, this study was carried out. This study gave basic informations for an effective quality of medical care as the result. Nine general hospitals which are located in a metropolitan areas in Korea were adopted as the study subject. The results are shown as follows : 1. With the range of 5~7 medical recorders in the hospital are serving. 2. In observing the frequency of quality assurance programs, five general hospitals implemented the program only once a year and other hospitals performed twice in two hospitals and three times in two hospitals respectively. 3. The reasons such ans ignorance about programs, suspicious attitude toward the result of the program, other infavorable circumstances implementing medical care system in Korea seemed to influence the unsatisfactory frequencies.
