국제품질보증제도 활용을 통한 방산 국외도입품 품질 안정화 방안 (A Study on Stabilization Measures for Foreign Military Product Quality Using the International Quality Assurance System)

  • Purpose: The study proposes extended application of reviewing and developing international quality assurance system for useful and practical quality stabilization of foreign military product. There are several problems with quality assurance activities for foreign military products. To improve theses problems, this study researches measures and effects of entrustment of quality assurance activities to suppliers group abroad by utilizing the system. Methods: In order to carry out the research, consignment system for international quality assurance activity of advanced country has been analysed through this study. By applying the consignment system to the case of foreign military product, the possibility and effects of consignment is researched. Results: Through this study the procedure and substance of the international quality assurance system is verified. The quality assurance activities were consigned to suppliers group by utilizing the system, thus application basis for international quality assurace activities is established. Conclusion: Defense Import through The Quality Assurance System of trade countries using the International Quality Assurance System suggests the solution to endemic problems. The Introduction Military Product with the Quality Assurance System of Korean Government improves the competitiveness of defense export.

병원의 질 보장 수준과 사회복지사의 질 보장에 대한 태도, 의료사회사업서비스 질과의 상관관계 연구 (Correlation of Quality Assurance System of Hospitals, Social Worker's Attitudes toward Quality Assurance Activities, and Quality on Social Services)

  • Background : There have been many studies and efforts about quality management in health services, but there were not founded quality assessment on social services. This study was designed for understood level of quality on social service, identified for correlation factors of quality assessment on social services in general and teaching hospitals in Korea. Methods : The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities, perception of quality assurance system in that hospitals were measured. Under the method of one-way ANOVA, t-test and correlation, associated factors of quality assessment in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities showed high score, but quality assurance system of hospitals showed less score. Third, the level of quality assurance system of hospitals, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Conclusion : The quality of social work service correlated positive hospitals's quality assurance system, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, qualified for hospitals system of quality assurance, and needed to a educational program for enhanced social workers's attitudes in quality assurance activities.

Visualized Assurance Approach for Enterprise Architecture

  • In software engineering, to ensure reliability between systems, describing both system architecture and assurance arguments between system elements is considered necessary. There are proposals for system architecture assurance, but use of these traditional methods often requires development of different diagrams using different editors. Because the visual sense of the traditional methods is inadequate, errors readily occur when manipulating different diagrams. Therefore, it is essential that the assurance of dependability between components and systems is visualized and easy to understand. In this paper, an integrated approach to describe the relationship between system actors and system architecture is proposed, and this approach is clarified using an enterprise architecture modeling language. A case study is carried out and comparison to the traditional approach $d^*$ framework is explained. The comparison results show that the proposed approach is more suitable for ensuring dependability in system architecture.

군수품의 고품질 확보를 위한 개발 품질보증 적용사례 연구 (A Case Study on Application of R&D Quality Assurance to Secure High Quality for Military Supplies)

  • Purpose: This study is in order to secure high quality of military supplies, it is important to secure design quality in the development phase. I will review how to establish a quality assurance system in the development phase based on the author's seminar presentation contents and application example of Hanwha Systems Co., Ltd. Methods: To guarantee design quality in the development phase, in 2002, quality assurance system that is adequate for SQA(Software Quality Assurance)'s requirements of CMM(Capability Maturity Model) was conduct. In 2009, based on the CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 5, there has been continuous and reenforced quality assurance activities. Results: By suggesting the construction and a case study on application of R&D quality assurance, it would be helpful for companies aiming to construct or enhance quality assurance system. Conclusion: To secure high quality for military supplies, a development QA system should be established to secure quality in the development phase. In addition, Total life cycle QA system for development, mass production and operation phase should be reestablished.

  • In recent years, the United States have been several major failures of launch. As a result of these failures, activity of mission assurance valued. Mission assurance is defined as the application of systems engineering process towards the goal of achieving mission success. Therefore, mission assurance perform independent technical assessments throughout the concept and requirements definition, design, development, production, test, deployment, and operations phases. Space system program was emphasized the importance of the system engineering for that required huge cost and long term development. For this reason, independent review and verification of mission assurance is essential. Mission assurance gives us confidence to proceed with launch and best opportunity for mission success. In this study, framework of mission assurance is proposed by foreign case analysis.

공급자 부품품질 향상을 위한 품질보증시스템 개선방안 (Enhancement of Quality Assurance System for Improving the Quality of Suppliers' Product)

  • A prerequisite for improving the quality of a product is to enhance the quality of its parts supplied from outsourced enterprises. An enterprise certified by ISO 9001 Quality Management System is expected to develop their effective quality assurance system and maintain it through continuous control and improvement, thereby ensuring the good quality of products that they produce. However, it is reported that small and medium-sized enterprises certified by ISO 9001 have difficulty establishing an effective quality assurance system. This study aims to propose a new method of improving a quality assurance system that can be more effective in small and medium-sized enterprises. This study collectively considered requirements specified in several international standards on quality system and the results of expert group brainstorming to identify evaluation areas and items for assessing a quality assurance system. Based on these evaluation areas and items, a set of checklists for diagnosing and improving a quality assurance system was developed. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed method, this study applied it to ten small and medium-sized enterprises and could identify four approaches for improving their current quality assurance system. The presented improvement method, which consists of establishment of quality goals and quality innovation plan, defective products corrective activities, 4M and design change process, improvement of customer quality information management, is expected to be utilized as a useful tool for the enhancement of the quality assurance system of small and medium-sized enterprises.

도시철도 승강장 스크린도어의 시스템보증 사례 연구 (A Case Study on System Assurance for Platform Screen Door in Urban Transit)

  • This paper presents a case study of PSD(Platform Screen Door) system assurance based on EN50126 life-cycle stage. By applying this system assurance, the accidents related to urban light transit railway especially that caused casualties could be reduced tremendously. This case study contributes significantly to the reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the PSD system. Request For Proposal (RFP) of a rail road operator in which required by RAMS is prepared in which to ensure all system assurance activity and safety assessment are compulsory. The step-by-step activities and related deliverables are used which include functional analysis, FMECA, hazard identification analysis, system hazard analysis, maintainability analysis, FRACAS, and finally verification and validation of the system.

  • This paper is application of System Assurance(SA) for the rolling stock. As railway systems become more complex, design teams are increasingly under pressure to deliver, design solutions, which integrate both technical and Systems Assurance(SA). Systems Assurance is the application of management methods and analysis techniques to ensure that a design meets Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) criteria. It should be clearly understood that the intent of System Assurance is not just to provide analytical techniques as a metric on performance, but more importantly it should provide a management tool with which to co-ordinate and assure the whole design. System Assurance encompasses the ongoing requirement to consider safety, and RAM through each stage of a Project, from feasibility study through to commissioning and operation. If System Assurance is undertaken properly at feasibility study at the design stages of a Project, the benefits of such analyses can be significant in identifying potential problems early enough for action to be taken before manufacture or installation. At commissioning, RAMS demonstration activities are undertaken to validate the predictive and analytical techniques undertaken during the design.

  • Reliability assurance problem is an important issue in advanced company with good R&D capacity. In Korea, long-term and large-scale project for reliability improvement and certification have been conducted from 2000, 4 years ago. Generally, assurance is composed of system assurance and lot assurance. For reliability lot assurance. it is prerequisite to development reliability sampling plan with time-saving and minimum cost. In this paper, we aim to investigate previous study on reliability lot assurance focused on reliability sampling plans and propose some suggestions for the future study.

해외 원격개방대학의 질 관리 사례 연구 (A Case Study of Quality Assurance in Overseas pen University: UKOU, UT)

  • 본 연구에서는 해외 원격개방대학 질 관리 사례 가운데 선도적인 것으로 알려진 영국 개방대학교와 인도네시아 터부카 대학교의 사례를 검토하여 우리나라 원격대학 질 관리 체제 구축에의 시사점을 찾아보았다. 영국 개방대학교와 터부카 대학교는 모두 재학생이 10만명 이상인 메가 유니버시티로서 효율적인 질 관리를 위해 중앙집권적인 질 관리 체제를 구축하고 질 관리를 담당하는 전담부서를 설치하고 있다. 또한 대학 구성원들이 질 관리 중요성에 대한 인식을 공유하고 직원들의 업무에 대한 평가 및 모니터링을 강화하여 지속적인 개선을 추구하는 질 관리 문화가 정착되어 있다. 교육의 질 관리는 그 성과가 가시적으로 확인되는 것도, 특정한 대가가 주어지는 것도 아니기 때문에 장시간에 걸쳐서 신중하게 계획 검토되면서 통합적으로 진행될 필요가 있다.
